I cannot recommend Kristin and her team highly enough! Kristin was the most amazing sounding board throughout the entire wedding planning process and completely understood my vision- bringing it to life so flawlessly. Her dedication and attention to detail ensured that every aspect of our wedding day was perfect. Kristin provided calming advice throughout the planning journey. Her expertise and knowledge of Cape May gave us peace of mind planning a wedding from afar.
Kristin not only coordinated with all our vendors seamlessly but also anticipated our needs before we even knew them. This allowed us to relax and truly enjoy our wedding day without worrying about a thing. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, from all the moving parts of the morning, to the ceremony, and through the reception. Kristin is an amazing wedding planner, a true professional. She is kind, patient, and incredibly organized. It is hard to express how grateful we are to have had her with us throughout our entire planning process. Kristin is incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful, we truly could feel how much she cared to make our day everything we wanted and more. She connected us with the best vendors as well, we could not have worked with a better group of people and that all stems from the professional Kristin is and the great reputation she has earned. My husband and I are both very busy working professionals who were planning a wedding in Stone Harbor, NJ while living in North Jersey. Kristin kept us on track with everything and took so much stress out of the planning process for us both. She cared so much about our wishes for the day and also brought great ideas to the table and helped them all to come through on our wedding day. Kristin was with us throughout the planning process, jumping on calls, coordinating meetings, coming to planning meetings, etc. Kristin was never pushy and truly a joy to work with. Kristin also had an incredible team with us on the day our wedding. They made sure everything was running smoothly, keeping the day on track and could not have been sweeter. Everyone always says to expect at least 3 things to go wrong on your wedding day, I can't think of one thing (other than cold weather) and if something did go wrong, it was taken care of because the day was seamless. The details of our day were more beautiful than we could have imagined... thanks to Kristin, her team and the amazing vendors she connected us with. Our guests were raving about how beautiful everything turned out and we can't stop dreaming about the day, we wish we could relive it but now we have our beautiful photos to remember it all. Kristin cared about every detail, packing for the wedding week, the details of our rehearsal dinner, even packing beforehand for our honeymoon. We are so thankful to have had Kristin and the BelMomento team, they are amazing and we could not have chosen a better person for planning the most special day.
Kristin was absolutely amazing to work with while I was planning my wedding at the Icona in Avalon in 2023. Kristin was organized, responsive and super helpful during the final months of planning when you really need to think through all the small details of the day. She helped me prioritize and think through different options (decor, florals) to help me stay on task and in budget. I relied on her advice and experience and I am so happy I did. Also, she helped to streamline communication with my vendors, being the main point of contact during the final stretch and making sure that my vision for the day became our reality. Our wedding day was perfect and went so smoothly, and it was because Kristin had done such an amazing job planning and preparing everything. She goes above and beyond for her clients and is so talented at what she does. I highly recommend her and would love to work with her again for future events!

We absolutely LOVED working with Kristin from start to finish! We got married on the Jersey shore and she was an invaluable resource with tons of local vendor recommendations (all of which were FANTASTIC). For a bride who doesn't live in New Jersey, she was such a trusted expert to go to with questions. She was extremely patient with an admittedly indecisive bride, and kind with a not-so-involved groom. :) She brought such a calming energy to what can be a chaotic and overwhelming planning process.
Our day was absolutely perfect and it's completely due to Kristin's organization, experience, and execution. I don't know how many people commented about how calm I was on my wedding day, and it was because I trusted Kristin and knew everything would go smoothly. Her day-of team of Leah and Kathleen were such a joy to get to work with as well! The whole team kept us on schedule and taken care of. It was truly such a relief to not have to worry about small details on our wedding day and really appreciate all of it coming together so beautifully.

