BRIE's food was amazing!!! All of my guests were raving about how perfectly cooked their entrees were and how timely the food came out! Thank you to your whole team for helping make my wedding a success!

My fiance and I were planning our wedding from out of town, which made attending tastings and meeting with caterers in person difficult. Ultimately, we sent my brothers to do all of our tastings. Their 19- and 21-year-old palettes said that Brie was the best choice based on taste, and our budget said that Brie was the best choice of the available venue-approved caterers based on cost. We decided to choose Brie without having ever tasted their food - and we weren't disappointed! We served the strawberry poppyseed salad, the chilled grilled vegetables, and the tuxedo chicken with truffle mash served family style. All of the food was delicious! We got a few questions from guests about whether the veggies were actually supposed to be cold (but they tasted fine), and we didn't realize that they would serve each piece of the meal as a separate course (though it wasn't an actual problem). Overall, the food was decidedly above average for wedding food. Throughout the entire process, Brie was speedy in communication and flexible as we asked questions, changed numbers last-minute, and tried to make our catering as cost-effective as possible. We were glad we chose them!

We chose BRIE cater because it was moderately priced and on our recommended catering list for our venue. We found Christina, the contact person for BRIE, to be frustrating to work with as she often didn't reply to emails promptly and would only address parts emails. On the day of, she was very short with my husband when he asked a question about a table that was left out during set up. The food was overall a let down and very different from our tasting. The appetizers were much smaller than the ones presented at the tasting and the salads were small plates of greens with a few strawberries and dressing. Our biggest issue was the beef. We chose the steak and had asked in our consultation how this would be prepared. We were reassured that it would be served medium rare. The majority of the steaks that arrived where almost raw, rare at best. Mine was almost purple and actually still cold at the center. I learned after the wedding that the waitstaff didn't check in at many of the tables after the food was served so there was no opportunity to send the steaks back. Many the guests either cut around their steaks or gave them to a family member who was going to bring them home for his dogs. When we contacted BRIE about this after the wedding, they were defensive, claiming that not many people had sent their steak back and they didn't see a lot of leftovers when clearing plates. Although, in my opinion, it's hard to send something back when no one checks in on your guests and there will be no leftovers if they're in a bag for the dogs. BRIE offered to send a gift card for their restaurant to compensate for my steak as the bride, but they never followed through in sending one. Overall there are better caterers for the price out there.

Brie's food was absolutely amazing and we heard great feedback from our guests that it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. HOWEVER, they were terrible to work with leading up to our wedding. They tacked on about $1300 in fees that weren't in our original quote a week and a half before our wedding (the final quote was also late, according to our contract) due to fees they weren't aware of from our venue but never checked on when we signed our initial contract. And because we went back and forth on the additional fees, they didn't send us a final payment amount until 3 days before the wedding and they needed us to drop off cash or a cashier's check by the day before our wedding. We had so much going on with pre-wedding events and other planned vendor meetings that we didn't have time to make an unexpected visit to the bank and it created a huge hassle. They were not very flexible with us and created a lot of unnecessary stress in the days leading up to the event. Ultimately, I don't think the food was worth the stress or time running around the day before.

BRIE did an amazing job at our wedding. First of all, the food was awesome-and SUCH a good value! We talked to many other married friends that couldn't believe BRIE offered such an amazing deal! Our guests were coming up to us all night telling us how good the food was. Second, the staff were so friendly and kind. They always asked if people needed more put out at their tables(we did family style). I was so happy with how all of it turned out. Plus, they were very flexible towards the end of the planning process when we had to make some last minute changes. I highly recommend them!

