I had the absolute best experience picking out my wedding dress! What made it even more memorable was Debbie. I don’t have enough words to describe how special she made it And how helpful she was with the overwhelming process. My first appointment, I only had 1 criteria I was looking for, but I was pretty open to styles. My mom and I shopped around the store, and when Debbie didn’t see we had picked anything out yet, she came to the rescue. She worked her magic and before we knew it, she had 7 dresses ready for me to try on. The dress I ended up choosing was the second dress I ever tried on (the sample was in a champagne color so I couldn’t visualize it at first how it would look so I was hesitant). Debbie spent over 2.5 hours with us that day, and my mom and I left so happy and excited! Once we finally picked the dress, there was a change we wanted to make - and man, did I fall in love with it all over again when Debbie said that would be no problem. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and my husband and guests were blown away by the dress. Everyone said it was truly made for me! Can’t wait for pictures to come back to relive the day. Thank you Bravura and huge thanks to Debbie and all her kindless and patience!!

BRAVURA has my heart!! EVERYONE there is so welcoming, helpful & nice. They have SO MANY dresses to choose from - which is wonderful and makes it so easy!! My bridal consultant was Debbie. My original appt was for 10/6 but Debbie called me to come in on 9/8 since they were having a MoriLee trunk show (and I showed interest in that designer). Debbie was helping someone before me & my appt didn't start right on time - which I was completely okay with because Debbie made sure to keep me updated. Plus I was the last appt of the day so I would have as long as I needed. I started looking at all the dresses and Shirley (the owner) came up to talk to us and give us her opinion about what dress would look best for my body type. She was SO correct!! Bailey is a favorite of mine, too. She is so sweet and always told me the truth. All these ladies want is for the bride to find "THE ONE" bridal gown. That is their mission, and I felt that during my appt. Back to Debbie...I am very self conscious about my body and she made me feel like the prettiest woman. She was genuine, helpful, patient and never once got frustrated about me standing in the mirror dissecting every piece of the gown (or my body-lol). Debbie made sure I took my time, and she was absolutely wonderful! I am SO glad I made this store my first stop, because I did find my THE ONE gown. And I cannot wait until my wedding day to show it off. Bravura, you are like family now!

Debbie is the best! She not only found me my dream dress, but she found my sister her dream dress many years ago and remembered her and my family when we came in for my dress! I couldn't have been happier with the selections there and the overall experience!

This is a fantastic place if you want a special experience while looking for a wedding dress. They have an amazing selection of gowns and the consultant I worked with helped me find my perfect dress. She was great at her job in addition to being sweet, funny, and patient. This was by far the best overall experience of all four of the bridal shops we went to.

You have to go here to get your wedding dress!!! Ask for Debbie, she is the best. She made this process so easy and special for me. She actually picked out my dress for me and I couldn’t be more in love with it.

Bravura is great! Debbie, at the East Cobb location, is the best to work with. She makes you feel wonderful in your dress and helps you through the entire process. The only thing I was not happy with was my bustle after alterations. It looked so beautiful when the lady did it in stores but on my wedding day there was a button messing so my mom and maid of honor were not able to figure it out.

If you’re looking for the full bridal experience, then Bravura is the place for you. I originally made an appointment here because they had all the designers I was looking for. Debbie was AMAZING and ended up picking out my dress, a completely different designer, which I ended up falling in LOVE with. From scheduling an appointment, to accessorizing with a veil and jewelry, to working with me in altering my dress (five different times to get it meticulously perfect thanks the very talented Lilly), we were treated like family and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Love Bravura and seriously couldn’t recommend it more.

Can’t say enough great things about this shop! Gabee at Bravura helped me find the most amazing and perfect Allure wedding dress. She not only helped me find THE dress but listened to my concerns about affordability and gave me the best deal the shop was able to. She also helped me pick a designer for my bridesmaids and coordinated ordering/delivering their dresses. And, when one of my bridesmaids became pregnant, we were able to switch her dress for a larger size. Everyone LOVED their dresses and my wedding dress was absolutely breathtaking, I am still getting comments about it. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the bridesmaids dresses got lost in the storeroom and I had no idea my bridesmaids hadn’t received them until they asked me where they were. But, after a quick phone call, everything got figured out and sent out immediately.