BOOK HER! If you are like me and have little to no idea how to even start planning your wedding or how to pick a wedding coordinator/planner, this is your sign to book Bel Momento. Kristin is absolutely outstanding at what she does. She is unbelievably ORGANIZED and has your planning timeline/checklist covered down to every tiny detail. She points out details that I would have never even thought of. She is a PROFESSIONAL in every sense of the word. From her COMMUNICATION, to her KNOWLEDGE of the industry, vendors referrals, and the do's and dont's of a wedding, you are in the best hands. Not to mention, everyone we worked with or ran into in the wedding industry that we told we were working with Bel Momento had the same reaction of relief and excitement to be partnering with her again. She made sure to cover every inch of planning along the way, and made sure it was perfectly aligned with what we wanted and envisioned. I asked about a million questions along the way, and she was patient with me, answering every single questions promptly, even the stupid ones. She gives her honest professional opinion, which was much appreciated on my end. She never led me astray with any of the vendor referrals either. I used all vendors she recommended and they were all amazing and worked seamlessly with her (most of the time she was on a text relationship with them all). HER TEAM! Talk about dream team. They were so on point the day of our wedding, but kept good vibes. No one felt pushed, or rushed. They became instant friends with us and the bridal party. Kristin is the absolute BEST!! We were very up in the air about whether we wanted to hire a planner or not because I'm very type A. I felt like I had everything under control during the planning process, but we decided to go ahead and hire a planner so that the day of would go smoothly and let me tell you.. the day of (and the weeks leading up to it) went FLAWLESSLY. I thought because I was super type A and on top of everything, I didn't need a planner but Kristin brought SO much to the table throughout the planning process. When discussing the wedding and when we were in meetings with other vendors, she brought up things that I had never even thought about. I had a lot of DIY items and it was so nice not having to ask my family or bridesmaids to help set up. We also had a lot of different things scheduled into our timeline and Kristin and her team executed the day of plan perfectly. I've been in countless weddings as a bridesmaid and honestly have never had a wedding morning go as smoothly as ours did, and this one was my own wedding!! The entire day was fun and carefree thanks to Kristin. She kept the planning process and day of completely stress free and I cannot thank her and her team enough.
Kristin and the team were a huge necessity for our wedding! I would call myself organized, but Kristin has it all together. Kristin captured so many details I would have missed and was great to bounce input off of. She made sure all our vendors were on the same page and was incremental in catching some verbiage with the vendors that could have thrown us for a loop and cost us additional money. Day of, Kristin and Meredith were there for every step and calmly helped me figure out and resolve any vendor issues that arose with ease. I don't know what I would have done without them! Kristin met with me multiple times leading into the wedding and captured everything I had and needed so that I had no worries day of. My family has now used BelMomento for all 3 children and both of my brother-in-law’s sisters. We trust them and highly recommend them to help make your wedding as seamless as possible!
Kristin is an amazing wedding planner and made the entire process incredibly stress free, which is exactly what we were hoping for! From our very first call together, I could tell how knowledgable and organized she was. Kristin was able to recommend vendors within our budget and worked closely with them to ensure that our vision was brought to life. In the early stages of planning, Kristin provided a timeline that listed all of the tasks that needed to be completed and made sure to keep us on track which was extremely helpful. Kristin was always available for a phone call and was more than happy to provide advice or helpful suggestions. There was not a worry in the world on the day of our wedding and I give full recognition to Kristin for that. She was behind the scenes working hard the entire day to make sure there were no mishaps and that everything was running in accordance to our timeline. Justin and I will never be able to THANK Kirstin and the Bel Momento team enough. This was the second wedding in my family that we used Bel Momento and they were nothing short of incredible the second time around. It is no easy task to plan a wedding during a pandemic let alone a NYE wedding with a new covid variant spreading like rapid fire 2 weeks before the wedding. Kristin was such a joy to work with. We started working together 6 months out and man was I a mess with my planning. Kristin QUICKLY got me on track and was so kind and professional about it! She cares so much about the couple and does what she needs to do to make every detail perfect. She comes to venue walk throughs and asked questions Justin, my parents, and I would have never thought to ask. We seriously would have been lost without her. The day of the wedding she has an amazing team stacked with kind and thoughtful individuals. They were so professional and present when they needed to be but were NEVER in our faces, there were times I didn't even realize someone was there! They kept us on time, made sure that moments we wanted captured were captured by our photographers/videographers, handled any day of problems without us even knowing, and packed up the decor/desserts/gifts at the end of the night.
