My ring is gorgeous but my salesperson, robin, ended up ruining our positive feeling and attitude towards bernie robbins. She informed us about diamonds and said if we go somewhere else to always ask for a discount bc you can always get a disco...

unt. So we went with their hearts on fire engagement ring. Suddenly we couldn't get a discount but went with it anyways. I came in months later for a wedding band and it's all hugs and kisses when she sees us. Once we told her that to save a few thousand we were going to have one made at another store she said good luck and never congratulated us on our marriage. We already felt embarrassed that we couldn't afford $2500 on a band but we did spend over $15,000 on the engagement ring and no longer feel appreciated or welcomed to bernie robbins.
