Everyone my husband and I worked with at Ashley Lynn Events was amazing. We booked them as Day of Coordinators and the help in planning out timeline ahead of the wedding was exactly what we needed to get to where we wanted to be. They helped me go through all the little details and make sure we had everything that we wanted in place for the day of our wedding. We had the wedding of our dreams and truly could not be happier. Renee and Jen worked with us Day off and helped our day go by so smoothly, I had basically no stress at all and I know that could not have been true without them there. Any hiccup was promptly resolved. We cannot express our thanks enough. I know our family will be talking about this wedding for years to come.
Ashley planned our Sept 2024 wedding, both the wedding and a post wedding event. She is extremely warm and empathetic in addition to being great at execution. She always responded super quickly to our emails and texts and checked in with us regularly live.
She has worked with a lot of great vendors and I found it particularly helpful to get her recommendations and takes on various vendors, especially photography and florals. She helped us find our florist who was INCREDIBLE creatively and process-wise and also offered better value than the most well known prestige florists in the area. I will never get over those flowers and credit Ashley a lot for introducing me to the florist. She also helped us make final decisions on venue and photography. The fact that she knew our photographer and DJ already also meant that they were a great team day of and they all worked together to hype us up for our wedding day. The week of my wedding, Ashley checked her super detailed timeline with me and she had nailed all the timing and everything was perfectly organized to run through any last open questions. She also managed the RSVP and guest list for our post wedding event which had a fixed capacity, taking the stress of communication, confirmation, and potentially tricky waitlist/cutoff situation off our hands which saved me a boatload of anxiety.
I trusted Ashley’s recs so much that when it came to hiring extra two vendors within the last month, I hired them sight unseen / without really talking to them and both were amazing.
The day of the wedding, Ashley’s team was with me from 12:30 to midnight. Her assistant Renee helped manage our shuttle pickup and was so kind throughout the day. Ashley was a rock during my actual wedding day. Whenever I worried about something, I would ask Ashley and she just would either solve it or allay my fears. At one point when I was feeling extra anxious, I found myself just wanting to stand closer to her because she was so calming. At the end of the night, everything was perfectly packed up in our room, there was food and some florals and sentimental touches saved in the suite. Also when we got back to our house the next day the entire kitchen and getting ready area had been cleaned up and organized, and my bridesmaid told me Renee had taken care of it before she left.
It is no surprise that Ashley Lynn Events is so in demand and has started winning awards despite getting started a few years ago. Ashley has insane hustle, truly cares about her couples, and works so hard. Anyone would be so lucky to work with her
Hiring Ashley Lynn Events for our day of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our big day. She was recommended to us by our photographer, Laura Ink, and I will recommend Ashley and her team to every engaged couple I know going forward. Leading up to the wedding, Ashley and I spoke over the phone and she was extremely organized, helpful, and thorough. Like any bride, I was stressed and anxious the week of the wedding and she and her team eased so much of that anxiety. We were so lucky to have Jen and Renee as our coordinators for our amazing and special day! Renee coordinated our rehearsal as well and helped make everything go so smoothly and perfect. The day of, they seriously couldn't have been more helpful and wonderful. Last minute, I needed someone to pick up our cake from the bakery (which was very close to our venue) and they took care of it for us. I had some bustle issues after the ceremony, and they helped us with that too, and so much more. We got married on June 29th of this year and almost three months later, we have daily discussions about how magical and perfect our wedding day was. Thank you to Ashley, Jen, and Renee for everything! You simply will not regret hiring this incredible team of event planners and coordinators!