I will be the first to admit I did not want to use a wedding planner but after seeing Kristin and her team at my brothers wedding, my mom and I were ready to sign a contract that same day. Bel Momento was totally worth it and were by far my favorite vendor to work with. Kristin becomes more than a "vendor" to her clients, she became my friend. I will never be able to say enough amazing things about Bel Momento, you just need to sign the contract and see for yourself! They make planning a wedding in a pandemic enjoyable! I absolutely cannot recommend Kristin & her team enough. Without Belmomento, my husband and I could not have planned and executed our dream wedding in Cape May on October 23, 2021. Kristin’s expertise and knowledge of the wedding industry and event production overall is invaluable. Throughout the year+ that we planned my wedding together, Kristin put me at ease every time I talked to her due to her naturally friendly and lighthearted personality, paired with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. Kristin is someone you can trust and rely on, and she makes sure you stay on track with timelines and details so that even the smallest things are not overlooked or missed. I booked my entire team of amazing vendors based on Kristin’s thoughtful and honest recommendations, and I received so many compliments from family and friends about how fantastic each vendor was during the wedding. Not only was Kristin exceptional during the months leading up to my wedding, but she and her team went above and beyond during my wedding weekend to make sure everything went smoothly, which was a feat in itself with all of the moving parts. A few highlights: they were present at the rehearsal to help direct, and even picked up/dropped off our personal items for the reception that night so we could head straight to the rehearsal dinner. On the day of the wedding, they coordinated our large wedding party, managed our team of vendors, made sure guests made it onto our shuttles from 2 pickup point locations, and even picked up food/drinks from my parent’s house and delivered them to our venue’s bridal suite, and set everything up! Heather even steamed my wedding gown and helped me carry the train and bouquet throughout the day. Kristin & team were instrumental in making sure the venue was set up and broken down within a very quick turnaround time, and made sure that our reception ran on time and accordingly to plan. I could go on and on about my amazing experiences with Belmomento, but overall they took the stress and responsibility off of me, my husband, and our families so that we could truly enjoy the weekend. We are so grateful and can’t thank Kristin and her team enough. Bringing Belmomento on board for your wedding is the best decision you will make :) Thank you, Kristin!!
We can’t say enough good things about Kristin and Bel Momento. I’m not even sure where to begin, as Kristin has so many positive traits. To start, she is an incredible planner and highly organized. She was knowledgeable about every vendor in the area and gave us excellent recommendations without being too pushy. If I even mentioned something that I might want at my wedding, she was immediately on her phone trying to make it a reality.
She also held my hand through the whole planning process, which included rescheduling due to COVID. She was my go-to person for every question and always answered emails promptly. And above all that, she is incredibly kind and patient.
Plus, her whole team was great to work with, including Meredith, who made sure my wedding day ran smoothly. Honestly, Kristin and Bel Momento could triple their prices and still be worth every penny! Highly recommend!
