were located on Hay Street. I was greeted with a smile and my choices where priority to them because all plus size women can't pull off certain silhouettes. Seeing that I had just given birth 5 months prior I had not lost all the baby weight so I was very unsure and second guessed everything I tried. I went alone so I didn't have to hear family and friends give their opinions because it was my day and ultimately what I wanted. The staff was great. I only tried on 4 gowns and chose the 2nd one I tried. The price was perfect and the gown was everything I could have wanted. Ms. Elaine ended up putting 11 bustling in it and everyone raved about how beautiful my gown was. Here it is 10 years later, and ppl from our wedding still ask me about my gown and say how fabulous it was. BRIDAL & FORMAL CNTER. is the best place ever. I recommend it to all my friends. For an experience and dresses that really are above and beyond, try them and you'll see. You won't end up walking out empty handed I promise and the experience is wonderful. Your put first like a Bride should be.

accessories. Ms. Elaine and Mr Garry knew exactly the perfect way to accentuate her gown. Ms. Elaine recommended a shimmery 10 &1/2 foot veil. I was concerned at first but trusted her many years of experience and natural design flare. The veil was stunning and ethereal!!!! It was the perfect finishing touch we needed. My daughter was radiant and the day glorious. I would absolutely, 100% recommend this store for all of your bridal needs. Ms. E and Mr G are an amazing team and they have exquisite taste and expertise. When daughter number 2 gets engaged, we are definitely going to B&F center for everything, dress included!!!!! rt at her craft. I showed her pictures from my pinterest board as well as pictures of my wedding dress and from those images she created a veil that complemented my look perfectly. She was very helpful throughout the whole process and recommended that I try different types of fabrics that would reflect the light and look amazing pictures. I was THRILLED with the way the veil turned out!

t of my friends have bought their dresses from here so I was very excited. When I walked in nobody helped me at first we had to ask for help, then my consultant wasn't listening to anything I wanted in a dress. I wanted that couture style ball gown. She proceeded putting me into things that I had no interest in. Finally I asked for better gowns, so we went to the back where the couture dresses were. I had my mom and best friend with me. My mom pulled a dress she thought I would like and it was one size smaller than what I needed but could still put it on. The consultant looked at my mom and said well we have to get her butt into the dress lets look for bigger dresses. She was insinuating I was fat (I know I'm not a small petite girl, I'm a size 14) my mom called her out on it and said don't ever say that about any bride, the consultant continued by saying it was a joke. My mom asked for a manager and for someone else to take over the session. I was upset I ended up leaving. Never again will I go there for any kind of dress.

ther, and daughter! I was kindly greeted by a bridal consultant named Audra who asked me several questions such as what my budget is, and what style of dress I was searching for. With so much on my mind, her ability to ask direct questions helped me to clear my mind and allowed me to focus on getting excited for my wedding! This was my second bridal store, but I still kick myself for not coming here first. They are the largest dress store in NC! When I first entered the store I was in heaven with all of the beautiful gowns and glittering lights. While Audra directed me over to the wedding dresses, she showed me different styles I was interested in, and even talked me into trying one that was completely different from my pervious selections. This store has an amazingly large selection for any bride (I say this with confidence because they carry from size 0-30 I believe, and from strapless to sleeves!) Audra kindly helped me select three or four gowns, each varying in styles of mermaid with lace overlay and long sleeves, to a strapless ball gown (something I would have never imagined myself in!) After trying on a few gowns, and exchanging a few tears, I knew I had found my gown.... A beautiful Justin Alexander A-Line fit strapless, with beautiful detailing down the long, and airy train. I was smitten!! :-)

chose a few gowns and she took me back and talked me through the whole process. She zipped me, clipped me and carried my train my mother and maid of honor didn't have to do a thing! They are very much all about customer satisfaction and ensuring that my day will be the amazing with an astounding dress. They also showed me their bridesmaids room, jewelry and shoe selection and tuxedo catalogues, we ended up doing out whole wedding through them! The alterations were phenomenal and I could tell how diligently the seamstress worked on all of our gowns. They made what could have been a stressful situation so enjoyable. I am excited to get married in December knowing the biggest detail of all was taken care of! Thank you to all of the amazing associates at The Bridal and Formal Center.

