I couldn’t thank my consultant Amber enough for making my day special and listening to every thing I had to say when it came down to me finding my wedding dress! I had the best experience and Amber made me feel very comfortable when I explained what I did and did not like about dress styles!

I had the best experience I booked a after hours appointment with Amber to look for my wedding dress she took everything I said and envisioned and found the perfect dress she made me feel comfortable and was super fun to work with🥰

Cece was so kind and very patient with us. We had a wonderful experience there. No pressure to buy anything. We did however all buy our dresses same day 😁

DONT DO IT!! I ordered my Wedding Dress in May, Wedding in September. I was told my dress was expected to arrive the first week of August. I specifically then asked.. will that be enough time to get alterations done? I was told yes, when you get your dress you will want to schedule that immediately. Nothing more was said about alterations. I wait for my dress.. get a call on 7/30 and told its ready for pick up. I asked “pick up?” What about alterations? I was told.. “we stopped alterations until after Oct. 3. you can google a seamtress. I pick up the dress on 7/31 to make the comment no point in trying it on and tell the clerk what happened. Im then told “oh, well whatever have a good day!” I then reach out to the sales rep who says she told me to book the alteration appt. when I ordered the dress. There were 3 other people with me at the time and WE ALL KNOW THIS WAS NOT MENTIONED!!! The response I get when making a complaint is that they posted the notice on Social Media on 6/1. Why would I be checking to see this?! Its simple... those who ordered prior to 6/1 should have been able to have alterations done, those after should of been told immediately about this prior to purchase. Customer service is a joke, I had the feeling to walk out when I originally went since it took over a half hour for anyone to acknowledge we came in the store! Stay away... dont do it!!!!!

Being my first time at a bridal salon for myself, my anxiety and uncertainty were overpowering the excitement to find a dress. I didn’t have many ideas of what to look for, but luckily my consultant Amber took the guesswork out of it! I had 10 guests with me (mothers, sisters, and grandmas) so we got the big stage, and it was fun! Everyone helped by picking different kinds of dresses to rule out what I didn’t want. And again, Amber was observant of everything and listened to help find everything I wanted. Being a first time shopper for my own wedding dress, I was thrilled to have “the moment” in the last dress I tried on. I am so excited. And will definitely recommend Bridal by Viper to anyone!

Working with Bridal by Viper was super easy and enjoyable. I found everything I needed there including my bridesmaid dresses. I had 4 different appointments throughout the planning process (2 for wedding dress, 1 for veil and accessories, and 1 for bridesmaid dresses), and each one was enjoyable and the consultants were super professional. Dorina was my consultant for both of my wedding dress appointments, and she was great to work with. The dress I bought was actually my very first dress I tried on, and Dorina even said she thought that was my dress, but she never pressured me to make a decision. I actually went on for about 4-5 months of trying on more dresses at different stores, but couldn't get that dress out of my head. Everything paled in comparison. When I booked my 2nd appointment, Dorina still gave me the full experience again even though we both knew which dress I would be leaving with. I got a very similar experience getting my veil and picking out the bridesmaid dresses. The veil was absolutely perfect. The consultant listened to me an what I wanted. We tried on a few different options, and then she thought of a veil they had in the back that she thought would be perfect. When she brought it, she said that she would be surprised if this wasn't my veil. And lo and behold, it was perfect. The whole staff was super friendly and made sure I was getting what I wanted and making sure the entire experience was fun for not only me but my entourage as well

We had a great experience our first time around for wedding dress shopping. Reagan was amazing as our consultant and she made me feel amazing. I recently lost 70 pounds but still often feel like the 300 pounds that I used to be when trying on any clothing. Reagan was able to make me realize that I am not that person anymore and made me feel great in the dresses that were picked. Definitely scheduled a second trip with the moms to make the final decision on the wedding dress, look at bridesmaids dresses, and mother of the bride and groom dresses.

I had a vison for my wedding gown and Dalia made it happen! Bridal by Viper surpassed my expectations for my bridal shopping experience. They also offer these really cool appointment upgrades for your guests that include food and drinks, which my friends and family loved! Dalia really helped make my shopping trip special and their other employees are so incredibly kind. I can't recommend Bridal by Viper enough!