I don't even know how to articulate in words the depth of my gratitude and appreciation for Kristin of Bel Momento Weddings. Not only is she an exceptional planner and upmost professional, she is the kindest, most generous person by far that I have come in contact with during this entire wedding planning experience. From our first conversation, I felt like I was talking to a friend I've known forever who was sincerely excited about our wedding. She offered her advice and recommendations without being pushy and was knowledgeable about every venue, vendor, process, and detail. She was my go-to person and went above and beyond the responsibilities of any planner. I was already nervous and stressed planning a destination wedding in Cape May in less than 6 months but Kristin made it seem doable and was a bright light in my planning frenzy. Just as I was about to sign my contract with Kristin, COVID happened. We had to postpone our wedding twice and then ultimately cancel and eventually schedule it in another state. After all this, Kristin STILL helped me through these difficult decisions. I would not have gotten through wedding planning during COVID without her kindness and generosity. I don’t no where to begin to express my gratitude for the amazing service and talents of
Bel Momento. From the moment I hired Kristin I knew I was in good hands. The first day that we spoke on the phone I felt so comfortable with her. Throughout the entire planning process she was always right by my side: vendor recommendations, decor ideas, emailing the venue , setting up conference calls, making timelines, and making sure I was on top of everything. Planning a wedding can be stressful and as a bride you want everything to go smoothly especially on the day of. Kristin went above and beyond to make our wedding Perfect!!! I couldn’t have planned my wedding without her ! On the day of our wedding, her assistants Desiree and Heather were amazing. Kristin and her team are absolutely incredible! She gave me the wedding of my dreams and I could not have done it without her! From day one, she was there for me to answer my questions, give her recommendations and kept track of my needs. As the big day approached, she made sure that everything was on track with the venue, vendors and myself. Our wedding day ran so smooth thanks to her amazing team. I hired Kristen and her team to plan my dream wedding (full service). She came highly recommended by others who have also used her for wedding planning. We worked together for 8 months planning my perfect wedding just before Covid-19 hit.
Kristen helped me make the difficult choice to postpone my wedding (3 weeks before it was supposed to take place). She was more than a wedding planner during that time, she became a support system for me and my family. Kristen took on the challenge and worked quickly to help me find a new venue, reschedule every vendor, and create a new timeline. Kristen planned an entirely new 2nd wedding for me at a different location, only to be let down once again by Covid restrictions.
Finally, just 2 weeks before my new wedding date, Kristen helped me find a new wedding venue (my 3rd venue) that could accommodate my large guest count in an outdoor space. Simply put, Kristen planned my entire wedding in just 2 weeks.
Kristen went above and beyond to plan my wedding. She was extremely professional when dealing with multiple venues, vendors, and my frantic family members. She accompanied me to many meetings and helped me make tough decisions. She was a supportive, calming presence during a difficult and confusing time. Anything that was important to me and my husband, she made possible.
In the end, all the time we spent planning 3 different weddings was worth it. Thanks to Kristen’s Google Doc outlining every detail of the day as well as a thorough timeline, I felt confident things would run smoothly. On the day of my wedding Kristen and he team handled EVERYTHING. I did not have to worry about a single detail, and I was able to enjoy every moment of the day. My wedding was absolutely beautiful and turned out better than I could’ve ever imagined. The timeline was well managed and I felt like I had plenty of time to enjoy every part of the wedding. It was certainly worth the wait. I could not have planned 3 weddings at 3 different venues without Kristen. Bel Momento’s services are worth every penny.

We hired Kristin (and Meredith) for day of coordination for our wedding in Cape May. We were married at a location where numerous vendors had to be brought in, some of which they worked with before and others not so often. Our team ranged from local Cape May vendors to vendors up by our home nearly 100 miles away from of the venue. From the first phone call to the final good bye, we were beyond grateful for them. Kristin and Meredith’s day of coordination was something we needed, and their impact went beyond just that single day. They supported our ideas and also embraced our vision for the day all while making countless efforts to provide personal touches of their own to complement our day. A wedding day itself can be stressful then add-in trying to coordinate 15 or so vendors, it could become overwhelming. At no point through the process were we feeling completely over our heads, due primarily to their organization and calming presence. Throughout the day we never wondered if something was done or if there was an unknown, it was all taken care of. To be honest, we will be forever indebted to them for the day they provided - a day beyond what we could have imagined, a day we will never forget.
I knew I wanted to work with Kristin the moment I got off our initial phone call. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable about her craft, she came with raving reviews from my church and venue! I can't imagine planning my wedding without Kristin and the Bel Momento team. They were instrumental from the very early stages of planning through my wedding day. I highly recommend the Bel Momento team!
First, Kristin was extremely knowledgeable about the vendors in the area. She had first hand experience with most vendors in the area, which made the vendor selection process easier and gave me confidence that I could rely on each vendor I chose. In addition, Kristin managed the communication with many of the vendors and made sure that each was coordinated with the others. Kristin tracked deadlines and decision points along the way, and kept everything super organized.
