Blooming Blossoms was so easy to work with and were such a pleasant surprise on my wedding day! Flowers were not my top priority, so I really let the shop take the reigns on what would look best. I gave them the colors, a few pictures from Pinterest of arrangements I liked, and then let them do their thing. When the bouquets arrived the morning of my wedding I was speechless - they were so perfect (colors, flower choice, size) and EVERYONE commented on how beautiful the flowers were! Thank you for taking this off my plate and allowing me to trust the experts here!

Pam was the most exceptional vendor to work with. She made wedding planning so much easier. I cannot speak highly enough about her and her skills. We hired her pre-COVID, then had to push our date a year. During all of this, she was flexible and friendly, easygoing and helpful. We went a bit nontraditional with our floral displays, and Pam blew me away with her creativity and skills (see pics). Quite literally the most talented and affordable florist I've seen. Every penny is worth it. Hannah who helped coordinate with us was also very attentive, helpful, and quick to get things back to us. Hire them!!

The best ever! Pam is truly amazing! I have loved her shop and beautiful holiday wreaths for years. When we started planning our wedding - I knew immediately Blooming Blossoms would be the florist. I met with Pam a couple of times, shared my vision - she truly brought it to life! The flowers for the wedding, cocktail hour, reception were just stunning! We left via boat, Pam worked with friends of ours to create a gorgeous arrangement for the stern of the boat as well! What meant the most - I really wanted to donate the flowers to a nearby assisted living facility, ensure the residents could enjoy the flower arrangements for days to come. Pam helped me make that happen. I highly highly recommend Pam and Blooming Blossoms. You will be so pleased with her attention to detail and talent.

Pam and her team at Blooming Blossoms did an amazing job for our wedding. Florals were amazing and communication was great. I was in love with my bouquet and all the bridesmaids and mothers were in love with theirs as well. Pam has been in business for a while and it shows. She knows what she is doing. I gave her colors that I liked as well as one picture of a previous wedding she had done that I liked and she worked her magic off of that. We received TONS of compliments on the florals and a family member has already reached our for her wedding! What I really appreciated about Pam was when we first spoke with her she really listened to what we wanted and was honoring our budget. She didn't tell us we needed flowers in places we didn't just to make more money. She was also very flexible at the end when we added two pieces in for the church. She showed up to my house early to drop off the bouquets and helped attach my grandmother's and mother's garter. Pam and Blooming Blossoms were great! We highly recommend!

Absolutely loved working with Blooming Blossoms! Pam was incredible and delivered to me exactly what I imagined. Planning a wedding during COVID definitely was not ideal, so there were lots of points where I wasn’t sure if the wedding was going to happen, Pam was super understanding. There were check ins when she would ask what the plan was and the only answer I had was simply ‘I don’t know.’ Still though she said just to let her know what the plan was and whenever I knew, that would work. I picked my centerpiece displays just about 2 weeks before my wedding. There was so much stress once we knew for sure the wedding was on, but working with someone like Pam definitely helped. There was lots of tweaks and last minute decisions. She didn’t seem worried at all about the time crunch we were now in, and that eased me. My flowers were so beautiful and I loved each and every piece. She sent me a preview of some of the centerpieces so I could see them prior to the day. To see them all displayed on my wedding day was something else though, and she did not disappoint. I loved my bouquet and each one for the bridesmaids. I loved everything. I cannot thank Pam & Blooming Blossoms enough for being a part of my perfect day !

I have nothing but glowing things to say about Blooming Blossoms and Pam/Racquel. They were delightful to work with and really invested in understanding and drawing out our, at the time partially developed, vision for florals and really created something beautiful at our wedding. With limited direction from us, the florals completely incorporated and centered the things we did identify as important (e.g, white anemones, a lot of white/green) while also doing something really special and creative that exceeded our expectations. The result was a really beautifully done space that had clearly been put together by a detail oriented and talented team. We received a ton of compliments from guests about the flowers and overall aesthetic. The actual Blooming Blossom floral where we had our meeting was beautiful and inviting and in a sweet neighborhood in Providence. I really cannot say enough good things about Pam and Racquel. I am so thankful to the Blooming Blossom team and cannot recommend them enough!

