positive side, my bridal bouquet and the bridesmaid flower bouquets were beautiful and exactly what I wanted and the large centerpieces Carol created were excellent. However, Carol was quite disorganized and anything we discussed verbally did not seem to translate into the flower arrangements for our day (i.e. the wrong colored vases were used). We paid for greenery on all of our reception tables, but most had only a few loose leaves placed on the table - this certainly did not match the sample centerpiece Carol provided for us so we were disappointed on the day of the wedding since we didn't realize how empty the tables looked until we were in the reception hall and it was too late... and somehow the head table didn't have any greenery on it at all. This was a big flower order and we know that Carol worked very hard on the arrangements, so I do not want to diminish the amazing bouquets, despite our disappointment with the reception tables.

She is reasonably priced and budget conscious. On wedding day, the bouquets were delivered to my hotel and the rest of the flowers/decor were set up at the venue and I had absolutely no worries. I knew I was in good hands from the moment I met Carol!

We received dozens of compliments on our floral arrangements as well as our bouquets. Blossoms is the best!

You can also tell she has years of experience and this wasn't her first rodeo. She was so helpful and so respectful of my budget. AND my flowers were GORGEOUS. Other florists said I couldn't get so many beautiful center pieces and flowers with my budget but Carol somehow made it happen. She took my vision and brought it to life (it sounds cliche but it actually is true). I don't know how she knew exactly what I wanted from my few pictures and ideas I showed her but she nailed it. She also did all the centerpieces/glassware, set up and took down at the end of the night. I am so so happy my friend suggested them!

owner she needs MAJOR help! She is the MOST disorganized person I have ever met! I went above and beyond and made Carol typed out inventory sheets on number/kinds of flowers, where they should be placed at the venue, number of candles and where they go, and the number of vases we needed. I also gave her EXACT photos of what we wanted. We ended up having 2 mockup trials. The 1st did not go well and we did not like our flowers. The 2nd trial went great and we had beautiful flowers. However, after calling/emailing multiple times to get a final bill, we never got it! We had to sit down and help her type out our entire bill and show proof that we had already paid for half. Then, the week of the wedding Carol contacted me for photos? She said she had no record of me sending them already? I resent all photos including photos from our trial, so she couldn’t mess this up, right? Well, the ceremony flowers were delivered to our hotel and we had to transport them. This was after she told us she can only deliver to the ceremony and reception. The ribbon color used was white, when all my documents say ivory and Carol even confirmed with me in person we wanted ivory. Our dinner table flowers looked nothing like the beautiful arrangement we saw in our mockup. They were small and didn’t have nearly as many flowers. Also, there was not nearly as many candles as I requested. No one at our wedding noticed something was wrong with our flowers, but the fact is, we gave Carol all the tools to succeed over and over and she still let us down. She may be less expensive than other florists, but it does not save you the headache from having to babysit her. I hope she hires more staff to help her get organized and help run her business because she actually is good with flowers, just awful at running her business.

She not only provided our flowers, but gold overlays for our dinner tables, all candle holders, our alter arrangement, table numbers and card holder. I will admit that the best client for Carol is someone who is detail oriented. I was assured everything would be delivered as expected due to the detailed order forms I had to fill out and photos of each table. There were a few instances where I had trouble getting a hold of her, but because we live right near her office we were able to pop in and ask questions as they came up. Carol is passionate and creative. She certainly delivered on the wedding day and I would recommend her to family and friends. It was a joy to work with Blossoms.

her organizational and implementation skills are terrible. What she showed us and proposed to do was all beautiful, but what was actually delivered at the wedding was almost totally different … and in some cases exactly what she’d been told was NOT wanted ... because she failed to take notes or remember our planning conversations. In fact, the day before the wedding she called to ask several basic questions – not a good way to instill confidence in an already nervous and busy bride! She's clearly become too busy and is now unable to deliver the level of quality that she was known for previously. Much as we want to support small family businesses in the community, we absolutely cannot recommend Blossoms for any important events.
