I’m very organized and initially thought I could handle everything myself, but I soon saw the value of having Breanna's support—especially on the wedding day, when I wanted to fully enjoy each moment without worrying about logistics, vendors, schedules, or bringing my daughter’s vision to life. Throughout our planning, Breanna was consistently available via text and email, which was invaluable as we organized our Cape Cod wedding from Florida. She joined as many Zoom and phone meetings with our vendors as she could (even 2 in person meetings I was able to schedule while visiting), taking detailed notes and sharing experienced, reliable advice. into the planning process- being from NY it was difficult to get in touch with some vendors so we wanted someone with the knowledge and experience out on the Cape. Some vendors we already had booked, but she specifically helped us hire our florist, bakers for dessert, our after party location, and I'm sure I'm forgetting some others. Breanna was with me every step of the way for planning. She was excellent at communicating, was patient and answered all questions that I had, if I was stressed she calmed me, and she handled everything the day of. She made herself available for multiple phone calls, zoom meetings, emails, and texts. I felt like she actually cared about us and our event. She met with us in person when we met our florist and was there for our rehearsal. The day of she kept us on our timeline, made sure that we were having a great time, and took care of set up and breakdown. The venue we were at also had a very tight window for set up and breakdown and Breanna and her team completed it with ease and delivered everything to our room so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. uldn't be as hands-on as we wanted to be. Breanna was knowledgeable, honest, and gave fantastic suggestions since knew many different vendors in the area. A native of Cape Cod, she also knew the area and how to help us with our beach wedding in ways we wouldn't have considered. I started working with her 18 months before our wedding, and she made herself available the entire time to whatever strange or silly questions I had. As an eager bride, she was patient and always had an answer, or was willing to find the answer for me. There were many things I wasn't even aware I needed to make a decision about! But she kept me on top of my to-do list and took charge at all the appropriate times. The day of the wedding, she was like our fairy godmother. Breanna convinced us to take a moment for ourselves after the ceremony, and whisked us away to the bridal suite to catch our breath for a moment before cocktail hour. She even brought one of each of our signature drinks for us to enjoy alone. My husband and I really appreciated that, and realized how important it was to have that moment. All day, she helped with decorations and managed the vendors so my family didn't have to. At dinner, she brought us our food right when we sat down! Which gave us plenty of time to eat. She took care of so many little things that would have added up to be significant stressors, and we're so grateful for that. She was a true champion of our vision and was a huge reason why it was one of the best days of our lives. For all of the services she provided, she was worth every penny and much more. Plus, my whole family fell in love with her and now want to hire her for all the family weddings! :) We can't recommend her highly enough!

We ended up using a number of the vendors she recommended. Having Breanna at the venue erased the day-of stress. ay but Breanna exceeded all expectations & I highly recommend her services to any future brides! Breanna was so helpful with suggestions & reminders in the months leading up to the wedding, and was always quick to respond to emails. In the weeks leading up to the wedding she did EXTENSIVE work on our timeline late into the night because I kept forgetting things, coordinated with all the vendors, came with me on a walk thru of the venue & helped to problem solve when potential disasters loomed (like when I realized that it sounded like my HMUA double booked themselves & when the venue coordinator at my venue left her job right before my wedding so I panicked etc). Were these actual disasters? Probably not however at the time they were crisis situations 😂! Most importantly Breanna was always calm, patient, professional, empathetic & she has a great sense of humor. It was easy to trust that if something came up she would take care of it on our wedding day. I honestly don’t know all of what she did on our wedding day because everything ran so smoothly. All I know is I didn’t have to do a single thing & Breanna was there directing & overseeing everything that had to get done. She made sure that our reception was everything I had envisioned & I’m so grateful for all of her work & support!!! 10/10