We are so immensely grateful for Ashley and all of her assistance over the past year!! She was the very first vendor we hired as we began the wedding planning process (before we even secured our venue!) and I am so thankful that we did! Ashley's attention to details, the multi tabbed spreadsheet, and check in calls helped me/us to keep track of everything. It was so nice to feel like there was someone to reach out to who not only is an expert in the field & super organized, but who also felt like she was a friend. On the day of the wedding, Ashley and Sarai were incredible - they were so kind & calm & always asking if we needed anything (if they were stressed you'd never know it). Together they took care of every little thing on our wedding day - including helping us eat or getting us drinks, which made it so enjoyable for us! I was told (often) by people leading up to the wedding to"be prepared that something will likely happen/go wrong on your wedding day" and to "expect the unexpected" - but we truly do not know if there were any behind the scene mishaps, because Ashley and Sarai took care of everything. We wouldn't have been able to have the easy/fun/love filled day we did without Ashley Lynn Events! If we were doing it all over again, I'd still make sure Ashley was the first vendor we hire!
Ashley and her team were an absolute dream to work with. From the very beginning, Ashley kept me organized and on-track to ensure I didn't miss a single detail in the planning process. She was always available to answer any questions I had or provide creative ideas to make our day unique and special. She has developed amazing relationships with all of the local RI vendors as well, which also made the process that much more seamless and easy. During the actual wedding weekend she and her team ensured every little detail was taken care of so I could actually enjoy the day. She truly made the wedding planning process so much easier and helped make our wedding day absolutely perfect.
Ashley & Team were BEYOND amazing. We booked them as our day-of vendor -- truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding (even day of we kept saying "thank god we booked Ashley"). She was so easy to communicate with leading up to the event and was incredibly helpful day of. We had some last minute timeline changes due to weather and Ashley effortlessly contacted all of our other vendors to inform them of the changes without making it seem chaotic, scary, or stressful. She truly acted as a BFF to both bride & groom on the big day. Her team was supportive and available throughout the ceremony and reception - they regularly checked in on us during dinner, made sure we had everything we needed, and were so helpful with decor breakdown. We feel so lucky to have found Ashley & team, our wedding genuinely would not have been as successful as it was without her help. She is an absolute MUST book.
Ashley did the bare minimum. If she was not explicitly asked to do something for us during our wedding weekend, it wasn't done. I felt like I had to be the planner more than her throughout the entire process. The most helpful part of her service was the spreadsheet she shared that had a rough outline of a wedding timeline, but guess who filled out the timeline to have all the details we needed?.... ME! THE BRIDE! At the end of our wedding night she was asking my PARENTS (the mother and father of the bride) to help with clean-up ... her biggest job! She lost the key to my card box at the end of the night and we had to break the box to read our cards. Overall, we were very disappointed and honestly just upset with the service we received. Would not recommend.

Event Support: Beyond the standard services, I took several additional steps to ensure your day went smoothly. This included setting up your after-party, making three trips to your hotel room to deliver your gifts, dress, cake, flowers, and gluten-free desserts, and repurposing flowers from the church to maximize their use. I also assisted your florist, who was a guest, so she could enjoy the evening without worry.
On-the-Day Assistance: On your wedding day, my team and I handled various tasks such as cleaning up six bags of trash at your getting-ready location, transporting personal belongings for your bridal party to the reception, assisting the venue when unexpected rain occurred, distributing final payments and tips, and even driving your videographer when he didn’t have access to a car. My intention was to ensure everything was taken care of so you and your family could enjoy the celebration.
Clean-Up and End-of-Night Duties: At the end of your wedding, my goal was to ensure that all your belongings were packed and transported safely. When I spoke with your father, it was to coordinate these final details, not to ask for help with clean-up. I regret any misunderstanding that may have occurred.
Card Box Key: I’m truly sorry about the issue with the card box key. It was taped inside your turquoise bin to prevent misplacement which I had texted you about the following evening.
I’m glad that certain aspects of the service were appreciated, such as the timeline and the additional support provided at no additional cost throughout the weekend. While I’m disappointed to hear that your overall experience was not as you had hoped, your feedback is invaluable, and I will use it to continue improving the services I provide.

