I I was very disappointed in the meal… the roast beef was so dry it was crumbling. They had a hard time slicing it. There was no salad dressing on any salads that they put on the tables none, the green beans were hard as a rock, the rigatoni was so dry it looked awful, and they made so much extra food. We had a whole tub of everything left over I would think by now they would know how much food 200 people eat. I feel like they went way overboard just to make money. What a waste of food.. you know you don’t do a wedding every week so you don’t know what to ask, but I was not comfortable with this place at all. Very disappointing. I’m still depressed over it.

We hired Bailey Family Catering for our daughter and son in law's April wedding. From the tastings to the customer service, they are top quality. The food is delicious. Our daughter and son in law chose the Italian Buffet for their guests. We received nothing but praise for the food. Bailey Family Catering makes the food in house. Hor' dourves were served elegantly, as well as the main meal. We also hired Bailey Family Catering bar tenders to serve the beverages. All servers were excellent and very professional. They helped to make the wedding worry-free.

Let's start with the obvious, their food is fantastic! They catered my daughter's wedding for 225 people. Everything worked out perfectly, and plenty of food to spare. Matter of fact, we liked so much of the food choices, we used them for a next day smaller party so we could eat more of their options. And don't forget the appetizers and late-night snacks. We loved all of it! The team lead and all the staff were great. I definitely recommend them!

It is really hard to prepare great food for 150 people but Bailey Family Catering exceeded our expectations. Every table we went up to at our 150 guest wedding brought up how good their food was. The salt pretzels and cheese were a huge hit at cocktail hour. The customer service from start to finish was seamless. We got nicely packaged left overs to enjoy with our whole family the following day and it was still just as good as the night before! Their prices were the best out of many Cincinnati and northern Kentucky caterers I reached out to. I could not recommend Bailey Family Catering enough!

I had a great experience from the start with Bailey Family Catering. We had a salad, chicken, ham, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, green beans, and rolls at our wedding. They were able to make the salad without nuts since I have nut allergies in my family which I greatly appreciated. Everyone I talked to told me they loved the food, and I did too. I have extreme germ anxiety and they were very clean and professional which made me feel comfortable. They also helped set up our cocktail hour appetizers and desserts which we brought in ourselves, so that was super kind of them. All the people we interacted with from Bailey Family Catering were friendly and helpful. We had an issue with billing at the end of the process since they had just switched billing systems and they were able to get it sorted out for us and get us our refund for accidentally overpaying. I would be happy to work with them again.

We had a great experience with Bailey Family Catering and highly recommend their services. I have celiac and eat a gluten free diet and they took extra precautions to make sure that the food was safe for me and our other gluten free guests. We had requested mac n cheese at our wedding and expected this to not be gluten free, but they made a small batch that was safe for me to eat and was absolutely delicious. Everyone loved the food and we've gotten so many compliments from guests.

While we were very impressed by our initial tasting & happy that Bailey Family offered a variety of station options, when it came down to the wedding day we were not thrilled with the execution. Our dessert table didn’t have plates or utensils as requested, salad dressing were left in Kraft bottles and placed on the station table (not the look we were going for), station organization did not make sense for flow of traffic (food items being arranged oddly, leaving people to think that certain toppings were not part of the station), we did not receive any food leftover to take home despite seeing pans of food left at the end of the night especially from out late night snack, and it was hard to get responses in a timely manner sometimes. While the dinner service was not a huge success, we did receive compliments on the cocktail hour small bites.

We had the best experience with Baileys family catering. We had so many compliments on our food so many “this was the best wedding food I’ve ever had”. We did a pasta bar and it was amazing. They were so easy to work with and helped us stay within our budget. Would recommend to anyone. We love baileys!!!!

Bailey Family Catering was excellent! They were great to work with during the planning process. The food was delicious and affordable. The staff was very nice and helpful on our wedding day. We also used them for our bartenders and they did an excellent job!

We are so glad we had Baileys Family Catering on our big day. They made us feel extremely comfortable throughout the planning process and had so many options we could pick from. The food was amazing and the guests loved it. The price point was exactly where we needed it to be while also being appetizing. Would highly recommend to anyone planning a wedding!