I would absolutely recommend Brie Cater! We used them for our December wedding at Lowertown Event Center and were thrilled with our experience with them. They were familiar with LEC as they have catered there many times, which was a relief that I didn't have to worry about them familiarizing themselves with the venue. Brian and Christina were so responsive and had wonderful customer service throughout my entire wedding planning process (which was a solid year and a half)! When we had the tasting with Brian, it made us even more excited to work with Brie! The food was delicious and the presentation was absolutely beautiful! I also loved how flexible he was with making changes to the food/presentation to make it coincide with my Winter wedding! The food at the wedding was just as good as in the tasting and all of our guests were raving on how delicious everything was (and how beautiful the plates were). The staff was amazing and so attentive to all my guests! The price worked well with my budget and the value that you get for what you pay is well worth it! Highly, highly recommend! Brie catered our wedding and they did an amazing job. The tasting was a great experience too, the owner, Brian was very nice and down to earth. He didn’t give us the sleazy sales pitch that so many do, and we got to have our own private tasting rather than sharing it with strangers. They were easy to work with as far as the menu options, we chose the steak, tuxedo chicken and the veggie stack as the options for our guests. We got so many compliments on the food! For one of our desserts, we did a banana split bar, and Brian had his staff serve it up for us! They provided all the ingredients, we just had to get the banana boats to them! Brian even offered that they do a Taco Bell run for us to bring back to our venue since he didn’t think they’d be able to do a Taco bar due to them not having a kitchen on site, or rather, that it wouldn’t be their best work. We appreciated his honesty, and everyone loved the Taco Bell too! I can’t say enough about Brie - they were fantastic!

We hired Brie Cater without having met Brian or tasted his offerings as we lived across the country at the time. He was communicative and accommodating from our first email interaction and that was all we needed. Upon moving to MN, we set up a meeting to discuss the details of our menu. We selected a BBQ style buffet complete with pulled pork and sliced brisket. When we showed up to the meeting, he had a full tasting set up for us. While it wasn't the food we were serving at our event, it showed us that we were in capable hands. When we finally got to wedding day, we were so impressed with the display and the food itself. Everyone raved about the meal. Even notoriously picky guests came up to tell us how delicious dinner was. The service was also top notch. The wait staff was friendly to our guests and made sure my husband and I had what we needed. If you're struggling to find a laid back, accommodating, top tier talent caterer without the obscene price tag, look no further than Brian and the Brie team. Highly recommend!

We hired Brie to cater our wedding of 250 people at the Landmark Center. They were awesome to work with, very responsive and detail oriented. The appetizers and dinner at our wedding were fantastic, and they were able to get 250 people through a buffet in less than a half hour. We are so glad we chose Brie to cater our wedding.

We are so happy we hired Brie for our wedding - the entire team did such an amazing job! From the tasting to the day of, they had such great attention to detail and it was clear they had a passion for food. All night, our guests kept coming up to us and saying how incredible the food was, and how it was the best wedding food they'd ever eaten. Our guests raved about the food at our wedding! Brie serves stellar food coupled with top-notch service. Each time we met with them prior to our wedding, they were very personable and it didn't feel that they were rushing us to get to their next appointment. During our wedding, I didn't even notice the staff while courses were served. Brie was very accommodating to our 'unique' requests. We had family members make and bring ~15 cakes to serve for dessert. Brie had no issue with cutting the cakes and serving them to guests. When a last minute change came up in how cakes were served, Brie took it in stride and worked well under pressure. We highly recommend them for your event! Well-priced, great food, great service - what more could you ask for?

Brian and his team did an amazing job catering our 6/17/17 wedding. Brian was very responsive, from holding our personal tasting up until the day of the wedding. On the day of, the food was prepared just as expected, warm, and great presentation. Service was timely as well. Appreciated the nice touch of saving a few appetizers for the bride and groom, as we missed cocktail hour.

Brian and his team were fantastic and the food was DELICIOUS. We have received so many compliments from guests of our 4/15/17 wedding about how good the food was! We highly recommend booking Brie for wedding catering--their food was by far the best we tried at any of our tastings, and the presentation is great as well. Their team of servers were extremely friendly and polite, and many of our guests had rave reviews of both the appetizers and entrees. Our only note of caution would be that since it is a small, family-owned business, it takes quite a bit of patience and follow-up to communicate questions, requests, etc. via email. However, it is totally worth it, as the food is fantastic and the prices are reasonable.

I was 100% happy with my experience using Brie Cater for our wedding. Not only was the food absolutely delicious (all the guests raved - even the picky eaters), but Brian made the whole process easy. I'd highly recommend Brie Cater to anyone planning a wedding or other large event.