We can't say enough good things about this boutique! Shirley is fantastic along with the rest of the staff. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Welcoming, easy going, no pressure at all. Treated us like friends... even like family. So glad we found the perfect dress here.

I had a wonderful experience working with Bravura - I got my wedding dress there and my bridesmaids dresses. Our rep Debbie was amazing, super helpful during the dress trying on / buying process, and then their alterations team is fantastic - they made my dress fit absolutely perfectly! I felt like a princess, and my bridesmaids all looked phenomenal, all thanks to Bravura!

Debbie is amazing! There are a few girls that work in the store that have an attitude, but Debbie trumps all of it. She was so helpful, kind and let us take our time!

Working with Gabee at Bravura to find my wedding dress was an absolute incredible experience. This girl really knows her stuff! I was a little confused about what it was that I wanted, so it was hard to articulate my vision to her. This didn’t slow her down at all. We tried on a few different dresses at first and I was able to dissect what about each dress I liked and didn’t like. Gabee took that information and it seemed like she made my perfect dress right then and there! It was remarkable. I cannot wait until my dress gets delivered!!

I had the best experience shopping for bridesmaid dresses with my best friend. The service was exceptional and we were able to find a designer that fit with everyone's budget and style. I would highly recommend Bravura to anyone shopping for their wedding, whether it be bridesmaids or even Bridal Gowns. Incredible selection and incredible staff.

Got the most amazing MOB dress today at Bravura! Shirley listened to me and immediately knew what dress to put me in. It is something I would not have picked out on my own, but WOW am I thrilled she suggested it! I knew the moment I saw it that it was my dress. I have been to Saks, Neiman, Bridals by Lori, and Susan Lee to shop for this dress. Hands down, this was the best experience. Tons of dresses to choose from in addition to amazing, personal, knowledgeable service. I'm over the moon about my dress and very thankful that I tried Bravura before settling for a dress from another store. I highly recommend this boutique! Thanks, Shirley!

I was in late in my shopping game for a dress, but they helped me find my dress. Gabee helped out and told her what I wanted and got me the one that fit my description. Owner is okay , not much help from her.

My bridesmaids ordered their dresses from Bravura at the Cumming location in March. That store closed and we found out by driving past it one day and seeing the entire store empty! There was no sign on the door or any indication of what happened to outstanding orders. My bridesmaids prepaid for their dresses so in a panic I called the other location and was told they moved the order there... in Marietta... an additional thirty minutes away from where I live. Not only did the store not communicate that change, they also did not communicate (until I called again to check) that the dresses were shipped late and therefore arrived late. On the day we picked the dresses up (after driving an additional 30 minutes to the new store since we had no other option) no one was there when the store was supposed to open (at 10am)... and when someone did show up fifteen minutes late they hardly acknowledged us. I could go on and on about the horrible customer service and communication at Bravura, but needless to say I would highly recommend you go to a different store for your dress needs. The dresses turned out beautiful but definitely not worth the added stress and babysitting.

We bought my wedding dress, veil, belt and hair piece from Bravura. We made an appointment for our first time going in. We met with Debbie. She was absolutely amazing. We also bought all of our bridesmaids dresses from here. Everything came in about 4 weeks early, which was great! When it came time for my wedding dress alterations, we had 4 weeks before the wedding. They didn't have time to get it done, but sent us to an alterations place in town. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was because when we went in to pick up the dress, we had an appointment with Debbie. Debbie wasn't scheduled that day, so the girl who scheduled us put us on the wrong day. There was a lot of confusion that day. When we went back to have it steamed, we made sure to only go in when Debbie was there. We re arranged our wedding week just to make sure we went when Debbie was in. If you're going for a bridal gown, only schedule with Debbie. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and she knows her stuff!

I have been in the store twice over the past 2 years and made purchases twice. Their selection is great and you can find some great deals. Sadly both times I have visited the store I have experienced rude employees which really dampens the joy of finding your wedding dress. On this last visit my sister was trying on wedding dresses and we were verbally accosted by a rude older sales woman who very aggressively and angrily screamed at us for not having an appointment and accused us of taking bridal gowns from the back showroom into the front dressing rooms. We did not have any of the gowns from the back; this woman was falsely accusing us and yelling at us for no reason. Very poor customer service which is disappointing since I brought someone in to see their store. I would give them a 5 for selection and a 1 for customer service so we will average that for a 3. If having a nice experience is important to you I would not recommend going there.

