First, our team takes the time to ensure every rental item is looking its best before anything leaves BEL. Second, if something isn’t looking its best, our expert team of designers, carpenters, welders, seamstresses, etc. fix everything by hand. Having this fabulous team on hand is also what makes BEL so convenient. Do you have a custom arch you would like? Or is there a specific shade of blue that you would like for your linens? Well, BEL can make those for you. By having all of these services in-house BEL is able to eliminate the need for multiple vendors!
Diverse Inventory & Experience, We are fortunate enough as a company to have an incredibly diverse team, from all different cultures, with different experiences, and different skills that they bring to BEL’s table. It is this diversity in our team that is reflected in the diversity of our work. From Corporate Mixers, Fundrasiers, and Galas to Weddings, Quinceaneras, Mitzvahs, and Sangeets BEL has done them all. I had to terminate Eliza for incompetence. Drops a lot of names and boasts all kinds of relationships, but sloppy and unorganized. Missed key details on contract negotiations, which could have cost us a lot had we not caught it ourselves. Told us to use her name with a vendor to get better pricing - I'm not sure the guy even knew who she was and gave us an additional whopping 3% off lol. Even had the audacity to claim she's not an expert on what wedding food costs - isn't that your job?? Routinely late on emails / texts, citing being with other clients.
I could go on, but above all else - she is unethical. Withheld/deleted our data within 48 hours of firing her. It's a Google Sheet (and that's not google policy nor written anywhere in her contract). Petty.

We met Eliza when touring a venue for our wedding that required everything to be brought in. She did not sell us on anything and when we were asking about how the set up would be, she shared that she had experience at this venue and that she was a planner. We followed up to see what wedding planning packages she had and safe to say this was the best decision made.
Eliza, Tammy + Team provided the full service for our wedding. We hired them for planning, design, coordination, rentals, and florals and it made life so much easier. I had the best experience with Eliza and team with our weekly meetings for a few months to align on all the details. She understand and appreciated our mixed cultural background and how we wanted to incorporate elements of this for a Persian and Vietnamese wedding.
I have always heard wedding planning to be stressful but safe to say my experience was the best and the day of the wedding went beautifully. Nothing ever goes to plan and I'm really happy Eliza and her team are experienced enough to adjust to last minutes changes such as guest no shows, etc.
She captured our vision perfectly and I'm already thinking of future events I would plan with Bel Events again!

Eliza was the decorator for our 250 person Indian American fusion wedding. The decorations she produced were absolutely incredible and blew our minds. We reached out for her help when we were 2 months away from our wedding and frankly, not far enough along. We had a basic theme (tropical / jungle) and not a whole lot more. She patiently walked us through how to think through the decorations, the tradeoffs we could make, and provided amazing guidance on how to make the most beautiful wedding on a very reasonable budget. The end result was incredible and completely knocked it out of the park and our guests could not stop raving about how great it was. She also saved us a ton of money by re-using the flower arrangements from our ceremony to our reception. Her team had to work extremely fast and in a very tight timeline to make it work and they did! Eliza / her team / Bel Events is artistic, professional, hard working and timely. I would highly recommend working with her to decorate (or plan) your wedding.
Eliza and her team are absolute amazing! We got married at the San Clemente Historic Cottage, which is a completely empty venue and her team was able to coordinate everything from the table and chair set up to directing all the vendors to the right place. I would absolutely recommend hiring them!
Eliza and her team are AMAZING. They did what we ask them to and even more. Everybody was surprised with everything. The flowers, the design and the coordination team.
I am very pleases with all the services that Eliza provided us.

Dana and Lindsey are the best! They worked with me and my coordinator with all the changes leading to the last weeks before the wedding. They also have some of the best rentals in the area! I loved my silver mirror sweetheart table!
Atrina has mastered the art of keeping calm and professional and sweet during stressful and demanding times. She is the one you want on your side on your big day. We had a large wedding with a lot of moving parts – 500 people, 12 hour program, all outdoors, we had to bring EVERYTHING (I mean everything from chairs/tables to water and power to ice and alcohol) and lot of little DIY details like centerpieces, lawn games, desserts, etc. – and Atrina orchestrated all of them into a beautiful production.
Afterwards, we found out that the cake delivery guy was 2 hours late (he arrived 15 min before we were supposed to cut the cake), the priest was 30 min late and the caterer was late – BUT the entire program ran on time. Why? Because of Atrina and Morgan and her entire team. Also, throughout the entire day, our families and guests never knew that any of this was happening. Even when Atrina had to tell my husband and me, she was so sweet and calm that we didn’t even freak out.
Atrina and Morgan and team rocked it on our wedding day – we put a lot on their plate and they knocked it out of the park.
I just wanted to say thanks to the bridal and event lounge and especially to Danielle for doing such an amazing job with my wedding! At first I was skeptical of hiring a day of coordinator because I was so hard core into the DIY thing, but looking back, hiring Danielle was possibly THE best decision I made in the planning process! It made the week before my wedding and especially the day of a total breeze. I can't believe how much hard a work she and the team put into my wedding and everything looked beautiful! Not to mention they have just about every rental imaginable and the right connections with people for the ones they don't do directly. I highly recommend them to anyone!
We rented linens, chivari chairs, and chargers from the Bridal and Event Lounge. They were very accommodating with changes to the colors of the wedding and helped me make the decision that provided an excellent atmosphere. They have fantastic customer service and will help you locate any vendors you need for your event.
