Phenomenal planning and execution. This team executed a jaw dropping wedding for my daughter and son in law that guests are still raving about. Design was on point and more. We were impressed by their work. worth all the penny!
When we started planning our wedding last year, I was skeptical about whether we needed a full-service planner. I can't tell you how many times since we initially hired the Bride’s Bestie team, my now husband and I were very grateful.
Leading up Erica and Jada helped us to narrow down our vision, define and stick to a budget, recommended vendors, scheduled itineraries, and kept us from falling behind the planning schedule and maintained our sanity - and that's just leading up to the big day. The Day-of the wedding, they were absolutely crucial and did an excellent job at keeping things on time, making emergency adjustments as needed, ensuring everything was set-up and put in the right place and not to mention making everything looks insanely gorgeous.
If you are getting married, I can honestly say that hiring Bride's Bestie will be the best decision you make out of all the many decisions you will have to make. Planning a wedding is a LOT of work.
Erica was a pleasure to work with prior to our event and on the day of our wedding. She was organized, efficient and easy to communicate with. Additionally, on the day of the event we really got to see her creative side and she was able to work with the vendors to pull our vision together holistically. We were able to express to her what we were looking for and she delivered. I would definitely recommend her services.
These ladies are totally pro! Had they not been there to lead us through the heavy task of decision making & weighing options, my husband and I would have absolutely lost it!

It took me a while to decide on hiring a wedding planner- but I’m VERY happy I did. I was referred to Erica at Bride’s Bestie by my venue coordinator and I can’t say enough about her and could not imagine my wedding without her team. She made the months of planning seamless and took a lot of stress away.
After a phone call with Erica, I knew she was who we wanted to work with. We live in the East Coast and got married in Malibu and from the start she made everything so easy for us, even though we weren’t in the same state. She took lots of care in helping us plan vendor appointments and site visits and fit them in with our already scheduled trips.
She did an amazing job of taking our ideas, personalities and preferences and finding the perfect vendor for us to use. She asked vendors all the different questions that we have never would have thought to bring up and was very helpful at explaining all the different little parts that went into our wedding.
We got married at the Saddlerock ranch last fall and the day was truly perfect.
We had the pleasure of working with Erica and Jada last winter. Bride’s Bestie was without a doubt the BEST decision we made throughout the course of our wedding planning! They were responsive to emails, phone calls and texts. We can’t thank them enough for making the planning process less stressful. They wrangled their vendors together to put together an unforgettable wedding for us. Their design was beautiful and their coordination was on point. The entire wedding was flawlessly executed from start to finish- they brought everything together seamlessly. We were very happy with our decision to go with them!
Bride’s Bestie team did such an IMPECCABLE job on our wedding! Jada was our planner and Erica designed our ceremony and reception spaces. We loved working with Jada- she was professional, attentive, friendly, organized and was quick to respond to my questions and concerns. We connected very well. Erica did such an AMAZING job with the design. She understood our style and created the wedding of our dreams. She transformed our reception room into fairy-tale like space, and it was beyond incredible!! Every detail was on point. The colors were beautiful. Our guests and family were blown away by how gorgeous the table setup was and how organized everything was.
On the wedding day, things couldn't have gone more smoothly. If anything went wrong, we didn't know about it as The BB team took care of it all! Erica and Jada kept everything on schedule and went above and beyond to tend to our guests needs. Many of guests commented it was the most beautiful and funnest wedding they've been to. I can go on and on, but to get to the point: Trust me when I say Hire Bride's Bestie to plan and design the wedding of your dreams!
Erica wonderfully planned our intimate wedding reception.
My wife and I eloped but decided to throw a reception to celebrate our newly marriage with our families and close friends about two months following our elopement.
We hired Erica and she took charge. She found a perfect venue for us within a week and secured a photographer, a musician, and a florist.
She worked closely with us and the venue and put together a nice menu for our reception. Working with Erica was a wonderful experience. Thank you Erica!

Erica was the wedding planner of our wedding, and I enjoyed working with her so much. She managed to do the impossible in a very limited of time, and she had a ton of experience and expertise in the ins and outs of wedding planning.
Erica and her team responded to all of our inquiries consistently and pleasantly, and managed our vendors with such ease! On the day of the wedding, everything was seamless. Her team made sure everything that my husband and I needed was attended to. They made our wedding look easy and I know it wasn’t.