Working with Pam and Blooming Blossoms was an absolute delight for our wedding day. I found them from their beautiful work at Providence Diamond's Blingfest and they continued the amazing work. Pam was very honest about what kind of flowers would be available and the roses she got in the burgundy red that I wanted were (and still are) STUNNING. They gorgeously decorated my wedding arch and our centerpieces were perfect for our literary themed wedding.

My husband and I live in MA so when chatting with Pam about our flowers we sent her pictures and described our vision. Pam was able to take that and make it come to life! When my bridal bouquets were delivered the morning of my wedding I started crying out of happiness because they were so beautiful and exactly what I hoped they would be. Pam and her staff were pleasant and easy to work with. Communication was primarily done via email since we were planning our wedding across the country and the week leading up to the wedding Pam spoke with us over the phone to finalize logistics. I used Blooming Blossoms for my wedding and I was very pleased with their work. I told Pam that I didn't love the idea of a lot of flowers at the wedding and that I wanted more simplistic arrangements created. My bridesmaids walked down the aisle with a single HUGE white peony with greenery and they were everything I imagined. My bouquet was gorgeous! I would absolutely recommend Blooming Blossoms for your event.

Blooming Blossoms was wonderful to work with! They were extremely responsive, and took the time on multiple occasions to speak with us regarding the look, aesthetic, and price we were looking for. Both Pam and Raquel were extremely helpful, and the flowers were gorgeous. Everyone at our wedding could not get over how beautiful my flowers were, along with my bridesmaid's bouquets (all greens and succulents) and the grooms/groomsmen boutonnieres.

I am not one to review but I feel obligated to warn others. Blooming Blossoms treated our wedding as an after thought. My husband and I provided specific photographs and additional comments to make certain they knew what we wanted. They ignored nearly everything and did what they wanted instead. The bouquets were wrong and upon delivery the individual was extremely rude to my mother. They shoved bundles of babies breath in a few jars for our centerpieces and ignored what we asked for. When our venue contacted them to ask them to fix it, the venue was told that they had no flowers. Our event manager went to Stop & Shop and bought the right flowers. They fixed our centerpieces and made it what we wanted. How is it that an event manager could do this but not the florist? They bought our arch the night before and it was nothing like we wanted because they forgot they promised to provide an arch and contacted us two days before our wedding to say they didn’t know. They forgot the flowers for our cake. I could go on. Bottom line, I have never been so disgusted by a business in my life. Shame on them.

I couldn’t be happier with Blooming Blossoms and how well they executed my floral vision on my wedding day! Pam and her team are incredibly kind and helpful and truly went above and beyond. Her prices are very fair and her work beautiful. I’m so happy I chose to work with them and highly recommend them to other brides. The shop is adorable too!

I can't express enough how beautiful everything was. I had a good idea what I was looking for, but Pam was able to interpret the details. Overall, the quality was incredible, prices were fair, and everyone was very easy to work with.

Pam's flowers were GORGEOUS! She helped me figure out whether I needed an archway and whether this was within my budget. I appreciated how honest she was and how she helped me figure out which colors would work with my champagne dress. Everything looked fabulous on the day of my wedding. I heard that there had been some confusion about where to put my flowers during set up due to the caterer's misunderstanding; however, Pam made it work and she didn't give any negative feedback about the caterers- very professional. Let me start by saying I’m extremely picky and hard to please lol. I walked into my venue Saturday and had to immediately leave the dining room because my table settings immediately moved me to tears. My guests later on were commenting on how they were going to fight each other for the table centerpieces. They are also seasoned wedding vets and have seen a lot of weddings throughout the years and they have never seen anything like what Pam and the team put together. I interviewed two other florists before choosing blooming blossoms, Pam was so easy going and accommodating. So save yourself the time and energy and work with this vendor!