Kristin was always available for consultation and responded to emails, phone calls, and texts quickly. Kristin is very organized and reliable, and is always on time. Another thing I appreciated about Kristin is that she is a good listener and very quickly got a sense of what was important to me and the wedding "vibe" that we were going for. Kristin's experience was invaluable - she was able to give me advice on what needed to be prioritized and what things were less essential (or what items I could cut to stick within our projected budget). She knows all of the ins and outs of what makes a wedding successful from both the guest perspective and from the bride and groom's perspective.
The thing that stood out most to me about Kristin and the entire Bel Momento team was their kind and calm demeanor no matter what was happening. Kristin is organized and on top of everything but she remains easy-going and friendly. She is also pragmatic, which I found very calming as the wedding approached and I naturally started getting stressed. This was especially true on my wedding day. In addition to Kristin, Meredith was with me the entire day, and made everything run smoothly and perfectly. Before I could even think to ask for something, Meredith was there offering me water, a snack, or my lipstick to do a touch up between photos. In addition, Meredith and Kristin made sure that my husband and I actually got to enjoy all of the food and drinks at the wedding -- as soon as we were finished snapping some post-ceremony photos, they had a plate full of all of our appetizers plus margaritas (our signature cocktail) waiting for us.
The Bel Momento team also went above and beyond on our wedding day by making sure our dog got to and from the ceremony (he was a featured ceremony-participant). They even offered to walk and feed him that evening while we were all at the reception so that we didn't have to hire a dog walker.
Our wedding day turned out better than I could have imagined and the Bel Momento team made it all possible.

From our very first phone call, Kristin added value and brought peace to our wedding planning process. She is very knowledgeable, experienced, and a great advisor. She helped me make decisions while also staying true to our overall vision. She talked through everything with me as many times as I needed. We went back and forth on hiring a day of coordinator and I have to say it was the best decision we made! If you're on the fence I highly recommend Bel Momento's services for the ease of mind. She was so responsive and helpful throughout the entire process - what signage we might need, setting the schedule, final vendor calls, etc. She was able to catch and coordinate with our band that they would have to set up earlier than originally planned. And that was just in the planning phase.
Meredith was with us on the day of, and she was born for that role. She was helpful, fun, nice and just a great addition to the day. I had complete peace of mind that we were on track with timing, and with Kristin at the venue it was so freeing to have absolutely nothing to worry about. The day went so smoothly and I credit a lot of that to having hired Bel Momento!

Kristin helped plan our wedding in Stone Harbor, NJ in September 2019. From the beginning, her calm demeanor helped put us and our families at ease. Her knowledge of and network in the area was incredibly helpful as we selected vendors, which was especially important since we don't live locally. On the day of the wedding, Kristin and her team handled every detail large and small and allowed us to be fully present in our celebration. I can't recommend her highly enough!
We loved partnering with Kristin for our wedding, and know for certain it would not have gone so smoothly without her help! From our initial conversations through to our big day, Kristin was so very helpful, professional, and friendly, answering all our questions and providing a ton of invaluable recommendations.
There were so many little details she helped us plan for (many of which we didn't even have on the radar!), that helped to really bring together our event and turn our wedding vision into a reality. We are speechless!! We just had our wedding on Oct 13,2018! We worked with Kristin leading up to our wedding and worked with both Kristin and Meredith the day of! They made our dreams come true. Not for one second did I feel stressed and was able to enjoy the incredible day! Meredith made sure everyone was where they needed to be at every moment and Kristin managed all the vendors and made sure everything went off accordingly! After meeting with Kristin for the first time, I realized this was going to be one of the best decisions we would make for our wedding. Kristin reassured my doubts and calmed my anxiety with her organized lists and diagrams. She asked vendors the same questions I was thinking, besides all the ones I never thought of! Besides the day of issues, she handled meetings and scheduling before as well. During these various meetings, she was able to navigate through everyones ideas to bring us to a united decision. For our November 2016 event, Kristin helped us transform One Atlantic, an event space in Atlantic City, New Jersey, into a full-fledged disco, complete with a glittery disco ball.