She was full of creative ideas, relaxed and professional . On the day of, things went as planned and were on time. Erica and her team were amazing. I have absolutely no complaints about the service provided by them and could not have been happier with booking them!
We booked the month-of package about 6 months before our wedding. We had booked a few vendors before signing on with Bride's Bestie, but we still had the majority of planning ahead of us, so no wonder why we were a little overwhelmed! When we met Erica for the first time, she immediately helped us by providing some recommendations for vendors and talking us through the details that needed to be covered. It was comforting and we knew we were in great hands. For the last few weeks leading up to our wedding, Erica kept us on track and made the process of finalizing details with vendors much easier for us. She was tremendously helpful in helping to ensure that all of the pieces came together perfectly on our wedding day.
On the wedding day itself, everything went so smoothly! We really couldn't have hired a better team!
For every bride who ever said to herself "I don't need a wedding planner" let me tell you, you can't be more wrong! Especially if you plan to have a destination wedding like we did. So happy with Erica and her team for our wedding day. I was not a bride with a very clear vision of what I wanted, but with Erica's assistance and patience, I got a gorgeous, beautiful wedding! She was always very accessible, fun, and calm. The day of the wedding was executed with such poise and professionalism. We planned a "DYI wedding" at the Alexandria Ballrooms in downtown Los Angeles; this venue does not provide any vendors in-house. Our vendors included a 4-person band, a 6-person mariachi, caterer, 2 bartenders, 2 photographers, 1 videographer, florist, cake delivery, alcohol delivery, officiant, party rentals (with room flip and dance floor), security, and cleaning. The venue requires a day-of coordinator, so we hired Erica and the Bride's Bestie team... Looking back on it, a day-of coordinator is a necessity; DO NOT forego a day-of coordinator, regardless of the venue policies. Based on our experience, we would recommend Erica from Bride's Bestie without hesitation!
Erica met with us 3 times approaching the wedding to make sure that we were on track, help us find vendors, give us tips, help save us money on unnecessary items and make sure we had all of the essentials covered, answer any questions, address any concerns, and encourage us to make our day unique to us. She even drove to my parents house for rehearsal dinner (and to answer all of their questions as well).
I consider myself a very detailed planner, but learned that there is no way to possibly plan for everything on your wedding day. Its a full time job Just dealing with each of our vendors on the wedding day, for example: what time to arrive, where to unload, calling the tow truck when someone illegally parked in the vendor loading zone, where to set up, how to setup, stay on schedule, do what they are supposed to, oversee vendor clean up, pay the vendors... This is all on top of decorations and setup to make sure the bride, groom, family, and all their guests have the night of their lives!
There are just so many moving parts and things that happen beyond your control. You need someone there to deal with these things so that you don't have to and so that you can enjoy your day stress-free with your friends and family; and that's exactly what Erica and Amy did and allowed us to do!
Erica and Amy paid attention to all of the small details that meant a lot to us (like making escort cards with roses), and did everything they could to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. When something could not work out, she came to us with solutions based on her experience that worked out just as good or better. For example, when the caterer ran late with dinner, we needed to make changes to our timeline to get back on track; Erica came up with a revised timeline, talked it over with us, then executed the changes to all of the affected vendors.
At the end of the night our guests complemented us on how beautiful and fun the wedding was, how smoothly everything went, and how much the Bride's Bestie Team was hustling through the night. We have to credit Erica and Amy from the Bride's Bestie for this success, as we would not have been able to pull it off without them.
There are so many expectations, so much going on at the same time, and it all happens so fast; there is a tremendous amount of craziness and stress from start to finish. When witnessing the Bride's Bestie team in action, we asked Erica "How do you do this every weekend?!?" Erica simply smiled and said "knowing that my clients are happy is very rewarding to me".