If I could give this store a 0 out of 5, I would. My mom purchased a dress for me in March. We were very pleased with our purchase at the time and had purchased a dress from them my junior year. This is my senior year and of course my most important prom. I was recently diagnosed with a rare genetic disease that causes reoccurring infections. Last Thursday I found out I would be having a surgery on my left leg, where they cut through tendons and muscle to get down to my bone to remove an infection. They also inserted a picc line in my chest (like a port used for chemo) for IV medicines. Ive now been in the hospital for 3 days having surgery and a bad allergic reaction to medicines. Needless to say it's been very rough. My doctors informed me that I would not be able to go to my senior prom on April 22nd this year. I've been devastated. I've gone to prom since my freshman year and it has always been the high light of my years in high school. I not only have been pulled from finishing my senior year at school but also don't get to attend my senior prom. Getting sick and being on bedrest for 28 days was not my choice and not my plan. Missing out on life and experiences so young is not my choice. I guess this store seems to think it is my choice as they refuse to refund the money or even a percentage of the money I spent in their store. We were told by the owner that "all girls go to formals in college so you can save it until then." The $375 dollars my mom spent in that store cannot possibly hurt them to exchange for the dress that has not even been taken out of the bag. However, that $375 could be tremendously helpful in paying off doctors bills. I will not ever understand how you can work in retail (Which I have) and not care about the well-being and health of your costumers. Again the $375 could be a HUGE help to my family with the medical bills coming our way. I do not recommend this store to anyone. I will never support a business who does not care for their costumers and their life. The owner made the decision to refuse us a refund. We called, she said she'd make a decision and call us back, and told us I could have store credit for 1 year which I will be unable to use. The bottom line is a customers health is a lot more important than money that you are making. Again I would not recommend this store to anyone. I wish I could say otherwise as I believe most store owners would be completely supportive of the cards I've been dealt in life. This store however is not worth even looking at.

I was so disappointed with my experience here. I walked in to no one greeting me. I literally had to hunt down someone to help me and I had an appointment. Then they acted shocked by the number of people I brought (6) though I called TWICE to let them know and they said it was fine on the phone. I also told them I was interested in Lillian West dresses on the phone and they didn't mention until I got there they no longer carried her. Our consultant was sweet though other staff was not. Very disappointed.

We always have the pleasure of seeing Shirley when stop in - they have a wonderful selection of gowns and with little to no luck anywhere else we were able to find my dress on our second trip there! Shirley is very helpful and very knowledgeable. Would recommend anyone to go there and see her.

Debbie at Bravura was WONDERFUL to work with! I purchased all of my bridesmaids' dresses, mother of the bride, & bride rehearsal dinner dress from this bridal shop. Debbie was just the right balance of listening to what I was looking for, what my mother (& aunts & grandmother) imagined, & suggesting some different options to us. I ended up picking out a dress for my bridesmaids in 3 complimentary colors that I received (& continue to receive!) several compliments on. Debbie worked with my mother on finding a Mother of the Bride gown that she absolutely loved (& I could give approval for). She also suggested a short homecoming dress that happened to come in white for a rehearsal dress, I tried it on and loved it. Debbie was so accommodating and informative. My mother & I are from Mississippi (we have close relatives in ATL), along with all of my bridesmaids except for 2. She was a great facilitator in making sure all gown purchases & sizing was done on time and as perfectly as could be from a few states away. All of my girls looked gorgeous on my wedding day, and most of all, felt secure and beautiful in their dresses (lots of different body types represented in my bridal party). I would absolutely recommend Debbie at Bravura!!

Worse customer service ever. Showed up for my appt. the girl that was supposed to help me told me that I should have called to make sure that they had the dress I wanted before showing up here. It was the worse experience ever.

Awful. They were so rude, did not help at all, they acted like we were a bother any time we had a question. Had two separate appointments and both times they were terrible- and over priced. Found beautiful bridesmaid dresses that were better quality and prettier than bravura's at Alfred Angelo.

