My team of 20 recently stayed at Bankers Alley Hotel for a 3-day corporate event, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The entire staff—from the front desk team to the corporate event coordinator—was outstanding. Rooms were ...
modern and restaurant area was chic and fun.
The conference rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, perfect for our sessions. We loved the thoughtful amenities—including a complimentary tour of the hotel’s art collection and even a free yoga class for anyone interested. Upon arrival, I had an in-person meeting with the event coordinator, which made everything run smoothly. And throughout the event, I had access to the events team for any last minute questions.
The food and beverage options were top-notch, and every detail was handled with care and professionalism. Our team felt truly welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend Bankers Alley for both business events and leisure stays—you won’t be disappointed!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bankers Alley. The hotel was beautifully decorated/curated. We stayed on the 4th floor and it was SO quiet; we never heard any noise inside or outside the hotel. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, and it was th...
e perfect walking distance away from Broadway. The bathroom was beautiful with good water pressure and hot water. Staying here was admittedly quite a bit of a splurge for us, but if we’re lucky enough to come back in the future, we’d definitely choose this hotel again.
A couple of cons: The floor to ceiling blinds are somewhat difficult to slide over so we had a bright gap of sunlight on us in the morning. I also wish there was one more lamp in the room since there was no overhead light and it was quite dark even with the lamps on.
Our GPS took us to the backside of the building which was quite confusing. The front of the building where valet is is located off on 2nd St, NOT 3rd St.
Valet parking is $60/day, which seems pretty expensive. I also now have a 2-3” scratch on my rear door that wasn’t there before this trip. But most importantly, my vehicle is paired to an app on my phone that notified me that all of my doors were left unlocked after the valet parked it. Luckily I was able to lock it from my phone, but it is extremely suspicious that multiple hotel guests have left reviews that their car doors were left unlocked and subsequently rifled through by thieves. It definitely makes you wonder if this is something intentionally done by the valet company, and it greatly concerns me that hotel management hasn’t done more to rectify this situation.

Awesome hotel, very nice and clean. The staff were always kind and welcoming. The valet guys were terrific and so helpful. The rooms were SO chic and modern. Fantastic location - walkable to Broadway St, Ryman, etc. We loved the bar/restaur...
ant in the hotel. We saf in there many times for coffee, breakfast, and dinner. Normally I don't eat at hotel restaurants, but was impressed with this one. Reasonably priced with delicious food and drinks. This is my new favorite hotel in the area!

We stayed here for the weekend in January. We booked ahead via the Hilton app using points.
*Google maps directions didn’t take us to the hotel entrance, it brought us to a side street a half a block down. If this happens to you, just turn rig...

Check in was easy and the front desk agent was friendly and helpful.
Our room was clean and comfortable. I thought the mattress was perfect for a good night sleep but the pillows were not as firm. Just my personal preference.
We used valet parking which was $60/night I believe but it was the most convenient for us. There is a parking garage a half a block away but I don’t remember the price - I think it wasn’t much less than the valet. The valet staff were friendly.
There is an onsite bar/restaurant. They have a coffee bar here. They gave us a couple guitar pics at check in that were for coffee. I’m not sure if this was for everyone or based on your Hilton Honors status. We had coffee, breakfast, a few appetizers and drinks one night. The food was good. The staff were all friendly. I’ll do a separate review of the restaurant.
The location is great. It’s just a couple blocks from Broadway and it was very walkable.
We had an enjoyable time and would stay here again.

The location of the hotel is absolutely wonderful. We were in town for my husbands 50th birthday and from this hotel My entire party of 8 were able to walk to everywhere easily. My room was what the front desk referred to as a "presidential su...
ite". Not so presidential to me. The room was much smaller then expected which wasn't the biggest deal since we obviously didn't go to nashville to sit in our room BUT we paid for a nice balcony room so our group could chill during the day and decide what we were going to do at night. The balcony had an overhang umbrella that was broken. We called the front desk several times over the first few days and were told they would send someone up to fix it or replace it but nobody ever showed. Finally, 3 days into our stay someone came to the room, looked at the umbrella and laughed saying "I told them a few times to replace it". Then actually said to us "you don't want me to try to replace it now, do you?"
The umbrella was never replaced or fixed during our stay. Inside the room there were 4 different outlets not working making it really difficult to charge phones and electronics at night.
It was just a lot of problems for the price. I've always loved Hilton tapestry hotels but this stay will make me rethink using them in the future.
