From the start, their communication style was incredibly helpful, kind, and organized. They were detail-oriented, hard-working, and truly creative in their approach, always thinking of every little detail and staying several steps ahead of us throughout the planning process. We had to switch wedding planners about 3 months out due to some unseen circumstances, but the transition was flawless and reassuring. Mallorie was technically our second planner, and she jumped on board so eagerly and made sure to smooth out any wrinkle or concern we had. Mallorie made our wedding day absolutely seamless and ensured that everything went off without a hitch. She thought of things before they happened, things that did not even cross our mind, handles the vendors expertly, and was always there when we needed her. We are forever grateful for their incredible service and highly recommend them to any couple planning their big day.

Honestly, I almost never leave reviews myself, but I promise I am not exaggerating when I say hiring ANA for their wedding planning services, and in particular Amanda as our principal planner, was far and away the BEST decision we made during this entire process. We started the wedding planning process in October 2023 and were married 2/22/25 at Villa Antonia. We chose the partial planning package because I had time to research vendors on my own and put together the bigger picture, but I wanted someone that could help guide me through what is actually a very complicated process. From day one, Amanda was thorough, organized, patient, and a true joy to work with. She was always extremely timely in her responses to my texts or emails and was an incredible resource to have. I was also planning the wedding from Chicago where we live, so we weren’t able to sample or see all the things we wanted in person before signing contracts with vendors and instead relied on Amanda’s experience (and everything she recommended was amazing). Her experience with vendors in Austin, and specifically with Villa Antonia, was invaluable. If she didn’t know the answer already (which was extremely rare), she was quick to ask around and get back to me. She made sure my dream for the wedding took priority and was always supportive while remaining mindful and providing all the facts for us to make informed decisions to stay within the budget we’d set. I can’t say enough good things about her - I just love and appreciate her so much. I consider myself a very organized person, but I know without a doubt my wedding day would not have been the same without Amanda, Mallorie, and Eva’s help. Amanda setup several meetings toward the end and created an extremely comprehensive timeline for the day, which she shared with all of our vendors so everyone was on the same page. She was even kind enough to let me ship things to her home (props for dance floor, signs, picture frames, etc) and set them all up so we got to fully enjoy our wedding day start to finish without ever having to lift a finger. We’re so grateful to Mallorie for making sure we got to experience every aspect of our wedding (even as we got tipsier and begged to go back onto the dance floor) because we would’ve been so sad to have missed out on those opportunities and the great photos that came with them. She also made sure that all of our belongings were packed in the appropriate pre-assigned cars so at the end of the night, we didn’t have to corral anything and instead just went from our private last dance to hopping into our ride home (with a whole extra pizza she put in our hands for late night snacking). She was so much fun and felt more like an extremely helpful friend than a planner. SO many people (including our entire wedding party, many of whom have been in several weddings) came up to us or texted afterward to tell us that it was the most well organized and seamless wedding they’d ever been to. If there were any day-of issues, ANA made sure we were not aware of them at all. It’s a month later and my (now) husband and I still say to each other almost daily that we can’t believe how perfect our wedding day was. I truly had the best time planning my wedding and I owe it all to Amanda and ANA.

verwhelmed. I had no idea where to start! From the first call with Amanda, I knew we were in good hands. Not only is she super organized, knowledgeable, and talented, she is also amazing to be around. This instantly made me feel relaxed and excited for my wedding.   After we met her, we fell in love with her personality! She helped us every step of the way. From coordinating with vendors to helping me make decisions because I am so indecisive, and so much more. She used her past experiences to explain how one option versus the other would play out. Which really helped me feel confident in my choices. She reminded me of deadlines and really kept me on track with the planning process.   Because our venue was 3.5 hours from our house, we didn’t want to bring a lot of stuff for our wedding. We also didn’t want to be stuck with it when we left. Ashely Nicole Affair has the option to upgrade your package and has access to all of their rentals. This made our day extremely easy, and we could focus on each other while packing instead of how we were going to haul a million things. They had so many options for everything we needed. There were a few items for which we wanted to make changes to the color or wording. Amanda was happy to do it, and she made it all look absolutely beautiful. One of my favorite things they did was the look book. She had a whole PowerPoint with the layout of the ceremony, reception, and all of our decorations. I am definitely a visual person, so being able to see exactly how everything was going to look was super helpful. It also allowed me to make changes prior to the final decisions. So I had zero regrets. When it came to the big day, everything was PERFECT and exactly how we wanted. On the day of the wedding, she was on top of EVERYTHING!!  The whole day was flawless. The band we chose were some old friends from college who we love. They hadn’t done a lot of weddings, so Amanda was very helpful in coordinating with them the extra equipment they would need.  As well as setting up on the day of and coordinating with them so they knew the timeline and could make everything run smoothly. She helped us stay on schedule and made sure we had a drink in hand and a smile on our faces! It’s easy to lose track of time, and it can be uncomfortable to rush your guests or move to the next "activity." She made this easy by doing it for us!  After we walked down the aisle, a lot of people wanted pictures and to chat. But we really needed to do our couple portraits. So she kindly pushed us along and guided the guests to the reception. She also had appetizers ready for when we got to the suite. She knew it was important to us to have a moment to ourselves to breathe and just soak in that moment. So she made sure we had our drinks, apps, and that no one bothered us. She also took care of us on the way out by providing us with to-go boxes from our dinner.   Everything about Amanda was amazing! We are so blessed that she was our planner. Ashley Nicole Affair is an awesome company that is very organized, professional, and truly understands weddings and the planning process. I would absolutely recommend hiring a wedding planner, and I think they are the best one you could choose!

