I recommend Bridget a million times over and over again! Do not look further and have her take care of you for your special day. You will not regret it! She was a HUGE help beginning to end throughout the entire process. From the initial call and on she was heavily involved/available for me to speak with her on recommendations, resources, decorations, timeline, etc. I was naturally stressed throughout the process as it was my firs time planning a wedding. I was working with a lot of vendors and planning items. She put my mind more at ease as each call went on. Bridget put together the most detailed timeline of the day, was in contact with all my vendors and she provided a ton of extras that I was able to use the day of! She was very detailed and involved at the final walk-through as well. When the actual day came, she coordinated perfectly and ensured all decorations and communication was set. During the reception she made sure to always get me a drink, which didn't go unnoticed. She truly cared that Mike & I had the best day!

Bridget and Alicia were both amazing and made sure my day was a breeze! I opted for the day-of package, and it was great to have them help with small last minute details. They were organized, friendly, and professional. Would recommend to anyone!

I’ve already told everyone that hiring Bridget was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I am Type A enough as it is, so to allow Bridget to “be my brain” for the day so I could be present and just follow her lead was truly a gift. From the moment we first spoke I knew she was going to be a blast to work with and she absolutely executed and delivered. Bridget was so organized, positive, and professional! As the venue manager, it's so nice to have a planner/leader for weddings leading up to and on the big day. Bridget was great to work with. She truly went above and beyond not only on my wedding day but the day before my wedding to help make sure everything was set up properly. She took it upon herself to make the flower arrangement at the alter for me an truly helped make the day run so smoothly!!

Bridget is the best! I enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her! I chose her as my planner without any recommendations which can be a little nerve-wrecking, but I really lucked out! She is organized, reliable, and helpful. She is well-versed in wedding planning and the logistics of a wedding day. I had typical wedding day jitterbugs, but I was comforted knowing she was around on the wedding day for whatever I needed.

Bridget took SUCH great care of us as our day of wedding coordinator. She engaged us in conversations early in the planning process to learn our vision. She prepared an excellent timeline for us, and worked with our event venue and vendors with a lot of the communication. She was very kind to us, very professional, very efficient with the planning process. On the actual day of our wedding, we could tell that she was in full control. She did an excellent job setting up decorations, lending her expertise, making sure the timeline was kept during the wedding, and helping close up and pack everything away. She was a big part of our wedding day and helped make it perfect, and we could not have done it without her.

I was originally on the fence about whether we needed a day of coordinator because our venue (a restaurant) had an events manager/GM to help us run the day, but oh my gosh Bridget was invaluable! She helped us think through so much during the planning process and she took so much off our plates so we could be more present and enjoy our wedding to the fullest! Bridget jumped right in to direct and help our other vendors, to wrangle family members, and to keep us to our timeline so we could fit everything we wanted to into the day. She was also so kind, easy-going, and professional! Plus our families loved her and also found her very helpful! 11/10 would recommend!

Not to be dramatic but Bridget saved our wedding! We initially hired Bridget as a day of coordinator but after having to push our date back and change our venue, Bridget picked up the pieces and helped us put together a large wedding in South Florida at a brand new location within 3 months. She is incredibly professional, engaging, and detail oriented. You will feel at ease with your wedding in Bridget’s hands, and it doesn’t hurt that she is so warm and welcoming! We hired Bridget for our 9/3/23 wedding as a full-time planner, and she was such a joy to work with! She really eased the planning process for us and was such a strong support throughout. Things happen for a reason, and we were referred to Bridget for day-of coordination planning by another wedding planner actually! & we are SO thankful to have been sent her way! We went with her Day-Of Coordination and Vendor Sourcing services. Our wedding was on 9/16/23, and from the beginning Bridget had already told us that she would be the one doing the day-of planning for us, but the actual day-of coordination would shift to her associate, Alicia, since she would be working another wedding that day. Alicia joined us in the planning about a month before our day, & even though we didn't start working with her till the wedding got closer, she was so personable, easy to talk with, and was very quick to pick up on what the game plan of the day was going to be--it was as if we were already working with her from the start! Bridget and Alicia were awesome to work with during the whole process. Bridget definitely helped remove a lot of that stress/worry of "what if things don't go right" by getting all our vendors on the same page in terms of creating a very organized and well-thought out timeline for everyone to follow! She contacted all our vendors with various questions I wouldn't have even thought of! On the day-of, Alicia was truly a rockstar! She constantly checked up on me and the rest of the bridal party for anything we may have needed, helped (& even gave us the idea) grab our food delivery during our ceremony so that we wouldn't go hungry on our party bus afterwards, setup all our personal items at our venue perfectly--honestly the list could go on to all she did for us that day! But overall, Alicia helped make our day go so smoothly with being the main point of contact and working with the rest of our vendors to ensure a perfect event! So many guests were so impressed with how the course of events panned out throughout the night, and we told all of them that we owe it to Bridget Mary Weddings & Events! We would go back to Bridget and Alicia again and again! We cannot thank them enough for helping us bring our wedding vision to life, and we could not imagine how we would've ran our wedding day without them! Thank you, thank you! <3

