I went here because my MIL got her dress here and I am very glad I did. The girls there really helped me find my dress. It was not what I was looking for but I am glad I gave them creative liberty. This is what they do all day so let them help you if you are stuck between styles. I also got my alterations done here. They were a little pricey but so worth it!
I was really disappointed with my experience here. I had called an made an appointment specifically with Bianca's due to the fact that they told me they had two dresses that I had wanted to try on. I drove over two hours to come and try specific dresses on only to discover that they had "sold" them which seems really odd now that I have been trying on wedding dresses at more shops.
That was incredibly frustrating as is, but I decided to stick it out and try on other dresses to see if it peaked my interest. The attendant who was helping me, never made an effort to try to clip back the dress or sinch it in anywhere to give me a clear picture of what the dress would look like. I had to ask her to clip back one so I wasn't revealing too much when I went to go show the dress. Also a red flag now that I know more about the process.
I had also asked my attendant to look up certain dresses I tried on to see if they had more color options since she didn't know any specifics about their dresses in stock. As we go to leave, she seemed to have written me off as not going to purchase a dress from them because she decided to rip up the card that had all of my information right in front of me and my guests.
This was the most unprofessional, disappointing wedding dress experience I have had. I do not recommend including them in your plans for trying on wedding dresses.
The dress selection was beyond amazing. The team in alterations made me the dress of my dreams. I highly recommend for any bride.
I picked out my wedding dress from Bianca's Bridal just a couple weeks ago. I had the most amazing experience with Rachel. She was super attentive, pulled EXACTLY what I wanted, was helpful, funny, and made me feel like she was super excited for me (even though I know she has worked with so many brides). About 6 months ago, I also went to Bianca's as the MOH to my best friend. She did not end up picking her dress that day, but we had an equally great experience. We had another girl (I wish I could remember her name), but want to say that everyone I have talked to and worked with at Bianca's Bridal has made me (and my friend) feel like we were truly important. I can't wait to go back and possibly pick bridesmaid dresses!
Bianca's bridal salon has a great variety of wedding gowns. The staff member who helped us out were very knowledgeable in styles and which style would work best for my body type and theme of the wedding. The day we went in there a Fiore trunk show was happening and Phillippe Matthew the designer was there offering help. He had chosen a dress for me to try on which I liked but not loved, our consultant could tell it wasn't the one and decided to pick out a different dress by the same designer. That was the dress. She knew exactly what I wanted and paid attention when I wasn't genuinely happy. She picked the perfect dress. The alterations were done at Bianca's. With my body style being what it is, I am 4'11" with a bust three sizes smaller than my hips, many alterations had to be done to the length and bust. The first alteration went well, the bustle was beautifully done, but then I decided to add padded cups to fill in the bust. By the time the third alteration came around I had dropped 8lbs due too wedding stress so the bust was too big and I couldn't fill in the cups they had added in. My fault. But I decided to take the cups out and go natural with the bust, so they had to take it in some more, .5in on each side. by the time my dress was ready, the Wednesday before the wedding, they had done the alterations I had asked. BUT when they took off the fabric from each side they crookedly cut the line and folded the extra fabric in. I understand I changed my mind late and they were able to still fulfill my needs but I feel they could have done a better job for the price I had paid for alterations. So I give this place a 3 star based on the overall experience with alterations and trying on dresses. The staff is amazing and experienced when helping choose dresses but if you get a dress there, which I recommend, do the alterations somewhere else.
The bridal shop is huge, they have a wide selection of dresses and designers to select from. When I arrived an hour early for my appointment I asked if I can just browse around but they were able to squeeze me in right away, fortunately; and my consultant Ashley was incredible. After a horrible experience at premier bridal in Fresno, this was like a breath of fresh air. I never felt rushed, my entourage and I had our own private room, and I was able to try on as many dresses as I wanted to. She was polite, informative, funny and had a lot of patience with me. After going to a few different bridal shops and trying on 30+ dresses I finally found the dress and am beyond excited.
HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE alterations service! Bianca’s bridal carried the most amazing dresses for any occasions but need to work on their alterations. I paid over $500 in alterations and was not professionally done!! The minute i sat down my dress ripped. Their sales person made me get three sizes bigger so i would need to have it altered and to have my dress ripped the moment i sat down is just bad! If their dresses are going to sell for that amount of money at least have professional alterations
DO NOT GET YOUR ALTERATIONS DONE AT BIANCA'S!!! I have never written a bad review in my life...but this one is well deserved! We bought my daughter's wedding dress and were happy with the salesperson... (hence the 1 star...I'd give zero, if not for her)... However, at the fitting appointments, it turned into a terrible experience. We had taken 2 bridesmaids dresses, (2 more of my daughter's) along with the wedding dress, to be altered. The seamstresses were extremely rude & impatient with my daughters, especially the bride! Every single alteration was done wrong!!! I couldn't believe the cost to do simple alterations on the bridesmaids dresses...not to mention, they both had to be completely redone after they were supposedly 'done'. My daughter's wedding dress was ruined... They cut out too much lace on one side of the back, making it button up sideways. When I noticed and brought it to their attention, they blamed it on how my daughter was standing and proceeded to walk over and forcefully pull it to the other side. I asked for a tape measure, to show them the difference...which was over an inch! They claimed they couldn't see it, until I measured it right in front of them. They then said they could fix it...not sure how you make lace reappear, after you cut it off?!?! So, at the final fitting, it wasn't any different and (even though my daughter was much smaller than she started out) the dress was so tight (too much material cut out) that the back looked completely different. (Not to mention, sideways!) We ended up paying these people SO much money, for what turned into a nightmare! We settled on the mediocre condition of the bridesmaids dresses...and had to settle on my daughter's wedding dress being ruined. We had to carefully work around it, with the photographers, at the wedding, so as not to accentuate it anymore than possible. After the wedding, I took the dress back into the store, where the salesperson looked at it, saw the obvious problem, and assured me the manager would address it. The manager, Matthew, called me and asked the details. He assured me he would take care of it (at least part of the several hundred dollars I paid them to ruin it, would've been a nice start!) He asked me to send him any photos I might have, and he would talk to the seamstress. After I sent the before and after photos, I never heard from Matthew again! I continued to call, text and drop by... He obviously saw the problem and dismissed it. WHAT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I honestly, would have been happy to at least have them acknowledge their mistake and apologize. I will continue to spread the word about this experience...and hope they understand how important and very wrong their actions were!!!
I bought my wedding dress here and had my girls order their dresses through here. Ashley was soooo much help when I first went looking! I also had alterations done and they were perfect.
I have been going to Bianca's Bridal since I was 6. I had a gown custom made to look similar to my mother's wedding dress when she was married in 1997. Elsie is the most wonderful human when it comes to gowns. I mean, for real, we looked for maybe 10 minutes and found my gown. It did help that she's been helping me find dresses for all of my special occasions since the 8th grade. Of course before that was helping my mom find her wedding gown. I would say we are a tad biased when it comes to bridal salons. I have never had a reason to go anywhere else. I have always walked out of their salon with a gown that's made me look and feel like a million dollars. They have a huge selection of gowns, I could have had 5 different dresses for my day. My mom found her gown, my officiant/best friend found her gown there. I mean they just have it all. All of the girls are just so wonderful. YOU MUST GO TO BIANC'A BRIDAL. I am an out of state bride and they made it so easy for me with my appointments!
They also do alterations. I will never go anywhere else. They stayed super calm, cool, and collected when I went to my last fitting and almost had a break down because of the adjustments we had made from my previous appointment made my gown a little tight... I'd like to call it "muffin top boobs" was not a good look, but when you take out the cups they can't measure exactly how it will be. They went a little tighter than loose which was an easy fix. My appointment was an hour before closing on a Saturday and they fixed it right up for my Monday wedding. I walked out the door with the dress fitting just how I wanted. No one wants the back fat you don't have spilling over the top.... Hindsight is 20/20 because after my 2nd day of shooting the top was pretty stinking loose. I laid down for a few photos and ended up with a nip slip. hahaha Luckily only my best friend/make up artist and husband saw. They know what they are doing and I am so pleased with the construction on the alterations. I had a beautiful french bustle and even the construction on it was done with purpose and beautiful execution.
They had a great selection of dresses and we easily found what we were looking for. There were a few problems with the salon service wise. I had an extremely tall bridesmaid who we ordered the extra long length on purpose. The dresses were to stay at the salon until the girls could pick them up and try them on for alterations, but as I was passing by one day about 2 weeks after they arrived, I stopped in to see them. I was astonished to see that the extra long dress was the same size and that noone had even thought to double check that the proper dresses had come in. The salon reordered, which took about a month and a half to come in, putting it closer to my wedding day than I hoped. Luckily, the dress was the perfect length and needed to alterations (I told you she was tall). For all the other dresses (3 bridesmaids) they cut the dresses about half an inch too long (on all of them!) making my girls afraid to walk to quickly or let their dress hang while walking. One of my bridesmaids picked up her dress only to find a large ink stain on it, which luckily they got completely out. Service needs some work, but the dresses themselves were beautiful and of high quality and they managed to fix everything in the end
I had been looking for a low back dress and saw that Bianca's carried allure bridal gowns which had a lot of dresses in the style that I was looking for. They had a great selection and service was great. They helped me find my dream dress.