Our daughter Paige was married November 19, 2016 at the Semple Mansion. We were informed by Semple that they had "preferred caterers " we felt that the options given would be appropriate for our price point and guest count. We made tasting appointments at 3 caterers. Brie being the first visit, we met Brian at his Fridley location with the bride/ groom and both parents. He and his staff out did themselves, we were "stuffed" and loved every item served, it was a difficult decision to pick 3 favorites. We talked at length with Brian( who is the most genuine guy around) even told us late night pizza through Pizza Luce was a better value than them making sliders for us. We left knowing we would book with Brie and canceled our others tastings. No need to waste time when we loved everything he had. Fast forward to wedding day...of course the food was great in a small group, but what about 185? Well everyone was amazed by the appetizer selection (crab cakes, potstickers ,Brie encroute) and the dinners we chose. He lightly blackened the salmon per my request, filets on the medium rare side and the chicken wild rice...just perfection. We are continually getting comments about the food at the wedding , wondering who catered and we must have spent a fortune. Brie is extremely reasonable with the highest quality food and service above and beyond..he will go the extra step to make you happy. We are done with weddings but will definitely keep Brian and Brie on the top of our list for any other catered events. Please contact us for any questions or concerns.

Brian from Brie is great to work with for your wedding! He provided a full menu tasting for us to sample his dishes and helped us create the perfect menu for our guests. The food was fantastic and we had many compliments from our guests. Some of the dishes came out a little slower than predicted and maybe were a little cooler, but still tasted great nonetheless. He worked with our vendor well and his servers were all very professional and kind. I definitely recommend Brie Catering!

Brian and all of the staff at Brie were so great to work with. We had some very unique requests, and they went out of their way to make sure that they were all done perfectly. We requested an off-menu Dominican Style pork dish, and Brian came up with an amazing dish, that even our guests from the Dominican Republic couldn't stop raving about. Everything was just perfect, and I wouldn't hesitate to book Brie cater for your event!

I was amazed at how long it took us to find a caterer for our wedding that was not crazy expensive but had food that actually tasted good. Our search ended with Brie Cater. When we decided to contact Brie, we were impressed from the very beginning. The owner of the company, Brian was the one who answered my phone call. He was very nice and informative and worked with our schedules to get a tasting setup, which, by the way, was complimentary. We thought this was amazing, since other caterers we had looked into had told us it would be $20- $40 per person to try their food! And we were not disappointed at the tasting either. We actually went to Brie's location in Columbia Heights where the owner, Brian, cooked us up small portions of the most popular items to try, including appetizers! Between each item, he would give us a brief description and discuss with us what we liked, etc. and answered any questions we had. Then at the end he sat down with us for about half an hour to go over everything in a little more detail. He told us he would provide guest napkins for free and give us a discount on the hor d'oeuvres if we booked in the next few days (which we did!). He also worked with us to do a family style salad at each table even though we were doing a buffet meal. On the wedding day everything went smoothly and the food was great. We got a lot of compliments on both the hor d'oeuvres and the main meal. I think we made a great choice, especially since Brie is so much more affordable than most other caterers we looked into!

BRIE IS THE BEST!!! They recently catered our wedding at the Landmark Center. It was a 300 guest plated. We were very nervous picking out a caterer for this big task at hand. They executed the food and service perfectly and the food was even better at our wedding. We had the Tuxedo Chicken, Baseball Sirloin and the Dijon Crusted Walleye. A big thank you to Brian and his team for making our day a huge success!!

We used BRIE to cater our wedding of 140 people and were so happy with the choice we made. Our guests were all very impressed with the food and service. They were so easy to work with and did an amazing job. They took care of everything the day of and made sure that it all went smoothly. I only have good things to say about BRIE and recommend them to anyone.

Would highly recommend Lettuce Cater! We live in another state and everything was done through phone and or email which can be nerve racking. We planned our wedding receiption with Brian the owner and his staff. They were always right on top of it and settled our nerves. On the day of the event a major storm moved through and knocked out our power. Upon calling Brian he told us not to worry and that they would still make it happen. Luckily the power came back before the wedding party and everything went off without a hitch. We had the Brie Puffs, Mashed Potatoes on a stick, Taco Bar, Mini Hot Dogs and Grilled Cheese Triangles which we selected from their midnight snacking menu. Our guests loved the food and so did we. The staff that worked our event was amazing, they interacted with our guests and even offered to help cut and serve our cake which was not included in our bill. look no further you have found an amazing cater!

