I love my ring and my husband's ring because it matches so well with my unique engagement ring. But we were told when we started a payment plan that we would be able to make payments even after we picked up the rings, but when we went to pick them up they demanded the remaining balance. We didn't mind paying it all, but we weren't expected to do it all once. Really would've liked to know everything in the beginning