Working with Ashley and her team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the support we received throughout the entire planning process to the day of, she was extremely helpful and a great resource to have in my corner. Our wedding took place at my family home, so having her team there day off to coordinate the logistics with all our vendors was essential to being present and fully in the moment. The entire weekend was incredible and would not have gone off without a hitch without her teams support. Highly recommend for any bride who is either looking for full planning or more of an a la carte option.
If you are looking for a first class wedding planner LOOK NO FURTHER! Ashley Lynn was exceptional from the moment we reached out to her until the very last hour of our wedding. I am so grateful we connected. I would not have pulled off such an incredible event without her. She provided the most helpful spreadsheets to help keep organized as well as check points leading up to the wedding. Anytime I had a question she was quick to respond and gave her honest feedback which was always greatly appreciated. Working with Ashley Lynn Events was the best thing we did for our wedding. Ashley was so helpful with the planning process and answering any questions I had. She is so kind and knowledgeable about wedding planning, I could not recommend working with her enough. On my wedding day, I worked with Adrianna and Sarai who helped make the day go so smoothly. They were there to help me every step of the day, and I truly could not have done the day without them. They helped in every aspect, from steaming bridesmaid dresses and helping set up decor at the reception, to making me feel relaxed and bringing my husband and I food from cocktail hour as we were taking pictures after the ceremony. I am so, so grateful for Ashley, Adrianna, and Sarai for helping make my wedding day so perfect. So, so grateful to Ashley for everything she did for our May 2024 wedding!! She and her assistant Sarai made our day. Ashley recommended a gorgeous botanical center for our venue that made for beautiful pictures. The day of the wedding, she made sure everything ran smoothly. Very importantly, she helped me clean my dress when it got stained by some dirt from my bouquet--got the stain out in no time and made me feel so calm before the ceremony. Our friends and family had a blast and felt so welcome. Sarai spoke Spanish with my family and friends (Latina bride) which was super helpful. Would recommend Ashley and her team to anyone looking for help with wedding planning and coordinating!
Ashley and her team (Katie and Sarai), went far above and beyond our expectations for day of coordinators. Our day would not have been nearly as perfect without them. They are absolutely the best of the best, and kept the day running smoothly. My husband and I felt cared for and supported so we could sit back and relax and just enjoy our day. They set up everything perfectly, and help my parents pack up at the end of the night. They coordinated with all of our vendors to ensure everyone understood our vision, and executed it to a tee. Amazing company!!! Ashley and Jenn everything was great. I couldn’t have asked for a better team for my wedding day. From changing the wedding inside the barn , getting us food and decorating everything, I definitely recommend them. It was an absolute pleasure having Ashley Lynn coordinate my wedding day. She scheduled calls the month leading up to the wedding to discuss details to ensure the day would run smoothly. She also sent across helpful resources and guides prior to the wedding.
The day of my wedding, Ashley helped keep us on track with our timeline. She helped steam my wedding dress while I was getting my makeup touched up. We got carried away during the first look photo session and Ashley kindly reminded us to do our private vows. Ashley's assistant Renee who is a florist also helped place the flowers onto our cake beautifully.
We encountered a few minor hiccups with the florist and candles, but Ashley and Renee checked in with us and took care of it immediately. They made sure we had candles on all the tables before dinner began.
Everyone, including our wedding party, family, and friends felt so comfortable around Ashley and Renee. They exude friendly, calm, and positive energy. Everything was taken care of and the day ran seamlessly. Even all of our belongings and decor were packed away for us before the end of the night.
