er been to. The venue is STUNNING and the staff helps to keep everything running smoothly. Specifically, Ty’Asia was amazing. She was our wedding coordinator and from the moment we met her months prior, she has been one of the best parts of booking at Ashton Gardens. She helped us with building our timeline, floor plan, answered all our many questions with patience and knowledge, and checked in throughout the planning process to make sure we were on track. On the day of the wedding, she was very supportive, flexible, and kind. We belief that the day was perfect because of her attention to detail and quick thinking. We cannot recommend Ashton gardens enough!!!

ce is absolutely beautiful. But what really made this experience so great was getting to work with Ty’asia. My family is very large and can be very difficult to work with. And we had two very different demographics at our wedding, the older, more conservative crowd, and the younger crowd. Ty’asia has amazing people skills and was able to deal with both demographics seamlessly. My groomsmen absolutely loved her, and she kept them on track so i didn’t have to. On arriving to the venue I found out one of my groomsmen did not bring a tie (!) which caused me to freak out a bit. She was great at calming me down, and finding solutions, without adding any stress to my fiancé. She told us exactly where the groomsman could go to find a tie that matched perfectly to the unique color we had. If I could do it all over again, I would 1000% book this same venue and ask specifically to work with Ty’asia. Our day was perfect and everything we expressed to her about what we wanted, she brought to life. During the planning process, she had multiple meetings with us where we discussed and planned every detail for the day. If I could rate her 10/5 stars, I would. Just a great experience.

ly maintained. At a recent event, a fellow vendor shared that the kitchen conditions were so filthy she refused to eat anything prepared there and chose to go hungry instead. That alone speaks volumes about the current state of operations behind the scenes. Leadership also appears to be a major issue. The General Manager, Kaylin Garcia, comes across as inexperienced and unprepared to manage a venue of this caliber. The environment feels more like a college campus than a professional event space, with ongoing reports of unprofessional staff behavior, employees drinking on the job, and inappropriate relationships creating visible workplace drama. That type of culture should never spill into client or vendor experiences. The venue hosts events multiple times a week, which makes it very clear the focus has shifted to money over client experience. When events are happening back-to-back daily, it raises serious concerns about how thoroughly the space is cleaned, reset, and refreshed for each couple’s wedding day. It’s disappointing because this venue truly was special years ago under previous management. The decline is noticeable, and until significant operational and leadership changes are made, I would not recommend hosting a wedding or event here.

same feedback and I did not hear anything back. I don’t know if they had staffing issues and concealed it from us, but brides don’t make the same mistake I did. As about staffing numbers and make sure there’s enough wait staff for your tables. — The couple did not have water or champagne at their table till asked — The appetizers were not being served the last half hour of the night to my knowledge. We joined cocktail hour toward the last 20 minutes. Several guests did not get a chance to try all appetizers. — We noticed that a few tables did not receive bread or have enough of it. — There were some timing delays overall that we weren’t expecting with the schedule, which is to be expected, but we’d hope the venue would help get it on track. My siblings intervened to get the night moving. — (The biggest issue) In addition, the cake wasn’t served to all the tables. Several guests ended up asking for slices. — It felt the venue was understaffed and disorganized. I understand events can be complex, and I don’t want to take away from that. But unfortunately it showed to myself and guests in terms of execution.

With all that said, we would like to be very clear: the reason for our 5 star experience was our Ashton Gardens wedding coordinator Ty’Asia Peoples. As the wedding date crept closer, we were having some major communication issues with the staff, but Ty’Asia swooped in, made it right, and remained consistent even after the wedding. We are so grateful for her professionalism, care, concern, and attention to detail. We knew we weren’t the only couple she was working with, but it never felt as though we were just another number. Thank you Ty, you really made our experience one to reflect on with warm memories. Other staff on the day of the wedding were equally as pleasant and helpful. Thank you to everyone who helped that day. Our advice to other couples: make no mistake, the venue is GORGEOUS, but make sure you ask A LOT of questions and see more than just photos of package elements. Ask to physically see your linen atop the tables, the centerpieces, decor. Get clarity about what communication will happen when, HOW, and by whom. If going with the venue for florals, understand the process earlier on so that you can properly pivot if things don’t work out. If you have it, hire a designer to really make the most of the space as package decor is minimal regardless of the level (but some may be ok with that because the venue alone is simply stunning).

I was a bride who planned my own wedding, so it was very refreshing to be able to work with someone who reassured me that everything would go smoothly and I felt confident with handing everything over to her. She made sure my husband and myself, our bridal party, and family were comfortable, which helped calm my nerves. The venue is marvelous! Since we had a winter wedding with our ceremony starting at 6:30pm, it was pitch black outside which made the chapel really shine with being able to look through all the large windows. The reception space was perfect for our 200 guests. We got tons of compliments on the food and drinks, which made us feel great that we chose delicious options. We had the elite package that came with the smoke and sparklers for our first dance, the sparkler exit, and the luxury getaway car. 10/10 experience, I absolutely recommend Ashton Gardens and Dominique as the coordinator! We can’t thank you enough for making our special day perfect!