If you have not found your caterer...STOP right here! Look no further. Brie was absolutely outstanding! It is so hard to put into words how incredible it was to work with Brie and have them cater our wedding reception. The food was outstanding. Everything tasted as amazing at our reception at it did at our tasting. I highly recommend the Tuxedo chicken or Filet to anyone! Our guests raved about the food all night long and how great it was. They served full sized portions. The presentation of the meals was impeccable. So gourmet. The staff was so friendly, so helpful, so nice. They were extremely accommodating and did everything they could to make sure we had everything we needed before hand and the day of.They exceeded our expectations in every way. Brie is the best in the business and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was very disappointed in Brie Catering during my wedding April 25, 2015. There were many things that were missed and not done as planned and thus made Nick's , mine and our guests' day very frustrated and disappointing. 1. The number one thing that we wrote on the final detail sheet wasn't done! The champagne glasses were not filled. Not only did some of our guests didn't get any champagne, but none of the bridal party did. We had nothing to toast with when we made our Welcome speech. 2. Vegan meal wasn't vegan! This wasn't optional, we have been emphasizing this during every meeting, and it was even listed in the final bill. And to make matters worst, the chef asked me if the mashed potatoes were good, when I said that we were supposed to have cous-cous because the meal was supposed to be vegan. It doesn't matter whether mashed potatoes were good or not, the dish was supposed to be vegan! What if our guests were allergic to eggs or milk? 3. Tea and coffee table was removed earlier than planned. Tea and coffee was supposed to stay there with late night snacks and it was my guests, who noticed that it was gone already. This was important to use, was noted on the final detail sheet, and again was missed by Brie. 4. Napkins were being removed even before guests had their desert. I personally had to stop one of the staff members and explain that napkins are needed and that we weren't finished with our meals. 5. We were supposed to get the extra dishes that we paid for but had cancellations, but that didn't happen either...even though we were there till last moment. I guess, Brie staff just forgot...like all the other important to us items. We chose Brie because of the great reviews we heard and food we tasted, but I will definitely not recommend Brie to anybody now. Moments like toasting with an empty glass and worrying about my guests were enough to ruin my evening.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Brie Cater for our wedding. - The food: We went with passed appetizers, a buffet, and a late night snack. All of the food was fantastic, we received multiple compliments from our guests. Brie Cater was flexible enough to allow us to customize certain aspects of our menu, and even generate our own option for the late night snack that was not on their menu. - The service: Communication with Justin, their sales manager, was always prompt and professional. He was also on site the day of the wedding to oversee everything and ensure that all was correct. All of the staff were courteous and attentive. Two of our guests were elderly and with limited mobility, the Brie Cater staff (without prompting) went through the buffet line for them and brought their food to them. Overall, we could not have been happier with both the food and the service. Highly recommended.

We recently used Brie Cater for our wedding at the James J Hill Reference Library and they were phenomenal! Their service was outstanding from the beginning. They gave us a wonderful tasting, were accommodating with our menu, and extremely courteous to us and our guests. Everyone raved about the food and it was much higher quality than some much more expensive vendors we also did tastings with. I would recommend them to anyone!

BRIE cater might have been our best wedding vendor. From the very first time we got in touch with them, they were so accommodating. Finding the right caterer was extremely important to us. We researched the best caterers in the city that were in our price range and set up meetings with all three of them. After being wildly underwhelmed by the first, we started to worry that no catering company was going to be able to put together a meal for 150 people that was as good as a meal you would order at a restaurant. BRIE cater dissolved those worries. The tasting was INCREDIBLE. They served a variety of different entree options and appetizers and even prepared a steak (a perfectly-prepared steak) for us when we weren't even considering it as an option. On top of that, they had well-prepared answers to all of the questions we asked and didn't flinch when we wanted something slightly out of the ordinary -- having wine bottles corked on all of the tables by dinner time. (The previous caterer said they would have to check IDs for every single one of our guests if we did that.) The food was so good and the people we met (Justin) were so great that we canceled our appointment with the third caterer we had been considering and signed with BRIE that day. On top of all of these wonderful things, they were literally HALF the price of the other caterers we were considering. While most caterers make you pay separately for things like silverware and plates and glasses and linens, BRIE included all of that -- and let us pick up linens early. When it came to the actual wedding, the food was just as good as it was at the tasting. The passed appetizers were a hit with everyone (We had the crab cakes, artichoke puffs and Brie puffs), and so many people told us that they had never had a dinner at a wedding that tasted so good. They even accommodated me and my husband's request to have a sampler platter of all of the entrees (We just couldnt' decide!). They also made sure that my husband and I had enough to eat by putting together a platter of appetizers for us to eat while our dinner was being brought out, which was SO appreciated because I had missed two of them because I was busy talking to guests. Plus, the presentation was beautiful. They used orchids to decorate all of the plates at our wedding. The staff who worked our wedding were also amazing. They helped flip the room after the ceremony and were very polite with guests. I could go on and on about how wonderful everyone at BRIE cater was to work with and how smoothly everything went at our wedding day. I cannot think of one bad thing to say about them. They really helped make our wedding day perfect. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Minneapolis area.

