My experience at Blue House was great!! Location was easy to find, parking was a little difficult since we came during an event but I’m sure it would be fine during other times. The stylists contacted me before hand to get information about what I was looking for and had looks prepared when we got there. They did a great job of listening to what I was looking for and helping me find my dream dress 💛 The place itself is charming and cozy.

I can't even begin to emphasize how wonderful my experience was. The staff, inventory, and the ambiance of the store combined for a perfect and welcoming experience. Naomi went above and beyond to contact me to confirm & set up the appointment. She was also one of the first faces I saw when I got there and her sweet demeanor put me right at ease! Brittany and Daniela were super attentive when I was describing dresses I had already tried on, my likes and dislikes, and the season/venue/vibes I had been planning for my wedding. They hunted down dresses that came to mind (which, yeah, that's how a bridal appointment works but Brittany just snapped to this particular dress with a purpose and intention that I have not seen from any other boutiques) and pulled a super manageable number of dresses for me to look at. Daniela then let me choose where I wanted to start, and the first dress I picked to try (the one they instantly thought of for me; I did not know this at the time) was the dress I fell in love with. I had gone to the appointment by myself, as my mom has passed away and all of my family and bridal party live in different states, and Daniela singlehandedly filled in all the loving, energetic, and supportive roles a bride could hope for. I did not miss a thing and it was one of the sweetest parts of my wedding planning process so far. I really felt like the women there were some of my oldest friends. On a side note, the house itself elevated the experience so much! It was so cozy and decorated for the holidays, it smelled incredible, it was warm and perfectly decorated... all I'd ever experienced before, both personally and in media, are the absolutely gigantic, more commercial-feeling, Rodeo Drive type places (I'm not saying the Wedding Studio in Carmel, but..........) and it just seems intimidating and impersonal to me. Blue House is a quiet, intimate setting that just provides a comforting nostalgia while you are faced with this huge decision that, there, seems just a little bit less pressured.

I found my wedding dress at Blue House Bridal and it was everything I could have hoped for. The bridal shop is located in a cute old house and it definitely makes the entire experience feel more relaxing and quaint. The bridal consultant I worked with pulled as many dresses as I wanted and was so easy to work with. Ordering my dress was a breeze and it came in plenty of time to get alterations done. I ordered my veil from here as well and had no issues. Their team was responsive via email which is always important to me. I highly recommend looking for your wedding dress here!

Blue House Bridal was AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things about the salon and the ladies that work there. They pulled dresses that were perfect for me, were incredibly time efficient, all while being so supportive and kind. They had the most gorgeous gowns, and made me feel stunning as well!

I went here "just to look" with my best friend to decide what kind of dresses looked good on me. After chatting with the stylist, she pulled three dresses that matched my style perfectly. I ended up buying my dress that day. It was such an amazing experience. The staff was AMAZING, the boutique is beautiful and the dresses are stunning!

Blue House Bridal was amazing! They were the second place I had gone to try on dresses, and they really took the time to help find what I wanted. There was a small mix up with the wrong dress being ordered on their end, but they accepted responsibility, apologized profusely, and corrected the mistake in a timely manner. Overall, they were fantastic to work with, and I would highly recommend them!

I am a big girl and I was having panic attacks about dress shopping. I didn't think I would find THE dress like you always hear about and I was sure I'd have to settle for a sack of a dress. My wedding was going to have boho vibes and I was wanting a dress that leaned that way and also had sleeves.... I quickly learned I could not pull off sleeves. However, I'm happy to say that the third dress in was THE DRESS! I did cry and I did not want to take it off for fear it was all a dream. Blue House Bridal made me feel like I could actually be a beautiful bride on my wedding day!

Blue House Bridal was nothing but a pleasant experience! They make you feel so welcomed and I loved the personal rooms for the bride and their party. I am from out of state and they were still able to make my dress ordering experience a breeze. Highly recommend!!

Naomi and the Blue House Bridal team are exactly who you want on your side while picking out your wedding dress. I was a bride who had no clue what she wanted, and Naomi and Lexie patiently listened and intuitively pulled incredible dresses for me (all within my budget, too!) I ended up picking the first one I tried on! And their enthusiasm and joy when I returned for my final try-on/pick up was so kind. I felt truly cared for and welcomed. I can't recommend Blue House Bridal highly enough!