I am humiliated by the customer service my bridesmaid received. Plans changed and we are now getting married without all of our bridesmaids. Long story short my wedding was scheduled for February 2022. I had a total of 6 bridesmaids, and none of them had been measured or paid for dresses yet except one, therefore we were told the dresses would not and COULD not be ordered until all were paid in full. With me the bride changing wedding plans, my one bridesmaid who did pay for her dress (mind you it was not actually ordered) called Viper, spoke with the manager, and asked if she could get store credit for a different dress, a more EXPENSIVE dress even, so she could use it towards a dress in her daughters wedding. The manager informed her that was not an option due to corporate policy. I am so upset that we were treated this way. It’s not even like we wanted a refund, or that we actually had possession of the dress. The dress was not even ordered yet. Also to note, when my bridesmaid asked if there was anyone else she could speak with, such as an owner or corporate, she was told that she could not have that information. So sad this is how things turned out with Viper. Also, the owner did reach out and told us we could not have store credit and the best she could do was 20% off another dress. Mind you, we have no dress in our possession, due to it not being ordered. Stay far away. I don’t know if any business who would take money and not give product?

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM! Stephany and Sarah are so nice and great to work with! They were not pushy like most bridal dress places- 10/10 highly recommend!

We were referred by our beautiful cousin, Ashley Putnam to Bridal by Viper by our daughter's wedding gown. Dalia and her staff have went above my expectations as the mother of the bride. Not only is it stressful trying to plan the perfect wedding but adding Co-vid on top of it leads to higher unintentional stress levels from the bride to myself (the mother of the bride). No denying making sure everything is streamlined with little to no stress I personally have found this task a difficult one. I have the utmost trust and respects for Dalia, consultant, seamstress and her team. In May, Dalia was kind enough to accommodate my daughter in seeking her dream wedding gown. As the first one she picked out she wasn't happy with. The special touch, kind gesture Dalia delivered will "Never go unnoticed " As when it came time for our daughter to try on her wedding gown chosen she came out with overflowing tears of joy. She looks absolutely beautiful in her stunning wedding gown thanks to Dalia and all the Bridal by Viper Team. I along with so many from my daughter's wedding attendance highly recommended Bridal by Viper. They never disappoint. Please if you have any concerns or questions they are "Always" there to answer them via phone call or in person. And no matter how many times you call them. They have always treated our upcoming Bridal Party with respect and in a professional manner . I myself being the mother of the bride with oh so much on my mind, co-vid, wedding held myself accountable for anytime I may have came across rude and apologized for my own personal actions. Open communications is the best answer and policy to make any dream wedding a little more stress free during these continued uncertain times of Co-vid. Inhale in, exhale out. Together as a team we've got this. Bridal by Viper has helped make our cousin a beautiful Pageant Queen with her pageant dresses beautifully designed and chosen. I have gone to Viper for homecoming and proms in the past, and now I have found my wedding dress there! Amber Skym was the most amazing consultant. She was incredibly attentive and understanding of how I was feeling. I had gone to a different bridal shop before coming to Viper and I had a terrible experience. I was extreme hesitant, but that quickly melted away once I meet Amber. She truly got to know me as a person and was just an amazing person to talk to. I finally got my bridal moment and it was all thanks to Amber. ❤️❤️

Reagan assisted us today. She encouraged me to try on a variety of styles and asked my family to help select styles for me to try. I ended up loving a dress that was not what I originally had in mind. Reagan had lots of ideas, but didn't feel pushy. I spent a little more than what I had originally intended but received a discount for purchasing at first sight.

I had the best experience here! More than I could have ever imagined. Amber was absolutely amazing and her and I had a connection right from the start! She made me feel comfortable, she was insightful and emotionally supportive! She captured my style after trying a few then she grabbed another dress and it was THE ONE!! she hit the nail on the Head! We all had tears, even her and it was such a special moment, that I will always be thankful for.. I felt so beautiful in this dress and im so glad she told me, "it's not always about the price tag, its what you feel inside and the pictures that you will have to look at on your walls, will you be happy looking back on?" I ordered a bridesmaid dress and went for the first alteration appointment the other day. Emma was fabulous. She was kind, caring, and went above and beyond. Please make sure you request her for her exemplary service!

