Vanelphia, etc at Binny's made getting all of the alcohol for our wedding super easy and simple! They were super helpful and flexible, from providing a recommended distribution of things based on our preferences and guest count to adjusting specifics to even giving ideas and ingredients for custom cocktails just based on a general description of our preferences! They also coordinated with our caterer so we didn't have to worry or even think about anything for drop off and pick up, automatically refunding/buying back anything that was unused/unopened and left at the end.

Alex and Co at Binny's made it exceptionally easy for me to customize, place, and ship my order to my wedding venue for the big day. He was patient throughout and quickly accommodated any edits and requests I had. He also worked with our vendors to make the delivery. Pickup was a breeze as well - just make sure you plan ahead with your venue to arrange it. It was reassuring to be able to order as much as I needed to without having to worry about over-ordering. You can't go wrong!

Binny's was, unsurprisingly, a reliable and worthwhile vendor for our wedding alcohol, with a wide and affordable selection, timely delivery, and - critically - a buy-back policy for any liquor we didn't open. They made the process of identifying, sourcing, and paying for our wine / beer / whisky / etc absolutely painless, and we greatly valued the peace of mind knowing that we wouldn't have to fear accidentally overestimating how much would be drunk over the course of the night.

We specifically wanted to have our wedding reception at a BYOB venue so that we could order all our alcohol from Binny's. Not only did it literally save us AT LEAST several thousand dollars, but we got to choose the wines, beers, and liquors we specifically wanted. My husband and I had very specific wines and beers we wanted to serve at our wedding (our favorites and ones with sentimental value), and we had no problem ordering exactly what we wanted. Alex built our order/proposal and was really nice about making changes we wanted over the course of a couple of months until it was time to place the final order. The best part is being able to return any unopened bottles. While Binny's delivers all the alcohol to the venue on the day of the wedding, they do not pick up at the end of the night nor the morning after (our venue would not allow the alcohol to stay in the venue after the wedding). So it was definitely a chore to lug all the leftovers (much more than I imagined we would have) back on our bus back to the hotel, but it was all worth it to get nearly $1500 back in returns.

Binny's gave us a great deal on our mini champagne bottles for our wedding favors. They also boxed them up for us and carried them to the car. I will definitely use them for all of my liquor needs!

V is my go to for wedding couples who want to buy in their liquor for BYOB venues. She knows her stuff and is so helpful. I highly recommend taking advantage of their great customer service, delivery, pick up and buy-back!

We went to the Binny’s in Glen Ellyn and had the best experience with the wine expert there, Max. He showed us some absolutely amazing wine (red, white, and bubbly) all for $5-$10 per bottle!! And he was generally really kind and fun. Also, with Binny’s return policy, we were able to buy more than enough alcohol and then return whatever we didn’t use! Saved us so much money!!

My venue gave us the option of using Binny's to provide alcohol and it was an excellent choice! I was very particular and had to change my order numerous times and the account manager who worked with me (Vanelphia) was so patient and kind. She changed my order numerous times and made suggestions based on my questions! They coordinate drop-off and also pick up any extra that can be returned. Would recommend!!

100% best way to go if you are able to bring in your own bar for your wedding. We got married and had our reception at A New Leaf in Chicago and used Binny's for stocking our bar. From the start, Alex proposed a great order selection and we finalized based on guest preferences. Then the pick up was made super easy as he has worked with our caterer many times...so we didn't even have to worry about any drop off logistics, they worked direct and made it happen. We then brought back leftover unopened product Sunday after the wedding (right before we left for the airport) and got $$ back. The quality was amazing and the buy back program is a no brainer. Binnys has tons of options! Reasonable pricing and all the rentals you could need for your wedding. They rocked for our do-it-yourself reception. We were under budget for alcohol at our wedding today and had lots of craft beer and wine

Binny's catered the alcohol for our wedding last summer. We saved a ton of money working with Binny's, and they also will buy back any unopened cases of beer and wine and unopened bottles of liquor after the event. The ordering process was pretty easy. Definitely go with Binny's for your wedding if it's an option.

We got our alcohol from Binnys. They helped us pick everything out and advised us on how much we needed to purchase and even better they took back everything that was unopened. The only complaint was they way underestimated our ice order but other than that it was easy, they even delivered to our venue for a very small fee.

Binny's is awesome. All you have to do is tell them what kind of bottle you want and the amount and they will ship it to you right away. No hassel, high quality, and so affordable!

If your venue lets you bring in alcohol, call Binny's now. They will give you a quote (they know exactly how much you need for x number of people for y number of hours), deliver the alcohol, AND pick up any leftover (unopened) bottles to give you a refund. Just be sure your venue does an inventory before you send it back to Binny's - they missed one case of champagne, but they promptly refunded us when I told them about it. This is the way to go!

We were fortunate enough to have a venue that allowed us to bring all of our alcohol in. Binny's made this whole process super easy. They helped us pick out the alcohol we wanted to have and figure out the right quantities, the dropped it all off, they picked up some of it that could be resold and refunded us for that while we were still on our honeymoon. It was so great to have the exact beers that we wanted and to create some cool signature cocktails with non-standard alcohol. They made the whole thing easy for us.

