DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BOYD'S FLORIST!!!
If I could take stars away, I would. While my experience wasn't as bad as the review I read about them missing someone's funeral, (my he...
art goes out to those people), it was still unpleasant.
I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day, spending $183 (including service fees, tips, delivery, etc.). And for what? They never delivered the product and failed to communicate any delays or issues.
I called and emailed multiple times throughout the day to adjust the delivery, but received zero response. When I realized they closed at 6 PM and the flowers were still not delivered, I tried their automated chat and texted their direct line (which no one answers).
At 5:57 PM, I texted them, and at 6:06 PM, I received a response saying, "Hi Fran, we are still delivering as we speak - Boyd's Flowers." I requested to adjust the delivery address, but received no further communication.
At 10:12 PM, I received an email apologizing for their inability to deliver on time and offering to deliver the next morning with an upgrade and free chocolates.
Despite the apology, I was frustrated by the lack of communication throughout the day. It's outrageous that they took my money and failed to deliver the service.
Their website claims they provide great customer service, the finest floral arrangements, and go the extra mile. This is a lie. They caused me significant inconvenience and spoiled Valentine's Day for me and my significant other.
At the time of this review, I still haven't received my $183 refund. Boyd's Florist has shown themselves to be fraudulent and dishonest.
Jackie and Boyds are awesome!! Listened to all of my ideas and made my vision come to life! She even made me sample bouquets and centerpieces before I signed our contract. They’re ...
great!
I will not recommend anyone to do business with this florist. I placed an order for a $105 arrangement for our daughter-in-law's father's family memorial service. The arrangement w...
as delivered a day later and to a totally different address without contacting me to verify the change of location and date. When I asked the flowers be picked up from the wrong location and taken to our son's home, I was told they could not provide that service. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND EMBARRASSED OUR FAMILY WAS NOT REPRESENTED AT THE MEMORIAL SERVICE FOR OUR DAUGHTER-IN-LAW'S FATHER!!
As we all understand no one is perfect. There was a error with my order which can be very upsetting but I deal with this company a lot and can honestly say this was the first time....
We that being said, the way they took care of me and my issue was the best customer service I have had in a very long time. Hats off to Chuck and the employee's of Boyd' Flower.
Working with Jackie was wonderful! We had a great time planning the floral arrangements for my wedding, and she perfectly captured the "just-picked garden flowers" appearance that ...
I loved. Jackie was attentive, professional, and caring through each step of the process! Thank you Jackie!
Jackie from Boyd's flowers was wonderful to work with. She listened to the ideas I had, gave suggestions based off of my what I had in mind and came up with a perfect vision. She w...
as patient with my questions, easy to get a hold of and very quick to respond to emails. My bridal bouquet was stunning and incorporated all of the colors I had wanted. I received compliments all day long. My bridesmaids flowers were all perfect as well, staying simple and understated, yet were still noticed by guests. We added floral arrangements for the tables at the reception venue at the last minute, and I also was extremely pleased with how they turned out as well. Everything about my experience with Boyd's Flowers was amazing, and I would recommend them to any bride looking for the perfect florist!
Boyd's did the flowers for my mother's wedding and therefore I went and met with them for my own. My wedding colors were royal blue and silver and I was over joyed when Boyd's sug...
gested they could get royal blue roses. I was super excited because all other florist told me I would just have to use purple ones. Everyone raved about our flowers and how beautiful they were!
We called Boyd's 3 weeks before the wedding when a total DIY plan fell through. They were happy to help and did a beautiful job! Mary was very helpful and flexible to accomodate ...