y, when we would obviously be preoccupied! Breanna was absolutely incredible in helping us with this, and we’d recommend her to anyone having a New England wedding! Her rates are EXTREMELY competitive for the services she provides. We had three meetings with her in the two months leading up to our wedding to discuss our vision and the necessary logistics, share info on all the vendors we had contracted, and come up with a comprehensive, detailed timeline of the wedding day. Breanna really went above and beyond the week of the wedding. She attended a walk-through at our venue, came to our ceremony rehearsal, volunteered to go to our reception venue the night before to begin set-up, and checked on me (the bride) the morning of the wedding. She also took charge of bringing lots of smaller decor, the cake, etc. to the reception venue AND setting it up as we wanted. She did an amazing job of coordinating all the different vendors (both in the week or two leading up to the day, and on the day itself), and it was effective because everything on the day-of went SO smoothly. We felt so much peace of mind that Breanna was handling everything so we didn’t have to worry. She managed the entire reception, helping out with things like the timing of different events, supporting us during photos, organizing tables to go up to get food, all in a very subtle and classy way. She is also just really kind and personable, while also being very efficient! Everyone she interacted with loved her — our family members, venue employees, etc. We really cannot say enough good things about Breanna! We are SO glad we hired her, and know you will be too!

t married, the thought of having to make any decisions about a wedding (4 months away) was a bit overwhelming. I was going to need help. So, I searched The Knot and contacted Breanna. Unfortunately, she was booked for the date of my wedding. Fortunately, we had decided to elope and have a “just us” wedding which wouldn’t really require assistance on the actual day. This allowed Breanna to help us with the planning leading up to, but not including, the day of the wedding. It was the best thing I ever did. Breanna took charge immediately procuring vendor options for an officiant, photographer & florist. I was happy that she limited the choices of vendors to 1-2 at a time, too many choices would have been too much to handle. I loved the vendors that we chose, they all seemed to have a very positive vibe, which was important to us. Our event was a small fish in the ocean of wedding planning. Once the vendors had been secured, Breanna could have said she was done and moved on. But she didn’t, she continued to periodically check in to see how I was doing. One month prior, she reached out to talk and set up a timeline for the wedding day. She even took the time to message me on my wedding day. I am so thankful for Breanna’s willingness to go outside the box to find a solution that worked for both of us. Her kindness and attentiveness were a calming force during the planning process of what most would consider a stressful time, especially since our event was a SECRET.

o my engagement. I extremely organized and a planner by nature so I knew I did not need a true wedding planner but I did decide I wanted someone to take the stress off of my shoulders during the last month or so leading up to the day and I also wanted someone to be the boss on my wedding day besides myself. I want to say that my wedding was an emotional journey for me due to some complicated family dynamics and Breanna really took care of me and my family. We were a big wedding party with 5 bridesmaids, 5 groomsmen, 6 flower girls, and 2 ring bearers and she wrangled everyone during the rehearsal. She got everyone down the aisle on cue! Minus my own emotional breakdown haha. I had not a care in the world on the day of my wedding I truly could not have been more grateful to Breanna for her professionalism, flexibility and the ability to take care of any issues without my knowing! I could go on for days but if anyone is wondering if they should hire her my suggestion is a resounding YES!

She worked flawlessly with the venue staff, and was able to manage any minor issues that came up throughout the day, without me having to be involved at all, which was so nice to not have to worry about anything! She stayed and helped with the clean up and break down as well, and it worked out perfectly so my family and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! I honestly cannot recommend her enough, and I will continue to recommend her to everyone I can!! Overall, she really made our day perfect, and without her, I think I would’ve been so stressed and not be able to enjoy myself at all! I’m so happy we had her throughout the day, and leading up to it as well!

Having her day-of was the biggest relief because I knew I had someone I could trust to help set up the venue in the way my wife and I wanted. She gave guidance on flowers, centerpieces, and table arrangements, while also attending essential meetings with our venue to finalize timelines and vendor cohesiveness. She was the last face I saw before I walked down the aisle, and I could just feel how smoothly everything was running. This continued on into the reception for the dances, speeches, dinner, and cake. From the early planning stages to the end of the night, Breanna was such an immense help and such a joy to work with. I can’t wait to book Breanna Rose Events again in the future for any large events I throw!