I was referred to Viper Bridal by my cousin, who got her dress from here. I wasn't sure if I'd find my dream dress on my first try, but Viper got me the perfect dress at an amazing price! My Morilee wedding gown was on sale for only $100-- such a great steal! I was also able to purchase all my bridesmaids gowns and groomsmen tuxedos from here (as well as a tuxedo for my future hubby). The one-stop shop made everything easy. I would stop by Viper Bridal again if I was in need of a dress for a formal event. Their large store gives so many options, anyone can find their happily-ever-after.

My experience at Bridal by Viper was fantastic! Amber helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a wedding dress (I’m a true perfectionist and very particular about what I want so that is no easy feat)! I will definitely be going back soon for my bridesmaid dresses. Thank you Amber and BBV!

I have never met more caring and hardworking group of women in my life. Every employee I came in contact with was so kind and professional. Bridal by Vipers staff made me feel so comfortable and confident. They are definitely no David’s Bridal, all their gowns are designer. The selection they care is immaculate. They truly have something for everyone.

Absolutely would not recommend. This store gives discounts for five star reviews and then treats the bride horribly. They “forgot” to give me a discount after me and the 4 people that were with me left our reviews. They said they would credit it towards my alterations. My appointment was canceled due to the store closing for the stay at home order. I was told they wouldn’t reschedule my appointment until the June and July brides were taken care of, but that they would still call me to reschedule in mid may. They never did and when I reached out about the money that they had over charged me they refused to refund it. Then they refused to give me a phone number for corporate or anyone that could help resolve this situation.

I had a great bridal experience with BBV and decided to utilize them for our bridesmaids dresses as well. Unfortunately, we were given a bridesmaid dress with stains/burns/some mysterious substance all down the front and back of the dress. This dress was never removed from the garment bag until the bridesmaid received it from us & noticed the stains. (Someone had to pick up all dresses within 2 weeks of the phone call notifying us that they had arrived) There appeared to be nothing on the durable garment bag- it had to have been done when the dress was out of the bag. I have posted pictures of the damaged dress on their Facebook page. When the store was notified, they let us know that there was nothing they could do about it and we could pay more for dry cleaning through them if needed. This was very disappointing as in total, with my large bridal party, MOB, and MOG, we spent close to $6,000 at the store. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I’m so saddened by the way we were treated. Please check all dresses in garment bags before leaving. We hope you have a better experience!

I cannot tell you enough about Bridal by Viper. I was blown away with their service and their dress options ! I went in here just to look around and wow. They have so many dress options I was shocked. I gave them my price point and was quickly matched with Amber (she’s an absolute doll, I highly recommend her !). I found 3 or so dresses to try on plus Amber pulled one for me to try just to see if I liked it. I put Amber’s choice on second thinking it wouldn’t get far and wow. Was I wrong. Not only did this dress accent my body shape nicely, but I felt like a royal bride (I’m talking Princess Diana status here). The dress was more than I could’ve ever dreamed. I said yes to the dress that day and I couldn’t be more excited ! My dress is over-the-top and dramatic just like me ! My dress is phenomenal and I never would’ve even tried it without Amber’s encouragement and her willingness to listen to what I liked and disliked. I can’t wait to go back up with my bridesmaids and pick their dress(es) !

I just recently purchased my wedding dress from Viper. I could not be any happier with how patient Tay was with me. It didnt take me long to find what I wanted. Tay picked it out and she knew it would fit my body perfect. I cant wait to wear this on my wedding day. I couldnt thank Viper and Tay enough for all of there help.

***Update 5/26/2019...after multiple attempts to get them to make things right, we filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have since been notified by the BBB that they are closing the case. They have tried multiple times to make contact with Viper about this case. All attempts at from BBB have been ignored. So that leaves us with our final option. We will be seeing you in small claims court.

