ut the food. "The chicken is so tender!" "The beef is wonderfully cooked." "The topping on the salmon is fabulous!" The food tasted exquisite and was beautifully plated. The buffet table looked classy and elegant. We hired a team of four servers and a bar person to work the event and they were all so professional, kind and hard working. Morgan was FANTASTIC during the event, she helped coordinate with the MIL getting stuff done and the whole team decorated the tables so beautifully. I was so pleasantly surprised at the quality of efficiency and notice to detail. They even created a little to-go box for the honeymoon night. I HIGHLY recommend Biscotti's for ANY event.

Have never had cake this delicious - Bridal cake was layers of 2 different flavors - tropical grand marnier and white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. Grooms cake was carrot cake. Heaven!

Most of the food they served was cold and under cooked and service was not that great. Tried to reason with the manager about total payment but they will not hear it. Their office kept using different emails to email me the invoice to pay the...

m so of course they were lost in the junk emails. Then the manager, Sharon, started to harass us for payment even though our contract stated pay within 14 days after date of wedding. Not only that, they were sending the invoice, which said pay within 30 days, to our venue trying to get them to settle and trying to embarrass us. It shocked me the level of miscommunication that this company had to the point that it got really ugly at the end. I would not recommend them. The manager is very rude to talk to and their level of communication within their company is very weak.
