Bridal By Viper Prom & Tux

and staff member we encountered was kind, encouraging, and genuinely excited to be part of the experience. But I have to give the biggest, most heartfelt thank-you to my consultant, Erin Campau. She was absolutely AMAZING. Before I even arrived, Erin had taken the time to read through everything I had included on my consultation form. When she came to greet us, she had already started pulling dresses that she thought might fit what I was looking for. She explained the layout of the store, showed me how everything was organized, gave me five tags, and encouraged me to walk around with my party and choose anything I wanted to try. She even showed me how to read the tags to determine whether a dress was available in black, which was especially important to me. Between my two visits to Bridal by Viper, I tried on around 20 black dresses, or dresses that could be ordered in black, and their selection was absolutely incredible. As someone specifically looking for a black wedding dress, I was blown away by the options. But what made my appointment with Erin so special was that she didn't just listen to what I said I wanted. She really took the time to get to know me and understand what I was trying to describe. She listened between the lines. As I tried on each dress, Erin paid attention to my body language, my facial expressions, and my reactions. She wasn't just asking, "Do you like this dress?" She was watching how I felt in it. She understood that sometimes what I thought I wanted and what I actually fell in love with weren't necessarily the same thing. And then she pulled a wild card. It was a dress I never would have chosen for myself. Erin looked at everything she had learned about me and said, essentially, "I think this might be what you're actually describing." She was right. That dress ended up being THE dress. I fell completely in love with it and said yes to my wedding dress. And I genuinely don't think I would have found it without Erin. She was warm, patient, comforting, encouraging, and incredibly attentive. In just a few hours, we genuinely bonded, and she made me feel understood and supported throughout the entire experience. She didn't make me feel pressured for a single second. She made me feel like she was truly invested in helping me find my dress. And the amazing experience wasn't limited to Erin. All of the consultants at Bridal by Viper were wonderful. They cheered me on, gave me thumbs up, clapped and celebrated with me, and made every dress feel like something worth getting excited about. The entire store had such a warm, welcoming, supportive atmosphere. I cannot recommend Bridal by Viper enough, and I especially cannot recommend Erin Campau enough. If you are lucky enough to have her as your consultant, trust her. Tell her what you think you want, but also be open to her reading between the lines and pulling something you never would have chosen yourself. Because that is exactly what she did for me. She didn't just help me find a beautiful dress. She helped me find my wedding dress. And I will always be incredibly grateful to her for that. ❤️

e dress. What should have been one of the happiest moments of her life turned into complete humiliation and heartbreak when she was suddenly told she was not allowed to purchase the dress after all. She ran out of the store in tears, utterly embarrassed in front of everyone. This kind of bait-and-switch behavior is not only cruel it violates basic principles of decency and and several Michigan consumer protection laws. The staff did absolutely nothing to help or console her afterward. No one followed up, no one apologized, and no one made any effort to make it right. Instead, they left a sweet, innocent young girl crying and traumatized. As a military Veteran and community leader I urge all families to not shop here, and to take your business elsewhere. This company ignored my asks, disregarded my child and spit on military families everywhere. Boycott all Bridal by Viper locations.

e not put any additional weight on since ordering the dress. During the initial try on experience, I was measured twice after deciding on my wedding gown & expressed concerns repeatedly that I did not want to receive a dress that was too tight & even requested for the dress to be sized up for that very reason. I have asked for them to make it right & they are refusing to do so. No matter the business, a product that does not meet expectations should be corrected in some way. Just one more thing to add to all the wedding stress. Wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

elsewhere.
