Big Easy Limos, Inc. was absolutely fabulous for our wedding day! All of the drivers were completely professional and extremely friendly. They even went above and beyond to wait until our ceremony was over as a courtesy in case it didn't stop raining in time for our second line to our venue. We want to thank Big Easy Limos, Inc. and we highly recommend them!

20/10 - cannot recommend enough!!! The company was so amazing and so easy to work with. We were late getting to the bus after pictures, but our driver Shannon was so incredibly nice. Throughout the entire night, he was so nice and accommodating. I didn't have to worry about getting to him on time because he was so attentive to the bride/groom and was very patient. They never made us feel rushed or anything. The booking process was so easy!

From our first conversation to inquire about transportation for our daughter's wedding to the wedding day, we were extremely pleased with Big Easy. Prompt in returning calls. Very courteous and professional drivers. Our limo driver was Darrell and he was outstanding! ( Don't know the names of the Rolls driver and Limo bus driver. ) I would recommend Big Easy for your transportation needs. Great customer service!

I'm so appreciative of everything Big Easy Limo did for my groom and I words can't express how thankful I am. Excellent transportation from Big Easy Limos for my daughter’s wedding. They were on time at the various locations and the drivers were very nice and professional. We used A Rolls, Limo and a bus and we pleased with them all. Would definitely recommend for your transportation needs.

Big Easy was great to work with, they got us from our hotel to Audubon Park for pictures to the reception hall smoothly and without issue (even with the construction taking place on Magazine!) Highly recommend their services.

We rented the Rolls Royce for my dad and I to arrive to the Church in and for my husband and I to leave the Church in. It was perfect and so cool, and the driver was very nice.

Big Easy Limos provided us with excellent transportation. Everyone showed up on time and as promised. Drivers were very professional and courteous. They even kept us updated as to the status of each driver and their expected time of arrival. Vehicles were fully equiped & comfortable. Big Easy Limos is the way to go!

Of all the transportation services I called, Big Easy was who we decided to go with. We had several people in for a destination wedding and Big Easy scheduled all the correct sizes of vehicles, sent emails when our drivers were assigned (including their cell #'s to contact) and were exactly where they said they would be. Polite and efficient - they were the very best!

We hired Big Easy Limos for our transportation from our wedding venue on 5/8/2021. The limo was clean and their service was reliable. They were on time and easy to work with.

Big Easy was great to work with! We had lots of changes on the day of our wedding and Steve made all the appropriate changes very quickly. All the drivers were on time and very friendly. The limo and limo bus also had great AC, which you know is very important any time of year in New Orleans!

Our wedding transportation was absolutely fantastic! They arrive 20 minutes early and helped bring both my bags and my bridal party bags onto the limo bus! The limo bus and limos were VERY clean and the staff was very friendly! You WILL NOT be disappointed to book your wedding transportation with Big Easy Limos!

Hey Big Easy! I’m changing your name to BIG SLEAZY based on your policy of taking client’s money and providing no services. Your mayor shut down the city and canceled all weddings in March. Our wedding did not take place in April but YOU kept Our money. And last time I looked the pandemic does not have an expiration date. I would Warn all couples to Not do business with such unscrupulous people. Wonder how many others got screwed by you?

Our wedding cannot take place due to COVID-19. Big Easy refused to refund a cent for services never rendered. In addition to being out a wedding day, we are out SO much money that selfish vendors like Big Easy refuse to refund. Support companies that take the moral and compassionate route in tough times like these. Big Easy Limos is NOT that kind of business. Forced to rate them 1 star since it wouldn't let me submit with 0 stars.

I would definitely recommend Big Easy Limos. They were easy to book and allowed us to push up the time just a couple of days before the wedding. The drivers were super-friendly and professional. The Rolls and the 28 passenger limo bus were spotlessly clean. They arrived 15 min before schedule which was great-we didn’t have to worry that they weren’t coming.

Big Easy Limos was excellent! We booked them for transportation to and from the reception, and also to the after party. They were very flexible with our needs and our timeline, they were always on time (or before), the limos were in great condition, and the drivers were excellent. We definitely recommend Big Easy for your wedding!!

Very easy to work with and friendly!