Our flowers came out beautifully! My mouth dropped open when they were delivered. Everything was timely and perfectly done; cannot recommend them enough!

I cannot even begin to express how amazing Blooming Blossoms was to work with. I'll be honest, my fiancé and I had no idea what we wanted, but we had a general theme. I'm sure most people would have gotten frustrated with a lack of set ideas, but Pam heard us say a few words and made our general ideas become an entire vision. Even with that said, I was stunned when the bouquets arrived on the day of my wedding. Looking at the bouquets I could not believe that Blooming Blossoms made my unknown dream a reality. The bridesmaids were in love with their bouquets and just as excited about how beautiful they were. I will be going with them for any flower needs in the future, and would suggest them to anyone!

Pam and Blooming Blossoms were fantastic - exceeded my expectations! I was so in love with the outcome that I texted Pam the morning after our wedding! Just a beautiful job. My wedding was Friday at OceanCliff in Newport RI - color palette was navy, greys, white, and copper/rose gold as my accent. For flowers, all whites and greenery was requested with pops of blue - blue thistle, navy anemones, etc. We purchased all of our centerpiece vessels in copper and the flowers really looked elegant and stunning in the room. Everything came out perfect including the archway décor, the bouquets and boutonnieres which were so unique wrapped in a copper wire. And at an amazing cost! Flowers's are a big deal! In my opinion they really are the center of a wedding. So I was so nervous about having a florist be able to nail my vision. Blooming blossoms did that and more. From my first meeting with Pam I knew she understood my vision and I felt so comfortable with her. My flowers were stunning. They were everything that I dreamed of. I am so happy I went with her. I cannot put into words how thankful I am for having found Blooming Blossoms. I had a florist back out with only about 8 weeks left until my wedding. Pam quickly calmed my nerves with her knowledge of floral arrangements and listening to exactly what I wanted. Pam is flexible and eager to please any bride, groom, or customer that walks into her shop. I was beyond happy with the arrangements she provided for my wedding. I asked for a "simple but elegant" look with white, blush, and greenery. After showing her a couple pictures, she already knew exactly what I was looking for. I let her work her magic and she swooped in like the fairy god mother! Pam and her team are truly talented and so hard-working at what they do. From dropping off all the bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres (all at different locations!), decorating the church, and traveling all the way to Webster, MA to decorate the venue- I couldn't have asked for more; but, if I did, I'm sure Blooming Blossoms would have done it with a smile.

Pam and Blooming Blossoms were AMAZING. I wanted a natural, flowy look and outside of color suggestions for a fall wedding (wines, midnight blues, golds, greens), I gave Pam free reign to design as she wanted and it was one of the better decisions of the wedding. She created beautiful masterpieces and each piece was unique. She listened to all of my concerns and likes/dislikes and was able to create what I had envisioned in my mind. She was great the day of the wedding - everything was on time and where it needed to be and she seemed to do it seamlessly. Our flowers were perfect for our wedding! Pam did an excellent job putting together our centerpieces, bouquets and boutonnieres :) We told her exactly what we wanted and she made it happen. Pam is absolutely amazing! Our wedding was this past October so I knew I wanted a lot of orange and cranberry colors in the flowers. Pam truly made the vision I had for my wedding come alive! The bouquets were stunning as were the table centerpieces and pumpkins that her and the team painted gold. Everything was perfect!