It felt amazing to not have to worry about anything the day of our wedding besides enjoying ourselves. My wedding was everything I imagined and more and I contribute that to the amazing work and effort of Ashley and her team. I cannot recommend Ashley highly enough!
We had the pleasure of working with Ashley and Sarai for our day of coordination. They did a fabulous job and were on top of every detail that I had requested. Both ladies went out of their way to make sure that everything was completed the proper way and that we were treated as main priorities. We felt very lucky to have Ashley (and her team) as our wedding planner. From start to finish Ashley helped guide us in the entire process and often times confusing world of wedding planning. Ashley was invaluable in helping us find our perfect venue and amazing vendors. She has extensive knowledge of venues and vendors in the Newport/RI area that helped us make decisions way easier and use vendors that really cared about achieving our vision. Her close relationships with area vendors also made our team work so smoothly. Our wedding day was completely stress free, which is such a gift. We had absolutely no worries and were so confident that anything that might come up would be easily handled by Ashley and her team. From driving me to the venue (because I forgot to arrange a ride for myself) to standing out in 17 degree weather so my husband and I could have a private last dance, to filming our entire ceremony and special moments, Ashley was committed to making our day even more amazing then we would have imagined. My husband and I hired Ashley Lynn Events to help as a day of coordinator for our wedding and honestly, it was one of the best investments we could've made. My mom and I planned our October 2023 wedding, and Ashley made it so easy to transfer all of our work to her capable and reliable hands with her detailed spreadsheets and an in-depth phone call. Ashley and her colleague Renée were truly two janes of all trades, doing everything from running our ceremony rehearsal, to steaming my bridesmaids' dresses, to recording our ceremony on our phones. (I truly treasure that video!) These ladies had a can-do attitude and really made themselves invaluable so my husband, myself, and all the people we love could really enjoy the day. From the moment I spoke with Ashley about potentially coordinating our wedding day, I knew she was the one. We hit it off immediately. She scheduled calls with us and provided thorough details to ensure our wedding day went flawlessly. She is easy going and was such a breath of fresh air for our day. She communicated important details to our vendors for us so we didn’t have to as much as our wedding day got closer. Her assistant, Adrianna, was a life saver all day ensuring I had everything I needed and making sure our important belongings safely transported between destinations. Ashley was incredible to work with through the wedding planning process! We hired her as a day-of coordinator, and she truly went above and beyond. She communicated with us the months leading up to the wedding and helped ease anxieties that we were dropping the ball in one area or another. A few weeks prior to the wedding, Ashley helped us put together our wedding day timeline, then communicated with all of our vendors on coordinating arrivals and deliveries.
On our wedding day, she texted my MOH updates and small details so I didn't have to worry about anything. Ashley worked with our ceremony coordinated at the church to ensure things ran smoothly and everyone knew where they needed to be. She partnered with the venue and ensure the vendors knew what was happening. She had food waiting for us at cocktail hour and bustled my dress while I took down a lobster roll. She had our signature cocktails waiting at our seat and put the sneakers we were changing into for dancing under our table. I'm sure there were things she did that I'm not even aware of, which allowed us to focus on having the best day.
Ashley & her team were more than I could have asked for!! I had a really great time preparing for the wedding with Ashley, getting a timeline together and discussing details that I would not have known to even consider without her help. Sarai and Adrianna were incredible to work with on the day of. Communicative, helpful, thoughtful! It was so wonderful to have them with me on my wedding day, especially as people in the bridal party or guests had questions I didn’t know how to answer. Ashley Lynn and team went above and beyond for our wedding day in Jamestown RI. From the rehearsal walk through the night before, to the wedding day decor setup, ceremony details, day of flow and break down they were on it.

