HORRIBLE experience. Someone showed up right when my appointment started and the owner was the only person in the store. She completely ignored me my entire appointment in favor of the bride who just showed up but was spending more on her dress... She offered to give me a discount but left such a bad taste I couldn’t buy a dress from her. Found my perfect dress at my next appointment and never looked back!

I am giving Bridal Elegance only 2 stars because they have beautiful dresses but the customer service is sub par. I ordered my wedding dress along with extra buttons and extra fabric during the first week of July 2018 and was told it would be delivered in November 2018. They said they would call me when it arrived. The week of Thanksgiving I called the store because I had not heard anything yet. I was told that my dress was delivered several weeks prior and “maybe they called me or maybe they didn’t”. When I went to pick up my dress that weekend, the extra buttons and fabric were missing. Also, there was a dark foundation makeup stain on the inside of the bodice of my gown. I have very pale skin and do not wear foundation. The owner said that the stain must be from my face. I told her I wasn’t wearing any makeup and she scoffed at me. I don’t have any proof but I believe I was given the dress from her inventory and not the new gown I purchased. If that’s not what happened, the owner allowed someone else to put on my gown after it was delivered which is unacceptable. After a couple more months, my buttons were finally delivered but still no fabric. We had to request a refund for the fabric which she did give to us after a very long discussion. The owner is not friendly so be prepared for that if you choose to shop here for your wedding gown.

Bridal Elegance has a great variety of wedding dresses at varying price points. They do get very busy so I would highly recommend booking your appointment far in advance. The dress I picked was amazing, but they helped make it perfect by adding a few small details to make it my dream dress! They definitely know what they are doing and how to sell a dress. I would recommend that you bring all of your paperwork (including invoices and proof of payment) because they do tend to get busy, and it will help make the process easier for you when you go to pick up your dress.

I said yes to the dress, and say yes to Bridal Elegance! I am very pleased with my experience at Bridal Elegance. I made my appointment, discussed with the consultant what I was looking for, showed a few inspiration photos and she brought out my dream dress! The first dress I tried on, ever, hit the nail on the head - but I couldn't say yes after only seeing one dress, the consultant insisted (just to make sure) so we tried a few more on, but even she knew that first one would be 'the one'. The dress purchase included a free bustle through 'A Fitting Image by Beth'. Also, the week of the wedding, they allowed me to drop the dress back off for a free steaming.

I received a $500 gift at the Tulsa Bridal Show from Bridal Elegance. When discussing the gift with the owner at the Bridal show she made it seem imperative for me to make an appointment for me to select my items. I did so and told her that I was still looking for shoes and jewelry. She acted as though that would be no problem and made my appointment. The day arrived of my appointment so my mom and I loaded up to drive to Tulsa. We are from Moore. When we arrived at the shop we were greeted by wonderful consultants. They were happy I was there and handed me a bag and said that it was my prize, they had no clue what I had previously discussed with the owner. I was a bit confused based on the conversation I had with the owner at the bridal show. I explained my confusion to the consultant who was very understanding and accommodating. She went to the owner and explained. The owner could not be bothered to come out and talk to me and told the consultant to tell me that I could pick out a pair of shoes. The selection of shoes in my size was very limited and some even looked like they had been worn. Had I known this would have been the situation I could have had a friend pick up the bag and I would not have wasted my time or the consultants. I was a bit disappointed. However, if I was still looking for a wedding dress and accessories I would consider going there solely based on the consultant.

Fun fact, I found my dress within 15 minutes... it was the first dress and the first location. However, if I acted like this is due to my incredible decision-making skills, that would not be true... Debrah at Bridal Elegance Tulsa is the BEST in Tulsa. I just told her some descriptive words and described our wedding, told her my budget, and the rest is history... She made it so easy and it was absolutely perfect! She has been doing this for 30 years, is so sharp and professional, and has such a patient and sweet heart. She let me try on veil after veil and even let me trade mine in for the one I ended up wearing. She also even took the time and interest to hear my wedding vows so I could practice again and hear them out loud! Trust me on this... I know at least two other girls who found their dresses at Bridal Elegance in the past 4 months. They are the best, and you will find your dress there!

The ladies at Bridal Elegance made finding my perfect dress so easy! I brought in pictures to my appointment and they knew exactly what kind of dress I wanted. They also recommended the best local place to get my alterations done.