I was excited for the meal that we chose (Adobo Pork with many sides), but I wasn't expecting it to be the best wedding food I have ever experienced! My wife and I were very impressed with the massive amount of guests that approached us after the dinner to say how much they enjoyed the food. On top of the amazing food, the staff was extremely friendly, flexible, and helpful. From the tasting to the take down - everything was 100/100!!! We loved working with the Brie Catering group! My husband and I both love to cook and hosting dinner parties is a big part of our relationship. So needless to say, food was the most important thing for us (besides the ceremony of course!). Brie worked with us to fit into our budget,and they were able to tailor the food options to better fit our unique palette. We really wanted family style meals, and Brie delivered. Their servers were timely and professional, and everything went seamlessly. I heard nothing but good things from everyone on the food. I would highly recommend them.

We used BRIE catering for our 200 guest wedding at the end of June. Our experience started out back at the beginning of November with our tasting and I could hardly believe how wonderful it was! We chose BRIE because of the quality of food, excellent owner, and price it was going to cost for our wedding. The price was very reasonable and Brian threw in some extras for no extra cost. This was a huge bonus because other places were going to charge A LOT more for those extras. Between our tasting and our wedding they were easy to communicate with and also responded to emails with questions very quickly. On our wedding day, the servers did not bother us with any questions and the food was served fast, friendly, and with no problems. We had some unexpected guests show up for dinner and it was no problem with the catering. They had some extra meals already planned out. The servers that were at our wedding were helpful and did anything they were needed to do. Our guests said they really really enjoyed the food we served. We chose the pork pancetta, filet mignon, veggie stack, and kids meal. For apps we served butler style and our guests raved about the spinach artichoke puffs, bruschetta, and spring rolls. The food was great quality, hot, and efficient. I highly recommend BRIE catering!

Lettuce did a wonderful job catering our wedding at a farm. We chose them because they were open, flexible, and the food was amazing. Brian threw in some free rental items like wine glasses for signing, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. This company also offered a great value for high quality, delicious food. They did not try to nickel and dime everything, but were willing to work with us to create the menu we wanted within our budget. They were professional, easy to work with, a great value, and created amazing food for 150 people. I would love to work with them again and recommend them to anyone!

I have used Lettuce Cater every year for my company's holiday party. They have been always gone above and beyond and made our event a huge success. So who else would I trust to do my own wedding? Nobody but Lettuce Cater! Brian and his crew took such good care of us. We didn't have to worry about a single thing and our special day was all the more special because Lettuce Cater was in charge.

For our 4-day, 400 guest Indian wedding, Brian and Lettuce Cater exceeded our expectations. We came to him 5 months prior to our big day with a unique proposition-- team up with renowned Indian chefs from the East Coast and provide top-notch family-style and butler-pass service and logistics. Unlike any of the other catering companies we spoke to, Brian didn't flinch! He was excited by the opportunity to serve a traditional Indian wedding and to learn from Sukhadia's. Despite the chaotic nature of Indian weddings, there wasn't a single hiccup in our catering service! From the beginning Brian was incredibly organized, resourceful, and excited. That said, he was also very accommodating with our budget as well as transparent with every number he quoted. Furthermore, the teamwork that he displayed working with Sukhadia's was insurmountable! Indian wedding or otherwise, I'd encourage anybody and everybody to reach out to Lettuce Cater for their needs.

Brian and his staff went above and beyond any expectations we had! Our outdoor wedding was very hot and humid, and everyone from Lettuce Cater worked very hard with smiles on their faces the entire time! We recieved so many great compliments on the food! And people are still talking about it! I would recomend Lettuce Cater to any bride-to-be for their special day!

