Our wedding planner Bernadette was the absolute best!!! She made sure our day was everything we dreamed of and more! She is so organized, the best communicator, and talking to her puts your mind at ease. Even though there were a few bumps on the road (from our end), she handled everything so calmly and efficiently. Our wedding day was better than either of us imagined and it was all thanks to Bernadette! We appreciate everything she’s done for us and will remember that day forever! She also has the kindest soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner! We absolutely adore her!!!!

Our wedding truly felt like a fairytale. There’s something so magical about the sound of the waterfall and being surrounded by beautiful trees and plants. But what made our experience so much better was being paired with Mikaela as our wedding planner! She was our North Star throughout the whole wedding planning process as well as the wedding day itself! She is so organized and insightful. She patiently answered all of our questions (and there were A LOT of them) and listened to all of our concerns reassuring us that everything will fall into place and it did, thanks to her and her wonderful team! Everything was so beautiful and exactly as we envisioned it. We wouldn’t have known what to do without her. I cannot emphasize enough how pivotal of a role she played in the success of our wedding. Our families and friends have nothing but compliments to say about our wedding. To summarize, Mikaela is the absolute BEST! 🥹🤍

Our dream wedding was able to come to life at Botanica. Our wedding planner Mikaela from the very beginning explained everything this venue and trademark has to offer which is so much more than a lot of other venues we looked into. We couldn’t be happier with how our wedding turned out and cannot wait to look back on this very special day they helped create.

Our wedding was 2 weeks ago and I cannot express enough how beautiful our wedding was thanks to Jeselle and her staff for bringing our whole vision to life. Jeselle was THE PERFECT wedding planner for us. She was so helpful and responsive throughout the entire wedding planning process and executed everything exactly as we wanted to ensure our big day went smoothly. We loved Botanica as soon as we toured the venue because of the lush tropical greenery that will make you feel like you are in Hawaii. It's really a hidden gem tucked away in California. The venue is just beautiful and our out of town guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever been to. Our guests loved the food too! Everything was just PERFECT!!!

From first stepping foot into Botanica, we decided to look no further. From the greenery, the waterfall, the spaciousness, and overall vibe, we knew this is was going to be our venue. Botanica arranged Morgan as our wedding planner and she couldn’t have been a better match. Morgan was attentive to all our needs, answered every questions we had promptly and efficiently, and was there for us when we needed her the most. Come wedding day, Morgan made sure everything was in place just as we imagined it and ensured that our special day ran smoothly. She couldn’t have done a better job and we are so grateful! Our wedding was one that not only we will remember forever, but I am sure all of our guests as well. My wife and I got married at Botanica in June of 2024. From the very start of our planning process in August 2022 the Trademark staff was so helpful and immediately responsive to all of our questions. Morgan was our wedding planner and she always made us feel so welcome and was equally as excited about our day as we were! As an LGBTQ+ couple it was very important to us that we worked with vendors who respected both us and all of our guests and the staff at Botanica exceeded all expectations. Our guests were so impressed with the beauty of the venue and we got so many compliments on the food that was served at cocktail hour and for dinner! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to Morgan and the rest of the Botanica staff. She made sure we always had a drink in hand and set up our decor exactly as we wanted! I can’t recommend Botanica enough to any couple looking for a wedding where you truly feel like the guests of honor! Thank you, Morgan!!

From the moment we laid eyes on the venue, we knew we couldn't have made a better choice for our special day. The tropical resort feel of Botanica instantly captivated us, setting the perfect backdrop for our celebration. One of the aspects we loved most about Botanica was the convenience it offered our guests. With the ceremony and reception areas within walking distance of each other, our guests were able to move seamlessly between the two, making for a more enjoyable and stress-free experience for everyone involved. The highlight of our wedding day was undoubtedly the breathtaking waterfall cove where we exchanged our vows. The serene beauty of the surroundings added an extra layer of magic to the moment, creating memories that will last a lifetime. A major factor in the success of our wedding day was the exceptional service provided by the trademark staff, led by Amy Hayashi and her team. From start to finish, Amy and her team executed every detail flawlessly, ensuring that our day went off without a hitch. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to making our wedding day perfect did not go unnoticed, and we are truly grateful for their hard work. Kudos to Amy to keeping me calm throughout the day. Additionally, one of the perks of choosing Botanica as our venue was their list of preferred vendors, including DJs. After careful consideration, we decided to go with DJ MoJoe, Joseph Rivera, from the preferred list. And let me tell you, we couldn't have made a better choice. From the moment we connected with DJ MoJoe, we knew we were in good hands. Throughout the planning process, DJ MoJoe was incredibly accommodating and attentive to our requests. He took the time to understand our musical preferences and vision for the event, and he went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect. On the day of the wedding, DJ MoJoe absolutely nailed it. He kept the energy high and the dance floor packed all night long, seamlessly mixing our favorite songs and accommodating requests from our guests. His ability to read the crowd and keep the party going was truly impressive. Thanks to DJ MoJoe and the entire team at Botanica, our wedding was everything we had hoped for and more. The venue exceeded all of our expectations, and we would highly recommend it, as well as other venues managed by Trademark, to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable wedding experience. Botanica was an absolute dream to work with! So many of our guests keep telling us how beautiful the venue was! We completely believe this venue is the best of the best and it really exceeded our expectations. Not only was the venue stunning, but Natalia our coordinator is really what made our experience so amazing! From the very beginning of planning she helped us answer all of our questions, and provided suggestions to ensure a picture perfect wedding day. On the day of our wedding she was especially amazing. She made sure everything was set up exactly how we wanted it and she even checked in on us and made sure we always had a drink in hand. At the end of the night she also made sure all of our decor packed up and ready to put in our cars. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and nice and made sure the evening was fun and went smoothly! We are so happy we decided to book our wedding at Botanica, and we highly recommend them! Lots of options for decor are included, or available for upgrades which makes it feel like a one stop shop. THANK YOU!