Our first initial tasting everything was spectacular! But when it came to our wedding day, we had buffet style and one of our sides was wrong. The employees that were there to “monitor” our guests portions were very rude. They tried to not let us take home our leftovers even though we paid for it all and also were not allowing guests to come up and get seconds when we had PLENTY of food since we had people we didn’t show up to our wedding. Price was great but honestly would rather spend more money to have better service than go through what we went through with them. I will always stand by, you get what you pay for.

Food was delicious! For our wedding dinner we catered a buffet of braised short ribs, roasted red potatoes, Alfredo pasta, green beans & salad with assorted breads. We added pretzels with beer cheese for the late night snack which was a huge hit! The only reason I give it 4/5 stars is because portions were small & the late night snack was gone in seconds -wish there was more as I didn’t get one!😩

Bailey's was fantastic to work with. The food was mouth watering ( people asked for second). Working with them was super easy whether we had questions about what our menu choices were o trying to schedule our tasting. They were so friendly and responsive. They were the first and only caterer that we worked with because of our initial call feeling like were talking to friends.

We had planning issues but she was very flexible and our guests said it was the best wedding food they ever had! And they did a custom menu for us with foods they dont normally serve!

Bailey Family Catering was a fantastic vendor and has amazing food! They offer a wide variety of service options that include plated meals, buffet, or food stations/bars. They can create almost any kind of menu and it will taste delicious. We had a full pasta bar with three sauces, 2 meats, green beans, garlic bread and apple walnut salad. Then we had a slider bar with cheeseburgers, pulled pork, and crab cake. Finally we also had a fry bar with many toppings. And the price was very reasonable. My guests complimented the food all night. I wish I hadn’t left my to-go box behind. It would been a great midnight snack! The only drawback I had was communication. It was hard to get ahold of them to finish the contract or answer follow up questions. My venue coordinator reassured me that while they are growing and have had trouble keeping up with the communication, they are really good and we didn’t have anything to be worried about. And sure enough, they were there, food was fantastic and the service was great!!! I highly recommend Bailey Family Catering!

Can't say anything bad about Bailey's catering. Everything was delicious and very organized and orderly. Our venue was at my now husband parents farm so they used the kitchen to make some of the appetizers and after they were done they cleaned up everything in the kitchen, even the messes we had before they arrived. Definitely recommend.

I waited a bit to decide to write this review. The last thing I wanted to do was write a review when I’m upset and come off worse then what it was. We got married last month so I’ve had time to cool off. I was unfortunately very disappointed in our catering. I raved about the food for a year and when it came to the day of….It did not match up. The chicken was dry. The carrots were supposed to be a sweet and spicy glaze and they were very spicy with no sweet. The most upsetting part of it all, they ran out of food. Some people went up for seconds and it was already gone. Very disappointed and sadly would not recommend.

Baileys was perfect for our wedding day. They were responsive, accommodating, & most importantly, delicious! They were very communicative leading up to the wedding, showed up on time with everything as we discussed, & cleaned up without an issue. Cannot recommend them enough to make the food component easy, tasty, & carefree for you on your big day!

We hired Bailey after our tasting and meeting with DeAnna and it was perfect! She worked with us on customizing meal options for ourselves and our guests, and everything was absolutely delicious! The staff day-of were very professional, bringing appetizers down to myself and my husband as we were taking pictures during cocktail hour, and just made everything run so smoothly.

Wow! They had an amazing staff at my wedding. They even brought us out appetizers while we were getting our pictures taken! After the wedding we even had people calling and texting us about how amazing the food was. And let me just say, it's rare to find good food for weddings and they pulled it off with flying colors! I will DEF use them for future events!!!! If you are looking for a caterer...USE THEM! They will not disappoint! I cannot recommend them enough.

Bailey Family Catering was excellent from tasting until the wedding! Not only was the food delicious (and a hit with guests), they were amazing to work with. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating at every step. They also took concerns about a family member’s allergies very seriously, and made a separate plate for this family member before cooking the rest of the food. As a bonus, they also had an amazing rapport with the coordinator at our wedding venue (Carnegie Hall at Newport) and they worked so well together, which helped our day work so well.