We worked with Will at the Lincoln Park Binny's. He was extremely helpful! Binny's does delivery AND pick up which is super helpful - one less thing to think of the weekend of your wedding. The best part though is that they refund for any UNOPENED alcohol!

Will was our planner and he was excellent. He made the process super easy for us by giving us a list of what he would recommend for the number of people that we had and the amount of time that our reception lasted. We had everything we needed for our party and they even told us that they would buy back any unopened items. I thought the price was very reasonable for an open bar for 150-200 people. He also recommended some other amazing vendors to us as well.

Will did a fantastic job helping us out. He answers your emails promptly and made this process a lot easier. We did not run out of anything and they accept returns for cases that are not used. Great value!

We ordered champagne splits as our favors and I ordered them last minute. Binnys made sure I received them before the wedding regardless all I had to do was wait less than a week. They also found me a coupon that I wasn't aware of to discount the cases a little and saved me some money. Awesome service.

We went for local brews and a few great wines. It was just what we needed and the guys at binnys were very helpful.

Our original contact moved positions in the midst of getting our order sorted out. In the end, it was fine though. We liked the suggested selections and the fact that we we're able to return the bottles that were unopened/unchilled.

Everything about working with Binny's was great. Probably their best feature is that you can return unopened leftover booze... Meaning you can order more than necessary and then return leftovers so that to don't have to worry about running out of drinks at the wedding. They also have knowledgable staff who can give some good suggestions if you're looking for them. And, we returned our liquor without any problem at all and got hundreds of dollars back.

I worked with Jeff at the Binny's in Lincoln Park, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and provided so much insight and assistance. After helping me 'edit' my initial selections, we settled on an order and he assured me we wouldn't run out of alcohol, despite me telling him how much both of our families like to party. And he was right! The best part is that they delivered the alcohol to the caterer's warehouse, then picked it up, and returned all the unopened goods all within one week. We just showed up and picked up the opened stuff, got our refund, and now have a fully stocked bar at the house! If you are able to bring in your own alcohol to your venue, Jeff should be your only call.

We ordered through the Lincoln Park Binny's - which is the main one for delivering to venues. We went through a guy named Jeff C. and he was frankly pretty incompetent the whole way through. For example, we requested a specialty drink that was based on orange juice, so when he added the drink he didn't increase the amount of OJ. He also put in a PBR keg instead of the Shlitz keg. Luckily we caught all these minor errors. The big problem was that we ordered a Sumpin' Sumpin' keg, but Binny's never ordered it. So when we went to get the keg (they DO NOT deliver the kegs, a fact that Jeff hid until we asked), the Sumpin' Sumpin' wasn't there. We had made a sign for this type of beer and told our guests, so that was very disappointing. They replaced it, and offered no compensation for their error. After all that, we have had to call four times for them to get the alcohol they will buy back - still haven't picked it up almost three weeks later. If there's any other company you can work with, I would suggest it.

We used Binny's to supply our bar at our wedding this past September. They were able to work within our budget, delivered the supplies and we were able to return any unopened bottles and cases. We used their recommendation for how much of everything to purchase and unfortunately they were a bit off because we ran out of Captain Morgan before the dinner had even started and instead of sending us sparkling wine for our toast, they sent regular wine. We had to give someone a credit card and send them out to purchase these items quickly for us.

I know everyone raves about Les at this Binny's but I was sorely disappointed. Our liquor never showed. Thank god the venue manager at 3:00 said: "they should have been here by now, I'm calling them." Cocktail hour was starting at 5:30. They just never processed the order. He finally rushed "liquor" over at 4:30 but it wasn't what we ordered. I had specific wine pairings I had picked out for each of our courses and he said he "didn't have time to find it" so he just substituted anything he had on hand. He finally did go and get what we ordered off the shelves, but couldn't get it to us because his driver was out and he couldn't get cab far authorized (he was a $10 cab ride away). We finally did get everything just before 5:30 and the caterer had ice water waiting to plunge all the Veuve Clicquot into and all was well, but it was frantic down to the end. Mistakes happen. It wasn't the mistake, it was how he handled it. No apologies, no mild attempt to make it right. He didn't give us any discount and never called to follow up to see if everything did in fact make it. And we were not cheap. We had three cases of very high end champagne and liquor...our bill was over $3,500. I love Binny's as a store, but I cannot recommend Les at all. I would never use them again. Also, you should know that the urban legend that Binny's takes your unused alcohol back is largely untrue. there are a lot of restrictions that render much of your alcohol unreturnable (i.e., if it was ever chilled...you have to have beer, wine, champagne chilled "just in case", so you're stuck with all of it regardless of whether you use it. Make sure you get details on the return policy before you over buy.

They had what I needed

Binny's was the perfect beverage provider. They had the exact selection and price point I was looking for and their staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Everything was delivered to our site and we were able to return any unused products, which is very unique and cost-affective. Binny's made our wedding reception a fantastic event!