Formal Center. The Ladies there fixed all that and put my worries to rest! I found the perfect dress to wear to the wedding in the color that looked best on me. They have SO MANY dresses to choose from! I was so excited to start looking! They were all very sweet and attentive to my needs. I most definitely recommend this boutique to all! I, myself will surely be back for future occasions.

t and helped make my experience wonderful! The gowns are great quality and in great quantity, much better than Davids Bridal. I was able to get my entire wedding wardrobe there!! Dress, Veil, Boob cups, crinoline, shoes (and they dyed them pink), Garter, earrings, necklace, rehearsal dress, all my bridesmaids dresses, flower girl dresses, and the men's tuxedos! It was so great to get everything at the same place; less of a headache! I was able to make monthly payments so it wasn't so much at one time. Ordering the bridesmaids gowns only took about 6 weeks (I bought my gown off the rack, and it was in perfect condition).I truly recommend this store!!!

other accessories from here as well. My family and I were greeted at the door and a salesperson came to help us immediately. She asked what I was looking for and gave me books to help me narrow down my search. From there, Donna helped me every step of the way and was upbeat and pleasant the entire time. There was a large selection to choose from and the staff gauged my interests and then took me to the section of the gowns that I described. They helped me to pick out my own gowns and helped me to try them on. They made suggestions about sizing, alterations, and also showed me jewelry, veils and more accessories. I ordered bridesmaids gowns from here that are not carried in any other store. Overall, all of the staff members were friendly and made the entire experience a pleasant one for me. Not one time did Donna or any of the other sales associates try to sell me a dress, veil or shoes that I could not afford. Everyone was very respectful of my budget and the amount that my family and I were willing to spend. Also, the layaway plan was very flexible and my family and I were able to pay as much money as we wanted as often as we wanted. I highly recommend coming here to search for a bridal gown. They have the best selection in Fayetteville and surrounding areas and the best customer service skills you could ask for! They are more interested in helping you find what you are looking for than pushing you in the direction of things you will not like.

After the wedding my dress needed to be cleaned and I spoke with Ms. E and she remembered me and was happy to clean my dress. It was done in 3 days and 100% clean.

m welcome I received from Alaina, who became my consultant, was what made me feel a bit more at ease than some of the other Bridal Shops I'd been trekking through. Some places made me feel more like I was a walking dollar sign, or I just felt that the consultants were plain rude. Here, Alaina introduced me to the owners, the seamstress, who would be doing my hem and bustle, and I really felt like I was the center of attention as a couple other consultants began to give me some really interesting ideas for other areas of the wedding. Last but not least, the store was GIGANTIC! I am sure they have something for everyone! All I can say is, keep it up ladies, you made my wedding so much less stressful! Thank You!

pful staff. There were also hundreds of dresses! They have bridal and lots of formal gowns as well for every budget. I definitely reccomend this shop to anyone in the area or anyone in NC at all.

I went to pick it up. The day I went to pick it up for my wedding, I told them to make sure and clean the bottom as well. The cleaned everything except for the bottom and replied "No one is going to see the bottom anyway." Although true, my money was being spent there and it was about customer satisfaction when running a business.

nd of my personal consultant there. She was so helpful with all of my fittings and never made me feel like I was being too demanding (even though I'm sure I was at times). I would recommend it to anyone! and ask for Dana!

top taken up. I bought everything to go with this dress at the center, I mean shoes and all so you would think this wouldn't be problem. I put in the order for the alterations and they said 6 WEEKS-2MONTHS...first of all I was shocked at the time it would take. I picked it up a few days before the event with no time to try it on because I was traveling, only to find out that the top had not been taken up at all and the inserts that were bought, but given to me by the employee were MUCH too big. It was a nightmare. My mother safety pinned the whole thin to get through the pictures and then we had to change.

m in the back where all of their nicer dresses are. I was able to try on more beautiful and higher quality pieces in the back room. I feel in love with several Maggie Sottero dresses there that I had been dying to try on. They are the only store in Fayetteville that carry Maggie Sottero dresses. Although I loved the Maggie dresses the customer service was a little disappointing. The women there were very nice, but frustrating at times. They tired to sell me a sample dress with runs in the chifffon and yellow arm pits for full price. They also took longer than I was told to alter the dress and to steam out the wrinkles in the dress. Then I was frustrated when they gave me back my dress after steaming it and the cups that I had purchased for my dress was no longer with my dress and they had to get me a new pair. I'm glad that I specifically asked about the cups because I would have been without them on my wedding day since they apparently were going to keep my cups that I had already purchased from them weeks before at my fitting. The seamstress was really sweet and did an amazing job!