We had Bailey Family Catering for our wedding and people are still raving three weeks later about how it was the best wedding food they have ever had! Every staff member was incredibly kind and went the extra mile! They even held up a curtain and walked me to the bathroom so no one would see me in my dress before the ceremony started! They also helped group all of our decorations together/cleaned up while we were out on the dance floor. They were fun to be around and always had great attitudes! 10/10 recommend using them for your event!

We were very excited to sign with Bailey Family, as we loved the food, the fact that they are a small family owned company, and we love that they give back to the local community! After our tasting, we were told the quote would be emailed the next day. Over two weeks went by with nothing, and I had to send two emails to get a response saying they were “backed up.” Another week went by with no communication whatsoever, so I followed up once again explaining that we are pursuing other caterers, and still no response. The lack of communication and professionalism is alarming, and I can only hope that this is a one off situation and not how they normally conduct business.

Bailey Family Catering was amazing. Our food was absolutely delicious. It was warm and we had so many options for our guests. From our first consultation to our wedding day, they were extremely helpful. They handled everything with such ease. Their bartenders were also great! They knew when to cut people off and they did not go through our alcohol quickly. They were wonderful!!

5 weeks before my wedding, I had a catering crisis and had to book another one. I came across BFC and saw their glowing reviews so I decided to give them a call. Deanna got back to me ASAP and we started getting menus together. I can’t explain how relieved I was after that first call with Deanna. She was so sweet and reassuring, and I knew my wedding was going to be in great hands. I didn’t have time to go to a tasting, but we got a menu together of some amazing selections. The second I tried the passed apps at the wedding, I was over the moon. After I tried the delicious dinner, I was speechless. The guests were absolutely raving about how amazing the food was. I had one guest come up to me and say he was in 7 weddings this year and this was the best food yet. Honestly, the thing I was looking forward to the most the day after my wedding was eating some of those delicious leftovers! The waitstaff at the wedding was also incredible! Bailey family catering is amazing!!! Our venue burnt down five days before our wedding DeAnna went out of her way to help and communicate to make sure everything ran smoothly for us. The day of our wedding at our new venue, it rained and we had to completely replan AGAIN. Her staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I wanted and then some. Here we are almost a month later and people are still complimenting how good the food was! Bailey family catering will be the easiest choice you make when planning your day.

Not only did Baileys employees show up early to help set up and make sure everything ran smoothly, they also went the extra mile with our food. We had a taco bar for our wedding reception and it was AMAZING!!! The portion sizes were great and everything was delicious. They made sure our donut stand stayed stocked and even helped clean up after. I have had some bad wedding food before and let me tell you it wasn’t from Bailey’s. Ashleigh and DeAnna were amazing during our tasting and even referred us to other vendors. Thanks so much BFC you made our day extra special.

We had Bailey Family Catering for our son's wedding reception last weekend and we could not have been happier! Ashleigh and her crew went above and beyond to make the event a success. The food was wonderful and we got so many compliments, especially for the Bourbon Bacon Bites appetizer! Two guests asked if I could get the recipe! We did a lot of searching and researching for a caterer and once we talked to DeAnna and did a tasting with Ashleigh, we knew we had found the right one. They were very accommodating in trying to customize the menu to meet our desires and budget. They are like a boutique caterer without the boutique price tag! I can't recommend them enough!

I didn’t catch everyone’s name, but Bailey Family Catering catered our wedding this past weekend at The Josephina and they were INCREDIBLE. Every single person was so nice and helpful. We had forgotten to turn on all of our LED candles and they helped us turn them on right before the ceremony. Later on in the night they were dancing with us and we all had such a blast. This team truly goes above and beyond to make your wedding the best it can be. We had the taco bar for our wedding and it was AMAZING. People were telling me all night long how good the food was. They then helped us clean stuff up at the end of the night that they didn’t need to help with, they really helped make our wedding a breeze and the best it could be. I can not recommend them enough.

The food from this catering company is simply delicious! Bailey Family catered my wedding last weekend. Deanna and her staff was extremely polite and professional during my entire experience with them. I appreciate the fact they arrived to the venue ahead of our agreed upon time. My wedding venue was pretty small, however, the staff was able to assess the space and service my guests, husband, and I with no issues. They sliced and plated my cake and cleared the tables once my guests were done eating. They also packaged any leftovers from our buffet-styled reception. My wedding took place almost a week ago and my guests are still raving about the food. I would definitely use this catering service again in the future. I highly recommend them.