We booked Big Easy Limos for a wedding party transfer and for our grand exit. I wish I could give this company more than two stars, but they are very hard to get in touch with and when you speak to someone on the phone they try to get you off the phone as soon as they can. Next issue with this company is that they did not send us to correct vehicle that we paid for, even after confirming on the phone with someone. We ordered a luxury limo bus and got a hotel shuttle. I also confirmed that we would be allowed to ride around for 30 mins since our hotel and venue were not that far from each other. Driver was rude and said that was not policy, such a damper when our wedding party is trying to have fun before heading over to the ceremony. Our driver of the Rolls Royce that we rented was great though and the only reason that this company is getting more than one star. We did speak to the manager or owner and was only refunded the difference of the party bus. I would not recommend this company for a wedding party shuttle.

We rented buses to transport guests back to hotels after the reception and a bus to bring the bridal party to the venue. All of the buses were on time and the drivers were nice.

They were so easy to work with. We used their Diamond Package and also added on a shuttle for our wedding guest and the professionalism and their vehicles were amazing. We will definitely used them again if we need any other transportation services.

Big Easy Limos was great to work with! Both the limo ride to the venue and the Rolls Royce ride home were super smooth. The drivers were on time and very nice. The Rolls Royce was amazing! It was so cool to be able to ride in car like that! We will always remember that experience!

The owners at Big Easy were extremely easy to work with. They worked with us to get the package that fit our needs and even helped us to get extra buses last minute. They were very prompt at all locations and all of the buses were clean. The buses that picked us up from the reception to bring us downtown helped us to continue the party. Our driver let us control the music and we basically had a little party on the bus after the reception! We would recommend them to anyone getting married!

I wish I could give Big Easy more than 5 stars! My mom handled the transportation for our wedding and Big Easy gave really good suggestions for timing (arrival times, transportation options, everything) - they were really easy to work with! They showed up on time to our prep locations. It was storming right when we were leaving for the ceremony, and the driver of our Rolls was FANTASTIC! He truly was great - he did everything he could to help me not get drenched before my wedding. He was laid back, friendly, helped my dad and I feel calm on our ride to the church. He was our driver all night and was great! Our experience with them was amazing - I'm so glad I booked them for our wedding!

Awful! I booked a limo to bring a few friends and myself to the Northshore for my bridal shower since I knew we would have a few celebratory glasses of champagne and I did not want anyone to drive across the causeway. Prior to my scheduled pick up, I received 6 emails confirming my booking including the cell phone and name of my driver. Imagine my surprise when there was no limo that showed up at the scheduled time! I called the driver and he immediately put the blame on me and told me he was in the french quarter! I was supposed to be picked up in Old Metairie and they are located in Kenner...so what were they doing in the french quarter???? Anyway they said that they had been trying to get in touch with me and that I was allegedly out of the country...not true...After I hung up with the driver I called the company and they immediately started blaming me for their mistake. I was totally irritated because I was missing my bridal shower because of them. They came up with about 50 other excuses (most of them blaming me, just totally rude and i professional) and finally someone came clean and said they messed up...I was able to hop in a car with a friend to get to shower after cancelling the limo, then the limo showed up to pick up my remaining friends anyway, so they got in and the limo took us back. Let me just say, this limo was really old and and the auxiliary cord didn’t work so we basically put someone’s iPhone in a cup on the bar for music. What a disgusting excuse for a company...the kicker for the entire day is that one of my friends asked which company I used and she used them for her wedding and booked them 8 months in advance and instead of sending her a limo, they sent her a “Casino bus” and they said that that was all they had left, she told me that they never informed her that they were sending something other than what she ordered or that their limos were totally booked when she made a booking 8 months prior! DO NOT USE THIS LIMO SERVICE, THEY WILL RUIN YOUR SPECIAL DAY!

We booked Big Easy Limos in March 2018 for a party bus to take guests and members of the wedding party back and forth to the hotel, church, and reception. We also booked the vintage Rolls Royce to take me and my father to the church and me and my husband from the church to the reception. The driver of Rolls was absolutely wonderful, friendly, and had champagne for me and my husband when we got out of the church to start celebrating. The driver of the party bus on the other hand was not as friendly at the end of the day. As we were packing up to leave the reception and head back to the hotel, he came in screaming at my guests, parents, and me that we had to go because he had another wedding. I was taken aback and very upset by his behavior. I understand that he had another group to pick up, but he could have handled the situation better than screaming at people at the reception. Even the workers at the reception hall were shocked that he was yelling at the bride and parents of the bride. Otherwise, this company was easy to deal with and quick in their response.

