Although these mousse cups are not on their sweets menu, she didn’t hesitate to take on the challenge! She quickly ordered a chocolate mold and put her creativity to work. But it didn’t stop there, I also had an idea of how I wanted the desserts displayed, again, she provided the most beautiful silver platters, bowls and tiered trays to showcase these incredible treats. Our dessert table was a gorgeous display of beautifully decorated cupcakes, cake drops, cannoli’s, mini-cheesecakes, chocolate mousse cups and individually wrapped cookie favors! The desserts were fresh and absolutely delicious. There wasn’t a morsel left (and I ordered plenty!) and the compliments were overflowing (“loved the desserts” and “amazing desserts” were common phrases). These ladies are fabulous and their attention to detail is superb! I’m so glad I found you : ) p.s. I noticed they have a catering menu too…. I won’t hesitate to contact them for our next event!!

Not only did they stay for serving the food but they also did us the favor of cutting the cake and putting it out for the guests...AT NO EXTRA CHARGE even though I did not get the cake from them.