Bailey’s Family Catering was such a pleasure to work with!!! DeAnna and her team did a phenomenal job for my 8.28.21 Disney Tangled themed wedding!!! Planning during a pandemic can be complicated to say the least, but DeAnna had us in for our tasting as soon as shut downs were lifted. Being a taco lover when I heard the words nacho bar my heart skipped a beat. I definitely would recommend them for any couples looking for a good catering team and will definitely use them for any future events!!

Baileys Family Catering was the first catering company we had a tasting from and we loved it so much we booked baileys family catering as our caterer for our upcoming wedding. The food is delicious. We especially love the homemade croutons in the Caesar salad. Not only is it delicious food but it’s much more affordable than the other catering company’s we’ve seen! We most definitely recommend Baileys Family Catering!

We had Bailey family catering serve our wedding with lunch for the wedding party, reception food and dinner for the families after the reception. Everything was delivered promptly (at two different times during the wedding day!) and was fresh and ready to go. They supplied all we needed to serve during a pandemic-individually wrapped plasticware and easy to serve food boxes. The food was all delicious and our guests were happy with the variety and amount of food they had. We had plenty left over after the family dinner after the reception and we are so happy to continue to enjoy the spicy 3 meat lasagne and the chicken with a delicious sauce with sundried tomatoes and spinach. We hit a home run with Bailey Family Catering! We contacted Deanna less than a month before our wedding after an issue with our previously booked catering. Deanna went above and beyond to calm our fears by keeping in contact with us even after regular business hours. Due to the short time frame we did not a chance to do a tasting, the only downside was that we missed an opportunity to taste more of the delicious food. The appetizers were delicious and Deanna made sure we got to taste each of the selections we made. Each selection we made for dinner was just as amazing! We selected chicken alfredo, flank steak, mashed potatoes, green beans and a fall harvest salad. Additionally, we debated about the late night snack french fry bar but we highly recommend it!!! Deanna and her team made sure napkins and silverware were set out for guests, drinks were served in timely manner all night, and they cleared plates off at the end of the night. We cannot say thank you enough to Bailey Family Catering for helping to make our big day special. We highly recommend them!!!

We could not have found better than Bailey Family Catering! From the first moment we met her, we knew she was the best choice. We had a long engagement, so we worked with DeAnna directly over the course of a year+ to fine tune our menu and our guests’ culinary experience. When COVID hit, DeAnna didn’t even flinch. She reassured me of all of the extra steps her and her staff were taking, and made a few small changes to what we had envisioned to ensure the safety of all of our guests and vendors. The food was incredible. We had so many guests raving about the prime rib and its perfection. My husband and I are vegetarian, and DeAnna was prompt to suggest delicious sides (and worked with us to add more sides for each entree) to ensure everyone had something yummy to eat. I mentioned one time that we had a handful of vegan guests, and that I’d be making their food, but DeAnna and her team went above and beyond to make sure one of the sides was also vegan, even without my asking. The staff was wonderful to work with. The line workers and bar tenders were so delightful and polite, and every single staff member was prepared at the drop of a hat to run and grab more ice or mixers, if needed. Again, we could not imagine our day without DeAnna and Bailey Family Catering. We would recommend her 100x over.

I couldn't even tell you the amount of times that my (now) wife and I heard "This is the best food I've ever had at a wedding" during our reception. DeAnna and her team catered our wedding in early September 2020 and to say they exceeded expectations would be an understatement. We searched for literally months for a caterer that we were excited about and just could not find one. After being exceptionally unenthusiastic about our options that we had seen so far and as we were getting ready to give up, we found Bailey Family Catering (I believe on Wedding Wire, but I can't remember now). BFC is run by DeAnna Bailey and she's AMAZING. She brought us in for a private tasting and from the moment we tried the food, we were totally on board. The food during the tasting was outstanding, but it impressed us so much that the food in the vast quantities for our wedding reception, was just as good, if not better. The night of the event and throughout the week after, we continued to be told how much of a highlight the food was. DeAnna and her team did a great job preparing and serving the food and I can't say enough about it. They were mindful of food safety procedures and Ohio DoH guidance for COVID, which was critical for us as we wanted to have as safe an event as possible. The quality and the value that we received from Bailey Catering was incredible. We are so happy with our experience and feel so fortunate that we found them. Book with BFC and you will be glad you did!