My experience at bridal elegance was great! I got the perfect dress, veil and headpiece in one place! They steamed my dress before my wedding and everything was perfect!

Where this store had some gorgeous gowns, the customer service was absolutely atrocious. In fact, I almost left before seeing the dress I ended up getting because my consultant did not show it to me. Once I got there, I told her exactly what I was wanting and even showed her a picture of what I had in mind. The picture I had was of a custom dress so I knew better than to think they would have anything just like it, but was showing her so that she had a good understanding of what I would like. After over an hour of trying on all different styles of dresses, none remotely close to the picture I had shown her, I was ready to leave! They were all pretty, but not what I wanted and my consultant was starting to get irritated with me. After deciding that I would not find a dress there, I hear my mother and (now) mother-in-law saying, "That's the dress she wants!" I look out to see another girl in the dress almost identical to the picture I had shown my consultant! I immediately told her I wanted to try that dress on, after much resistance and her actually telling me she didn't think I would like it, I tried it on. Ended up buying the dress and found out why she hadn't shown it to me originally - it was below the budget I had given her. Are you kidding?! The all but EXACT same dress I had shown her a picture of, she didn't pull because it was BELOW MY BUDGET?! But it gets better, the store owner started being rude as soon as the ink was dry on the ticket! I won't get too detailed, but she was rude in the store when I had just purchased a dress...I emailed her several times regarding the arrival of my dress, requested swatch, etc. I had to call each time because she would not respond to my emails and was even more rude on the phone than she was in the store that day. (I had great email correspondence when booking my appointment, of course!) Not sure how long this Deborah has been running "the oldest bridal store in Tulsa," but at the rate she is going, it won't be that for much longer.

I was really impressed with this place! They found my perfect dress right away from the few pictures I brought! It was so easy, and they also recommended a great place to my dress altered. They did press my dress before the wedding as well.

I loved my dress so much. It was exactly what I wanted. However the staff wasn't the most friendly so I'm giving them four stars, besides that, everything was fabulous.

I loved EVERYTHING about my experience with Bridal Elegance! They were so much fun and helped me feel beautiful throughout the whole process. They made getting my dress altered extremely easy and helped keep me calm during the alteration process. I am planning on having them preserve my dress and I absolutely cannot wait to see how it turns out!!

Absolutely loved everything about this bridal shop! I wanted a private, personalized dress fitting experience and it was everything I could have asked for. The owner and employees were very attentive to my needs. My girls and I drank mimosas during and I couldn't have been happier. They were able to send my dress to be cleaned and preserved after the event as well.

This was the first store I shopped at when looking for wedding gowns. When making the appointment over the phone the woman was very rude when I said I was bringing seven people and asked why I was bringing so many people. This should have been my first clue to stay away from this place. The store was tiny and the lighting was horrible. My consultant was sweet, but didn't clip me into any of the dresses so it was very hard to get a feel for what the dress would actually look like if it fit me. The woman who I am assuming was the store owner was incredibly rude. I was holding a veil at one point while my consultant went to get a shorter veil and this woman very rudely asked what I was doing with that veil. My budget was $1500 and there's a special room in the back with higher priced gowns and you are offered champagne ONLY if you are trying on dresses from that price point. Talk about discrimination! Shouldn't every bride be made to feel special? Not here. I fell in love with a dress here but did not purchase it simply because of their horrible service. I ended up purchasing my dress at facchiano's. They were amazing, and the gown I chose was actually one I tried on at bridal elegance and didn't like because it didn't fit correctly and she didn't clip me in. Facchiano's did it correctly and I fell in love with a dress that I otherwise wouldn't have given a second chance. Stay away from this snobby salon.

I can't say that I was overly impressed with the shop, it is pretty tiny. But I must say the service was hands down much better than that of the larger bridal salons. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a more one on one shopping experience, especially if you don't plan to bring tons of people with you.

Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the lady that helped me but she was so sweet and friendly. I loved my dress it's exactly what I was looking for!

I love an honest opinion (because people rarely give them to you), and Debra will tell you if a dress looks good on you or not. She's been doing this for over 25 years and knows her stuff. She is also good at getting a dress you see somewhere else and giving you a better price on it. She takes care of everything...start to finish. I never had to worry about a thing. She also has a great selection of dresses and has recently expanded her shop.

I was really surprised at the selection of dresses. They carry the latest styles from popular designers at a great price! I was so happy to have found my dress here!