We used Bride's Bestie for our wedding planning and worked closely with Erica for a few months during the planning phase. Absolutely happy by the level of care and service Erica and her team gave especially on the wedding day. They went above and beyond, all of the little things my wife and I wanted like specific signs and arrangements in certain places was absolutely on point, and the setup was beautiful. It has been a month since our wedding, and the compliments haven't stopped. Erica planned a show-stopping wedding for us, and it was unforgettable. She paid attention to every detail, from the flowers to the name cards, and the result was just stunning. She managed to do exactly what we wanted despite having little direction from me--I was out of town for work for the three months leading up to the wedding so wasn't as available to know what I wanted. Having a planner under those circumstances was a lifesaver, and the result was worth every penny. Our wedding was particularly challenging because it was basically two weddings in one--we did a Western ceremony and a Korean ceremony all before dinner. Erica handled it like a pro, and to this day, people can't stop raving about the details. Thank you so much to the entire team for the perfect wedding day!!
If anyone getting married, you need to hire Erica to plan your wedding. She is the best in the business. She handles everything from finding the right venue, working with the venue, rental companies, florist, bakery, and everything else . With our wedding, she listened to what we wanted while at the same time suggested many great ideas. The work and the design she did for our wedding and tables was utterly beautiful . We received many compliments from our guests and many of them said it was the best wedding they had ever attended. We were beaming and we had Erica and her team to thank for it! I would her recommend to anyone who is getting married. She is simply amazing , and my husband and I are very grateful.

Erica was my month of wedding coordinator for my wedding of 200+ people this past Saturday and she and her assistants were amazing!!!!!! I planned a wedding from 2000 miles away and needed a coordinator to help me execute everything and I must say Erica went above and beyond. She kept in contact with the vendors before the wedding date and was there with her assistants from start to finish making sure everything went perfect. She was calm and organized the entire time! She handled the vendors, organized the timeline perfectly, and made sure I wasn’t stressed out (and did much more). I did not have to worry at all. I highly recommend bridesbestie! We signed up for the partial planning and design package and are very happy with the service we received. Erica was lovely to work with, and her team of coordinators were amazing. They referred a few of vendors to us, such as the florist, the rental company, DJ and the Photo Booth, all of whom were outstanding that they completely exceeded our expectations.
Erica was by our side during the planning process, and as the date neared we started leaning on her more and more. My husband travels often for work and I work full-time which made organizing and deciding on details very difficult. Erica went above and beyond what she had agreed to do to help make sure our wedding was the perfect day we had envisioned.

My husband and I learned of Erica and her wedding planning business through a family friend. As a planner, Erica was always so pleasant and patient- she was available and always made sure I knew she was there if I needed her which was such a relief.
We had a few different wedding traditions we wanted to incorporate and Erica made sure it happened just the way we wanted. Because our wedding space was limited, we had to do a space "flip" and use the ceremony space as the reception space. Erica worked closely with our venue and made it come off without a hitch. The ceremony space and the reception area looked amazing- it was hard to believe that they took place at the same place!

Erica is awesome! Our wedding day was perfect. Erica is very communicative, but not to the point where you are annoyed. I am such a procrastinator, Erica did a great job keeping us on track. She is so sweet and thoughtful and really goes out of her way to make sure the bride and groom are comfortable and happy. As with all weddings there are funny behind the scene fiascos that happen and sure enough we had one, one of my bridesmaids zipper busted before we were about to walk!! Now I'm not talking a couple inches, it was about 2 feet of zipper totally busted! Erica and her assistant sewed her dress back together just in the nick of time and no one even noticed. She was cool and collected and that kept my nerves at ease. She helped me to have a perfect wedding day full of love and laughter. I was worry free thanks to Erica and her team.

Erica is THE BEST! We met and hit it off instantly. Although I hired Bride's Bestie for month-of coordination, Erica was always checking in on me in the last few months before our wedding. My wife and I hired Erica as our month-of planner, event coordinator, and to help us with venue selection, for our January wedding. We ended up having her help with the design aspect of our wedding as well.
We considered a few wedding planners before deciding to go with Erica. We found that some of the wedding planners we interviewed tended to leave us a bit stressed or did not seem to get us and what we were envisioning.
Erica is up beat and has a calm presence at the same time.
She had a great taste and came up with many great ideas , and gently pushed us to provide necessary information while being patient when it took us longer to make decisions .