This place was AMAZING. The ladies were so kind and helpful and narrowed down what I was wanting perfectly. They paid full attention to my needs and a dress I had kept eying. I found my dress on the 4th try on. Definitely broke the stigma about dress shopping being stressful. 10/10 recommend.

I walked into Blue House Bridal last November without an appt and by fate someone happened to cancel right at the perfect time so I had the opportunity to find my DREAM dress!!! The very second dress I tried on was it... I had an amazing few ladies help me. The entire atmosphere they create for you is so special, unique and really made me feel like I had the whole “bridal” experience. I absolutely recommend Blue House for any bride. I love the charm of the house and the attention to detail they give you. Can’t wait to wear my dress this year!!!!!

Blue House Bridal made purchasing my wedding dress such a special experience. The intimate setting was perfect for trying on dresses, and Naomi offered so much help in picking out the perfect gown. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at any point, and the process was actually relaxing. The selection of dresses was amazing, and it was hard to pick just one from all the gorgeous gowns I tried on. The girls here are absolutely wonderful. They were so accommodating and easy to schedule with especially with all the COVID restrictions. If you are looking for a charming, local bridal boutique, this is it! They have such a great selection for any budget.

This is where I found my dress! It was the last appointment I had scheduled for that day (I've been here several times with friends so was familiar with the selection and style). It has a good selection of dresses and the consultant was very helpful and kind. My guests and I had a private room and booking the appointment was easy.

I absolutely loved Blue House Bridal when I went wedding dress shopping! I had gone to another place before and had tried on numerous dresses, but nothing that I had tried on really stuck with me. When I got to Blue House Bridal and saw some of the dresses, I knew immediately I would find my dress here. The staff were so friendly and made the atmosphere relaxing and fun! I told them a couple things I had liked in dresses I had tried on. The dresses that were selected were what I had been looking for. Blue House Bridal provides an intimate, personal experience and has the most gorgeous gowns! It was the second place I went searching for my dream gown. Ariel viewed my inspiration photos and brought out dresses to try including the same dress I had tried on at a different bridal salon (and thought was “the one.”). She was amazing at selecting gowns that fit my vision and was so patient at letting me try them on as many times as I needed. I was able to compare the previous dress to the one I fell in love with at Blue House Bridal and realized Ariel had helped me find the perfect dress! Blue House Bridal has also been incredibly flexible and communicative during the current pandemic. Madison has been great about texting me as the store begins to reopen so I can come in and pick up my dress in person. I highly recommend you give them a visit!

Blue House Bridal is such a quaint, beautiful bridal boutique. The staff was so welcoming, friendly, and extremely patient as I searched for my dream wedding gown. This was my first stop on my search, and I found a gown I loved! To make sure I wasn’t missing out on anything else, I did visit another boutique after visiting BHB. However, I knew I needed the original dress I fell in love with. My consultant, Ariel, brought me back in later that same day to put the original dress back on. Throughout the entire process, Ariel was patient, kind, and forced zero pressure on me. It was such a relaxing and stress-free experience! I highly recommend Blue House Bridal to any bride looking for a beautiful, one-of-a-kind gown and a knowledgeable consultant to help in the process!

Wish I could give this 1000 stars. Had the most amazing experience at Blue House Bridal!! We had set up a few dress appointments and wanted to keep our options open, but loved this place so much for the experience as a whole. Beautiful and unique dresses that are fairly priced. The bridal consultant (Madison!💕) was our favorite person in the world!! She listened to everything I wanted and matched it perfectly. My bridal appointment ended, but she spent extra time with us to ensure I found what I was looking for. She was very relatable & fun and truly made the experience of me saying “Yes to the Dress” unforgettable and magical!

Blue House Bridal was hands down my best experience in trying on wedding gowns! The team there was so awesome to work with. They were prompt with responses, even responding to my texts on their Saturday evening at 9pm. I worked with Madison, and she made the experience enjoyable, fun, and was so easy to chat with! I went to three other places in the Indianapolis area and Blue House was hands down the best experience, not to mention the house is so cute! I felt at the other places, they kind of pushed me to pick the dress just to pick it, where as the Blue House team encouraged me to go to the other places and look (since it was my first stop), sleep on it, and make sure the choice feels right to me, which I really appreciated. I ended up purchasing the very first dress Madison and I picked out and tried on!