Kristin is a true pro. She is responsive, calm and experienced. She recommended fantastic, reasonably priced vendors for our invitations, photo booth, decor/flowers and even was on hand to be a last-minute witness for our marriage license. A wedding is a milestone event and hiring Kristin to oversee the day was one of the best decisions we made for our daughter's wedding in June in Cape May, NJ. Let's start with basic information. My wife and I hired Kristin for our wedding in Stone Harbor, NJ in May. I'll be the first to admit, I didn't get it. You pay someone to coordinate a day that you've already paid vendors to handle. Let me be perfectly clear...I was wrong. You need Kristin and her team. You are crazy not to hire a coordinator but specifically Kristin and her team. The weather forecast was dreadful and could have put a major damper on our day because we had planned our wedding on the beach. Thankfully, Kristin was able to secure us the perfect indoor site
just a few days prior. She was positive and kept us at ease throughout the whole 9 month process and during the big day through the stormy weather! She dealt with all of the vendors and also managed to help our photographers get a handful of shots on the beach before the storm rolled back in. Now let's give a shout out to the queen, Meredith. What we would have done without her, still be unmarried...no joke. She managed all of our crazy wedding party and accomplished the impossible with grace. She even ran out and got umbrellas for everyone during the storm. In spite of the weather our day was perfect and we wouldn't have done a single thing differently. We decided to use Kristin for our wedding in Sea Isle City, NJ on September 10th. She was absolutely perfect. In the beginning I really did not think I would ever need a wedding planner, but after speaking with her I realized how much of a help she really was. She made everything 100% easier and less stressful for me and my groom. She would think of things that never would have crossed my mind. As the groom, I tried to take the "support" role during the wedding planning process but as soon as we started working with Kristen, it was very clear that my bride to be felt 110% most comfortable just working with Kristen . I hired Kristen for day of services for my May 24th wedding! She was such a breath of fresh air after having many vendors that left a bad taste in my mouth. After having a melt down about logistics and what if these vendors don't show or something could go wrong, I found Kristen. I thought I was an organized bride, but she made me even more organized! She ALWAYS answered my many, many (sorry) emails promptly and put me at ease. I hired Kristin and her team for day of services and I am so glad that I did. Leading up to the big day Kristin kept me on track. Towards the end I had a lot of anxiety and Kristin stepped in and spoke with all of my vendors and handled timing issues, questions, and other concerns. She made sure my concerns were heard and she truly listened to what my husband and I wanted.
The day of went off without a hitch and it was all thanks to them and the two ladies from Bel Momento, Bailey and Kathleen. We had two small hiccups the day of which had nothing to do with Bel Momento. The first was due to my husband misplacing something important, but Kristin's team kept me calm and feverously went to handle the situation. The second issue was our pastor not being listed on the seating chart (my fault). I again, told Kristin's team and within minutes they found him a seat without anyone noticing he was not on the seating chart. These two issues were handled with professionalism, swiftness, and precision. At the end of the night everything was packed up and given back to us. I was soooo tired at the end of the night and I was not going to take my bridal bouquet home because of my being tired. Bailey, from Bel Momento said "No, it's your bouquet and you're taking it home!" :-) I'm so glad that she made me take it because I got to admire it for a couple more days.

WOW! Kristin at Bel Momento Weddings is truly amazing! From my first conversation with Kristin, I knew I needed her on my side on the day of my wedding. I engaged in the services of Kristin early on in my wedding planning to help with the planning and coordination of my beach wedding ceremony. I was feeling overwhelmed with the planning for the beach ceremony. there are so many extra details that you need to think about, that would not be needed for a church ceremony. Kristin was super helpful from our very first meeting. She had great ideas, and immediately put me at ease. throughout the planning processing she was very responsive and had great ideas on what worked well and what did not work well for a beach ceremony. I was so glad i had decided to work with her. For the rehearsal and day of, I worked with Allie and Katie. It was great to have the 2 of them to guide us through the rehearsal. I trusted them and they were in charge the day of....they directed everyone (florist, arbor setup, chair setup, sound, musician, officiant, bridal party, and guests). I could not have done this without their help!!!