I cannot say enough great things about Botanica and our day of coordinator Jeselle! Neither of us had to think about a thing on our wedding day in regards to venue, decorations, food, guest questions, etc. The day was so perfect and smooth (even with rain all morning), and that is no doubt due to the work of Jeselle and the whole team at Botanica. The planning process is made fun and easy through 3 meetings with your coordinator. Jeselle was great about helping us with suggestions when requested and also letting our wedding day be our personalities! There are great food and decor options to choose from. All of their venues are gorgeous, but when we walked the grounds of Botanica, we knew that was the vibe we wanted. Can't thank you all enough for making our wedding day exactly what we envisioned!!

Botanica is the most breathtaking and beautiful venue! We got married here on Friday, February 9, 2024 and it was truly the best day of our life! We were fortunate enough to just miss the storm that was passing through Southern California, but you couldn't even tell the moment you stepped onto the property! Everything was cleaned up and looking so beautiful the day of, all of the staff there really cares about your big day! The Venue - we had just around 150 people and the different spaces available really allow a nice flow and change of scenery throughout the day/night! We were married in front of the waterfall which was everything I envisioned and more. Then our cocktail hour moved to the upper market lit lawn and really set the tone for the evening! We then moved the party into the tent for the reception which under the twinkling lights was gorgeous! Our guests were raving about the venue all day/night long! If you are looking for a hidden and enchanted botanical garden, you will not be disappointed! The Value - We truly felt the value was more than worth it! A lot is more inclusive than you think, and although there are additional fees (open bar, security, some additional decor, etc.), there are many other venues out there that charge for way more! We felt everything was very transparent from the beginning which we really appreciated. There is also a planner that you are assigned (who is also your day of coordinator), along with a bridal assistant to help you! The Staff (especially Morgan) - We have nothing but amazing things to say about everyone that works at Botanica! Everyone was wonderful - so helpful, friendly, and truly the best to work with! But we can't say enough amazing things about Morgan!! She was AMAZING to work with! We feel so lucky to have had her on our journey, and couldn't have felt more comfortable and supportive throughout the process. She was so communicative, always checking in on us, and always there to guide and help answer any questions we had! We never felt alone! She paid attention to detail, and made us feel so special on our wedding day! Everything was perfect!! From start to finish we'd do it all over again! Thank you again to all of the Botanica staff (with a special shoutout to Morgan)!

So grateful we had our wedding at Botanica. It was a dream come true, and I knew the minute we saw the waterfall that it was the venue for us. Trademark has a very professional team that will do its best to make sure your day goes above what you wanted. Despite the ups and downs that will always come with planning a big event, when it came down to it, the day was truly perfect. I appreciated the all-inclusive package Trademark offered. They provided a lot of what we needed in their package and only splurged on a few extra items to further customize our day. Trademark has a very professional team, and we loved having Mikaela as our planner. She was very intentional with us and dedicated to making the planning process seamless.

This venue reflected our style and personality well so it felt fitting and we knew at first sight that this was the venue for us. It's not too glamorous but is naturally beautiful with all the greenery and trees. It fitted our bohemian/classic mix style very well. The ceremony location with the bond and the rocks is gorgeous. We had our wedding in August and everyone was concerned about the sun and the heat but by the time our ceremony began the sun wasn't at its peak and there was plenty of shade with the trees. Our wedding coordinator, Natalia, from Trademark Venues, was amazing and we are so grateful to her and the wait staff for making the day run so smoothly.

Absolutely everything was fantastic. From the planning meetings with the coordinator, to the rehearsal and setups to the day itself, Trademark Venues, our coordinator Mikaela and all the staff made it such a smooth and special day. We had the best time celebrating our most important day and the pictures came back amazing!