Thank goodness for this store. My consultant was so patient with me as I tried to find my perfect dress, and I did!! They had a trillion options and it was so nice getting to try the different styles and trying things I wasn’t sure if I would like. They answered and continue to answer all of my questions. My bridesmaids dresses are from Bridal by Viper as well, it took the girls no time to find the dresses they liked. We were in an out in no time. I have nothing but positive things to say about this store!!!

I’m a little late posting a review, but for those that know me, know I do nothing on time lol. I Had a great experience at Viper back in early February when wedding dress shopping. I’m able to say I only had to go to one bridal store to find my dress. Tay was my consultant, she was great to work with! Completely understanding when what I thought I wanted ended up being completely opposite from start to finish.

I absolutely recommend Bridal by Viper. I had the best experience there when looking for my wedding dress. My consultant, Starla, was so easy to work with. She made the whole experience easy and stress free. I loved it there!

I had such a wonderful experience at viper! I was extremely nervous since I am a bigger girl but Starla made me feel so comfortable that the nervousness went away fast! I have a big family and brought almost 15 people with me and they had no problem at all with it. Starla handled my many bridesmaids like a pro and even helped find a dress to make them feel comfortable. She even helped my flower girl find some dresses to try on, even tho that wasn’t part of the plan, because she was feeling left out. She also included my flower girl and my jr bridesmaid by allowing them to help pick out accessories for me.

Cannot say enough about this place! I mixed up my appointment days and they still were able to get me in. I had the pleasure of working with Starla in Birch run, she understood exactly what I wanted. Even got me into a dress I didn't think I would like! Well that dress ended up being the one I said YES to! Thank you so much!!

I was disappointed in nearly all of my experiences at Bridal by Viper. I was able to purchase a very beautiful wedding dress at a fair price, but I felt after I spent my money, the customer service went downhill. I bought my dress in December, for a June wedding. They told me to come back in April to start doing alterations. When I called closer to April, a very rude employee answered the phone and said they were too busy to fit me in because it was prom season, that "prom takes precedence over wedding gowns." Unbelievable! Long story short, it took them 4 attempt to alter my dress. At my last fitting a week before my wedding, absolutely no one checked on me to make sure the dress was properly altered to fit my needs; I just had to take it as is. I would not recommend this place to any bride who wishes to purchase a wedding gown with a pleasant customer service experience after the sale.

Bridal by viper was recommended to me by a friend. When calling to schedule an appointment the receptionist was friendly. I was able to get in the following Sunday. Arriving to my appointment I was greeted instantly. Everyone was very friendly. The consultant I worked with took the time to collect important details from me and quickly gauged my personality. She pulled dresses I thought I was looking for but also pulled some that were outside of my norm but that she thought would look good on me. She handled my indecisiveness very well and was patient and upbeat. The dress I fell in love with actually ended up being one of the out of the box picks that she pulled. The environment was very comfortable for myself and my family and friends that were there with me. The consultant worked with my families requests as well. Overall this was the best experience I could have asked for!

It took me over a year to find my dress. I went to Vipers twice and each time they made me feel amazing. They listened to me wanting some something different, not traditional and that is what they pulled. I was shopping by myself the second time and the entire store celebrated when I said, "YES TO THE DRESS'. They will find what you are looking for and treat you better than a queen.

I literally cannot thank Dalia and her staff enough. I came in seeking a wedding gown with less than 6 weeks notice (I know, I know... but it was a small, simple wedding). Chelsea helped me find the most AMAZING gown, veil, shoes, and earrings. We were able to get the gown altered via their alterations department and received the dress in time for the wedding!

I had already found a dress elsewhere but had to make lots of alterations to it and was stressing out about them not being done. My friend who is also getting married told me about Viper and that they had great dresses for great prices. I looked at the dresses online and found two that I really liked and wanted to try on. They did not have either dress in stock but said I could try on dresses that were a similar style to give me an idea of the ones online. Starla helped me to try on dresses that were a similar style to the ones I saw online. The last dress I tried on was one similar to the one I liked online and I fell in love with the look alike so I knew if I ordered the one online it would be what I want. I also felt the price was very reasonable and appreciate that Viper only makes you pay half up front and the rest in monthly installments. I can not wait for my dream dress to arrive!

