DO NOT GET YOUR ALTERATIONS DONE AT BIANCA'S!!! I have never written a bad review in my life...but this one is well deserved! We bought my daughter's wedding dress and were happy with the salesperson... (hence the 1 star...I'd give zero, if not... for her)... However, at the fitting appointments, it turned into a terrible experience. We had taken 2 bridesmaids dresses, (2 more of my daughter's) along with the wedding dress, to be altered. The seamstresses were extremely rude & impatient with my daughters, especially the bride! Every single alteration was done wrong!!! I couldn't believe the cost to do simple alterations on the bridesmaids dresses...not to mention, they both had to be completely redone after they were supposedly 'done'. My daughter's wedding dress was ruined... They cut out too much lace on one side of the back, making it button up sideways. When I noticed and brought it to their attention, they blamed it on how my daughter was standing and proceeded to walk over and forcefully pull it to the other side. I asked for a tape measure, to show them the difference...which was over an inch! They claimed they couldn't see it, until I measured it right in front of them. They then said they could fix it...not sure how you make lace reappear, after you cut it off?!?! So, at the final fitting, it wasn't any different and (even though my daughter was much smaller than she started out) the dress was so tight (too much material cut out) that the back looked completely different. (Not to mention, sideways!) We ended up paying these people SO much money, for what turned into a nightmare! We settled on the mediocre condition of the bridesmaids dresses...and had to settle on my daughter's wedding dress being ruined. We had to carefully work around it, with the photographers, at the wedding, so as not to accentuate it anymore than possible. After the wedding, I took the dress back into the store, where the salesperson looked at it, saw the obvious problem, and assured me the manager would address it. The manager, Matthew, called me and asked the details. He assured me he would take care of it (at least part of the several hundred dollars I paid them to ruin it, would've been a nice start!) He asked me to send him any photos I might have, and he would talk to the seamstress. After I sent the before and after photos, I never heard from Matthew again! I continued to call, text and drop by... He obviously saw the problem and dismissed it. WHAT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I honestly, would have been happy to at least have them acknowledge their mistake and apologize. I will continue to spread the word about this experience...and hope they understand how important and very wrong their actions were!!!