Erica and her team was tremendous! Before, during, and after the wedding, she was very attentive to all the details and kept everything running smoothly.
Before the ceremony began, Erica and her team set everything up in the reception hall. She placed all menus, favors, and table numbers on the tables for our 200+ guests. She pro-actively communicated with the venue whenever an issue came up. During the wedding, she was constantly within reach if we needed her. She seemed to always know when we would need her assistance. Erica and her team were also a tremendous help in cleaning up. While we were still talking with some of our guests, Erica and her team had a lot of our stuff packed up neatly and ready to load into our cars.
In summary, Erica and her team helped our wedding go as smoothly as possible. She really took care of a lot of the details and allowed us to enjoy our special day. I very very highly recommend her!

I can't thank Erica enough for all the help she provided. I hired her for the month of coordinator and she made sure that everything went well. She was always checking up on me offering me help. Many times she went out of her way to make sure that I wouldn't stress. On the day of the wedding, she made sure that everything was perfect and it was. I can't thank her enough for all her help and for making our wedding day more about enjoying it then stressing about the details. She was amazing.
While we weren't able to use Erica for full planning service, we were lucky enough to hire her for month of services. She and her assistant were nothing short of awesome! We had a couple of wedding day hick-ups caused by a couple of the bridal party showing up late for their hair/makeup, and Erica was right there with a calm way about her that put me and my family at ease. She knew exactly what to do and how and when to do it. From space planning to the day of schedule and details with vendors, she took care of it all and remained collected through the whole thing. Working with Erica was terrific. She seriously took so much of our stress away. One of our biggest worries while planning the wedding was that we would miss details because we didn't even realize we needed to make certain decisions. The first time we met with Erica, we knew that every detail would be taken care of. She came prepared to our first meeting with a detailed question list about our plans, and as we continued to plan, she would remind us to think of certain details so that nothing was overlooked. Erica also designed our wedding. I kind of had an idea of what I want, but just didn't know how to pull everything together. Finding props and decorations can be very challenging and overwhelming, especially with the many options available out there. Erica stepped in and guided us. She helped choosing our linens, flowers, candles, lights, and many more, and everything turned out stunningly beautiful!
Since the wedding, we have received so many texts and emails from our guests complimenting EVERY single aspect of our wedding- the venue, the food, the decor, the music, lighting, and the entire vibe. My fiance and I were planning a pretty small wedding in Los Angeles. We wanted a romantic wedding with a relatively small number of guests -around 70. We had a lot going on leading up to the wedding during our short engagement. We could not have pulled this off without Erica at Bride's Bestie. She was very prompt in her responses and very knowledgeable about how things work. Erica started by asking several questions to get a sense of what we were envisioning. She then provided us with a small number of excellent options based on our responses. This made the whole process very manageable and not-at-all overwhelming. The vendors she suggested were awsome. And of course---the wedding day went off without a hitch! Everything was perfect--and I know a lot of it was due to their behind the scenes work. I didn't have to worry about a thing, and I was so happy to enjoy the day we had spent so much time and money to plan!

Erica helped us plan our wedding this year, and we were supper happy. Her attitude was something that we really enjoyed. Planning a wedding is so stressful, so a happy face and positive attitude really makes a difference!
Well in advance of the wedding, Erica provided us with tools to get our timeline, guests, and vendors in place. We met with her multiple times leading up to the wedding and had every last detail planned out. She was also in constant contact with the vendors to make sure they were all in line.
I must say that her knowledge in the industry and selecting which providers best fits our needs was very helpful. Being that my now hubby and I had a very busy work schedule, we just didn't have to the time to look for quality vendors. So happy that Erica was there to help us!
On the wedding day, everything was seamless. Erica and her assistant, Jada, were definitely running around all night making the wedding perfect. I am so grateful for that!

Erica and her team coordinated, designed, and executed my wedding amazingly. I contacted Erica about 9 months before our date, and she worked with me and husband to find the perfect vendors.
Erica was very patient with us and very accommodating. She is truly a sweetheart and so knows so much. She always made my husband and I felt at ease, and I knew that everything was being taken care of. I felt very included in the planning of my wedding while at the same time not in charge of the little details and extras.

