here they allowed me to come in after hours, bring in as many people as I wanted to my appointment and catered in food for my girls and me. From start to finish I felt so special at my appointment. Mackenzie was absolutely amazing! She listened to my ideas, made me feel comfortable and ultimately found the dress I said yes to! Mackenzie was patient, incredibly kind, supportive, and really helped make the experience a memorable one. If you're looking for a bridal shop, Bridal By Viper is the place!

my wedding and my vision and totally nailed finding dresses I'd like. I was nervous and honestly not looking forward to dress shopping because I hate how I look in dresses but Courtney had me feeling so comfortable and beautiful I enjoyed the whole experience AND FOUND MY DRESS

enough time to get alterations done? I was told yes, when you get your dress you will want to schedule that immediately. Nothing more was said about alterations. I wait for my dress.. get a call on 7/30 and told its ready for pick up. I asked “pick up?” What about alterations? I was told.. “we stopped alterations until after Oct. 3. you can google a seamtress. I pick up the dress on 7/31 to make the comment no point in trying it on and tell the clerk what happened. Im then told “oh, well whatever have a good day!” I then reach out to the sales rep who says she told me to book the alteration appt. when I ordered the dress. There were 3 other people with me at the time and WE ALL KNOW THIS WAS NOT MENTIONED!!! The response I get when making a complaint is that they posted the notice on Social Media on 6/1. Why would I be checking to see this?! Its simple... those who ordered prior to 6/1 should have been able to have alterations done, those after should of been told immediately about this prior to purchase. Customer service is a joke, I had the feeling to walk out when I originally went since it took over a half hour for anyone to acknowledge we came in the store! Stay away... dont do it!!!!!

kily my consultant Amber took the guesswork out of it! I had 10 guests with me (mothers, sisters, and grandmas) so we got the big stage, and it was fun! Everyone helped by picking different kinds of dresses to rule out what I didn’t want. And again, Amber was observant of everything and listened to help find everything I wanted. Being a first time shopper for my own wedding dress, I was thrilled to have “the moment” in the last dress I tried on. I am so excited. And will definitely recommend Bridal by Viper to anyone!

process (2 for wedding dress, 1 for veil and accessories, and 1 for bridesmaid dresses), and each one was enjoyable and the consultants were super professional. Dorina was my consultant for both of my wedding dress appointments, and she was great to work with. The dress I bought was actually my very first dress I tried on, and Dorina even said she thought that was my dress, but she never pressured me to make a decision. I actually went on for about 4-5 months of trying on more dresses at different stores, but couldn't get that dress out of my head. Everything paled in comparison. When I booked my 2nd appointment, Dorina still gave me the full experience again even though we both knew which dress I would be leaving with. I got a very similar experience getting my veil and picking out the bridesmaid dresses. The veil was absolutely perfect. The consultant listened to me an what I wanted. We tried on a few different options, and then she thought of a veil they had in the back that she thought would be perfect. When she brought it, she said that she would be surprised if this wasn't my veil. And lo and behold, it was perfect. The whole staff was super friendly and made sure I was getting what I wanted and making sure the entire experience was fun for not only me but my entourage as well

Reagan was able to make me realize that I am not that person anymore and made me feel great in the dresses that were picked. Definitely scheduled a second trip with the moms to make the final decision on the wedding dress, look at bridesmaids dresses, and mother of the bride and groom dresses.

I had a total of 6 bridesmaids, and none of them had been measured or paid for dresses yet except one, therefore we were told the dresses would not and COULD not be ordered until all were paid in full. With me the bride changing wedding plans, my one bridesmaid who did pay for her dress (mind you it was not actually ordered) called Viper, spoke with the manager, and asked if she could get store credit for a different dress, a more EXPENSIVE dress even, so she could use it towards a dress in her daughters wedding. The manager informed her that was not an option due to corporate policy. I am so upset that we were treated this way. It’s not even like we wanted a refund, or that we actually had possession of the dress. The dress was not even ordered yet. Also to note, when my bridesmaid asked if there was anyone else she could speak with, such as an owner or corporate, she was told that she could not have that information. So sad this is how things turned out with Viper. Also, the owner did reach out and told us we could not have store credit and the best she could do was 20% off another dress. Mind you, we have no dress in our possession, due to it not being ordered. Stay far away. I don’t know if any business who would take money and not give product?

bride. Not only is it stressful trying to plan the perfect wedding but adding Co-vid on top of it leads to higher unintentional stress levels from the bride to myself (the mother of the bride). No denying making sure everything is streamlined with little to no stress I personally have found this task a difficult one. I have the utmost trust and respects for Dalia, consultant, seamstress and her team. In May, Dalia was kind enough to accommodate my daughter in seeking her dream wedding gown. As the first one she picked out she wasn't happy with. The special touch, kind gesture Dalia delivered will "Never go unnoticed " As when it came time for our daughter to try on her wedding gown chosen she came out with overflowing tears of joy. She looks absolutely beautiful in her stunning wedding gown thanks to Dalia and all the Bridal by Viper Team. I along with so many from my daughter's wedding attendance highly recommended Bridal by Viper. They never disappoint. Please if you have any concerns or questions they are "Always" there to answer them via phone call or in person. And no matter how many times you call them. They have always treated our upcoming Bridal Party with respect and in a professional manner . I myself being the mother of the bride with oh so much on my mind, co-vid, wedding held myself accountable for anytime I may have came across rude and apologized for my own personal actions. Open communications is the best answer and policy to make any dream wedding a little more stress free during these continued uncertain times of Co-vid. Inhale in, exhale out. Together as a team we've got this. Bridal by Viper has helped make our cousin a beautiful Pageant Queen with her pageant dresses beautifully designed and chosen. And beyond happy for this referral as they are helping our daughter become a Beautiful Bride on her upcoming wedding in July 2021. Heartfelt appreciation for everyone! Lorena Robinson

I was extreme hesitant, but that quickly melted away once I meet Amber. She truly got to know me as a person and was just an amazing person to talk to. price! My Morilee wedding gown was on sale for only $100-- such a great steal! I was also able to purchase all my bridesmaids gowns and groomsmen tuxedos from here (as well as a tuxedo for my future hubby). The one-stop shop made everything easy. I would stop by Viper Bridal again if I was in need of a dress for a formal event. Their large store gives so many options, anyone can find their happily-ever-after.

hat were with me left our reviews. They said they would credit it towards my alterations. My appointment was canceled due to the store closing for the stay at home order. I was told they wouldn’t reschedule my appointment until the June and July brides were taken care of, but that they would still call me to reschedule in mid may. They never did and when I reached out about the money that they had over charged me they refused to refund it. Then they refused to give me a phone number for corporate or anyone that could help resolve this situation.

terious substance all down the front and back of the dress. This dress was never removed from the garment bag until the bridesmaid received it from us & noticed the stains. (Someone had to pick up all dresses within 2 weeks of the phone call notifying us that they had arrived) There appeared to be nothing on the durable garment bag- it had to have been done when the dress was out of the bag. I have posted pictures of the damaged dress on their Facebook page. When the store was notified, they let us know that there was nothing they could do about it and we could pay more for dry cleaning through them if needed. This was very disappointing as in total, with my large bridal party, MOB, and MOG, we spent close to $6,000 at the store. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I’m so saddened by the way we were treated. Please check all dresses in garment bags before leaving. We hope you have a better experience!