I had a couple appointments made when shopping for my wedding dress, but only made it to Blue House Bridal because they were amazing and I found my amazing dress there!! The staff are so friendly and want to hear what you are looking for and chose dresses for you try on that were all gorgeous and made me feel gorgeous too. They made me feel comfortable as i stepped in and out of different dresses and allowed me to voice my opinions. They were encouraging and positive, but not pushy for you to make the big purchase. They were also so kind to my girls that were with me and gave us a fitting room we all fit in comfortably. And even helped us get a good group picture with the “I said yes to the dress” sign.

Hands down best bridal shop in Indy area. Blue House Bridal made my dress search amazing. From the relaxed atmosphere to wonder dress selection and even better consultants. I’m so happy that I found the dress at Blue House Bridal!!

Blue House Bridal was the only bridal salon I visited to try on dresses, and in my opinion, it should be the only bridal salon any bride visits! From the moment I walked in, Ariel and Brittany were attentive to my wishes, pulling dresses only from the budget, designer, and style I specified. I tried on the first dress they selected for me, and knew it was the one! I walked out less than an hour later with the most perfect wedding dress and the best bridal salon experience to talk about! Blue House Bridal was my favorite place to go wedding dress shopping! It was such a fun and personable experience! Every dress I tried on was absolutely beautiful!! I chose Blue House Bridal for my dress for several reasons. First, I like supporting smaller local businesses, second, the staff was extremely kind, and third they had the dress I was looking for! They did not pressure me into making a decision, which was huge for me. I wanted my mother to be with me when I picked my dress and she lives in another state. I also didn't want her to have to go through a million bridal stores with my indecisive personality. I had ZERO clue what I wanted or what would look good on me, so I tried on a lot. Other places tried to say I could only get a deal if I decided within a week or told me they couldn't possibly fit me in 2 weeks later when my mom would be in town (note that original appointment only took 1 weeks notice). Blue House did not pull any of this pressuring crap. Infact, I had a coupon from a bridal show for a small discount. It stated there was a deadline, but they said that a week or two past the deadline was not a concern. When I narrowed my decision down to two dresses (one elsewhere) they fit me in very last minute for a final fitting. Very kind, very accommodating. I was an overplanner and picked my dress and received it a year before my wedding (I also moved out of town and had to restart planning). The year in between I kept double guessing my decision on the dress, but every time I put it on, I fell in love with it again. Beautiful dress, beautiful people! I strongly recommend!

I absolutely loved Blue House Bridal!!!Brittany and Alex helped me and they truly went above and beyond to not only help me find the perfect dress but also made me feel super comfortable. I really felt like they listened to what I wanted, applied their expertise all while staying well within my budget. Also the boutique itself is adorable and both Brittany and Alex are an absolute joy to be around!! I was in from out of town for the weekend and Brittany helped me get an appointment with her alterations lady literally the next day, you can’t beat that kind of service!! I also purchased my veil from them!! Highly recommend!

They were AMAZING! They picked a consultant that would mesh with me from my appointment request. They had bungee cords that helped make the dress fit better and give me the best idea of how it would look. We had the place to ourselves since it was a weekday. It is also by appointment only but I understand why because they are a small salon but they also help pick your consultant and dresses personally for you.

As soon as we walked in the environment was so warm and cozy it calmed my nerves. I worked with Shelby and she was fantastic! She kept things fun and laid back, but she was spot on with what I had in mind. I would highly recommend shopping here!

My first and LAST stop for both my gown and my veil!! Alex was incredibly helpful. She listened to my concerns and gave me the greatest suggestions. I tried on several dresses but ultimately fell in love with the first!! I wouldn’t change a thing about my experience. Loved Blue House, adored Alex— and the owner was lovely as well!! Amazing service and beautiful, quality dresses! Walked in and felt like the place was rented out for me and my appointment. There was no distractions or pressure and the environment was chill and relaxing. Kim listened to my style requests and helped me land on the perfect one! The dresses here are also super unique and felt different than the ones I saw at other stores. Honestly it was hard to pick one, there is a ton of beautiful stuff here!