Lettuce Cater catered our wedding on Sept. 7, 2013 at Minnetonka Orchards. We didn't want a formal, plated, sit down dinner, so Brian put together an amazing buffet of heavy appetizers for us. The food was absolutely delicious, and I got nothing but compliments on it all night long. I've continued to hear from people, almost 2 weeks later, who say things like "best food at a wedding, ever!" I think people are generally sick of the typical wedding fare of beef or chicken with some sad little veggies and mashed potatoes on the side. This buffet was spectacular, and had something for everyone! People had their plates piled high - at one point I was worried we would run out of food, but Brian assured me he had brought enough, and I think people definitely got their fill! A couple of guest favorites were the Voodoo Shrimp (curry dusted and wrapped in bacon - my friends and coworkers will not stop talking about them!), and the beef tenderloin skewers with mushrooms and gorgonzola sauce. It was a really hot day out at the orchard and Brian and his staff did everything they could to make our guests feel comfortable and enjoy themselves. In addition, my sister is a pastry chef and made six (!) cakes for the reception. Brian graciously offered to store and transport the cakes for us at no extra charge. This was huge because my sister was also my only bridesmaid, and had a lot of other stuff going on that day. I have no idea how we would have gotten the cakes out there if he hadn't been wiling to do this. His staff was amazing at cutting all 6 cakes quickly and efficiently, even as the vultures were diving in to try all 6 flavors! I'm an event planner for my job, so I know how important it is to have food your guests will love, as well as impeccable service. Lettuce Cater provided both of these things well above and beyond what I expected. Thank you so much for making our wedding so memorable for us and our guests. Brian and his crew are amazing! They worked with us on pricing, but didn't sacrifice quality. They even helped make our day even more special by serving a special treat from our hometown that we requested! They are down to earth and passionate about their jobs!

Okay, so the tasting was good... but the actual food on the day of the wedding blew me away! The food was all I heard about after dinner! I even had multiple guests call/text me after the wedding wanting to know who the caterer was so they could book them! Why was it so amazing you ask? The food was WARM, the tenderloin fell apart in your mouth, the presentation was phenomenal and the best thing was the PRICE! If you want gourmet food on a budget Lettuce Cater is the way to go. Another big plus was that they were willing to make any change to the menu upon request--a bride's dream. A huge thank you to Brian (owner) and our day-of Coordinator/Master Chef Justin--thank you for keeping all of my guests happy and satisfied--you were amazing. Our Menu: Greek Salad, Bruschetta chicken, the tenderloin and for horderves the crab cakes, signature lettuce wraps, caprese skewers and chicken satay. xoxox a very happy bride.

Amazing food, beautiful presentation and great staff!

The experience my husband and I had with Lettuce Cater for our wedding was a bit of a mixed bag. Our initial meeting/tasting was with their event coordinator, Kris, who was absolutely phenomenal to work with. When I told her we wanted to do a cheese fondue for our cocktail hour but needed to be able to do a tasting of it before the wedding, she was ecstatic and told me everything I needed to get to her in order to make it happen at our tasting. We spent a little money to have this tasting, but it made our final decision much easier to make. After we'd signed our contract, we said we wanted to try out our chosen vegetarian option (which wasn't part of our initial tasting), to make sure we weren't offering something to our guests that we didn't thoroughly enjoy. Kris offered up two portions of two different vegetarian options for us to try, free of charge. She made everything so easy for us to understand and was great at coordinating all of the little details that come up when you do catering for a wedding. At the end of May, I tried to contact Kris again to get started on our last details leading up to the wedding. A week later, I got a response from the owner in answer to a couple of the questions I had posed. For the next month, I went back and forth with him via email, not getting many of my questions answered the first time and having to ask again for answers to simple questions. I also had to go through and get everything I'd gotten changed about our order with Kris (or her assistant while she was on maternity leave) changed again, as none of those changes had been saved. I was really worried leading up to the day that things would go smoothly because of how disorganized the owner seemed to be. The day of went fairly smoothly. All of the food (including the fondue!) was amazing. The timing for the fondue was great, but the timing for dinner hadn't been properly communicated to the staff that night, and so the entire meal plan was very rushed in order to have time for all of the food before dessert. The head waitress was extremely rude to my bridesmaid when she took charge and got dinner going. I understand there was a new guy working that night, which didn’t help things, but it took the aid of our bar people to get things on the right track. Everything worked out in the end, but it was a bit of a push to get it there. Overall, I still recommend Lettuce. Their food is amazing, their pricing is very reasonable, they do great work on custom requests, and are nice people. If you do go with them, STAY ON TOP OF THE DETAILS. Tell multiple people all of the details multiple times. Bring a printed seating chart and time schedule the day of. They're really very nice people who make very good food; they're just a little disorganized.