Found my dream dress here with help from Kristy! She was a life saver. I let her run wild and pick out dresses that I would not have normally looked twice at and she blew me away with my perfect dress. After buying the dress, I brought my BMs here and we found them all fabulous dresses as well. The store was very cooperative and price matched a cheaper price from a local dress shop and then things went somewhat downhill from there. My BMs went in several times after (all separately) and were treated poorly, ignored, etc. Once Kristy wasn't there to help anymore and dresses had been paid for, my girls and I got pushed aside. I feel that until the moment that dress leaves your store, you should give your customers all the attention and help they need. A little good customer service goes a long way!!!
I was a bit nervous stepping into Bianca's because I had read mixed reviews from several websites. Many people's negative reviews were regarding a "snobby" vibe that the store puts out. I had a positive experience. First and foremost they have an unbeatable selection that no other stores in the valley can compete with. All of the dresses that they sell are gorgeous and they are top quality. I was worried that they would not sell anything within my price range (moderate budget), but there were so many choices. The staff helped me find the perfect gown. I also had a great experience with my alterations. They went the extra mile to make my dress perfect. I thought the alterations were quite fairly priced especially because I had a full ball gown requiring a lot of bustling. A few times the staff could be short over the phone but in person my service was great. Overall wonderful experience. I would go back for some of their other formal gowns.
I went to about 4 places to find a dress before I found Bianca's Bridal. I'm so happy I found this place! I had found a dress that I loved online by morilee. I looked up places that carried that brand and found this place and went in a few days later. They didn't have the exact dress I wanted but they said they could order it for me and if I didn't like it the money I paid for the dress (half of the full price for the dress) would go to any other dress I wanted. My dress arrived I went and picked it up tried it on and it was perfect!! It was a bit too long but they fixed that for me right away and then it was really perfect! Eleanor (I think that's her name, it's been a while) helped me. She was so sweet and helped me in and out of some of the dresses I tried on. If your getting married and need a dress this is the place to go! They also have bridesmaid dresses and dresses for prom too!
Great people,beautiful dresses and service.
Since I was getting married in Las Vegas, I wanted to find the perfect little white dress. I needed something cute and very glam that would be comfortable enough to wear to the clubs for the rest of the night. Lucky for me, Bianca's also has a prom section! After no luck going through the short bridal selection, my consultant offered me the selection of short white prom dresses. In these I found the most amazing dress ever! It was perfect. I'm not that fond of their alterations department, but everyone else in the store is amazing and super nice.
this place was great. they really helped me find the perfect dress and i love their fitting rooms!
Love my dress and it came in only a week after I ordered it. But, when I went back in to have alterations not only did it cost me $400 but they messed up and I had to go back multiple times!
They had exactly what I wanted and trying on the dresses was so much fun!!! The girls there were full of spunk :) My dress came in really fast!!! As well as the bridesmaids dresses
I originally saw my dress on edress.com. The dress was on back order and would not be available for 30 days. I called Bianca's Bridal and they were able to get the dress for me sooner. They did the alterations on the dress for me, which came out beautiful. I must have been asked at least 40 times the night of my event, "Did you have this gown made?" The dress was beautiful!
They had great customer service when it came to purchasing my wedding dress. However, I didn't plan on purchasing my bridesmaid dresses there, but I was forced to since I waited a month before the wedding to decide the color. They were very expensive and their customer service was bad after I placed the bridesmaid order. I loved my dress. I have no regrets.