We hired Erica for our wedding in April as our day-of coordinator and were SO thankful we did!! Much of our wedding was DIY so it was up to Erica and her assistant to put together all of the pieces on the day of the wedding--and she did just that! From the beginning Erica was so kind and accommodating. During the final weeks before the wedding she was a lifesaver reaching out to all of the vendors and confirming times/schedules/menus etc.
The only reason for the 4 star review is that there were minor frustrations that honestly, didn't make or break the wedding, but are things that we look back on and think, "dang, I really wish that was like that, I really wish she followed our directions...". Those things are minor, but for example our dessert bar wasn't set up how we had asked/displayed/discussed, our wedding cake was essentially dropped (in front of the entire bridal party causing them to panic) prior to the reception, and then left in a trash bag for the bride/groom to pick up the next day--needless to say it was not edible. These things are not reason to not choose Bride's Bestie for your wedding planner though--not at all. I'd pick Erica and her staff again in a heartbeat. Just things that frustrated us and are worth noting. Aside from a few dessert problems, Erica turned our venue into a dream and we couldn't be happier!
I can not say enough wonderful things about Erica from Bride’s Bestie! Hands down one of the best decisions my husband and I made for our April 1, 2016 wedding in Santa Monica, CA was hiring Erica as our coordinator. Not only was she there at the rehearsal and on the day making sure everything ran smoothly, but she helped us with recommendations on all sorts of vendors and guided us through the wedding planning process. Erica joined us on visits to our venue and florist and helped us create the perfect day. Wedding planning can be stressful and Erica’s easy demeanor and knowledge gave me a sense of calmness and reassurance. She truly is a Brides Bestie! ☺

Words can not begin to express my gratitude to Erica for everything she did in our wedding planning process! I really couldn't have asked for a better planner. I fell in love with her style and from the first day we met, and I knew right away that she was the planner for us. There was just this instant connection when talking with Erica and she fully understood our wedding vision. The day of our initial meeting, she was so patient in explaining to us about the process and the etiquette of planning a wedding, and she even took the time to breakdown our budget to see if it was realistic for the wedding that we wanted. We knew that going forward with Erica was the right thing to do, and we were right!
She listened to what we wanted and didn't want, she really took the time to get to know us and our personal likes and dislikes, and her extensive knowledge of venues and wedding vendors was amazing. She designed our centerpieces and our ceremony flowers and her design was just beautiful!
Erica was with us every step of the way, and on our wedding day she was incredible, handling all behind- the- scenes coordination so my husband and I could enjoy the wedding day to the fullest.

I was skeptical about the value of hiring a wedding planner/coodinator for our wedding since our venue provided a venue coordinator, but after attending a colleague's wedding (about 4 months prior to ours), my wife and I decided that it was necessary.
We witnessed how catastrophic and stressful it could be for the bride and groom without a coordinator. There just seemed to be a confusion between the vendors and the venue staff through out the evening. After seeing how disorganized and stressful my friend and his bride were, my wife and I decided to hire a month-of coordinator, and we found Bride's Bestie on line.
The money we spent hiring Erica will rank as one of the best investments we made. She was phenomenal and provided us with priceless peace of mind especially on the week and day of the wedding. Instead of worrying about the vendors and the details that we might had forgotten, we were able to enjoy the week of our wedding with our immediate family that came all the way from back East. Our wedding day went smoothly- thank you to Erica and her team. It was an awesome day for both me and my wife.
One of the reasons we chose Erica out of the 3 planners that we interviewed was because she was very responsive and really easy to get in touch with. Erica is very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional, and she goes above and beyond.
Do yourself a favor and don't think twice if you are thinking whether or not to hire a wedding coordinator. It is a necessity, and my suggestion is to hire Erica and her team!
We hired Erica a little over three months out of our wedding. So yeah, we were pretty short on time. She met with us within a day of us contacting her and we met soon after to go over logistics.
No less than 24 hours after our initial meet, she started working her magic, contacting and dealing with all the vendors and the wedding venue up until the big day, and even after to tie up loose ends! We met two more times after our initial meeting, once for a venue walk through and another for the wedding rehearsal. Throughout the entire process she was readily available via phone or email.
The day of the wedding, Erica turned into an even bigger magician. Her and her assistant stayed essentially invisible while at the venue and popped up only to make me aware of certain issues that arose. She even arranged the table settings for us! It goes without saying that our wedding went on without a hitch and Bride's Bestie can take all the credit for it. I can't mention everything she did because she really did SO much for my wife and I. Her business named is well deserved indeed.