It's VERY rare for me to give a 5 star for anything but I wholeheartedly give 5 stars to the ladies at Bravura in Snellville. I am the rare bride who was not looking forward to dress shopping and I had already had one "Just okay" experience prior to visiting Bravura. Emily was my consultant and she was great at listening to my likes/dislikes and also knew how to find a dress to hide the "flaws". The appointment was so much fun. I have found a lot of shops don't tolerate Moms and friends wanting to pull dresses Bravura embraced it and that made the experience great for my Mom too. We found a gorgeous dress but I am who I am and I had to keep looking. After 3 more shops and 3 miserable experiences with pushy consultants, consultants who didn't listen and one with the same dress I loved, only $1000 more, I literally ran back to Bravura and ordered the dress from them. I also cannot say enough nice things about the store manager, Konstynce. She went above and beyond when I came in to order THE dress and I love working with people who get things done! Overall, I would tell you to skip the pushy, snobby bridal shops go to Bravura first.

I went to Bravura in Snellville after asking if they had a particular Mori Lee gown available for me to try on. I'm only 5 months out from my wedding, so it's pretty much too late to order from a designer. They said that they are happy to sell their samples, so I made an appointment. My experience was fantastic! Konstance was so sweet and willing to do whatever it took to get me the right gown. When I fell in love with an "evening gown" (technically not bridal), the girls in the store were so excited for me and really made me feel like I made the right choice. I got to take my gown home right then. Thanks so much Bravura!

Shopping at Bravura Bridal was a great experience! They were very friendly, helpful, and honest. Great pricing and beautiful dresses.

I purchased my bridal gown at the Bravura Marietta location. I live in Texas but grew up in Georgia and wanted to go dress shopping with my mom on a trip back "home". We went to bravura and were so welcomes by the staff. We worked with Debbie, who showed me so many beautiful gowns. I ended up choosing my dress and loved wearing it for my big day!! I also used Bravura for my bridesmaids' dresses. The shop gives you a discount, whcich was great for my girls! Definitely check them out. I loved the camera and TV screen on the catwalk so you can see the back of your dress as your walk!

I had such a great wedding dress shopping experience at Bravura! My sister had gone to Bridals by Lori to get her gown three years ago, and so I thought I would do the same thing...boy am I glad I popped into Bravura instead. I was nervous to shop here because way back in high school I had gotten my prom dress here and was worried they wouldn't have good bridal selection. I was wrong! The salon was beautiful, and they were so attentive to me, even though I walked in with no appointment! I had trouble deciding between two beautiful gowns, and the salespeople made sure I didn't just get a beautiful gown, but also the gown I liked best without pushing me towards the other. As a bonus, my beautiful gown was almost half the budget I had set for myself! Additionally, when I picked up my gown they were super accommodating allowing me to bring my mom and bridesmaids. I ordered my gown, veil, and belt from them and all were stunning-I can't wait to wear them at my December wedding! I would definitely recommend Bravura as a great wedding shopping experience for anyone.

After visiting two other bridal stores and not finding MY dress I decided to give Bravura a try and couldn't be happier that I did! Both their selection and price range fit exactly what I was looking for and it's the kind of place that you feel like they are really listening to you. Brittany was an absolute joy to work with and she made the experience that much better. She was extremely patient as I tried on countless gowns and even when I narrowed it down and wanted to try a few on again! Two days after my visit and the purchase of my dress, I received a hand written thank you card from Brittany which I thought was a really nice touch. I had an awesome experience at Bravura bridal. Konstynce really helped me to stay on track and made sure I chose the dress that I really wanted. I didn't feel rushed and she let me enjoy the moment with my family. She also mailed a thank you note to me, which made me feel really special. I definitely enjoyed my time there.

I had sent a picture to her of exactly what I envisioned, and she found one that is perfect for me! I could not have imagined a more perfect dress for me or experience! My experience at Bravura in Cumming, Georgia was absolutely magical! From the moment I walked in the door, Chris made me feel like a princess. I told him an idea of what I wanted and he pulled a lot of great dresses! He listened to my feed back and found the perfect dress for me! I highly recommend Chris and Bravura!!!

I purchased my bridesmaids dresses from the Snellville location and they were simply wonderful! I worked with Alex to find the perfect dresses for my girls with a very tight budget and only 3 months before my wedding. I had a few different body types in my party so Alex showed us Alfred Angelo which was inexpensive and didnt charge extra for plus sizes. They were perfect and got delivered about a month before the wedding with enough time for alterations. Overall great experience and would suggest any location.