Deanna is probably the sweetest most amazing person to work with and her family owned/ran catering company is so amazing! Her staff is nothing shy of respectful and work so smooth and great together. We had a pretzel bar for appetizers and a french fry bar for a late night snack that my guest RAVED about. After myself and my husband finished our plates we walked around to talk to everybody and they were so impressed with dinner and their plates were CLEAN! The food was fantastic, DeeAnna and all of the staff were SO nice and accommodating, and I could not have been happier with the service! Bailey’s will not disappoint!! We had to split our ceremony and reception on different dates and DeAnna made it all work even with multiple events. We had a nice plated meal for our ceremony and a buffet style option for our reception. Everything was absolutely perfect and so delicious! Our wedding food was amazing. We had hamburgers and hotdogs which were a huge hit with the guest. Deanna and her team were such a nice group of people. They went above and beyond for us on our special day. Deanna was always responsive about answering any questions we had. Great food and great people.

Working with Deanna was great! Our tasting went so smoothly and everything tasted delicious. The huge selling point for me was the appetizer options! We had the bourbon maple bacon bites that were gone in minutes! The tomato candies and stuffed mushrooms were also great. Not to mention the late night french fry bar that was a huge hit! Deanna even sought me out to make sure I got some before they were all gone. Besides the fact that the food was awesome, DeAnna was a dream when it came to re-organizing things due to the pandemic. She had great ideas for keeping our menu as is while making sure to serve it in a way to make people feel comfortable and safe. She also had the smoothest way of weeding through everyone else's opinions to make sure mine and my husbands were the ones that mattered the most.

Never in my life have I ever seen a catering company go above and beyond like Baileys catering crew does. We hired them to cater a wedding and the guests were extremely satisfied and kept going back for seconds! They will now be my number one “go to” catering company and working with them was a delight!

we scheduled a tasting with her and while the food was good and she was nice at first when we politely told her she forgot to let us try some stuff we wanted to try so we could make decisions about our menu she didn't respond for two days then when she finally did told me to wait until she got home then she would respond just to tell me they were magically booked for our date all of a sudden, it's very rude to not respond to potential customers

Not a wedding, but rather, a party at my house for fifty people. DeAnna was on time, very efficiently provided the set up, plates, silverware, etc., and served as our bartender. Also during the course of tending bar she took care of the food as needed ( it was buffet-style ), then cleaned up and packed up all leftovers. And the food was delicious! Many compliments all around. I will definitely use them again. Because of DeAnna, I was able to be a guest at my own party. Highly recommend.

DeAnnas food reminds me of my moms cooking. 💗 She was fantastic! Her staff was so prompt with the food. Anytime something was running low she would have the next pan ready to be placed. I can’t not say enough great things!

Bailey Family Catering went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had the best day of our lives and they made sure everything was perfect. So many guests at our wedding commented about how delicious the food was and asked where we got it from. Bailey Family Catering made the day super easy and made my wife and I feel super cared for. They worked really hard to make sure the food was perfect and that the buffet line went smoothly, especially since our venue had limited space. They really focused on the little things. Several times throughout the wedding they asked my wife and I if there was anything they could get for us, and they especially made sure we were drinking enough water throughout the evening. It honestly felt like they were there to celebrate with our guests. The months leading up to our day, they met with my wife and I to plan and talk about our vision. They helped answer any questions along the way and made the whole event memorable for everyone who attended. Deanna was the first tasting that we went to, and ended up being the one we kept comparing all the other companies with. I love that she is a family run, owner operated business which means if we had questions or wanted to make adjustments it was so easy. She even did a second tasting for our parents and was in contact with us throughout the planning process to make sure all the aspects she was handling truly reflected what we wanted. The appetizers were amazing. We had crab cakes and the bacon cheese cups. In addition to that, she helped us put together a menu where all the dishes complemented one another and there were options for everybody. The chicken with cream sauce and pasta is my absolute favorite and I can't wait for an opportunity to have it again. There was tons of food and nobody went hungry. Our families made cookies and her staff was so kind as to set it up for us, and left the extra food for my parents to take home. She and her team truly have a passion for what they do, and are always looking for ways to improve. I hope their prepared meal pick up gets off the ground soon because I can't wait to try some of the other options she has available. Deanna is a true wonder woman and it was such a pleasure to be able to support a female driven small business.

