Blooming Blossoms is a wedding and event florist based in Providence, Rhode Island, that specializes in everything from full service weddings to more intimate wedding sessions. We pride ourselves on offering couples a knowledgeable and personalized experience. From your first consultation to your event set-up, we will make sure that each petal and leaf in your arrangements make for a lasting impression.
Blooming Blossoms bases our designs on your personal style and wishes, including a variety of aesthetics, from classic and elegant, to whimsical and organic. Following your consultation, we will customize a floral design that suits your wedding colors and desired style. Bouquets, centerpieces, and altar decor are just some of the arrangements that we offer and we love hearing about our bride’s wildest dreams.
Our current minimum for Full Service Weddings in 2023 and 2024 is $4,500, but please see our Intimate Wedding Package Inquiry Form for smaller weddings. The Full Service Wedding budget covers a wide array of bouquets and arrangements hand-crafted by our skilled designers, full delivery and set-up service, an on-site designer for any last minute touches, and retrieval of any rental items provided by our team.

oration was candles and sola wood florals/wreaths), but our venue was already beautiful, so we weren’t too worried. With a bit of budget leftover, I thought it might be a nice extra touch to have that bridal bouquet and I'm lucky enough to live in the area, so I stopped in and had a great talk with Pam about how less is often more, and what she could do within our price range (~$200).
Two weeks later, I had an absolutely stunning bouquet, and while flowers were very low on our priority list, that extra touch really made it feel like a special day, despite the more casual nature of our wedding. The bouquet was brilliant and bold and the boutonniere helped tie us into the event (we did bold jewel tones, and it ended up working great).
It was amazing to see what the pros can do with a quick look at our dress/suit, four napkin fabric swatches, and an invite for inspiration. I had no idea what to expect and I could not have been more in love with the bright arrangement! If you’re in the area, just stop by; if you’re at all considering Blooming Blossoms, I highly recommend reaching out for a chat. Even if you’re not sure what you’re looking for, they have tons of experience and probably know exactly how to help!

Showing up to my venue and seeing them all, I truly couldn’t believe it was my wedding! I love dahlias and was so hopeful to have a few in the bouquets and not only were they popping with dahlias, Achelle said she grew them and hand cut them from her dahlia farm herself. They really knew had to take the ideas and run with it! What I really appreciated about Pam was when we first spoke with her she really listened to what we wanted and was honoring our budget. were lots of points where I wasn’t sure if the wedding was going to happen, Pam was super understanding. There were check ins when she would ask what the plan was and the only answer I had was simply ‘I don’t know.’ Still though she said just to let her know what the plan was and whenever I knew, that would work. I picked my centerpiece displays just about 2 weeks before my wedding. There was so much stress once we knew for sure the wedding was on, but working with someone like Pam definitely helped. There was lots of tweaks and last minute decisions. She didn’t seem worried at all about the time crunch we were now in, and that eased me. My flowers were so beautiful and I loved each and every piece. She sent me a preview of some of the centerpieces so I could see them prior to the day. To see them all displayed on my wedding day was something else though, and she did not disappoint. I loved my bouquet and each one for the bridesmaids. I loved everything. When our venue contacted them to ask them to fix it, the venue was told that they had no flowers. Our event manager went to Stop & Shop and bought the right flowers. They fixed our centerpieces and made it what we wanted. How is it that an event manager could do this but not the florist? They bought our arch the night before and it was nothing like we wanted because they forgot they promised to provide an arch and contacted us two days before our wedding to say they didn’t know. They forgot the flowers for our cake. I could go on. Bottom line, I have never been so disgusted by a business in my life. Shame on them.

ding was Friday at OceanCliff in Newport RI - color palette was navy, greys, white, and copper/rose gold as my accent. For flowers, all whites and greenery was requested with pops of blue - blue thistle, navy anemones, etc. We purchased all of our centerpiece vessels in copper and the flowers really looked elegant and stunning in the room. Everything came out perfect including the archway décor, the bouquets and boutonnieres which were so unique wrapped in a copper wire. And at an amazing cost!
