I struggled with finding someone to help with my make-up. Because I was getting ready on the North Shore of Oahu, most artists charged a large travel fee. They also were not exci...ted about coming to me JUST for the bride's make-up. I have short hair and wanted to style it myself. Also, a very small wedding party, so it was only my make-up that was needed.
I was pleased overall with Elizabeth's make-up - however because I do not usually wear any eye make-up I did feel it was a bit heavy on the eyes. My husband has commented that he had never seen me with so much make-up. My foundation, blush and lipstick were perfect - and lasted well through out the afternoon and evening. However, I should have been more vocal in wanting lighter colors to simply enhance my blue eyes.
