You were constantly checking in on us and we felt so supported and loved all day. The hours and hours of work she put in truly helped give us the wedding of our dreams! Morgan was so easy to work with, and our day was made so special because of her and her team! She is truly incredible at what she does!

Morgan Costa was our wedding coordinator and she did an amazing job of communicating and having the day flow so beautifully. a dream. There are so many details and things that need to be coordinated and managed and the team at Botanica took care of every last detail. Morgan was our wedding coordinator and she was a gem! She was kind, patient, and was so incredibly thorough. She made our wedding day an absolute dream! She even helped pin my dress when it ripped on the dance floor. This team goes above and beyond and they made our wedding day one of the best days of our lives. Not to mention, it’s SO BEAUTIFUL! This place was worth it!

s. Not only was the venue amazing, but Morgan our coordinator is really what made our experience so positive. From the beginning stages of planning she helped to answer all of our questions, and provide suggestions to ensure a smooth wedding day. Day of she BLEW ME AWAY! As a wedding planner myself it is very hard to release control to someone else, and let me tell you we couldn't have been in better hands. She set up everything exactly how we wanted it and paid close attention to detail, she checked in on us and made sure we always had a drink in hand, and made sure that we stayed according to the timeline the entire night. At the end of the night she had all of our decor packed up and ready to put in our cars which made the end of the night clean up so quick and easy for my family and friends. All of the staff (bartenders, bridal suite staff, servers) were incredibly helpful and nice and made sure the evening went off without a hitch! My only feedback is that there were more required fees than what we were told during our booking process for security, bartenders, food tasting etc. They wouldn't provide us with a proposal before booking, which is why we were unaware of these fees before booking. Morgan our coordinator was quick to loop us in on these fees early in the process so that it was not a surprise when it came time for final payment, however it would have been nice to know about these fees prior to booking. All in all we are so happy with our decision to book our wedding at Botanica, and we highly recommend them! Lots of options for decor are included, or available for upgrades which makes it feel like a one stop shop. THANK YOU!

e was BEAUTIFUL! We visited a couple other trademark venues (both as wedding guests and as potential venues for our own wedding), but Botanica definitely stood out over the rest. Admittedly, driving to the venue, you wouldn’t expect it to look the way it does, but once you step inside, it truly felt like a little piece of paradise. The grounds are clean, well kept, and spacious but still very intimate! Both the bridal and groom suites were perfect to get ready in, take pictures and/or just relax before your big moments! There are plenty of spots on the grounds where the natural backdrop provides a picture perfect moment for you and your special someone. Onto the process… Planning a wedding is such a hectic process and the team made us feel so comfortable through the whole thing. Special shout out to Jes, who took care of us from the planning, communication, and getting ready day of and all the way through the end of the night. She was mindful of everything and made sure we were happy! Working with Jes made it feel like she was just a friend helping us out! Loved that! Our parents also loved Jes and spoke highly of her and her attention to detail from our wedding, set up and take down. The bartenders, security, and all other staff working that night were also all so graceful and helpful to not only Chad and I, but also all of our guests. We heard great reviews from everyone in the days (and months!) since the wedding. That’s how you know it was amazing! Also wanted to shout out Alyssa she was there by my side from the beginning making sure I was taken care of as well as my bridesmaids. I don’t think our drinks were ever empty, and Alyssa also made sure I got food and ate so thank you so much you are awesome and such a joy to work with on my big day! It’s been two months since our wedding and it’s been great reliving the night over and over with our pictures, videos, and conversations with our friends and family! If you’re considering a beautiful venue with amazing people to work with from the get-go, go with Botanica or any of the trademark venues - you won’t be disappointed! Ask for Jes too! ☺️

They did not feel like they were in Oceanside but rather at a destination wedding somewhere tropical. The whole day was perfect and was better than I could have imagined thanks to the work done by Trademark and Stephanie. I highly recommend Botanica to any potential couple. Our coordinator, Morgan Costa, was a fantastic communicator from the day we signed our contract, through the wedding day, and even continues to be after the wedding! She answered my excessive amounts of emails with patience and positivity and made my husband and I feel so special as we planned our wedding. In terms of the venue itself, the grounds are kept incredibly nice, the food is tasty, and the service is awesome. Could not recommend Botanica or Trademark Venues more for your wedding day!

our the venue, it was no doubt love at first sight for the both of us! My husband and I got married here on 6/6/22 and it was one word: MAGICAL. The venue itself is nestled in a tropical paradise with natural spring bed waterfalls and ponds… you are literally surrounded by the sounds of nature. The pictures they have here honestly do not do Botanica any justice— you have to see it to believe it! Our guests came in from all over the world and they were just completely in awe about how beautiful and stunning the venue was and how everything was set up. There’s the best of both worlds: plenty of indoor and outdoor space with winding pathways in between. It’s like a tranquil little oasis, a piece of heaven on Earth... it WILL take your breath away. All of our guests kept telling us that Botanica was one of the most beautiful weddings they have ever been to! Our coordinator was AMY (who was assigned to us last minute) and honestly, it felt like it was meant to be because she couldn’t have been more perfect. The wedding could not have been a success without her. Everything from start to finish was SEAMLESS. She listened intently to all of my requests and knew what to do right away. I consider myself quite a perfectionist, so Amy really exceeded my expectations by the way she meticulously handled everything with such thoughtfulness and efficiency. Our family was so impressed with the way she coordinated our wedding, even though we expected something to go wrong— literally everything came out PERFECT, I’m still stunned by it. I’m so grateful for Amy, as well as Trademark Venues, for creating such a dream come true wedding that we get to hold in our hearts for the rest of our lives!