The venue’s all-inclusive nature was the biggest blessing, giving us peace of mind and allowing us to focus on enjoying our big day rather than worrying about the details and coordinating with vendors. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Ciera Wilson, our day-of coordinator. She stepped in during the final weeks after our original coordinator departed, and her professionalism and warmth made the transition seamless. Ciera was attentive to every detail, did what needed to be done, and ensured that we had nothing to worry about. She truly went above and beyond to make our day flawless! Additionally, the serving staff was equally phenomenal—friendly, accommodating, and always one step ahead. From the setup to the last toast, the Ashton Gardens team showed a level of attentiveness and care that exceeded our expectations. One thing to note: make sure your timeline aligns with the venue’s standard hours. We had to purchase additional time to fit the entirety of our wedding timeline, but the team worked with us to make the process simple and hassle-free. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The stunning venue, the incredible staff, and the seamless coordination made our wedding everything we dreamed of.

The Venue was everything we wanted, it is obviously beautiful from chapel to ballroom but all the services they included were unmatched. We wanted something close to all inclusive and that was what they provided, all I had to bring in was flowers, baker and photography. They provided vendor recommendations which I appreciated. I definitely recommend this venue if you are in search of one near the ATL area.

Cocoa the venue coordinator was amazing and helpful before and during the wedding. Cocoa was extremely professional and if you get her as your coordinator you are in great hands. I will say with the price of the venue and service charge any wedding over 100 guest should have two bartenders.

owever there were a few cons that had me wondering if I made the right choice choosing this venue for my wedding. We can start by the fact that just a month or so before the wedding our coordinator was changed even though we had just talked with her the dxay before, and there was a lot of information we had to go over again because our previous coordinator did not put it on our file. This was not a huge deal as the new coordinator did their best to catch up on all the information. Next I would like to talk about the day wedding day itself, me and my husband had a great time but we were really disappointed when after the wedding our family members and friends started to tell us about the things that went wrong. This is in no particular order. 1.We used their clean acrylic columns for our ceremony and on the day of the rehearsal we noticed they werre dirty so we asked them to make sure it was clean before wedding day, they assured us they would be clean. Forward to wedding day and they have fingerprints and even candle wax all over them and we had no time to clean it up before the ceremony. 2.When we signed our contract we decided to pay for an open bar, we had to pay for every adult who would be attending, regardless if they would drink or not. A few months later we are informed that they are implementing a wrist band policy, wich we had no problem with but I asked my coordinator if there was any way we could get a refund or compesation for those adults that would not be drinking since we only paid because they did not have any way to track it beore. She said that she had already included a champagne toast for free to our day (something we had not talked about and something we didnt care to have as nether me nor my husband like champagne) and that we had already paid and that is what was on our contract. I was upet because the rist band policy wasnt on our contract and they still implemented it afterwards, we had no problem paying for everyone if they could not control the amount of people drinking but if they could I saw no reason to pay for everyone if they would not be drinking. At the end of the day they decided not to implement the wrist band policy on our day so that was resolved. 3.The food. I have no complaints about the food itself, it was delicious! However, we were told by multiple guests that they only received one small tiny cup of apetizers, when they asked for more they were told “let me check if we have more” or “we are our of them”. The kids had chicken fingers and fries, and when asking if they could have seconds they were told no. Just an overall awful experience for my guest as we expected way better service and amount of food to be served for the price we paid. Also we had a salad and potato leak shooters as our apetizers and the salad was served along with the main coure not as an entree during cocktail hour. 4. The bar. we had 3 hours of bar service and for some reason that started at 10am when my ceremony was supposed to start, I do not know why they decided to start it when no one was even inside the venue yet. But because of that they stoped the bar service 30 minutes earlier than expected. Not only did they stop serving alcoholic drinks but also any other non alcoholic drinks as well. Another problem we found was when my dad asked for a drink, he likes wiskey with no ice, I had previously informed both of my coordinators that my dad should not be refused a drink and to be treated just as good as me and my husband because he was a big part in making this day happen. He was told he could not have his drink with no ice, something trivial to be hanging on to I know but after I asked the coordinator she said that usually they donnt serve drinks with no ice (to save money I bet) but for close family they could do it. If they could do it from the beginning why was he denied it in the first place? 5.The venue itself the day of was dirty, my bridal party was literally piking up trash from what I guess was from the wedding on the previous day. 6.The staff. I don't know why we paid hundreds of dollars for the staff they needed if all they did was clean up tables, no one was refiling drinks or offering drinks or even water. The guest had to walk to the bar everytime they needed a refil. Alcoholic drinks I tttaly get it but sodas or just water should have been served at the tables no questions asked. We even paid extra for staffing fees when we gave them our final headcount, why did i pay for more servers if they did not serve? 7.It was sprinkling the day of the wedding and as we were getting ready and everyone was coming in and out of the chapel the floor was getting wet. My mom went to ask the coordinator for a rug or something to put by the door because my aunt had already slipped and hurt her knee. She went all over the venue yelling her name and “hello?” and no one answered. I had t stop doing my make up to find my phone and text her. 8.We had the photo stand for our package and we asked for it to not have a fabric background but for the background to be the beautiful windows at the venue. I was told that we could 100% do that. The day of that was not done, I do not know why, if it actually wasnt possible or what but it wa not communicated to me. The ceremony was beautiful and went perfect, everyone made sure me and my husband felt good and comfortable and had a great day. Like I said before the we had a blast but the after hearing every little thing that went wrong for our family and friends we were really sad by the actions and outcomes that happened that day. For the amount of money we put into this we were disappointed by the lack of attention to details, and the way my family and friends were treated during my wedding, specially my parents who helped us pay for the whole thing.

She was always prepared and helpful during our meetings leading up to our big day but most importantly she was a dream on our big day. We got compliments from multiple guests about how wonderful she was on wedding day. I cannot recommend this venue enough!