I just recently purchased my wedding dress from this store. We had originally came to the area for a different dress shop but when we saw this place we had to stop. After 2 hours of looking and trying on dresses I finally said, "yes", to the dress! Thank you Erin for being so helpful! I love my dress!

I'm so glad I chose Bridal by Viper! Everyone that we talked to was so kind and helpful. My consultant made me feel beautiful and confident, not to mention she was so fun! None of the girls ever pressured me to break budget and were very accommodating for the large party I brought with me.

I had such an incredible experience at Viper Bridal! Erin was my consultant and she was amazing! I am a pretty indecisive person to begin with but she took my vague explanations of what I liked about different dresses and she found my perfect one!! She was very budget conscious through the whole appointment and even though the perfect dress was over budget, she asked me 3 times if I was comfortable trying it on. My maid of honor (who is recently engaged) came with me to the appointment and said she will be shopping at Viper for her dream dress too!

What a great experience! Erin was my consultant and made the entire experience so great. I went in not really knowing what I wanted, more of what I knew I DIDN’T want... she chose a group of dresses for me and the very first dress she put me in was THE ONE! She had such a great instinct for what I what would work with my body type and the style of my wedding. She was efficient and had me in and out of 20 or more dresses in no time! I really can’t say enough good things about this place! Everyone was so warm and inviting, and made us all feel super comfortable. I can’t wait to go back for my fittings! Very Happy with my experience wedding dress shopping! Chelsea was the best! she pulled multiple dresses to help me find my style (drop waist, fit and flare, a-line etc.) and then when I found one I liked she would find ones similar to that style! Not once did I feel limited to a certain amount of dresses or time! Chelsea was perfect along with all the other staff! Very friendly and made me feel like a beautiful bride to be when trying on dresses!!!

So thankful for Bridal By Viper in helping me find my dream dress! My consultant, Starla, was absolutely awesome! The first day I started dress shopping, I popped into the store without a set appointment after leaving an appointment at a different bridal shop. I was only planning to look at their wedding dresses, I was not expecting to try any on or have a consultant help. All the ladies in there were very welcoming and asked if I needed any assistants. I explained I was just in to look since I didn't have an appointment and Starla told me that they have openings and can get me in right then to try some on. Wow! Great customer service right there. She was not pushy on getting me to buy one that day knowing it was my first day trying dresses on. She also connected with me on a personal level which made my experience so much more comfortable and laid back, which I appreciated! I tried a dress on that I loved, but was afraid to buy it so soon, so she took my measurements and kept all of the details and my record on file if I decided to come back. About a month went buy, after looking elsewhere and I got a call from Starla letting me know that they were having a trunk show and discounts on the designer of dress that I loved. I decided to go back in to retry on the dress and possibly purchase. I ended up buying it for under my budget and its everything I wanted! I could not be happier with the service I got from Bridal by Viper. I walked in without an appointment and was helped right away. I was told to fill out the form and Erin would be right over to talk to me. Sure enough, Erin came right over and started helping. She told me to look around for a few minutes and she would be back with some dresses to try. After trying on about ten dresses, I said yes to the dress! Although it was one that I had picked out myself, I couldn't have done it without the help from Erin. She was amazing! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We got our tux's and dresses all at Bridal by Viper and they made it all so easy and amazing. Thank you all so much!!

This place is horrible very unorganized and confused in the sizing. Also the owner is rude and does not stand by her dresses. Bought a dress and noticed when I got it home it smelled like burnt hair....she did nothing to help or offer a return or exchange. Half the beading on the dress was missing too. Would NEVER recommend this place EVER! Beware of alterations and craftsmanship!!!