ore discussions, she was able to match me with Amanda as my personal planner and it was a great fit. Amanda was a true joy to work with. I can be so incredibly indecisive. I had never thought I would get married so I had no fantasy or idea of what I wanted. So I would just shoot Amanda an email or text saying what about this random thing. She would respond with words of support and a few vendors to check out. If none of the first round sounded right to me (or not available for my date) she would send a few more. But I never felt overwhelmed by too many choices. I never felt like I would make a wrong choice. She would explain some of the slight differences between them to help me know what kind of decision I would be making (cold sparks vs actual pyrotechnics, how a vendor’s process differed from another, etc). She did so much of the detail work like the physical layout of chairs, the timeline, being the contact point for vendors in the final lead up to the wedding. She did so much that I did not feel any stress about wedding planning at all. It was enjoyable and felt like I had a friend doing it with me. Which was so important because I don’t have a mom and so just kinda jumped into the deep end alone but Amanda (and Ashley with her regular check ins too) made it so I never felt that absence in planning. If I needed emotional support or reassurance, they were there without hesitation. If I needed someone to cheer something or celebrate along the way, they were there. Honestly the only thing that wasn’t perfect is the “design” with our names didn’t have enough contrast to the boxwood background for the glam photobooth that it doesn't really show up. But honestly, who even cares about that?

ention to detail! I booked our venue years ago and figured I could totally do all the planning myself within that time. Unfortunately life caught up to me and had other plans. My husband and I decided to open a storefront together, which has been over a year in the works and the final life altering event of the year to come. 🙏🏼 We also went through a devastating pregnancy that ended in the loss of our first child together, a son we named Zen. We then became pregnant with our rainbow baby girl, Willow. After she was born I realized I only had about 6 months left to plan this wedding! 🤯 I needed help! I’m an over researcher and had way too many leads on great planners! I when on a whim after scrolling through a few sites and saw that Ashley Nicole Affair was clearly very familiar with my venue! It’s been a whirlwind of amazingness since I said “please help me!” I was assigned Amanda! The sweetest cutest most amazing and charismatic woman on the planet. I may have a little girl crush and may or may not have asked her to be my MOH a time or two! She held me up when I became overwhelmed and had meltdowns, she came to my house multiple times to take loads off my hands! She single handedly budgeted my wedding, called vendors, messaged guests, stuffed and mailed all of my invitations, folded and assembled hundreds of gift boxes, she went to every appointment and meeting with me, she was assertive and professionally boss lady on wedding day (only way to deal with my people’s) and she became more than my planner, I can truly say she is my friend!

Amanda made sure my day was perfect from helping me take off my shoes and put on my veil all the way to putting every last item of mine in the getaway car with zero disruption to the wedding. While I had a pretty clear vision of what I wanted and what vendors I was wanting to use, she was so helpful in providing context and letting me bounce ideas off of her in how we could make my vision come to life. I felt absolutely no stress the week or day of the wedding because I trusted her completely and knew she would have everything perfectly organized based on all her experience working with these vendors. Nothing makes you feel better as a bride than hearing "Oh we love working with Beth!" when I would tell my vendors who my planner was. Olivia assisted Beth day of and also jumped right in and was so helpful in keeping us on track with our timeline and keeping things moving throughout the day. The day would not have been possible without either of them and I am so grateful to have had such rockstars as part of our big day!

