Unlike other boutiques when you book an appointment with blush you have the space all to yourself. Having just my mother, my sisters, Emily, and myself at the boutique made the experience so much more special and intimate. I showed Emily a few styles I liked and she was so helpful and patient. My sisters also found their bridesmaid dresses at the boutique the same day I found mine. It was absolutely perfect! Emily has such a beautiful selection of dresses and was an absolute pleasure to work with! I would definitely recommend going to Blush Bridal Boutique for your dream dress!

Instead, I wanted a small, personalized experience, and that is exactly what I got at Blush Bridal! Emily only takes one appointment at a time so I had the whole salon to myself. She was also extremely patient. After pulling approximately 10-12 dresses that were in our desired price range, Emily thoroughly explained the details of each one (the fit, fabric etc.). I then narrowed it down to about 5 dresses and she let me try on each one again and again. Even though it was the first shop I went to, I said yes to my dress, not because I felt pressured, but because I had that amazing feeling every time I put the dress on. Even though I said yes to the dress, I had another appointment at a different boutique the same day. I decided to still go to that appointment. I am so glad that I decided to do that because it confirmed that the dress at Blush Bridal was the one for me. The experience at the other boutique was completely different than my extremely positive experience with Emily. I felt pressured to purchase a gown and like I was just another a bride in a long assembly line. Since I had such a positive experience purchasing my gown at Blush Bridal, I decided to bring my bridesmaids there to get their dresses. Throughout the entire process, Emily was so easy to work with. She quickly responded to all emails and offered several helpful suggestions during the fitting process. Additionally, most of my bridesmaids did not live locally. However, Emily was still able to easily accommodate them and ensure that their dresses were ordered correctly and that pick-up/fittings were a breeze. I truly believe that finding your wedding dress is such a special moment, and I think Emily does a phenomenal job at highlighting and celebrating the importance of this milestone in your life. I would recommend Blush Bridal again and again to all brides, who are searching for their perfect gown.

I was torn between two dresses and she helped me pick the best dress for me and my body. I didn't feel rushed, or like I had to purchase that day. y wrong. When I first arrived, Emily (the owner) asked me what style I was looking for and asked if I had any pictures of dresses saved. I showed her my Pinterest and she was actually carrying one of the dresses on my board. She then had me look around the store and pull dresses I was interested in trying on. Emily also pulled a couple of dresses she thought would work. I tried on 5 or 6 dresses and ended up choosing one that Emily selected. It was along the lines of something I was looking for, but it was unique and definitely wouldn’t have been something I’d pick out for myself. Emily has a great eye! Not only was Emily helpful in finding the dress, but she also has years of experience in the wedding industry, so she’s a great resource for getting recommendations on several aspects of the wedding planning process. She also recommended a seamstress, who I will be using for alterations. Because it’s a small shop, you’ll be the only patron in the store, which provides a very personal experience and you won’t feel rushed. I highly recommend visiting Blush. It has an intimate feel, but more than enough selection to find something beautiful and perfect for your wedding.

Went back to Emily asking if there was anything that could be done, and she could care less. Out of a dress with wedding in 3 months.. Very dissatisfied, especially since she calls herself a business owner. Would not recommend.

Blush is by appointment and you have the place to yourself - I brought a few friends and family and we were able to sit comfortably and really have a fun experience. Emily carefully picks designers that give a wide range of options - style and price-wise. I felt like there were such high-quality dresses to choose from, while also being reasonably priced for wedding dresses. After picking my dress, I came back about 5 months later and worked with Emily and her tailor to make it perfect. I didn't feel overcharged or rushed through anything either. In the beginning I didn't feel very comfortable as a bride but I can honestly say finding my dress and working with Emily was one of the highlights of the process. I was so thrilled with the dress that it made me excited for all the planning steps afterwards!

I was unsure about sizing, but when the dress came in, it fit like a glove, I needed very little alterations. And her seamstress Holly was amazing, she made an already perfect dress more perfect for my short torso and short stature, not to mention making my curves look beautiful. sure. It was wonderful to have this beautiful space, Emily's warm and accommodating help, and her gorgeous selection of gowns to ourselves for the afternoon. Emily was welcoming, fun and patient with our little group, particularly my eager-to-help 10-year old God daughter, which we truly appreciated. She listened to our input on general style and budget, and pulled a number of beautiful gowns while we browsed the racks for favorites and additions. Her selections and the sequence of dresses were thoughtful and perfect, and she did a great job of honing in our favorite things (and not-into-its) about each dress. Her selection of dresses is broad and absolutely beautiful, and I truly could have chosen a number of the gowns she showed me. I left with 2 favorites and 1 serious front runner, but ultimately chose a gown from another shop. It was a VERY tough decision and I know that I would have been very happy getting married in my favorite of the gowns I tried at Blush. I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with Emily, and how much we enjoyed our intimate, magical afternoon of trying on her beautiful dresses. It's clear that she takes great pride in her business and personal investment in her brides, and I'm sure that every part of the purchase process is just as beautifully done. I would highly recommend Blush to other brides, and it is well worth a trip if you are not local to the area.