We were even able to rent some palms for the space (Providence Public Library) to enhance the 1920s feel I was going for. We used Pam for our wedding at the end of June. We knew we wanted sunflowers and the color blue and had sent her some photos with ideas. When we got to our first meeting with her, she was so amazing - she helped us stay within the price range we wanted, while still getting everything that we wanted. Although we went over the flowers we wanted and the idea of the arrangements, on the day of the wedding, seeing everything just blew us away - she had created our vision to a T. She created it better than we ever could have imagined or described. My bouquet was GORGEOUS, the girls bouquets were gorgeous, the guys and parents/grandparents were perfect and the table arrangements and all other flowers we requested were absolutely beautiful and so perfectly put together. I probably emailed her 10 times changing things, asking questions (some probably silly), and Pam always answered promptly and was so flexible/easy to work with. We cannot say enough about how incredibly amazing Pam and her team are at what they do. We would HIGHLY recommend using her for your wedding flower needs!

Must read!!! I found Blooming Blossoms on the Knot!!! I called around to other florists featured and well they turned their nose up and had a minimum purchase requirement!! I called Blooming blossoms after hours and was expecting to get an answering machine!! Pam answered first impression I wasn't rushed and completely reassured her response was "don't you worry we have plenty of time stop by the shop bring a few pictures of what your thinking and I'll take care of the rest!!! " It was a true!! mom and pops feel from a "small business owner" that you just don't get anymore in this commercialized world. I felt valued right from the start and just as important as the next customer. Pam your shop deserves a customer service excellence award!! I know I know flowers are such a big deal for weddings but it doesn't have to cost a fortune!! My bridal bouquet was better than I had anticipated!! As well as the bridal party bouquets. They were exquisite the attention to detail was beautiful! Matched our decor perfectly! She wrapped our bouquets in material from my step daughters dresses that I had saved through the years with elegant pearl pins... it meant the world to me. Many don't like to have to truck down to the "big city" your location was right on the outskirts of the city so easy to get to from I95 the cumberland/ Attleboro area. I couldn't rave enough about the outstanding service we received thank you Pam and co. It was a pleasure to work with you!! The price was a steal and I'm one happy bride!!!

The flowers for my wedding were exactly what I dreamed for! Pam at Blooming Blossoms was fantastic--- despite my lack of knowledge of flowers and also my struggle to get my vision across, she knew EXACTLY what I wanted after a very short consultation! I received several comments about how beautiful and "romantic" my flowers were on the tables, and I absolutely loved mine and my bridesmaid bouquets! Pam worked within a pretty tight budget to deliver me the look I wanted. She also knew my venue (Aldrich Mansion- Warwick, RI) and was honest in saying that less is more when it comes to florals, versus trying to up-sell me as other vendors would! I would recommend Blooming Blossoms to any bride in the RI area... they were wonderful!

Blooming Blossoms was the only florist we visited and knew right away it was the perfect fit for us. Pam was so welcoming and really listened to the ideas that my husband and I had. Not only that, but when we stated we did not know much about flowers she was so knowledgeable that we completely trusted her judgment and knew we were in good hands. She combined what both my husband and I wanted and the final product was stunning. Our centerpieces were perfect in the space and all the other flower accents were great. She stuck right within our budget and helped us make the most of the money we had. Pam was always available via e-mail and responded so timely. I was never stressed that the end look would be just what I imagined and I was right!

I priced around quite a few florists and I will admit that Blooming Blossoms was on the higher end of the budget HOWEVER you get what you pay for! Not only did I receive the most beautiful bouquets, corsages, church flowers and centerpiece flowers I had ever seen, we also received the great service and expertise of Pam. When we first met with Pam I was very unsure of what I wanted. I brought in some "inspiration" and Pam did the rest. She was able to articulate for me what I couldn't. I left the meeting with a huge weight off my chest. The day of the wedding and the reception the flowers blew me away! The colors were so vibrant and the rhinestone accents were gorgeous. I was even impressed with the petals on the cake table. I thought they would just be sprinkled over the table, NO we got a bed of purple petals. It was beautiful! Pam did such an amazing job with everything. She far exceeded my expectations!