They were so helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had in email, no matter when. They were delicious, and every single person at my wedding complimented the food and how good it tasted.

Lettuce cater staff - especially Brian was awesome! The food was to die for and everyone raved about the apps and veggies. Lettuce cater is one of the best and I will definitely recommend them to any friends that need a catering service in the future. Working with Lettuce Cater was easy and basically worry free. Kris, the main contact in the office is extremely responsive and quick to either answer questions or find answers. Our tastings were always great. Brian the owner and head chef was present for both questions and opinions. We struggled to find a good vegetarian option for the buffet but there were a lot of people to helped decide. I really appreciated that Lettuce Cater has an all inclusive pricing. Rather than worrying how much more I would have to pay for the little details for example passed hor deurves or wine pour, Kris made it clear that they would make it happen for us. The event ran smoothly. The staff was kind and wonderful. When there was a mishap with picking up our linens they delivered them right to our home. Nothing went wrong and it was a great event!

We had a terrible experience with Lettuce Cater.

When we first did our tasting we thought the food for the price was too good to be true, but they delivered on their promise. The food at our wedding was exactly like we tasted at our tasting. We had filet mignon for $29 a head. We had many compliments on the food. I would definitely recommend them to other brides.

We are very pleased with our overall expereince. The apps were beautiful and creative with flavor. Our dinner was hot and delicious. We had the pork shank, vegetable stack and the award winning filet. We had so many comments from our guest about the outstanding dinner. The pork shank was rediculous, never seen anything like it and we were blown away by the presentation. The sales team and chefs delivered what they promised with the help of the very professional and freindly staff. We loved working with such a great small business

Lettuce Cater Nailed It! They were really easy to work with and they can deliver want they promise. Food was over the top which over exceeded our expectations. The service staff was very freindly and accomadating to all our guest needs. I can easily say they did a perfect job from start to finish!!

Food was really tasty - someone at our wedding told us it was the best wedding food they'd ever had - so that's good. One staff member was "photo bombing" some of our pictures, which was kind of annoying, but other than that, no complaints.

Lettuce Cater treated us like royalty from day one. We found them at a wedding fair where they were cooking on the spot rather than serving premade items. Free taste testing with full size meals and lots of appetizers. They accommodated all of our requests and modifications, including making some meals gluten free. Everyone told us they loved all the food. I just wish we could have packed up the extra meals to take home with us!

My husband and I used Lettuce Cater for our wedding this past April at the Semple Mansion and they truly were great and very professional. Their tasting session was catered right to my husband and I, they let us try our whole menu and even made us each our own plates with PLENTY of food; four of us came to the tasting and left stuffed! Jules stayed in contact with us often and was very willing to make changes and guide us through the whole process. The staff even made a special entree for us and changed items to meet our needs. On the day of the wedding the service was fast, the food was hot and the presentation with garnishes was really amazing. Guests at the wedding commented on how it was the best wedding food they had ever had and the portions were more then expected. The appetizers, salad, bread and main meals were all delicious and the staff really did a great job of timing everything out and blended in to the crowd. Very friendly and understanding company. I was very nervous about the reception. It was at the hugo legion hall. The owner Brian kept assuring me everything would go smooth and he held up his end of the bargain and then some. I didn't hear one complaint the whole night, in fact there was a ton of compliments about the food and service. Overall I'd recommend Lettuce Cater to any of my friends. The experience with Lettuce Cater has exceeded my expectations.

I discoverd Lettuce Cater when I attended a wedding in the summer of 2010. My wife and I were in the process of finding a caterer for our own wedding at that time. We were so impressed with the service and taste of the food, we knew right then we would hire lettuce Cater for our wedding. When it came time for our reception, we were even more impressed. The staff and servers were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond our expectations. Even though they were short one server, it had no negitive effect on the timing of things. My favorite part about having Lettuce Cater my wedding was the first thing that Brian asked me is what kind of style of menu are you looking for. He was very open to what I wanted instead of someone who is pushy about what you need. I loved all their choices that their menu had. Their potato salad is the best. Brian also suprised us with some grilled vegetables which were all eaten with minutes. The display of food couldn't of looked better. We had more of a summer feel to our buffet, but with Lettuce Carter doing it for us it didn't look like a family potluck. I can't wait until something else exciting happens in our family to have Lettuce Cater take the best care of us again!!!!