I first saw my wedding dress at a bridal show that Blue House Bridal was participating in. They had my dress on a mannequin on display and I knew that was my dress. So I made an appointment at Blue House to try on my dream dress. The ladies at Blue House were nice and I ended up purchasing the dress that I saw at the Bridal Show. When my dress came in it was the wrong color and Blue House said that I had called in and changed the color order (which wasn’t true). The ladies worked with us and were able to get the dress in the right color and size very quickly so it all worked out in the end (despite being a little stressful)! In the end my dress was beautiful and I wish I could wear it again! So thanks to the ladies at Blue House for making sure I had my dream dress.

Blue House Bridal was a last-minute recommendation from a family friend (literally the week before I was due to head out to my appointments) and thank GOODNESS it came when it did! My mom, sisters and I immediately felt so comfortable, as soon as we walked in the door and Kim greeted us. Kim listened so carefully and was so super warm as I tried to articulate the "feeling" I wanted from my gown. And she totally nailed it. The third dress I tried on (at Blue House and EVER) was the dress I ended up wearing and absolutely adoring on my wedding day. I can't recommend Blue House Bridal more highly.

So easy to work with and they have a great selection. I had already been to three bridal stores earlier that day and hadn't found anything I loved until Blue House Bridal! Also it wasn't overwhelming and filled with people, which made the experience much more personal.

I went everywhere all over Indy, but when I walked into BlueHouse I could tell by their professionalism and how well they listened that they'd help me find the dress of my dreams! They helped me all they way from selecting my gown, ordering and matching a veil to arranging an alterations appointment with a trusted vendor. They were very helpful and i LOVED My dress!!

They are the best!!! I had visited quite a few other stores/boutiques in search of the right dress and while I liked the dresses I felt really pressured by the sales people or they didn't listen to what I asked for. When I got to Blue House Bridal I told Kim (who is seriously the best) what I wanted and she did just that! She showed me as many different options as I wanted to be sure I had the one I wanted. I wish I wouldn't have wasted my three other weekends going to other places- this should be your first stop!

I had the pleasure of working with both Kim and Brittany! It was the first store I visited and fell in love with the second dress I tried on. I never felt pressured and even compared dresses from different stores. I came back for that second dress I tried on and knew it was the perfect one for me! I never thought I could think so highly of a wedding dress and you can tell the dresses Blue House offers are high quality at fantastic prices! I was even able to save $500 by ordering the dress in my size so I didn't have to pay for shortening the dress in alterations. Brittany and Kim offer fantastic customer service. They understand this is a big purchase and probably the most important one for your big wedding day. I couldn't have been happier with these two girls and the amazing dress I was able to purchase from them. HIGHLY recommend this shop!!!

Blue House Bridal was fantastic! They were my third dress shop stop. The first shop I went to had cheaper options, but nothing stood out. Went to the second shop, which was pricey, but had some great options. Then I go to Blue House and find dresses that are perfectly in the middle for price, but have wonderful quality and are, most importantly, beautiful. And not only are there wonderful designer dresses, but the staff was very happy and helpful. Brittany helped me find the perfect dress right away. Overall, a wonderful experience.

I was recommended Blue House Bridal from my planner IndyGigz. I had been to two other gown appointments that day – Blue House was my final stop. I told Kim what I was looking for in a gown and the first dress I put on was MY dress. Kim could sense my hesitation since it was the only gown I had tried on there so she put me in a couple others to help confirm my choice. The first gown was it! She also helped with a belt, earrings, veil and headpiece. I was also very satisfied with the seamstress they recommended. My gown fit perfectly and I felt amazing on my wedding day.

Even though, I did not purchase my dress from here - it is one of the cutest bridal salons I went to. We had the entire place to ourselves. From the moment we walked in, it smelled wonderful & the decor and ambiance was extremely welcoming & romantic. I also very much appreciated my consultant, Kim. She told me what I needed to hear and even gave me & my party time to just converse and think without her present. Even though I did not purchase a dress, I felt like she had my best interest in mind.