They confirmed and organized all our vendors, which made my life so much easier, especially because I live far away. When my hotel was giving guests wrong information and we could not reach anyone there, they stepped in with contacts who helped us fix the problem. When I started planning a Cape May, NJ wedding from Hoboken, NJ, my fiancé and I knew that it would be challenging to do on my own, and that we needed a wedding planner. After searching the internet for a few weeks, reading reviews and customer ratings, I found Kristin from Bel Momento and thought she would be a really good fit, so my finance and I set up a meeting.
After meeting and speaking with Kristin, I immediately knew that she would be the one to help us plan our wedding. She instantaneously put us at ease, sharing with us her vast knowledge of the area and its local vendors. In addition, we could tell she really understood the entire process of planning a wedding and all of the details that it entailed. More importantly, she genuinely wanted to get to know us as a couple and help us figure out what our wedding day would look like, which made the decision that much easier.
Kristin was there with us every step of the way, over the course of our 15 month engagement. She recommended fantastic vendors, attended meetings on our behalf, negotiated contracts, did late night phone calls and conducted brainstorming sessions with me at 10pm, and always made sure we were getting things done on schedule. She even labeled me as her “runaway bride” because my demanding work schedule and lack of attention to personal email while at work made me lose track of what had to get done. Despite being a difficult bride, she always made time for me and kept us on track. When I was overly stressed or didn’t care what the butter knives looked like, or what color the napkins were, I trusted her to make decisions for me and she always made the right choice.
Not only was she there for me, but she listened to my fiancé and helped try and soften my outlook on certain things that he really wanted that I wasn’t crazy about :). For instance, we ended up pulling off a surprise for him by putting together an awesome lounge area in our reception space that guests raved about, and my fiancé loved. Without Kristin getting me to see that his wants were important, we never would have pulled it off.
On the day of our wedding, Kristin and her assistant Jody handled everything. I can’t even imagine how nervous and stressed we both would have been without them and I know that our day would not have been the same without them handling all everything behind the scenes. Words can’t express how thankful I was to have Kristin and Bel Momento throughout the planning process and on the wedding day. They truly helped us have the best wedding we could have ever imagined and we definitely would not have been able to do it without them. I booked Bel Momento a few months before my wedding. It was some of the best money we spent and really put us at ease. Since I didn't live down the shore it was really comforting for me to know that we were in good hands and had point people in the area to help out. We selected their "down to the details" package which was perfect for us for our point in the planning process. We had several check in phone calls which were great and then met in person to do a walk-through before the wedding. Kristin who runs the company was very professional and helpful in keeping us organized and getting us in contact with last minute vendors in the area. Her company has worked with everyone and they know every vendor under the sun. Bailey was our lead on our big day and she has a wonderful bubbly personality and is very organized, she's also very creative and owns her own design company (she did our table numbers and seating chart.) Amy was also wonderful the day of and assisted Bailey (so we have two planners on duty which was amazing and rare compared to other companies). Overall, we were really impressed with their service and would highly recommend to other couples! They were just great!

My ONLY regret was that we hired them only as a day-of coordinator- I know I could have saved myself a lot of stress and indecision if I had hired them to plan everything! I worked with Kristin before the wedding, and with Jody and Bailey on the day of. All three of them were amazing. Kristin really helped us figure out the logistics of the day- without her, I think we would have made some really big mistakes in our planning on the day of, but she helped us visualize everything, figure out all of the timing, and made sure we were really comfortable with all the plans. On the day of, Bailey was with me and my girls getting ready. She was SO fun to have around- she was upbeat and positive, running around helping with lots of little things, and always had a huge smile on her face and lots of enthusiasm. She really helped set a positive tone for the whole day!
Jody was at our venue making sure everything was set up correctly. When I walked into the venue, everything looked flawless. I found out later that she had gone so far above and beyond, folding all of the napkins and putting out escort cards and menus herself.