Bridget is a MUST hire for your wedding! We hired her as our day of coordinator for our 9/8/23 wedding and she truly made the day go so seamlessly. I had a million details for the wedding and she nailed every single one of them and made my day so stress free! We hired Bridget as a day of coordinator, and she is an absolute pro AND delight to work with. She was on top of everything and went above and beyond for us on our wedding day and the weeks leading up to it. With so much chaos surrounding a wedding, having Bridget keep us organized and calm was so incredibly helpful. During the wedding day, I felt like Bridget was somehow everywhere and also right there if I needed anything. I seriously don't know how she did it. She handled our DIY decor, wrangled everyone for TWO ceremonies (including a stage flip), made sure we stayed on track with our timeline, and at the end of the night, she had everything packed and ready for us. And on top of it all, Bridget made us feel so comfortable and reassured throughout the whole process. We cannot recommend Bridget enough!

YOU NEED BRIDGET AS YOUR WEDDING PLANNER! I cannot recommend her enough. Every detail of our wedding was perfect. Bridget took so much time to make sure we had what we wanted. She worked with all our vendors and made sure we had nothing to worry about on our wedding day. She is also a gem of a human and so sweet! I love that she is her own business so you can really feel the love and attention she puts into your day. The best investment to our wedding was having Bridget as our planner. We had so many guests tell us she was incredible!

She also provides helpful resources throughout the wedding planning process. Our wedding was the best day of our lives. Bridget was worth her weight in gold! She was the glue that held everything together. I cannot imagine our day without her. She is super detailed oriented, which you need on your wedding day. My husband and I were both very excited to plan our wedding and jumped right in. We weren't quite sure if we needed a day of coordinator since we had done most of the planning ourselves. After one conversation with Bridget, we were quickly sold! She asked us important questions that focused on details and the day-of timeline. She was such a joy to work with and it is evident she is very passionate about wedding planning. On our wedding day, Bridget kept us updated and we felt so at ease. Bridget was absolutely the key to our day running smoothly! Bridget did a great job creating a timeline and coordinating with all of our vendors to account for all of their needs in our timeline, as well. She was like a hub of all of the information we needed and the perfect day-of coordinator! When I encountered some difficulties in connecting with my photographer, Bridget helped to find a time that worked for all of us to meet and knock out lots of the questions we had. She went above and beyond in visiting our venue ahead of time, working with our church, and helping set up various aspects of the big day like our memory table, guest book, and DJ. We could not have done it without her and she was fabulous from day one.

WE CAN'T RECOMMEND BRIDGET ENOUGH. She was amazing. Bridget helped coordinate and plan our wedding on October 15, 2022. She was super knowledgeable, had great suggestions and was always available to meet to discuss day of planning. On our wedding day, she was incredible. Bridget was incredible and we highly recommend!! My husband and I went back and forth for so long about whether to do a day of coordinator and we are SO glad we hired Bridget! She made our day run so smoothly from coordinating last-minute changes with vendors to handling misbehaving guests (of course it was someone’s plus-one). In addition, the decor we asked her to set up turned out PERFECTLY despite not giving a ton of direction. Beyond being professional, she was also very kind and warm, which made her even better to work with. We really cannot express enough how helpful it was to have Bridget coordinating our special day.