This place is absolutely fantastic! My mom and I went together looking for dresses here for the first time on a whim while she was in town, and Blue House Bridal was very accommodating with scheduling an appointment for us that week. In the actual bridal salon, you will get a very personal experience. I was the only one there with Kim trying on dresses, and she made me feel so comfortable. I explained to her the style of dresses that I liked, and without even showing her a picture, she ended up picking out the most beautiful gowns that fit my description perfectly. Kim was very honest with each gown, and she was not pushy with a purchase at all. She took her time with me, and was patient when I wanted to retry on dresses to confirm what I was looking for. After finding a dress that I absolutely loved (the 3rd one that I tried on!), I decided to wait to think about my decision of purchasing the dress. Again, later that week, Kim was able to meet me for another appointment on short notice and had pulled my top 2 dress selections. After she picked out some jewelry for me and put my hair up with a veil, she left me alone with my mom to really talk things through when making my final decision which I greatly appreciated. I cannot say enough good things about this place. It should be at the top of the list for any bride looking for her dress.

I went to BlueHouse on a Saturday afternoon with my mom and older sister, my MOH. I had scheduled an appointment several weeks in advance. I was towards the end of the day (2pm), and it became clear early on in the appointment that my consultant was more interested in getting us out of the store than helping. I had requested a dress with some sort of strap/cap sleeve; she told me they "didn't really have many of those now" and brought me a few to try on. She was quite rushed in bringing me out in the dresses, not offering any comments or helpful feedback. I tried a few dresses on, was rushed out of the store, and told to come back in a few months. No one was outwardly rude or unfriendly, but it was very obvious that they just wanted me out of the store.

I had a great time trying on bridal gowns at Blue House Bridal. The owner, Brittany, was very friendly and helpful. She pulled dresses that matched exactly what I described to her I wanted. My budget was on the lower end so she pulled beautiful sample dresses to stay within my budget. Although I did not end up purchasing my dress from here, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great dress and experience!

I purchased my wedding gown from Blue House Bridal about a year before my wedding, given that their designs can take 6-9 months to arrive. The biggest thing that impressed me about this store is how the employees respect your budget- I've been to other bridal salons where the employees recommend gorgeous dresses that are $1000 above budget. Not so at Blue House. The employees are attentive and fun to work with and are good at figuring out the kinds of dresses that best fit your checklist- I think I only had to try on 3 dresses before finding the one I purchased. I was also impressed at how quickly they responded to any email questions I had. The styles, quality, and prices of the dresses make Blue House a great salon to go to if you want a unique and high quality dress without spending a fortune on it.

I bought my wedding dress at Blue House Bridal and loved it. I spent months looking for a lace, full A-line dress with no beading, and had the hardest time. Blue House Bridal had exactly what I was looking for. On a whim I also bought an off the shoulder lace bolero, which was totally worth it. I live out of town, so the salon delivered my dress directly to the tailor they had recommended so that I didn't have to make an extra trip. Other salons had also pressured me to buy things I didn't really love, but I didn't feel any pressure from Blue House Bridal. I was very happy with my experience.

Hello, I purchased my Pronovias Ugalde wedding dress from Blue House Bridal in early 2014 at their trunk show. I am not the girly type, but as a small town, farm-raised girl, I knew that I wanted the loveliest of lace. With a little research online, I found Pronovias. The crew at Blue House Bridal and the bridal shop were just a perfect experience. They listen to what you you want and respond with what you actually asked for. After bridesmaid dress shopping at a place that you can guess..., I was shocked that this is not a ubiquitous service, but it is certainly present at Blue House. Additionally, the bridal shop is the perfect size. They have a little of everything without being overwhelming with options. With the above combination and even though I am a perfectionist, I found the dress after only trying on 3. I attribute this to knowing my body, being able to communicate what I want, and the bridal shop delivering. Earlier this year I walked into Blue House Bridal's accessory trunk show to browse for ideas to finish off my wedding look. Even though I did NOT have an appointment with Blue House Bridal, they once again exceeded my expectations and made time to accessorize my dress. I do not recommend dropping in on them, but the experience further exemplifies their service. In conclusion if you are looking for lace or sparkle along with great service, you should definitely consider making an appointment with Blue House Bridal.