Emily's warm energy, and bubbly personality made me feel so at home. Emily is a true expert, knowing her dresses inside and out, and being able to guide you through the process of selecting the most perfect wedding dress. Her calm spirit, ability to be personable, and all around fun character makes for the best bridal shopping experience. During the appointment you are the only bride Emily is helping, and she pays special attention to all of the detail that you like (and don't like). In the end, Emily had me try on a dress that I did not pick out, but one she felt would be "the one," and sure enough, she was right. She let me try on the dress multiple times to compare it with others, and even let me come back a second time to show my best friend for the approval. Not once did Emily make me feel pressured to make a decision, which I truly appreciate. Emily and her boutique are true gems. ce did I ever feel pressured or rushed. The appointments usually take an hour but Emily assured me that she would stay as long as I needed. The first appointment I had she was so helpful and knowledgeable. It was my first time shopping for a wedding dress so of course I had no idea what I actually wanted or what would even look good on me. She took her time to explain every dress and what accessories would look good. She even included my parents with all the details and making a point to make them feel included in everything, especially my father. Then after narrowing it down to three dresses I made another appointment to come back to re try on my top three and make a decision. When I went back to blush I noticed I different dress that was a total wild card and I asked her if it would be alright if we tried that dress on as well. After trying on all four dresses for a second time Emily helped me make the right decision and I ended up picking the "wild card" dress. She paired the dress with a gorgeous vail and showed me how the dress would be altered so I could get a better visual of it. All and all I HIGHLY recommend blush bridal! Emily is amazing and the experience was the best I could of ever asked for.

the salon, she offered me and my crew some champs and asked me about my wedding and what style I was looking for. We then went through the racks together and she suggested dresses that she thought I would like, which were gorgeous! She was so helpful with helping me pick out what looked best on me and what accessories matched my dress, but let me make my own decisions at the same time. Same goes for my Bridesmaids' dresses! She was so good at helping me match the girls' dress colors perfectly! She definitely guided me in the right direction, and if it wasn't for her awesome help, I would not have been able to put my vision together. If you really want the true bridal experience, you have to go to Blush. The boutique is so cute and Emily has the most beautiful bridal gowns in the Hudson Valley! I tried on about 5 or 6 of her dresses and loved them all! It was so hard to choose. The shop is so glamorous and has a very inviting feel, while keeping with the historic downtown Kingston feel with natural exposed brick walls. You also have the entire salon to yourself when you book an appointment. I'm so glad I said YES to the dress (and my Bridesmaids' dresses) at Blush Bridal!

Emily immediately greeted us and offered champagne or water. We chatted about my wedding and then started to look at her selection of dresses. Every single dress she has is absolutely gorgeous. There wasn't one dress I tried on that I disliked. I would've tried on every single gown if I had the chance! We picked out 6 or 7, my mother pulled the "mom" card and picked one. Emily was incredibly knowledgeable about the dresses and she explained every detail, down to why they looked so beautiful. She also has a wonderful selection of veils. The entire appointment felt personal and fun. She has a great, fun personality and her boutique is spacious and light. It was absolutely worth the trip to Kingston and I can't wait to go back in the fall when my dress comes in!

ng it the exact type of intimate, relaxed, and personal experience I was hoping for. The shop is really easy to get to, and there is plenty of parking around (we snagged a spot right outside the store). Emily, the owner, is beyond knowledgable. She immediately greeted me and welcomed my aunt and best friends upon arrival, took our coats, and offered us water or champagne. Emily then took a few minutes to chat about our wedding - when, where, what kind of dress style I thought I may be interested in, etc. After that, we got started on going through the racks together. She was able to offer really valuable insight about different styles that I would have ruled out if just looking by myself, and encouraged me to try them on just in case. She knows her stuff - all of the dresses we pulled had something about them that I ended up liking. The interior of the store is gorgeous. It's very open and airy, but at the same time, warm and inviting. The dressing room is quite spacious, which was nice. And the incredible floor to ceiling mirror that Emily had custom built inside the store was probably one of the best parts of trying on the dresses. The mirror was huge and made the entire process feel more glamorous. I can't recommend Blush highly enough - no matter what part of the dress shopping process you're in - whether just starting out or whether you've been to a handful of stores already - it is absolutely worth a trip to Blush to have a more personalized and relaxed bridal shopping environment. Emily's knowledge about bridal gowns and fashion is unrivaled in the area. Make the trip to Blush - you'll be thankful you did!
