I purchased the partial planning package through Ashley Nicole Affair and I can definitely say Ashley and her team did not disappoint!!! I was hard to choose a wedding planner in the Austin area because there are so many! What drew me to Ashley...'s company was not only does she provide all the typical wedding planner things but she also includes design and inventory, depending on what package you choose. That was huge for me because I am the least creative person on the planet! All I had to do was send my pinterest links to Ashley through the portal she provides you and she makes you vision come to life! If she didn't have something in her inventory, she would let me know where to find it/rent it/buy it. AN ACTUAL LIFE SAVER for someone that isn't creative and doesn't know how to execute design. Not to mention how much money it saved me not having to buy things like candle votives, vases, table numbers, lanterns, centerpieces, etc. I mean, you name it and she has it! Definitely the best bang for your buck, in my opinion! They also set up and break down your entire event, along with catering and floral of course. But it was so nice to not have to rely on family and friends to do any of that. Everyone was able to relax and enjoy the day. We had a 10 month engagement and hired Ashley pretty early in the process. I was able to have communication with her the entire time! I could literally text her about anything (I am sure she got sick of me because I was so clueless about a lot of things LOL) and she would respond in a timely manner, always had an answer, and was so patient with me. She kept me on a good time line so I wasn't behind on who or what I needed to hire or rent. The portal and google docs she sends kept me extremely organized which I loved.
As we got closer to the big day I was introduced to Beth, Amanda, Sydney, and Helen who all played HUGE role in making our fairytale wedding come true on the day of. Beth helped with all of my catering/dining needs and Amanda, Sydney, and Helen were my go to girls the day of the wedding. Ashley's main focus on the day of was decor and design. I actually found out the morning of our wedding she made a backdrop specifically for our neon sign we had rented. SUPERWOMAN!! Amanda was so so wonderful. She kept me calm the entire day, really the whole week prior, was at my beck and call whenever I needed her for anything, and was so sweet and fun to work with. She was also a life saver at my final walk through meeting at our venue, answering all the questions I didn't know, offering suggestions, and organizing all the last minute minor details. I had such a nice and relaxing day getting ready with my bridesmaids because I knew these girls had everything under control and could handle anything that went wrong.
I can't say thank you enough to these incredibly talented women who were there for us every step of the way. I couldn't imagine doing this entire process without them.They truly made our life time event THE ABSOLUTE BEST. My husband and I appreciate each of them more than they will ever know. HIRE THIS TEAM AND THEY WILL MAKE ALL YOUR WEDDING DREAMS COME TRUE!!!
