Darah, Caitlin, & Sophie were absolutely amazing! They were helpful throughout the whole wedding planning process & made the day of seamless. We had absolutely no hiccups it was actually amazing. I highly recommend bring on the brides for your special day!

We chose to work with BOTB for full wedding planning and day of coordination immediately after our first phone call consultation with Darah. Darah & her team got to work planning right away and were readily available throughout the whole entire process. She helped make suggestions and really was able to capture the vibe of what we wanted. Her vendor recommendations were in our budget range and were amazing. Our wedding day could not have been more perfect. Everything was managed by her and her amazing staff to perfection. She ensured that every detail huge and tiny were perfect. She never left my side the day of my wedding even helping me get into my dress and touching up my lipstick all night. Darah and her staff were super accommodating and catered to all our many requests and needs. We truly could not have done this without her !!!! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND hiring Darah if you are looking for a memorable, wonderful worry-free wedding.

I chose to work with BOTB after my consultation call with Darah. I really connected with her on a personal level, and in comparison to other vendors I talked to, it just felt like she cared about making our day special for us! Even expecting her to be amazing after our interactions, I was still impressed on the day of. She jumps in and fills in wherever you need in that moment - is your bestie in the bathroom but you need someone to help you change right now? She's there. Do you need to boss people around but don't feel like being confrontational on your day? She's got you. Darah and Savannah also assisted our photographer the whole time while also somehow setting up all of our decor which was 100% DIY. They even laughed with us and snapped photos of us on our way out to the after-party. It's been a couple of months since our wedding and our friends and family are still talking about how wonderful they were and asked if we could hire them for more events lol we highly recommend them!

Cannot recommend BOTB more! When we hired them as our day or coordinators for our October 2023 wedding, Darah told us “things will go wrong on your wedding day, but it’s our job for you not to know and just have fun.” They definitely delivered! I’m usually a type A, need to have a pulse on everything type of person, but I actually felt like I could relax with them taking the lead and just be present to enjoy the day. They even helped us move our entire ceremony outside in less than 10 min when the endless NYC rain finally let up. Overall, our wedding ended up being beyond what we could have imagined and having Darah & team there to manage the details really meant we got to enjoy it in full. & for that we’re so grateful!

I recently had the pleasure of working with an incredible wedding planner for my special day, and I cannot recommend Darah from Bring On the Brides enough! My only regret from my wedding planning is not hiring Bring on the Brides sooner! Darah and the team were an absolute dream to work with! Since we live outside of the LI area, we added the partial planning to our day of coordination package. My husband and I were confident in Darah and her team’s ability to make sure our day was perfect. Partial Planning: We had BOTB find/hire MUA, Hair, Late night snack, florals, and transportation. Knowing that the vendors Darah recommended have been vetted by her and her team was a comfort needed during the planning process. If I had a question Darah was quick to respond and address my questions. Day Of Coordination: what really sold my husband and I on BOTB was that you would have 2 coordinators on the day of your wedding. We had been attendees at weddings with and without a DOC and you could tell the difference. Darah and Christine were my coordinators on the day of our wedding. They were nothing but a dream, from starting their day at our venue to meeting us at Old Westbury Gardens for pictures, and doing a last-minute drug store run before the ceremony I can not thank them enough. Darah and Christine were by our sides the entire day and when they weren’t they were working with our venue/vendors ensuring we had the perfect day. We owe all the magic to BOTB. We did not have any stress on our wedding day, it was absolutely perfect. Darah and Christine were on top of everything and in coordination with BYC to make it perfect. My husband and I have very busy work lives and we were unable to finalize the details till the day of our wedding. All parties were able to execute on very short notice. Our guests still rave about how well-organized and on top of everything Darah, Christine, Eric, and the Team were. We have remained in contact with Darah and cannot recommend BOTB enough!

I cannot say enough great things about BOTB! I was looking for a wedding planner and felt like everyone I talked to were too expensive and their pricing model incentivized them to just book more expensive vendors (i.e. they took a % cut from any contracts signed). The planner my venue suggested had planned hundreds of weddings there and wasn't very creative (she reused the same playbook). THEN CAME BRING ON THE BRIDES! I immediately clicked with the BOTB team from the very first call. These women are phenomenal! They have taken care of all of my vendors and finding me great options while staying within my budget. I love their style and truly felt like I was planning my wedding with friends who are also professionals in the industry. Darrah & Cait are really wonderful to work with, really flexible with adjusting to my own style/circumstance, and fun! I would highly recommend working with BOTB before they book up!