Bravura was my third bridal appointment, and I was not expecting to find my dress there, but I was so wrong! Right when I walked in I felt welcomed by all of the employees. Chris was in charge of my appointment and he was amazing!!!! I picked out some dresses that I liked (the selection is beautiful and amazing!), while he picked out some as well. The employees worked hard to understand what I truly wanted in my dress. He was the one that picked my PERFECT dress! The dresses were not outrages prices for the quality that you are getting. Please check out the selection at Bravura and ask for Chris you will not be disappointed!

At first, I was reluctant to wedding dress shop at a prom store, but I was truly blown away! I shopped another store that morning and tried on about 10 dresses that were essentially the same shape. I was greeted by Chris who asked what I was looking for and he let me pick dresses, but told me I needed to try something different, not out of my style but a different shape. Sure enough, it was the dress! I could not be more happy with my experience! Chris is the BEST!

My bridesmaids and I had the most unpleasant experience with Bravura yesterday. We went to pick out bridesmaid dresses and to start off with the only had the dress in one size so we were unable to see how it looked on the girls. Then the measurements they took were way off from what other stores were measuring. Despite that we found a dress and we're praying it would look ok when it came in since we couldn't see it on everyone. Today I get a call stating they found out they couldn't order my color... why did they not tell us this when they placed the orders and my bridesmaids paid. To top this whole nightmare off the lady at the store had the nerve to call me back after I told her I didn't want to keep our order because I didn't want a different color to tell me she realized she couldn't actually cancel the order and I had to call back to talk to her manager. By no means should I have to call back!! This whole experience was a nightmare and I wouldn't wish this mess on anyone!!! Please don't give your business to a store that treats their customers like this.

Bravura was the best place to make my dream wedding come true ! The store is very well organized and stylish. Chris Adams was also extremely helpful in helping me find my wedding gown. He matched the perfect veil and accessories ! He also made me feel like I was the only person he cared about during my time there!! My experience at Bravura was nothing but perfect !!!

My visit to Bravura was nothing short o amazing. I was able to make an appointment with Chris that fit my schedule perfectly. They generously accommodated my large party of family and bridesmaids. Chris was ready for me as soon as I got there with dresses already pulled and ready for me to try on. He was more than willing to do anything I asked and was honest with me when I asked for his personal opinion, which I really appreciate. During my visit I was able to find my dream wedding dress with all of the accessories, bridesmaids dresses, as well as a dress for my mother. Thank you so much Chris and Bravura! Bravura was the second salon I looked at and as soon as I walked in I knew I didn't need to look any further. The store is beautiful, the dresses are very reasonably priced, and the staff is very helpful and accommodating. I worked with Chris and he was such a HUGE help! The dress he hand picked is actually the one I finally decided on! I love bravura and will always highly recommend it!

It was a one stop shop. I was amazed that my sales consultant, Christopher, was able to read my likings and body figured so quickly. He went through and picked out dresses as did I. He stopped and said "you know what, I have one in the window that I think you'll like!" You know what, it was the first dress I tried on and it ended up being the dress I'll wear on my wedding day! He was so sweet! I had my mom there with me and he helped to persuade her in what I liked- which is REALLY helpful. He was so charming and sweet! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth process!

I am the Maid of Honor in an upcoming wedding for my best friend. She got her gorgeous wedding dress from this store and loved it, so we all ordered our bridesmaid dresses from this store as well. We all were able to make it to the appointment together (about 10-12 of us) and had a great experience! Konstynce was extremely helpful and super friendly! She made some recommendations on style, designers, etc that we did not even think about without being pushy. I would definitely ask for her if you visit this store as she awesome and made our experience enjoyable and fun! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a good experience to purchase a beautiful dress.

Bravura was my dream come true. Erica suggested a dress for me and as reluctant as I was to try it on; because it wasn't the fabric I wanted or the style....I absolutely adored it!!! Tears came to my eyes. To make matters even better, the manager reduced the dress in my price range and I bought it that day. I can truly say that the genuineness, patience, and want to meet the needs of customers is prevalent at Bravura. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