I made my appointment at Blue House Bridal based on my maid of honor's recommendation. She looked up the reviews, and about every single one of them was good. Even girls that didn't get their dress here said that it must be on your list to shop for the experience alone. This was my first time trying on dresses, and Brittany was fabulous. She was extremely patient, and knew exactly what I wanted. She was very respectful with allowing me to think about the dresses as I had them on, and she wasn't pushy. The dresses she pulled fit my suggestions perfectly. She also pulled a sample dress (that was out of my budget), but said that if it fit me they would work to make it within my budget. The dress fit perfect, and I left with my dream dress. I can be pretty high strung (as most brides can be!), and it was a very relaxing, fun experience. A must go-to for brides!

This was the first place I visited when I went dress shopping and the dress I bought was the last dress I tried on here. I ended up going to one other place, but in the end that dress was what I wanted and everyone there was so kind and helpful, I felt great with my decision! They are super professional and will answer any questions you may have. I would definitely recommend!

Britney was amazing, I met with her during my appointment and gave her a description of what type of dress I was looking for and she said "I think I have that dress." She pulled 3 gorgeous gowns and I tried them on. Within 45 minutes I had found the perfect dress with her help. It was the best experience I could have every asked for. Last July I had the BEST experience at the Blue HOUse Bridal Saloon. From start to finish my family & I had the best time/experience trying on wedding dresses for the first time. My sales consultant was so great that she was able to help me find my dress the first outing. Blue House Bridal gave me & my entourage one on one attention, were very patient and friendly. I loved my experience & can not wait to show everyone the beautiful dress I chose next August.

I probably tried on close to 100 dresses at the big shops in Indianapolis before coming here to Valerie. I told her what I was looking for and she immediately pulled my dress. She was very helpful and I even went back to find jewelry there. I needed a special veil to match my dress and she had one custom made for me at a very decent price. I would definitely encourage everyone to go see Valerie!

The owner, Valerie, was very helpful in finding my wedding dress. She listened to what I wanted, and them brought me a couple dresses at a time so that I wouldn't get overwhelmed like at many other bridal stores. The one I chose was the second one she brought me. The dresses aren't cheap, but it was worth it to feel confident in the dress I chose on wedding day. The dress was exactly what I had imagined.

Valerie is amazing. My favorite part was being the only bride in the house. Valerie is the owner and makes you feel special, all of her attention is on you. She knows her inventory and pulled the perfect dress on the first try. I bought the first one I tried on. She's extremely helpful and makes you feel very comfortable as it can be awkward needing help putting on your dress. I was referred to her and have referred several others. You won't find a better place! She also has beautiful accessories.

Easy to work with, lots of different selections, place is comfortable for trying on and viewing the dresses. We brought friends and family and the staff was very supportive, helpful and made the experience wonderful

I had been to at least 5-6 different places before coming to Blue House Bridal and I was immediately impressed when I walked in the door. I loved the intimate environment and friendly personal attention I received. The girl that helped me knew exactly what I was looking for and was super sweet! She pulled some dresses for me and I went with the final one I tried on, which makes me feel like such a princess!! They are very accommodating and have a lot of great accessories as well. I made a few trips there and felt completely at home!! Such a cute & unique environment with a great selection and amazing customer service!!

I was looking for a truly one of a kind wedding gown for my vintage wedding in downtown Indy. I found Blue House Bridal in the town I grew up in and was thrilled when I stumbled upon it. The service was amazing and so personal! You get one-on-one attention without the crowds of a commercialized bridal store. I have already recommended Blue House to my best friend who is getting married :)

I loved working with Blue House. I ended up with a very stunning dress that was exactly what I was looking for. The staff was always great and very helpful!

I found my dress on preownedweddingdresses.com. It was a Paloma Blanca dress that had been discontinued and I had been searching for a sample dress. Blue House had the sample listed on the site. I called them and left a message. Valerie called me back right away. She sent me close up pics of a few snags that I needed to be aware of, which turned out to be nearly invisible. I was reluctant to order online without seeing it, but I trusted Valerie. I had been quoted $2000.00 for the sample dress in 2 other local stores and I couldn't afford that. Valerie sent me an invoice, I paid by credit card and my dress was shipped the very next day. I received it in 2-3 days and to my amazement, the dress was in perfect condition. It looked brand new!! I am so happy with my purchase and really appreciative of the time and attention that Valerie gave me, even though I was just buying a sample dress from over the phone. The customer service was out of this world and far better then I had experienced in the salons that I had visited locally. Thank you Blue House Bridal!!!
