Having owned a flower shop in Costa Rica for years, he decided to open one when he relocated to Texas. In his free time, Arash enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. When you work with Billowing Blooms, Arash and his team will create a customized package exclusively for your event. From the initial consultation throughout the design process, these florists will collaborate closely with you. They aim to ease any stress by giving you full creative control over the design of your floral arrangements. They also provide delivery and setup on your wedding day.

Honestly, I could not be happier with how everything turned out. I had to pick up my flowers on Friday for my Sunday wedding(the venue was in Dallas). They gave me tips on how to be sure the flowers would stay as fresh as possible and made sure...

My only comment is that they didn't ask for photos of the wall or tree that we asked them to decorate with florals and greenery. It felt like they improvised a bit, when I would've preferred a more solid plan. But everything still turned out lovely despite that.

I reached out to this flower shop through The Knot. I emailed them at the beginning of January about my bouquet for my wedding in September. I was told my wedding day was available. I live 4 hours away from this vendor so they decided to ask me...
questions through email. I sent them pictures of what I wanted with my color scheme and after them taking weeks to reply they would NEVER give me a quote on what I needed. After 3 weeks of emails they finally tell me "sorry your day has been booked". I would have booked for my day IF I GOT THE QUOTE I ASKED ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO!!!!!! Then they just stopped responding to emails. It took them 1 week to respond to one email. So if your looking for good customer service I suggest another flower shop for your big day. Ill gladly take my business elsewhere.

Arash has been designing floral art for over 20 years. His style is very diverse and there really isn't anything that he can't design! His fascination and love of flowers are what makes his arrangements truly unique and one of a kind. He owned a flower shop in Costa Rica for many years, then decided to move and make a home here in the US. He met his beautiful wife Merlin in Austin and they now have a beautiful baby girl named Gracyn.