Lettuce Cater was the first caterer and the only caterer we tried. When my husband and I and out mom's had the food tasting we knew we didnt want to try any other caterers. Everyone was so great and easy to work with. Jules walked me through everything about two weeks before my wedding and made it so easy and painless for me. The day of the wedding was nothing different. They executed everything perfectly! We are still getting compliments on the Chicken Cretin and then Filet from our guests. I have heard so many people say how amanzing the food was and I how it was the best wedding food they have had. I would recommend Lettuce Cater to anyone over and over!

Lettuce Cater did an amazing job on our wedding! Jules, the catering manager, is very quick to respond to emails and phone calls, and incredibly easy to work with. We were able to do filet for our dinner for the price that most caterers charge for chicken. Our food was excellent and we have gotten tons of compliments from our guests. My husband and I tend to be 'foodies' and we could not have been more pleased with Lettuce Cater!

Brian is an old friend of mine and I knew he was a chef but never contacted him because I knew he did expensive weddings with fancy food. I met an employee of his at the MPLS wedding fair and gave her my # on a whim and am so glad I did. We met to sample food and were very surprised at the value and quality of menu that he put together for us within our budget. We had light apps with drinks. Dinner was buffet style to save a little cost, but was awesome! People always tell you that the food was great at your wedding, but at ours you know they were sincere as they all kept going for seconds! I was almost sad I didn't get to save any leftovers!

Lettuce did a wonderful job and everybody commented on how good the food was. The staff was super friendly and easy to work with. We are extremely happy with everything and will highly recommend them to anyone!

We received more compliments that the food at our wedding was the best food anyone has ever had to date at a wedding reception. Brian and I picked a more non-traditional fare of a family-style dinner consisting of pulled pork, roasted chicken, cashew coleslaw, cheesy cornbread, and a roasted veggie platter. And, there was no shortage of accolades given for the most terrific appetizers of balsamic, mozzarella, tomato bruschetta and deep-fried mash potato bites. Lettuce Cater & Chef Christian provided an unmatched and beautifully-presented meal. And, the fact that our friends and family are a bunch of foodies, and the meal wowed us and everyone else is probably the best compliment a caterer could receive! I also appreciated Dawn, the head server, taking such good care of Brian and I during the wedding. She made sure we had appetizers at our table and all of our needs were met. The extra special attention was a nice treat. Without question, Lettuce Cater truly enhanced our wedding experience and that of our guests. There is no doubt that in looking back at our wedding today and when we do in the future, that this is most definitely a highlight of the day.

My groom and I chose Lettuce Catering because we were blown away at our tasting--the food was high-end restaurant quality! I was a little nervous because I heard a lot of brides say that many times the quality of food at the tasting is better than the reception but that was definitely not the case with Lettuce. Our reception food was as good if not better than the tasting. We had a buffet with a chicken dish and beef carved by a chef. I loved the carving station because it added a little touch of class and also made the meat so fresh. We had several guests tell us our food was the best wedding food they had ever had! We wanted ice cream served for dessert rather than cake and Lettuce was able to serve that at no additional cost. They are so accommodating! Our head server, Dawn, greeted my groom and I before the dinner and let us know we could come to her for anything throughout the night, which I really appreciated. All of the servers were friendly, helpful and efficient. Jules is phenomenal. Anytime I had questions leading up to the day, she responded promptly, which is so important for a stressed out bride trying to keep track of dozens of vendors and hundreds of details. I am just amazed at how organized she is despite all of the events they have going on! We couldn't have been more happy with everything!!

Jules was so easy to quick to work with prior to the wedding day. She was always on top of responding within minute, which was one reason I chose to go with them. Brain and his crew did such a great job with the tasting, which sold me and my husband within bites!! The wedding dinner was organized and yummy! So many people commented on the fact that it was the best wedding food they ever had!! I actually recall a guest taking a photo with the chefs as compliments to them!! Our Landmark Center wedding was perfect and Lettuce Cater made that happen!!