he venue we knew it was where we wanted to get married and Trademark made it super easy from day one as we began planning. Morgan was so fantastic with our vision and all of my obsessive and Type A tendencies while we prepared for our wedding day, but words fail me when it comes to the actual day-of coordination. Morgan was instrumental down to every last detail to make the day seamless and perfect (and constantly tending to us throughout the day), and we can't thank her enough for allowing us to be actual guests at our own wedding. She had great recommendations and provided many planning resources along the way as we were putting together our team of vendors, and the best part is that we came out of the whole experience with new friendships too! Our guests couldn't stop raving about our venue and all the details and decor (many of which were already included with the venue cost). Botanica is the perfect slice of tropical paradise tucked away in Oceanside and the ultimate hidden gem. We had many folks asking us how we even found this venue in the first place, and there's not one spot that doesn't photograph like an absolute dream. We had the best time at our wedding (and wish we could relive it), but are so thankful to be able to cherish the memories made at this unforgettable space.

I really appreciated that I could email our coordinator to ask questions along the way and the day of they did a great job of taking care of everything so that we didn't have to stress! Our wedding was the hawaiian wedding of our dreams! Many of our guests commented on how they felt that they had been transported to Hawaii for the evening. A Big thank you to Botanica and our coordinator Morgan for making our vision come to life. Also the food is amazing! You must get the empanadas and squash ravioli.

he first time, we both immediately knew this was the perfect venue for us. It literally feels like you're in a majestic tropical oasis. It is filled with so much greenery, you really don't need much florals or decor if you plan to have a wedding here. We had our ceremony at the waterfall, cocktail hour at the lawn, and reception under the tent. All of our guests were stunned at how beautiful the venue was and said that our wedding was one of the best they've ever been to. They also really enjoyed the food and the unlimited drinks! Our wedding day went so smoothly with the help of our coordinator Morgan and the rest of the Trademark team. Special thanks to Morgan for helping us plan our wedding from the very beginning. I sent her a lot emails throughout the wedding planning process and she was always quick to respond and professional. What is great about booking Botanica and any of the other venues owned by Trademark is that it includes a wedding coordinator, catering, BYOB (which will save you a lot!), day-of-staff, bridal assistant, bridal & groom's suite, and trendy decor (you can upgrade for additional costs). Botanica is truly a dream come true... my husband and I will never forget our wedding day and how perfect it turned out to be. Highly recommend! You'll definitely feel like you're in Hawaii!!

What's included: -A first phone call to establish relationship + your vibe -An in-person meeting for choosing decor -In person tasting is an additional cost but very fun, organized, and highly recommended -A final in-person meeting with your coordinator. At this meeting, she took all of our vendor info and contacted them prior to our wedding to give them the right timeline, confirm delivery, etc. (s/o Morgan!) -A bridal assistant who was SO helpful for me to have (s/o Annabelle!) You can also send them a ton of emails to ask questions, get advice, etc. We did our ceremony at the waterfall, cocktail hour on the lawn, then reception in the tent. Highly recommend! They're also really knowledgeable about other vendors as well.

She was always fast, responsive, and thorough in her emails and was able to help us out in every way to make sure we had what we needed when the big day came. Morgan was a delight to work with! The coordinator along with the rest of the staff were professional, quick with service, and never missed a beat. I would recommend Botanica for any wedding.

r the wedding well in advanced, so I got to just be excited for it in the few weeks beforehand, instead of stressed about any details! Like all big events, there were a couple of mishaps, but the Trademark team handled them perfectly so I could continue to have a great night! Stephanie went out, personally, to get more Vodka when we ran out of it (I didn't even know we ran out until the next day)! The food was also excellent! We enjoyed the tasting event that Trademark does, it helped us make a mostly informed decision, although not all of their dishes were offered at it. Many people said the food was the best they've had at any wedding! I have to recommend the Vegan Coconut Curry; we had it at our vegan option, but looking back we should have made it 1/2 of our main options! The service was excellent, even though I later found out they were short staffed (due to Covid I'm sure)! We used the entire venue, which I think it less common, but we had cocktail hour in their tent and the rest of our wedding in the main lawn area! It made it so our guests got to see the whole venue and they couldn't stop complimenting ow gorgeous it was! Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience and I would recommend this venue and the Trademark team to anyone I know!

is newer, the experience and professionalism are at the same level as all other Trademark venues. If anything, I think it's even better because everything is brand spanking new and the property could not be any more stunning! All of my guests could not stop raving about it and saying they felt like they were in Hawaii with all the tropical flora on the grounds. Stephanie Wattigny was my event coordinator and she made the day flow perfectly from start to finish. Thank you Botanica for making my wedding my favorite day ever!!!