I found my dress very quickly with the help of the friedly people.. I was able to get them to drop the price almost in half : ) Loved the dress and the service
I found my dream dress at Bianca's! My bridal consultant Donna was so sweet that we decided to order the flower girl's dress through Bianca's too. This is where we ran into some problems. She called me to let me know that she had to put the flower girl dress on rush delivery (which we later found out was an extra $20), after she had assured us numerous times that ordering the flower girl dress 2 1/2 months before the wedding left more than enough time. And the "rush" delivery took 2 months! When I went in for my second fitting (for which I was told my dress would be completely finished & ready for me to take home), there were still pins in it from where the cups were going to be sewn & the dress wasn't pressed. So we had to drive all the way back a third time (we live 45 minutes away, so this was an incovenience) to finally pick up the dress, & I was told that I wouldn't be able to try my dress on since it was freshly pressed. In the middle of me telling the girl that I needed to try it on to make sure everything was good to go, another associate named Matt took the dress & took me to a fitting room, telling the girl "She bought it, so she can do what she wants with it." (He took the words right out of my mouth!) The whole alterations experience was also frustrating because they had to take in the dress to make it over one size smaller. I had been assured that even though the sample size 10 had been too big on me, a size 10 would fit me since the sample dresses are looser than normal because they're tried on so many times. And wouldn't you know it; the dress was still too big at my first fitting! Over $260 later & at my 3rd fitting, the dress fit like a dream & I felt amazing in it. My husband absolutely loved my dress too! So much so that he got angry when someone suggested I have a "trash the dress" photoshoot & even hung it up in our living room when we returned from our wedding. So in the end, I got the dress of my dreams. I just wish the whole process could have been as amazing as the end result.
I will never go back! In short, they tried charging over $20 more for the exact same Alfred Angelo dress then three other boutiques in CA. They lied when asked about AA offering a six or eight week rush orders. After explaining all of my problems to the manager Yolanda it was my fault entirely. This was the worst experience of my entire wedding planning and the only vendor I had issues with.
Please read on and I will share my worst dress experience ever! Bianca’s was the closest store to me that cared Alfred Angelo dresses. I found the perfect one I wanted for my bridesmaids. I went into the store in May and July telling them both times telling them I wanted to place and order and they told me to wait until August because it about 12 weeks to order and ship. I said all my bridesmaids live out of state and I needed to make sure they would have time to be fitted. They said I had plenty of time. So, in August I placed my order and Elianor said she would call me after placing the order with Alfred Angelo and let me know the exact shipping date. So she wrote my tickets out for each dress making the price more than the ticket. I showed her the ticket price and said this is what is on the dress there are no signs that say the dress prices have increased. Hesitantly she changed the price to the ticket price with no explanation and I paid 50% of my order as required. She then calls me 30 mins later and says the dresses would be leaving AA on Nov. 26th with a ten day shipping order. Meaning they could arrive as late as Dec. 8th. My heart stopped my wedding was Dec. 11 and I still had to ship the dresses to my bridesmaids out of state. She said I could pay $40 per dress for a rush delivery and get them to her on Nov. 26th and then overnight them to my bridesmaids. I asked her if there was any way we could rush order the dresses and she said no. So I paid and extra $120 to get them delivered to her by the Nov. 26th so I could overnight them and give my girls a week to get fitted. Over the next few weeks I explained to my bridesmaids what happened and decided that I should call other AA stores that are located 30 to 60 mins from my house. I wanted to make sure that Alfred Angelo didn’t offer a 6 or 8 week rush like they and myself had seen offered by other dress companies. All three stores including Maxine’s Bridal Shop, The Elizabeth and Sonora Bridal Boutique told me AA offered 6 and 8 week rushes for $20 and $10 per dress and all three boutiques said the price of the dress was $182. Over $20 less than what Bianca’s was trying to charge me. After learning of this I called Bianca’s and begged them to please call AA and put a 6 or 8 week rush on my dresses I didn’t care the cost. After four days of not hearing back from them I called and left a message. Three days later I finally got a call that they could do the eight week rush for a total of $30 extra. I was happy and mad at the same time. All this worry and stress all because they didn’t know how AA worked and didn’t have the business since or cared enough about me to call and ask if they offered rush orders when we had placed the order. So now with the $120 three day rush delivery and the $30 8 week rush I could get my dresses on Nov. 16th. I was so excited!! Don’t forget Thanksgiving was in there too. So on the 16th I call the store and ask if my dresses were in and they say NO. I thought I was going to die. I explained the entire story from the beginni
I found the perfect dress. Everyone was very helpful and attentive. The only thing i would recommend is that they give you a nice wedding dress bag to keep your dress. When I picked up my dress it was put away using two plastic bags, not to classy.
I wish I has listened to everyone about this place. But I bought my gown and my 4 BMs dresses here.
Expensive BM dresses ($240) and they weren't quality at all. They fit everyone funny with puckers and lumps - even on skinny girls. They came in the wrong color. Wanted olive green and they were mint. My wedding colors were nothing like mint green yet that was what I was stuck with.
hey were rude and for my out of state BM couldn't process a credit card over the phone. Complete waste of money and ruined what should have been a good experience.
HORRIBLE!!!