Pam just did our flowers for our wedding on 10/10 in providence. She is so great to work with and immediately got the look and feel we were looking for for our wedding. We ran into problems finding the right color flower just a few days before our day and Pam did a great job communicating and improvising. Pam did an amazing job and I loved everything! My mom and I met with a few florists, and when we walked out of our meeting with Pam we immediately said "She's the one!". At our initial meeting she really took the time to get to know as much as she could about me and my wedding. I felt immediately comfortable with her, as if she were a member of the family. I don't know anything about flowers, and I had a tight budget, but she completely understood what I was looking for and made it happen. When the flowers arrived on the wedding day I was so thrilled with the bouquets, and when I walked into the reception hall before the reception I immediately noticed how beautiful the centerpieces looked. I received many compliments about all of the flowers and how they contributed to the summery, romantic feel of our wedding. She was also so wonderful leading up to the wedding, answering any questions or concerns that I had quickly and thoroughly. Since I'm not a flower expert, this could have been a stressful part of the process, but Pam made it so easy. I would highly recommend Pam to anyone looking for a florist for their wedding!

I arranged for Blooming Blossoms to do the flowers for my best friend's wedding in Providence, Rhode Island in March 2014, at a cost of approximately $1,600. Blooming Blossoms did a fabulous job, and I recommend them without hesitation. We had flowers for the wedding party, for the church, and for the reception following the church ceremony. The various arrangements included white roses and orchids for the bride's bouquet; Queen Anne's lace, baby's breath and white roses for the rest of the wedding party; and pink and red roses, hyacinths, and other blossoms in rich pinks and reds for the reception venue. Everyone remarked at the elegance of the flowers, the colors, the classic designs. I was the maid of honor, and everyone in the wedding party was from out of town. I coordinated the whole deal with Pam Hargraves of Blooming Blossoms long-distance, and she was very easy to work with. She visited the venue independently and picked out appropriate vases and arrangement trim, as well as votive candles. She helped me stay within my stated budget, even though in someone else's hands I might have gotten carried away. I remain very grateful for the way she handled everything. I'd rate the service, quality and value as excellent.

Pam was our florist for our September, Newport wedding. Pam was so easy to work with...I sent her pictures of arrangements/bouquets that I liked, and she made it work with our budget. She actually went above and beyond our expectations! From our first conversation, she made us feel very comfortable and instantly got the vision we had in mind. Everything came out so incredibly beautifu!! We had a mix of dalia's, billy buttons, roses, baby's breaths, and succulents in rich fall shades of greens, yellows, oranges and white. We would hghly reccommend Blooming Blossoms...Pam is a true professional and will do exceed all your expectations!

Pam worked within our budget and helped us get the most for our money by suggesting many options for in season flowers. She did our church flowers, bouquets and reception flowers as well as some flowers for my cake. She was very personable and helpful throughout the choosing and deciding process.

I planned and hosted a small (30 guests) ceremony at my home for the daughter of a friend. Blooming Blossoms and it's owner, Pam, have taken care of all my floral needs for the past twenty plus years and I have always been very happy with everything they have done. All of the floral creations for this event lived up to my expectations. Pam also handled all of the flowers for both of my daughters' weddings. She listens to what I envision and has always produced just what I wanted. I have been recommending Blooming Blossoms to friends for years and will continue to do so. We used Pam for our wedding over a summer holiday weekend. Unfortunately life plans came up me forced us to move from New England in the middle of wedding planning...only to have to plan from a distance then to return to the area for the actual event. Pam was great from the start and suggesting creative and beautiful ideas that were perfect for us. Once we decided on what was needed for the day (we made our own center pieces -which she happily agreed to beautify with her flowers) she allowed us to drop the supplies off early so the move would be easier on us! On the day of, she hand delivered all of the bouquets to the hotel so we would have them in time for our pictures. And to not to mention she had already set up our venue beautifully! All I can say is that her work is stunning, she went above and beyond what I expected any vendor to do for us on our day and she was an absolute pleasure to work with! I would work wth her again in a minute!