I can not begin to tell you how incredible Ashley, Adrianna, and her entire team were. My husband and I had a long 2 year engagement and Ashley Lynn was there every step of the way helping to guide us. She is a consummate professional, aways prepared and organized. She never hesitated to jump on a call with me or ease my nerves if I was feeling stressed.
What really impressed me was her ability to always have an answer (and a vendor) to almost any question I had. When I wanted a flower preservation specialist, she had one. When we were running out of options for a baker, she found the perfect one available. When I needed a DJ with a certain vibe, she delivered. Her repertoire of vendors is incredible and the relationships she holds with those vendors is a testament to how amazing she is. Everyone loves working on an Ashley Lynn Event (and attending one too!)
On the actual day of the wedding, she was cool and calm, always anticipating my needs, keeping things on time, and dealing with small hiccups without me ever knowing. My wedding was literally perfect and that was thanks to Ashley Lynn.

We loved working with Ashley and her team for our wedding in September 2023! We planned our own wedding - hiring all of the vendors and creating décor - at a non-traditional wedding venue so we had to bring everything in ourselves. We did a lot of the DIY legwork in advance, but we knew we wanted a day-of Coordinator so that we could enjoy our big day stress-free. Ashley and her team did just that for us! And more!
We communicated with Ashley in the lead up to our wedding. On our wedding day Katie and Sarai, two of her team members, were our on-site Coordinators.
In advance of our wedding Ashley helped us organize a wedding day timeline and vendor arrival/departure schedule. She provided helpful guidance for our timeline based off of her event expertise. She was extremely responsive via email and always on-time to our scheduled calls, which is super appreciated when working with tons of vendors! Whenever we had a unique request she would find a solution.
On the day of our wedding Katie and Sarai were an amazing team. We provided them with our décor for each dinner table, welcome tables, and bars. It was so helpful to have them setup these elements and breakdown/pack everything up at the end of the night. We sent Katie and Sarai several pictures in advance of how we wanted things to look and they executed it perfectly! We did not use a florist and instead had garland wreaths as centerpieces, so there was no florist to get those on each table and looking nice. Katie and Sarai set up the wreaths on each table and interspersed flowers throughout. So beautiful!
On top of executing our décor requests flawlessly, Katie and Sarai were a delight to have during the reception. They consistently checked in with us to ensure we were doing well and if we needed anything. They also ensured we had fresh drinks throughout the night, a level of service I didn't even expect! I did not have to go to the bar or wait on a drink once, which is such an underrated service - I was on the dancefloor and enjoying time with my guests all night! Even during dinner Sarai got me a new glass of champagne even though mine was still half full. It was an outside event in 80 degrees so the champagne had warmed. She said, "it's your wedding day, you should only have cold champagne!"
We can't recommend Ashley Lynn Events enough! As a DIY bride their day-of services were exactly what we needed.
Ashley, Adrianna and Sarai were absolutely incredible. Ashley and her attention to detail helped make the process stress-free and she asked things I would’ve never even thought of! Adrianna and Sarai were UNBELIEVABLE the day of our wedding and made sure my fiancé and I were taken care of. They made sure we had water, snacks and drinks at all times. They checked in with us constantly and ran the SHOW. 10/10 would recommend Ashley Lynn and her team. They were a huge part in making our day so special, regardless of the rain.

Ashley remained laid-back, organized, and handled any changes/requests gracefully.

Ashley Lynn was my day of wedding coordinator. We were initially on the fence about having a day of coordinator, but I am very glad that we ended up choosing Ashley, especially because getting ready, the ceremony, and the reception were all in 3 different places! Throughout the wedding planning process, she was so easy to get in touch with and was ready to answer all types of questions! Ashley was so helpful throughout the wedding day and was constantly asking if there was anything she could do or get for me! I would recommend Ashley to anyone!

Ashley was a part-time wedding planner and day of coordinator for our special day in April 2023. She was amazing to work with, engaging vendors on our behalf that fit within our vision and budget, answering any questions we had during the lead up to the wedding and helping us put together what was the most magical day of our lives. The day of the wedding, she was the rockstar behind the scenes. From keeping us on schedule and coordinating several different vendors, to tracking down a missing button loop tool, to even storing our leftover decor/items in her car at the end of the night, all with a smile and calm demeanor. I can't stress enough how happy I was to work with her and her team, they deserve 10 out of 5 stars.

Going into wedding planning I knew I wanted to hire a day of coordinator so I could have someone that would be our “go to” and that I knew would be there no matter what we may need. I found Ashley as a recommendation on a wedding page I was on and reached out. I was so happy I did! Communication was so fast and easy. She had great ideas along the way. I was worried the most about the church ceremony and how we would know when to walk, she helped and showed everyone what to do (in what seemed like the most unorganized church rehearsal -no fault of hers lol) and it went smoothly on the day of. Adrianna and Ashley went to the reception site and helped with any decorations that were there. We forgot the sticks for the s’mores and one of them brought it to our attention and even went to the store to go get them! They were also dancing with my husbands crazy uncle. We needed a day of coordinator mostly due to the fact that our venue didn't have its own staff. Ashley and her team were able to offer exactly what we needed. They were great to work with, easily adapted to our pretty non-traditional event, very reliable, and highly organized. I was a little worried about the logistics of planning everything ourselves beforehand and then handing it all over to them day of, but they managed it beautifully! Would definitely recommend!

If there were more stars to give I would! Hiring Ashley Lynn Events was the best thing I could have done when planning my wedding. Her punctuality and professionalism goes above and beyond. It's like she can tap into your mind and know exactly what your wedding vison is and she legit brings it to life. Me being a nervous wreck was worried about the overall look of how the ballroom was going to look. Ashley said she had it covered and to give her whatever I had for decor/rentals and she and her assistant would do the rest. Not only that but Ashley was also aware of certain things that could have potentially disturbed the wedding and she was on damage control like no other. If something went wrong I didn't have a clue because Ashley is basically a professional ninja.
The meetings and phone calls with Ashley always left me feeling relieved and happy to know she had it all under control. She even came to the dress store after I asked at the last minute to help with the 8 bridesmaids dresses that needed to be rush ordered. (Can you say Angel!) Also, Ashley's assistant Sarai is amazing and we cannot thank her enough for all her help. Oh and Ashley's husband who came in clutch putting on chair covers during our rehearsal dinner. lol :)

