Our wedding was postponed due to COVID-19. We were so happy to find that Heather was still available for our new date. She helped us out so much to ensure that our plans transferred seamlessly to the new date. Heather was our photographer for both our engagement shoot and wedding. They had requested a list of the people we wanted formal photos with a few weeks in advance of the wedding, which was great so we didn’t have to think about that day of. We appreciated how quickly we received the sneak peek photos as they came in while we were still on cloud nine right after the wedding. I appreciated the time she took in helping me develop my day of timeline and the knowledge she had on just how long certain photo ops would take. She was amazing the day of the wedding! She kept us on track, made sure we got all the photos we had wanted, and made Brian, our bridal party, our family, and me feel super comfortable when having our photos taken. I received compliments from our guests before they had even seen the end result on how great she was - getting lots of good candids throughout the night but also blending in and not breaking up any of the action to get a pic. The final product...amazing! We are so happy with the photos from our big day. So much so that I had to order a bigger album, because I had such a hard time picking out my favorites.

From there she helped guide us and created our dream engagement photos and now our breath taking wedding photos. My wife and I found it so special that after our first meeting Heather left us with a gift card for a date night. Bertarelli had such reasonable pricing that not only did they photograph our wedding but a year prior to the big day Heather did our engagement photos. During our engagement photo shoot Heather took us to such unique locations and really captured our personalities and our love. Then the day of the wedding is when we knew that Heather was the best photographer. She made the hours before the ceremony stress free. With the package we received not one but two photographers. One of the photographers was Heather and because we did our engagement photos with her we were already comfortable with her. Both photographers were so professional. The details in the photos truly shows their perfection. The entire night our guest were so impressed with the photographers. And even now as we post and share our photos people are in love with the work. As an African American same sex couple we had high standards for who will photographers our life long memories. She sends you a customized wood box with a thank you note, prints of the top photos, and a personalized wood USB with your wedding picture casted on it! We want Heather to know that we opened that mail box and saw this gorgeous surprise the day we closed on our home and sat inside it opening up boxes. This was the icing on the cake!