After meeting with a number of florists that wanted to charge me an absurd amount of money for flowers, I was very pleased to meet Pam who wasn't trying to oversell me. Pam was very pleasant to work with and gave helpful insights. Most importantly, the flowers she designed were truly stunning. I really felt my bouquet and those of my bridesmaids could not have been any nicer. I'd happily recommend her to others.

Pam at Blooming Blossoms did a stellar job on the flowers for my wedding. She worked with my budget and preference for smaller, more low-key arrangements and a more wispy or free-form bouquet, and on short notice added corsages and boutonniers for the families. My initial meeting with her was lovely, she took on board all the image suggestions I emailed her, and my sample meeting with her was clear and constructive. On the day itself, the flowers looked exactly like I'd hoped they would, they were delivered in plenty of time, and several people asked if they could take them home. I wholeheartedly recommend Pam and her work!

I have only wonderful things to say about working with Pam of Blooming Blossoms! She was straight forward and honest about what she could do with the budget we wanted to work with. Our bouquets and center pieces were even larger and more beautiful than I could have imagined! She is located in Providence, RI but had no problem delivering our flowers to Cape Cod herself. Finding a florist was the single most stressful thing about planning my wedding. I had an intimate, 75 person wedding at the Waterman Grille. No wedding party- just my husband and I, family and close friends. I needed 10 centerpieces, ceremony pieces, a few pew bows, parents boutineers /corsages and my bouquet. I must have spoken to 5 different florists- and the pricing they gave me was crazy!! I was actually referred to Pam by another florist who already had my date booked and could not accommodate me. She said that she sends any weddings that she can't fit in to Pam b/c she knows that Pam will take great care of the bride! First- Pam was considerate of my budget. I wanted specifically a peony/garden rose bouquet , so I expected my bouquet to be more expensive. However,I was flexible on the centerpieces and other items, and I just asked her to create a soft white/pink color theme. She suggested flowers that were in season that would achieve the romantic theme I was looking for. Second- When I saw the flowers, I was shocked. They looked beautiful! Low and lush, with gorgeous blooms. Some of my guests said that the centerpieces lasted 2 1/2 weeks when they brought them home! I got so much more than what I was expecting. To top it all off, Pam was awesome to work with!! Down to earth, sweet, and a true lover of what she does. There is a reason that Blooming Blossoms has been a Wedding Wire award winner: they value customer service and really listen to their customers. I am forever grateful to Pam for providing me with such beautiful flowers for my wedding. I have since used her for other occasions, and she never disappoints. I am now a customer for life.

My bouquet was spot on, exactly what I wanted! Bridesmaids bouquets were picture perfect also. The centerpieces could have been a little bigger, but they were still gorgeous. They provided a free toss bouquet, which is a nice touch. They decorated the bathrooms and other various tables (ie - guest book and gift/card tables) just perfectly. Also, the ceremony flowers, that hung on the end chairs, were used as the cocktail table centerpieces. I love when things have multiple uses!!! :)

Pam did a great job with our centerpieces and bouquets! I knew nothing about flowers going into the wedding planning process, and ended up changing my mind many times about the colors, style, and vision of the flowers I wanted. Pam was very flexible and accommodated our budget and my occasional "crazy bride" moments (at one point, I sent her a Powerpoint of flower ideas!), and she was able to translate my thoughts into gorgeous centerpieces and bouquets. I loved how the important pieces turned out. The one piece of advice I'd give to couples that end up working with Pam is to be really detail-oriented and explicit in the final written proposal, and make sure you get on the same page verbally one last time, too. Because we had so many in-person meetings, phone calls, and email conversations, some ideas got lost (even though I edited them into the final proposal and sent it over by email...). We didn't go over everything one last time and some of the details I expected to see (cake flowers, flower girl basket, special groom boutonniere) didn't make it to the final day. I feel that if we had walked over the final document together one last time, that wouldn't have happened. Overall, we were happy with Pam's flexibility and work with the bigger pieces though.