We rented a Rolls Royce and a limo bus for us and the bridal party to bring us to our ceremony and reception. Prices weren’t bad and I was able to get the vehicles I wanted. Both drivers were very friendly and kind. They made our ride a lot of fun and safe. We truly enjoyed the vehicles. They were extremely clean and well maintained. Their service was great! On the way home, my husband and I had a limo bring us to our destination. The limo was well maintained as well. However, our limo driver seemed to be in a rush. When we asked for him to wait a moment when leaving he seemed to be in an extream rush. Besides this, we were pleased.

If you want dependable and excellent service then book these guys. They were easy to contact and got back to me right away with the quote. They were on time to pick us up from the church and got us to the reception quickly (but safely). All vehicles were clean and in great condition.

Great service. Great price. We had Greg as our driver, very nice guy. Drove us around location to location in the French Quarter allowing us to take pictures all over, no complaints about all the side streets we had to take, he handled the traffic and parking very easy. We were worried about making our driver take us around to all the locations we wanted pictures at, but he let us know that it was no issue at all.

They were great. The limos were lovely and the drivers were very nice. One of the limos was about 10 minutes late for the pick up, but we made it to the venue just about on time. The Bentley for the Bride and Groom was stunning and made a great photo op!

We rented a mini bus and Rolls Royce to transport us from the hotel to the church to the reception. Prior to the arrival of both vehicles, we were sent confirmation information giving us the name of our drivers. The drivers arrived on time the day of the wedding, and we had no problems being transported. Our drivers were friendly and did all that they could to make sure everyone was comfortable. Definitely recommend Big Easy Limos.

I would highly recommend Big Easy Limos!! They were referred to me by a friend and I am very happy we chose them!! We went to the business and looked at the limos when booking. All the limos were very nice on the inside, did not smell like smoke, and modern with all then interior lights and design. The day of my wedding it was drizzling and the drivers met us at the door with umbrellas and escorted everyone to the cars. The drivers were very nice and helpful. My husband and I liked the perk of glasses of champagne upon leaving the church as we got into the limo. Very dependable and worth every penny!!

As I have been planning my wedding this year, finding a limo service was the one thing that kept slipping to the end of the list. Then it was one month away and I still didn't have one booked. I called Big Easy from California and they were able to instantly give me a quote, book me over the phone, and send email confirmations. Their automated messages through email were very helpful to get the drivers' information, booking confirmations, and locations of the cars as they were on their way. They even sent the thank you emails after the wedding. The drivers were on time and used their knowledge of the back roads made it so that we got to the wedding 8 minutes early from our arrival time even though it was in the middle of French Quarter festival, a Pelicans game, and they were filming NCIS New Orleans all in the same evening. Our driver Paul was great and got us there safely and on time. After the wedding both drivers were there on time and got my husband and I back to the hotel at the end of our perfect night. I used Big Easy as my wedding day transportation. I used one limo bus for me and my bridesmaids to get to my ceremony, one limo for my groomsmen to get to the ceremony, and one limo for my husband and I to get from the wedding to our hotel. The limo bus driver was fine, however the other guy driving the normal limo was really really rude to my husband and his groomsmen. He ended up being the same guy who drove us back to our hotel. He was not polite to us then either. Overall, this was a good company to use, just a little put off by a guy who is rude to a couple on their wedding day!

The limo arrived on time. We were taken home to change and then taken to our hotel for the evening. Great ride. Didn't get lost or anything so that's a plus!

I wish I could say that my experience was a positive one but it just wasn't b/c our driver (Rick) was rude. When my driver picked us up, he would not allow my brother to get in the limo b/c we were already at 10 people. the 10 ppl included a 2 and a 3 year old!!! It wasn't in the plan for children to ride in our limo (it happened last minute), and everything happened rather fast. I just feel that the driver could have been a little more flexible and if not, maybe he could have handled the situation a little better and a little friendlier. Then, we pull up to the church and there was another wedding party leaving the church so our driver impolitely asks us what he is supposed to do.. ? I advised him to drive around the block until the traffic cleared. common sense right ? Then, once we were parked in front of the church, he proceeds to fight me in opening the door. I was sitting in the limo alone (b/c no one is supposed to see the bride) and the driver attempts to open the door (while all of my guests were standing outside). So I was practically fighting him to keep the door closed! What a joke! On a more positive note, my husband and his groomsmen had a separate limo and he says that his driver was way better and definitely not rude (he does not remember his name).