We started planning our wedding while I was still living in DC, a few months later I relocated to Tunisia with Reece and then just two months after that, we landed in India. I would pay that price again and again as all the rentals were hand picked and came together to execute my vision for the day so well. I love the look book that is created to help see the complete design vision and it was crazy how our real table decor looks exactly like the look book version. Our other vendors loved how organized everything was. Any question we had, Amanda always had an answer to. On the day of, Rachel was alongside Amanda to execute the wedding and she was incredibly helpful as well (all while being pregnant)!!! If there were issues on the day of, we honestly have no clue because of how professional and flawless this team is. We felt so taken care of all day long by the girls and I would do it all over again. We have recommended ANA to every couple starting the wedding planning process because you can not go wrong with this group.

Ashley is an incredible, energetic, and genuine person who has built an unbelievable team of women behind her and when I mean unbelievable, I don't say that lightly. With ANA, you get a team, not just one person, who helps in their specialized area of expertise - a subject matter expert if you will. Beth helped us through our rentals process, Amanda, Rachel, & Erin with planning and coordination, and Liz with social inspiration. You really do get it all and they absolutely take care of you. There are many different types of brides out there, but if you're like me, I was more of a hands on bride with a clear vision and came to the ANA team with a full design board baked out, which the ANA team brought to life. Even though I had so many little details - Rachel & Erin helped me uncover details I would have never thought of. They helped through critical recommendations and negotiations from the first day through the day of the wedding. For instance, they helped us negotiate with our videographers CloudCraft Studios (who were also amazing!) when they were fully booked on our day. Because ANA is well known around the wedding industry, they were able to pull some strings for us and make our dreams come true with CloudCraft since they had a long term relationship.  Additionally, when ANA mentioned unlimited communication, they mean it! Whenever I texted or emailed them, I would find a quick response back with ideas, recommendations, guidance, and answers. Rachel & Erin were incredibly responsive, especially when it was coming down to the last few days leading up to the wedding. When it came to the big day, the day was everything that I dreamed of, coming to life. If anything went wrong, I didn't notice a single thing because Rachel & Erin took care of it without our knowledge. They were absolutely incredible and I couldn't recommend Ashley Nicole Affair enough.

When our venue unexpectedly canceled on us and we were forced to move part of our wedding to a whole new city, Kerri was an absolute force and once again created a whole new plan from scratch. She was so fun to work with and made the process absolutely zero stress for me. Also really really loved the vendors she picked for hair (Diana Rose Hair) and photography (Coryn Kiefer). Truly cannot recommend enough.

ead planner, I knew I was in the right hands. We asked ANA to step in about 4-5 months before the wedding, and we felt so taken care of and special! They took (what at that time) was an extremely stressful situation, where I almost cancelled the wedding, and turned it into literally the wedding of my dreams. Amanda jumped right in, fixed all of the issues we were currently having, and set up an amazing timeline and list of important information which really made the entire process seamless. We were able to utilize all of ANA's services including their countless vendor referrals, their own rentals which we used for decor, table numbers and seating charts, and even had their AMAZING creative calligrapher on staff (Liz of Green Girl Design Co.) design an incredibly unique seating chart and table numbers. I truly cannot recommend this group enough. Amanda absolutely crushed it - from the first moment I walked into Premiere and met her to sort our rentals, I knew we were safe and that our vision would be respected and brought to life. She even helped us set up an amazing candy bar at our wedding which was an absolute HIT! It was demolished before dinner even started. Because of Amanda and the ANA team, I literally did not stress on the day of my wedding - I had no worries or concern about how things would flow or get set up because I knew it would be handled perfectly. My parents were so impressed with how amazing Amanda and her team was that they still talk about it weeks after the wedding! Thank you thank you thank you Amanda and the ANA team for allowing me to have the most perfect wedding day!

Taking us to Premiere to sort through linen & flatware rentals, flawlessly organizing & coordinating all additional vendors and finalizing all of our day of details. From setting up our bus with our DIY “Just Married” sign and cans to all the other details we brought in (which were a lot!) - everything was just as envisioned. Beth even helped connect my dad with musicians at the University of Texas to surprise me with a live performance of a song he wrote day of, in addition to documenting so many details and videos for us throughout our big day.