All I told Pam during our first meeting was that I was going for a 1930s look, and gave her a general sense of the color scheme. Aside from that I didn't really have a lot of concrete ideas, but it didn't matter. It was like she looked into my soul and saw the flowers I wanted, but didn't know I wanted. She absolutely hit it out of the park--the arrangements were spot-on perfect for my venue, and were more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. Everything had so much texture and movement, and my guests couldn't stop commenting on how gorgeous they were. Also--we forgot to get any kind of cake topper, and literally 2 hrs before the wedding, we mentioned this to Pam's husband when he was delivering the table arrangements. He went back into his truck and made a beautiful little flower arrangement for our cake in about 5 minutes, at no charge. Can't recommend BB highly enough!

As someone who does not know much about flowers, I was happy to have the help of Pam, who knew exactly what I wanted, even though I wasn't very good at verbalizing it. She took my general color scheme and a few vague ideas about flowers, and made beautiful arrangements and bouquets. She worked with us on our budget, and made great suggestions. I would use Blooming Blossoms again for any event.

I am not someone who typically writes negative reviews, but I was so heartbroken over how my flowers turned out at my wedding I felt I had to let other brides know. I should start by saying that Pam is a nice person and I initially really felt like we connected. And although she is hard to get a hold of, I felt she listened to me and accepted my ideas, as I had a specific vision and she was affordable...so I thought. But after looking at what she brought, I simply don't know where the money went. My florals cost $2700 which I feel is a decent sized budget given what I asked for. That turned out slightly higher than our original budget as Pam end up raising the prices on my centerpieces by almost double what was originally quoted a month before; however we did come to an agreement and met in the middle. In addition, after seeing all of the florals, everything was half the size I thought it was going to be and it looked as though it was thrown together with very little effort or care. I am a designer and am very detail oriented, and I know what I want. Pam was given explicit instructions on what I wanted, photos, diagrams, color swatches etc, specifically to avoid a situation like this. All I asked for were roses and hydrangeas in gradient shades of pink, no exotics or anything. But the colors just weren't consistent, she bought flowers I specifically told her not to, and the corsages she brought were very cheap looking and not attractive....I could go on and on. She did get a few things exactly how I asked for them, which I have no complaints about. But what I want to get across is that the vision I had for my wedding, a vision that was communicated to her many times over just never came into fruition. I think the worst part about all of this is that she gave me a proposal and listed out what everything would cost in each category. Well the day of the wedding came and we were missing flowers. Pam said she spent up to my budget and because of that I was left with several things that had no flowers at all...even though it was all on her proposal. She actually left me with no flowers for my cake! I had to have a friend go the grocery store to get me roses so I wouldn't have a bare cake! But everything else that was supposed to have blooms in/on it.....I went with none. For someone who has been in business as long as her she should know her costs. She caused me such stress and tears on my wedding day, not only that but tears after my wedding day because my vision that I worked so hard on, just never happened.

Pam was well organized and does a beautiful job will the arrangements for a very reasonable cost. She did my wedding on 7/14/12.

Centerpieces were beautiful. Bouquet flowers were very pretty, but not quite what we had discussed. Mothers wrist corsages looked cheap and not as previously shown.

I met Pam on an airplane shortly after I got engaged. I was flipping through a bridal magazine and she very politely asked me if I was getting married. So we had a small conversation about it and she let me know she owns a flower shop in Providence. 6 months later when I was shopping around for a florist, I popped in to Pam's shop. She couldn't believe that I remembered her! She was so great to work with; I told her my ideas and what I had in mind and she was so helpful in explaining what flowers would be in season AND she worked with my budget. The flowers were delivered to my hotel and let me tell you; they were perfect! I am someone who values well-run, small, local businesses; and Pam's shop really exceeds that standard! Book her for your wedding; you won't be disappointed.