Bridget was such an important part of our day. From the beginning, working with Bridget was easy, and fun. She helped us through all of the details/timeline of the day and communicated with our vendors. I felt at ease handing over "control" to her and our weekly calls leading up to the wedding were so helpful. We knew she had it all handled which allowed us to just enjoy our day. If we we were to do it all over again, we'd have Bridget again in a heartbeat. Her attitude, communication styles, and organization were perfect for us.

I do not have enough words to describe what a blessing Bridget was for my wedding day. As a type A bride, giving up control was extremely challenging, but Bridget helped me remain calm with zero stress. We met often to ensure we were on the same page. She handled all obstacles the day of without me having ANY idea. She even drove out of her way to come meet my family and ease their concerns. I can't recommend her and her services enough.

Working with Bridget was amazing! When we had to postpone our wedding, we decided to hire a wedding coordinator and it was the best decision we could have made. We started working with Bridget about a year before our wedding. She was very organized and helpful. Every time I got off a call with her I felt the stress of wedding planning go away. She went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we wanted it to be. Bridget made sure every detail was thought about and made sure all of our vendors knew exactly what time and where they were needed. I didn't have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding! We did a lot of DIY decor so Bridget set up our venue space and made it look beautiful. At the end of the night she took everything down and organized it all, this was the biggest help! Bridget is hard working, kind and wonderful to work with. I would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!

We originally were doing our wedding DYI style, and then COVID happened and we postponed our wedding for one year. Given the ever-changing and challenging times of COVID, we saw the need for help. We were looking for a day-of-coordinator that could also do some other tasks before our big day. We interviewed many talented wedding coordinators and decided to go with Bridget. She was our day-of-wedding coordinator plus she helped with the day-of-timeline, weekly phone calls, coordinated with our vendors as well as helped with the rehearsal. It was enjoyable experience to work with Bridget. She has many strengths. We found the following to be her top five: 1. Works well with a variety of people. For example, my bridesmaids loved her and so did my vendors and guests. 2. Asks good questions. For example, since we had the reception and ceremony at our church, she asked if they had a medical safety kit. 3. Top notch character traits is caring, pleasant, thoughtful and easy to talk to and work with. 4. She goes the extra mile. For example, she drove two of our guests to the train station and drove us back to our hotel at the end of the night. 5. She is reliable and dependable and also had some unexpected perks that we were very thankful to have a part of our day. I am glad that we hired Bridget. She definitely made it possible for me to enjoy and have less stress on my wedding day since I knew that there was plenty of supervision. She was a great value.

I absolutely LOVED working with Bridget and cannot recommend her enough for your wedding planning needs! There is truly NO way I could have done my wedding day stress-free without her. I am extremely type A and indecisive at times and Bridget remained confident, collected and organized to help me power through decision making, details, vendor coordination and everything in between. Bridget and I first met casually to discuss the details and my vision – from the color scheme to the minimalist vibe I was looking for to match my tight budget – and her thoughtfulness, attention to detail, ability to actively listen and then execute is UNMATCHED, so I instantly knew I had to work with her. I am indecisive, and Bridget never made me feel bad about that. I must have asked for her opinion on market lighting about 1 million times! Her patience is unmatched and helped me narrow down choices so I could feel comfortable, but so we could check items off the list and get things done! Even though I had a tight budget, the best thing we could have done is bring in Bridget for planning. It truly ended up being THE BEST DAY of my life, despite the unpredictable Florid rain, because I did not have to deal with the logistics the day of. I got to relax and trust that my experienced planner had it covered because she knew my preferences, understood my style and vision. I cannot recommend working with Bridget enough if you are looking for: -confident, experienced wedding planner with corporate event experience for top brands -Great listener who will help even the most indecisive of brides finalize choices to bring your vision to life and match your desired aesthetics -Thorough, organized event pro who knows all the right questions to ask you and your vendors -Agile, with ability to think on her feet and make an executive decision in your best interest if you need to switch to plan B (or plan C!!!) -Thoughtful, detail-oriented (did I mention she had coloring books for my nieces without me even thinking of this or asking for it!?!?) -Proactive communicator who will wrangle the vendors/troops If I could do my day all over again, I would choose Bridget Mary Weddings every time. Bridget helped me with finding potential vendors for my wedding. She was timely and efficient when providing the list of options and listened to the LARGE list of detailed things I wanted. Very thorough and organized with the information that was provided - huge help with the items I didn't have time in my day to complete!