After looking at a couple of places, I was able to find my perfect dress. They were really good at asking our budget, and helping me find dresses within our budget. We had an appointment on a Saturday, so they were very helpful in helping me pick dresses and try them on. We ended up buying the dress and walking out with it, which was really nice. They were a little pushy at the end about how the prices would go up, so we needed to buy it that day. We found that a little annoying. Another thing was you weren't allowed to take pictures, which was really frustrating because when you look at dozens of dresses, they all blend together. Overall, I was throughly happy with my selection.

I found a hidden treasure at this location. My dress fit perfectly right off of the rack. The ladies really listened and were able to pick out some great selections for me. They were all reasonably priced and I went back to the store to get it bustled and everything. Awesome local business.

I bought a Maggie Sottero from here and it was gorgeous. I loved it. The customer service could have been better. The sales girl that initially help me find my dress was lovely but after that the rest of my dealings were with the owner and I felt like she was irritated to have to deal with me and my questions.

I was referred here by a few of my friends after they had a great experience finding the perfect dress here. I had made my rounds to all the Tulsa shops and even went to Dallas, but couldn't find the perfect dress (and within budget). I came back to Bridal Elegance after she said she was expecting a new wave of dresses and found my dress! The owner is always there and is very helpful and knowledgeable. She is quick and can sometimes seem a little aggressive, but she definitely knows what she's doing. The sample fit me perfectly and it was a brand new sample so she let me have that one rather than ordering and waiting months for it to come in. She had the matching veil to go with my dress and a belt that went great! Since we were buying it all from her she threw in the belt for free! Steaming and pressing is included and she also sewed the belt on for a very minimal fee. She definitely had the best customer service out of anywhere we went, which is what's great about working with the owner of a local business. She has a good price range and tons of styles to choose from! I highly recommend her!

I found and ordered my dress from Bridal Elegance after going to one other store. I showed up at my appt time and not only was Kathy, my dress consultant, there to help me pick out dresses to try on, but so was Deborah (the owner). I received the absolute best treatment. Kathy was amazing, and gave me her undivided attention. She was not only wonderful in helping me find the best dress to fit my body type, but also my personality. When it came time to trying the dress on before the wedding and creating the bustle, Deborah creates each bustle individually and she gave me and my mom/bridesmaids all kind of tips for the wedding day. I would send anyone here.

After several other appointments I happened upon Bridal Elegance after the urging of a friend. What a great find! The owner was easy to work with, listened to my needs and gave great suggestions. After the dress arrived she was also great when it came to accessories. They have lots of veils, headpieces, flowers, jewelry, etc. to choose from.

After looking for dresses almos al over the world (I live in Italy and my parents in Mexico) I found THE ONE at this little but amazing store in Tulsa. I was about to give up and get a dress that I liked but not loved and then in this store I found the most amazing dress. I am very straight forward and the owner of the store is too so she got the kind of dress that I was looking for and found it for me, addressed me to an amazing lady that did the alterations and it all came out PERFECT!!! I even got to wear the dress twice :)

Debra was so nice and made shopping so easy. I just walked in one Friday afternoon without having an appointment and she told me to start pulling dresses and get them in the dressing room and I could try on as many as I wanted. Her selection is fantastic. Her shop is brimming with beautiful dresses! I liked Debra because if it didn't look quite right on me, she told me. She was honest and wanted me to get something I loved and looked good in and I appreciated that. Plus, she steams the gown for you twice and will do one bustle for you. And she kept my dress in her shop for me until I came to pick it up the day before the wedding so I didn't have to worry about it. I highly recommend checking her shop out. Her prices were great too, and she let me buy right off the rack instead of making me order the dress in and saved me money. Two thumbs up!

Deborah was soo helpful and she also is very straight forward and honest, which I really appreciate!

Bridal Elegance had the best selection and staff for finding the perfect wedding dress!

My dress was perfect and Bridal Elegance was very easy to work with. Don't be scared away by the location of this store!

I walked into her shop after going to 4 or 5 of her competitors and feeling very frustrated and hopeless. I told her the trouble I had been having with getting other dress shops to even help me and she went into action. She starting pulling dozens of dresses off her racks and told me we were going to find me a dress. She put me into one after another till I found one I fell in love with. She couldnt have been more helpful and she has HUNDREDS of dresses to chose from and all of them are alot less than you would expect to pay.
