Darin came highly recommended by our wedding reception venue- the Carlyle Club. Upon reaching out, I was impressed with his background and his music preferences (I too am a fan of the 80s haha). Every time we exchanged emails or spoke on the phone, I was pleased with his professionalism and attention to detail. His planning document definitely helped us feel prepared for the day-of and like we were all on the same page. He rocked our wedding day, MCing all the important announcements and playing songs every guest loved!

During my wedding planning process, picking a DJ was the vendor that gave me the greatest anxiety. I found Darin through a preferred vendors list, he was professional and organized and very experienced at our venue. He even invited us to see him play at a different event to make sure he was the right fit. Darin responded quickly to emails and his organization made the planning process very smooth. The music on our special day was perfect, the transitions were smooth, and everyone was on the dance floor all night!

Darin of Belt It Our Productions was amazing! He made sure that everything I wanted became a reality, and listened to me and my questions and concerns regarding music. He was so professional and personable. I cant recommend his services enough! He made the music at our reception party so much fun!

Darin is absolutely amazing! He was by far our most organized vendor and everything ran incredibly smoothly at the wedding. He kept the atmosphere very upbeat and made sure everyone was having an awesome time! He was also a dream to work with and customized the reception to our every wish. I would recommend him a million times over!

Darin is wonderful and is so great to work with. He always responded to emails and phone calls in a timely manner. He offered great advice and suggestions for everything in the planning process, such as the flow of the reception and which order to do things in (i.e. mother/son dance, father/daughter dance, bouquet and garter toss, cake cutting, etc.). While planning it was always very clear that he had a lot of experience, because he would often ask questions about very minor details that I had never even thought about. Both during the planning process and on the day of the wedding he was very organized. His communication with other vendors on the day of the wedding was excellent too, such as timing things with the caterer and photographer. Probably my favorite thing about him though was that he was personable and did not just see us as another client, but he really wanted to play a part in making our wedding day everything that we wanted it to be. I would recommend him to anyone! Thanks Darin!

Darin was fantastic to work with! He was professional, responsive, and willing to handle any special requests. We wanted to introduce wedding party members individually with 30 second clips of songs for each. Darin handled this with no issue, and even played Korean and international music at our request! He had great energy during our reception and was excellent at reading the mood of the crowd and getting people to dance with his music selections! We were so pleased to have worked with him on our big day :D

Darin was absolutely amazing! We held our wedding on April 1, 2017 at the Carlyle Club. From the start, he was incredibly professional and was fun to work with. He met with us in person almost a year prior to our wedding and laid everything out that he would be doing, asked for our input, and took our input throughout the whole process. He put together our timeline for the day of and made sure everything ran according to schedule, almost as if to act as a day-of coordinator. Darin had our song list ready for the ceremony, the cocktail hour, and the reception. He put all of the events in order (such as garter toss, cake cutting, etc.) and developed a timeline for the whole evening. He stuck to it and everything went so incredibly smoothly! There was even a time when I had a dress malfunction and I motioned to him to keep a song going that was supposed to end, and he caught right on! He doesn’t miss a beat! His ability to fit in and handle things that came up last minute was apparent, and it seemed effortless! The vibe during the whole evening was wonderful. When it was time to start dancing, there was literally not one song where the dance floor wasn’t full! Everyone danced the whole night! The music was amazing! Not only are his DJ services wonderful, his personality is too! It was as if we had been friends for years! He is fun to work with and made sure everyone else had the best time too! If we were able to give him more than 5 stars, we most definitely would! We would 100% have Darin as our DJ again for any event we have in the future, and he will most definitely be getting our recommendations going forward! Without him, it is safe to say our wedding would not have been nearly as amazing as it was!

We booked Darin for our 2/17/17 wedding, based of the suggestion of our venue, The Carlyle Club. From the initial email, Darin was responsive, prompt, professional and helpful. We worked with Darin closely to develop a play list for cocktails, dinner and dancing that matched our tastes as well as accommodated the vast age ranges we had present at the wedding. Darin provided excellent feedback and clear details and suggestions. He developed a "day of" order of events and worked with the venue to make sure everything went just as planned. Prior to the wedding, Darin reviewed all the details with us to make sure everything matched our vision. From the processional to the last dance- everything was perfect! Darin was professional, fun and the perfect DJ and day of coordinator for our wedding. He made sure to prompt us when special dances or toasts were coming up- and he seamlessly dealt with any changes in the schedule. My biggest wish was to keep the dance floor busy all night- and Darin did exactly that! He was wonderful about keeping guests dancing. Our guests have commented many times on how wonderful the music was and how much fun our wedding reception was. People kept coming up to us and saying " I love this song!" and " This DJ is fantastic!" Please consider Darin for your wedding or event- he is absolutely wonderful and highly recommended!!!

Darin DJ'd our New Years Day wedding. What a great choice! At the very beginning Darin outlined the process that he goes through to make our evening a success and it put our minds at ease. He then worked with us to map out the evening's events and music that went along with it. He also had great music recommendations (in every genre), and easily accommodated some last minute changes by us. He was professional, proactive and kept the evening flowing well. Five stars!

Darin at Belt it Out Productions did an amazing job as the DJ at our 9/19/15 wedding reception!! From the moment we first met him to talk about our wedding, he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He made sure to call us and double check all of my notes and requests prior to the wedding reception to make the night go as smoothly as possible. The reception was awesome and he had the whole crowd dancing (ages 12-60) most of the night! We were very fortunate to have had Darin as our DJ and would recommend him to anyone in need of one!