5.0 star rating 9/4/2017 I stopped in to Viper on a whim on my way up north this past weekend. I had a half hour and walked in asking if I could maybe try on a few wedding dresses in that amount of time. Chelsea was my sales associate and she had no problem honoring my request on such short notice. She was quick, efficient, honest and respectful of the short time I had. I then decided to make a formal appointment on my way back home. I was greeted by Chelsea and we immediately went over in more detail what I was looking for. This store has a great selection! I am not the "say yes to the dress by ringing the bell" type and she was so great with that. She was honest and did not try to up sale me on anything. I felt like I was trying on dresses with old friends. I cannot say more great things about her! The other sales associates gave me their opinions as well and a seamstress even came to discuss with me alteration options before I decided to purchase. I felt comfortable to actually said "YES" within two hours. Viper offers payment plans which is a plus. The only thing I would say is sales are final, so make sure you are 100% sure! Again, kudos to these sales associates and especially Chelsea. Keep up the good work and I'm sure people like myself will drive hours to have the same experience I did!

Chelsea was amazing! She made sure I got to try on every dress that we wanted to see. She did an excellent job of discerning what dresses to pull based on what I liked and disliked about other dresses. She made my experience so enjoyable!

Our dress shopping experience began great! Amber is awesome and so helpful, caring, and dedicated! Even though she was so helpful our overall experience was awful and it was by no means her fault AT ALL. We found a bridesmaids dress that worked for everyone's body styles. We then got a phone call 2 weeks later, after everyone had paid, saying the dresses were no longer available in the color that we selected, mind you we really struggled to find this dress in the color we need for the wedding (royal blue). After going up there for a second time we weren't sold on a dress so we requested a refund. We left the store with nothing and in a pinch to quickly find a dress. After spending hours shopping around and looking online we found dresses we liked but weren't able to try on due to them not having them in the store. These dresses were the same designer as the previous dresses so they told us they can use our original measurements saving us a trip to the store again. We trusted that they knew what they were doing and gave the ok to order. We finally got our dresses back and only had a couple weeks until the wedding, EVERY SINGLE dress (all 7) needed alterations and they told us they wouldn't be able to have them done by the wedding Sept. 9th. So not only did we pay almost $200 for our dresses but now they need alterations, I mean ALOT of alterations and we have to find someone to do them and pay almost as much as the dress originally costs to get them just to fit. I was swimming in my dress, and had to pay extra because it was "plus" size just to have it taken in probably 3-4 inches on each side and about 3-4 inches taken off the top and bottom. We called to complain and they stated there was nothing they could do for us. Needless to say this experience was by far the worst and I will not return back to this shop ever again. If you choose to go there make sure you have MULTIPLE people measure you and I would suggest measuring yourself too.

My bridal party of 7 girls ordered dresses and paid nearly 200 a piece for the dresses. EVERY GIRL needed atleast an inch and a half taken off their dress if not more. I wish I would have had a few people measure them because now that I am looking a reviews it is common that they don't know how to measure. All these girls could have dropped down a dress size or 2 and been just fine. Since it is so close to the wedding there is nothing other than pay just as much as the dress to have them altered. I think this was pathetic. And would appreciate the honesty in size because I think they wanted us to be forced to pay for alterations. They make their money that way!!

we came in today and no one greated us. they didnot have mych or a selection for bridal dresses, maybe 20? A sales associate walked right past us and said nothing. I will not be back.

My daughter was measured for a plus woman's and questioned the size. She was told that they only stood behind a size that she was measured at. My daughter knew it would fall right off her and it did! It was going to cost as much to alter it there as the dress itself. The manager told us there was nothing they could do. We took the dress and left. After calling the CEO to complain, they only reimbursed $50 for the screw up. Since the dress was ordered in a woman's size it cost an additional $30. They should have reimbursed a lot more! We suggest you shop elsewhere. They will not stand behind their own mistakes or demand their designers change their size charts.

We got the bridesmaid dresses from here. The girls dresses were so easy to find, and they were so helpful with payments, and alterations. Make sure you have two to three people measure you before ordering, my girls got measured by someone and the next person measured them to a different size, so they made sure to be measured multiple times before picking a size, and ordering. It also wasn't the most organized environment and alterations were a little pricy.