Working with Pam was an amazing experience. She was so thoughtful and patient with me as we went over our options. The flower bouquets were absolutely gorgeous and were EXACTLY what i wanted - and more! She really made them perfect for me and my taste and I felt like through the entire process that she really listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions. We wanted something unique for the centerpieces but not over budget and the tables looked fabulous! I would highly recommend Blooming Blossoms.

I would not recommned this vendor. The flowers were not what we had discussed. Some of my flowers started falling out of my bouquet prior to even pictures being taken. By the time formal pictures were taken some of the flowers in the bouquet were browining. The girls bouquets wilted by the time the ceremony took place. My mother’s flower was the tiniest thing I have even seen and not what I expected at all. It looked like something a child would carry. After all the money and time spent on trying to plan the bouquets and arrangements I was very disappointed in the final result.

We ordered our ceremony and reception flowers, as well as the huppah from Pam at Blooming Blossoms. Overall, the flowers looked nice on the day of the wedding and they did their best to keep within our budget for flowers. However, there was a major flower incident on the day of the wedding as they had forgotten to bring 2 sets of flowers for the huppah. The person who delivered the flowers had already left and with only 20-minutes until the ceremony, my mother called Pam to see what happened. She was immediately blamed for the exclusion of the flowers stating that "the flowers were cancelled to stay within the budget". These were never cancelled and it was not until the next day that she admitted her error to my parents. It wasnt the fact that the flowers were forgotten on the day of the wedding as more of the fact that it was not handled well from a customer service perspective. Blooming blossoms did a nice job with the display of the flowers but the customer service was lacking throughout the process.

The flowers were amazing. The bouquet especially was stunning- wonderful detail and color. Working with Pamela is a real pleasure. She was so helpful and nice, even though I had to change my flowers a few times. They delivered my flowers on time with no hassle. I was highly impressed by Blooming Blossoms.

The centerpieces and bridesmaids bouquets came out wonderful and I am picky. The staff was on time for delivery. Even right before the wedding Pam would call to check on little things. We used Blooming Blossoms for our Boston wedding, and we had a problem. After extensive discussions about where to put our altar pieces in relation to the Chupah and then in the ballroom after the ceremony, Pam forgot and inadvertantly left them out of the contract, and I did not catch her mistake. Her husband dropped off the flowers, and I couldn't get in contact with her until right before the ceremony. She told me I canceled them because they were over my budget, which was absolutely not true. She finally remembered our discussions. Needless to say, I was emotional and not happy. The flowers in the reception were very nice, but I cannot and will not recommend her services.

Pam was very thorough! She also had a number of great tips on cost-cutting and making a statement with minimal cost. The bouquets were beautiful and the centerpieces helped bring out the natural beauty of the building. My only problem: the colors for the bouquets were a little different than what I had specified.

I have to start by acknowledging that I can not say enough good things about Pam and Blooming Blossoms!!! She was so kind and helpful in our original meeting, ensuring me that we would work out my preferences and ideas on the tight budget I had which turned other vendors away from me. Not only that, but she blew me away with the final product!!!! The flower arrangements were gorgeous, and more than I had even imagined in my own mind. Pam is truly a talent, and a real pleasure to work with as well. I send a huge recommendation to work with her for your wedding day!

Pam (of Blooming Blossoms) was absolutely wonderful to work with. She told me exactly what I could get for my budget and put together a floral proposal that did not go over my budget 1 cent (I did not get this with some other florists I looked at). The flower arrangements were absolutely beautiful and included a number of freebees such as vases for the bouquets, candles, and flowers for the cake. As another perk, for an additional delivery charge, she transported the flower arrangements from the ceremony to the reception and cleaned up the ceremony area so no one in the wedding party had to worry about that. Pam was wonderful at showing me in-season floral options and I ended up going with a totally different-colored bouquet than I originally had planned. I would definitely recommend her.