As a type-A bride who planned every detail of our wedding, I was super hesitant to hand over responsibility on the day of to someone else. A few months before the wedding, I realized that I wouldn't be able to enjoy the day if I was worrying above every little thing and making sure my vision came to life. *Enters* Ashley Lynn Weddings & Events. I reached out and immediately I knew I made the right decision. Ashley was super responsive and was willing to have multiple calls with us to make sure that every detail was accounted for and what we had been planning would be realized on the day of. On the actual wedding day, we had Sarai and Adrianna, and they were rockstars! From picking up and dropping off our morning food, to making sure the after party was set up, to EVERYTHING in between, they were on top of each detail. They set up all of our personal items, made sure I constantly had a drink in my hand, swept up broken glass on the dance floor and even helped my very swollen feet out of my heels at the end of the night (sorry)! Ashley is AMAZING!! There is not nearly enough space here for me to tell you how much her and her team helped make our day go so smoothly. I can't even begin to explain how happy I am that we had Ashley and her staff as our wedding coordinators. Ashley worked with me during the month leading up to the wedding (but always went above and beyond anytime I needed help before that) and Katie and Sarai helped on our day of. I hired Ashley because the communication with my venue wasn’t the best. Ashley and Adrianna are the reasons that my wedding went seamlessly and was perfect. I made my own centerpieces and they decorated the entire venue. I honestly could not even believe how beautiful they made it look. Ashley is absolutely amazing at what she does!! She goes above and beyond for her clients and made me feel like I was her top priority at all times. I hired Ashley to create an elaborate picnic proposal on Block Island and everything came out stunning. I gave her some inspiration photos and she brought it to life! She helped plan everything from color coordination, to purchasing and storage, scheduling and picking up materials and food, to transporting all the stuff in boxes on the ferry & setting up on the beach after a long walk down a cliff side. She even handmade some snacks and fruit water for us which were amazing. I don’t even have the words to describe how thankful I am for the amount of work she put in to make our day feel so special, and to be able to rely on her to coordinate everything so I could enjoy the day was priceless. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with how our big day went, and Ashley & team were instrumental in making it happen. We had a Covid-delayed, casual reception-only affair, and we started working with them when we realized we’d be happier if we could spend the day relaxing with our friends and family - and leaving the finer details to the pros. They nailed it down to the last detail - food truck, lawn games, dancing, toast-style ring ceremony.
We met with the team a few months before to share our ideas - they were flexible enough to work with our untraditional ideas while also providing a ton of helpful advice based on our budget, vision, and their experience with other couples. One unexpected perk of working with Ashley was her network of contacts in the industry. When we shared our vision for the wedding, she referred us to an amazing photographer and a top-notch bar service - both of which we ended up hiring and would also strongly recommend to others.
On the day of the event, Adrianna and Serai were onsite to make sure everything went smoothly. I popped by the venue to say hi a few hours before, but I probably didn’t even need to do that. They were able to meet the vendors, oversee the setup, and make sure everything was in perfect shape for when the reception started. During the reception, they floated around as the point of contact. I spoke with them a handful of times whenever a question came up - and they dealt with everything quickly and quietly. They were both an absolute joy to work with.

As a very organized bride A day of coordinator was some thing that I thought about on and off throughout planning my wedding. Within the last six months I booked Ashley. I booked her for day of coordination, and mostly for timeline help and set up of venue. Ashley was extremely accessible, answered all of my text messages and calls in a very timely fashion, and even made phone meetings very easy. Ashley sent me spreadsheets and even some emails with cute little tips in them. I felt like my whole wedding day was extremely flawless and I knew of no problems that had happened (if there were any). I found Ashley Lynn pretty last minute and I cannot imagine our day without Ashley Lynn and Lindsey. They are the sweetest humans and helped our day get off without a hitch. They decorated our venue flawlessly and everything was so beautiful. They set up our favors so our guests wouldn't miss them on the way out.