Where do I begin? DeAnna treated us like family. From our first meeting with her, and throughout the process she was so helpful and kind. On the day of our wedding, she and her staff made sure that everything went off without a hitch. Our guests commented on how friendly and helpful she and her staff were. The food was AMAZING! So much better than the giant catering companies and their dry chicken. Our venue was even impressed that she personally came out to set up and prep the day before. They said they've never seen a caterer do that (they normally send staff). On the day of our wedding, after my husband and I were announced and had our first dance, DeAnna appeared at our head table and congratulated us. She immediately asked if there was anything she could get us, and even had appetizers waiting since we missed cocktail hour because we were taking pictures. She then made sure we were the first to eat, and continued to check on us a few more times through the night to see if we needed anything. Also- french fry bar. Just do it. Such a wonderful addition to the evening. Our guests LOVED it and were so surprised to see that after dinner. The out of town guests were so excited to try the Skyline Chilli! Her company is SO family focused and personable. We truly enjoyed working with her, and will most certainly keep her in mind for any future events!

From the first moment we met DeAnna in her workspace in Over-The-Rhine, she was incredibly warm and welcoming and helped to put us at ease. Throughout our tasting appointment, she answered our questions and helped us to build a menu that fit our tastes and budget - be sure to try the Flank Steak Bites, Candied Tomatoes, and Smashed Potatoes! She even coordinated with our venue to arrange a visit to make sure she and her staff would be ready to go on the big day. The food was excellent and DeAnna and her staff were incredibly nice and accommodating - we were happy to have Bailey Family Catering serve our guests!

Bailey Family Catering is the only caterer that we had a tasting with. Not only is the food amazing, but their service can't be compared. DeAnna blew us away during our tasting with everything she cooked for us, but also by her personality and downhearted character. She is so easy to get along with and really worked hard for our special day. We've already referred one couple to them before our wedding! You can't go wrong with DeAnna and her crew!

Words cannot even begin to describe what a pleasure it was to work with DeAnna for the catering of our wedding. It goes without saying that her food is superb! She made sure that we had a little bit of everything from cocktail hour waiting at our place settings because she knew we would miss it during pictures, which was so sweet! I have had coworkers ranting and raving about the cheese from cocktail hour, so much that they wouldn’t stop asking me to ask DeAnna for the information, which she gladly supplied. While our wedding was only 2 weeks ago, we still have family and friends raving about the food and we are craving more of it, ourselves! Aside from the sheer quality and professional that exudes from DeAnna and her company, DeAnna herself was an absolute delight. She was also so organized, ready with an answer to each question we had, a wealth of knowledge during our tasting and a key component in figure out the layout of our reception at our final venue walk-through. She was always so on it and ready to go! Not to mention that each time I/we met and/or spoke with DeAnna, it felt like we were meeting an old friend, which made it even more of a delight to work with her. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and loves what she does. We feel as though we have found a lifelong friend in DeAnna! Our office had a corporate event and Bailey Family Catering were kind enough to provide us lunch. Our luncheon was a huge success and it couldn't have been done without them. Choosing Bailey Family Catering for our wedding was a fantastic decision! We went to several tastings with other caterers and what set BFC apart was their flexibility and overall taste (food is well seasoned!). Deanna puts so much love and care into what she does, and it shows in the quality of her food. Our guests raved about the two different kinds of chicken breast, the green beans, and the wedding favorite; the Panko crusted zucchini. The rest of the staff were extremely friendly and served our guests well too. The only change I would've made was serving our guests in 2 lines so everything would've gone a little quicker but other than that we were absolutely thrilled with the service Bailey Family Catering provided.

This food was so delicious!! It was hot and fresh and just perfect for every one of our guests!! The appetizers were gone almost before we finished pictures!! Every thing this caterer brought was amazing and they are so accommodating. Made picking them as our caterer an easy and perfect choice!

Everything from the initial contact to the final payment was WONDERFUL! The food was excellent and Deanne was super! She handled it all and it was flawless. The bartender, Carolanne was just as great! Can’t wait to use them again. I highly recommend.