Darah I just want to say thank you so much for everything you did last night. It meant the absolute world to us. I am getting choked up even writing this message, we would be absolutely lost yesterday without you guys. I can’t thank you enough for literally embracing me hugging me, and letting me sob in your arms over the medical emergencies that took place at the wedding. Your truly such a sweetheart with the biggest heart ever and please send my love and thank you to Cait as well. She was absolutely amazing. Nick and I will never ever forget what you did for us last night and we will always always recommend you guys to everybody for BOTB. I didn't hire a wedding planner, but was strongly suggested to hire day-of coordinators to take the burden off me. I really didn't want to break the bank on this aspect either. BOTB were the first company I spoke to, and we immediately hit it off on the phone. After speaking with several other companies, I went with my gut and hired BOTB after seeing great reviews and thinking they offered a good value proposition. I felt like they were my old friends by the end of my wedding day, and I felt very at ease with their presence. They hit it off with my family too! I highly recommend their day-of services. Gabby and Darah were my Day of Coordinators, they were also my Wedding Planners and I can not thank them enough for the beautiful day they gave me. From morning until night they were on top of everything and if there was a problem I can say with no doubt that I had no idea about it. They KILLED it!!! Every moment I needed one of them it’s like they had a sixth sense and they were there in a blink of an eye and solved any problem I had or got me anything I needed. One of them was with me before the photographers showed up and was with me until I got on the bus to go to the ceremony, the other was setting up my venue. They were there the entire event making sure everything was going according to plan and we were remaining on schedule. I could not thank them enough for the beautiful stress free day they gave me. Five stars isn’t even enough because they deserve so much more ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I will never be able to thank Bring On The Brides enough!! They were simply amazing from start to finish! I had the amazing opportunity of seeing them in action at my best friends wedding 3 months before mine and I knew we made the right decision in hiring them for our day. These girls are the easiest to talk your ideas to for your dream day and always available whenever you reached out. They made a hectic day go so smoothly especially with my 5 nieces and nephews. ( we all know how kids are weddings can be) My 4 year old nephew still asks “ are we going to play with the girls in the black shirts again soon?!” They we’re on top of every detail and when we didn’t love where the photo booth was in our venue they stepped in and made sure they got the flow of the room changed in seconds to our preference! In the middle of dinner during the wedding my husband said “ these girls were the best decision you’ve made “ & that to me was a huge win since he did not have many opinions during the process. I wouldn’t consider these girls a “vendor” they make you feel like you’ve known them for years, not something you always find while planning a wedding. All I can say is if your hesitant about booking an extra expense :do not be & BOOK BOTB! It made the whole day and the moments leading up to it worth it. Thank you a million times to Gabrielle , Darah, & Paige - I couldn’t have imagined our wedding day without you !!

I hired Bring On The Brides 3 months before my wedding to assist with final planning, event design, and day of coordination and I am so happy I did! They were easy to work with, listened to my vision and helped me work through any vendor issues that arose. They were great to communicate with and were always available to chat and answer my questions. All in all, just fantastic! They made my wedding day, which had a lot of moving parts and different locations, run smoothly and without any hiccups. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better team to be with us that day. Even my parents were raving about them the next day after seeing how much they helped everyone throughout the day. If you're looking for a day of coordinators/planners, go with Bring On The Brides!

I literally cannot recommend them enough! I started having a lot of anxiety in the weeks leading up to my wedding and by the grace of god found this incredible team of attentive and easy to work with professionals who were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule. I had a 500 person wedding and they somehow managed to coordinate everything with my vendors seamlessly although I was scared I brought them on late into the process. They truly alleviated all my stress leading up to the wedding and even more so the day of. I have no idea what I would’ve done without these ladies. At the end of it all, Gabrielle, Meli, and Darah all felt like family to us. If you’re in need of coordinators/planners please look no further.

Bring On The Brides were total game changers for my wedding day! 2 months before my wedding I panicked and realized I need help for the big day, and after my first call with Gabrielle, I knew everything was going to be smooth from there on. Leading up to the wedding, Gabrielle and Darah were available for all of my questions, always checked in to see how they could help, and would just let me think out loud when trying to describe my vision. They were supportive, detail-oriented, and excited to ensure my dream wedding came to life. Darah and Jess were my day-of coordinators and from the moment they arrived, I felt calmer and instantly in trusting hands. They were prepared for everything (and more) for the day and were so personable and fun to be around! From making sure I was drinking water throughout the day, to helping me move from location to location for photos, to fixing my veil for every picture, to making sure all my stuff was safely moved to the honeymoon suite Darah and Jess were absolutely fabulous every second of the day. They were so important in helping my wedding run perfectly and allowing me to be present in all the festivities! I never thought I needed a day-of coordinator, but looking back, I could never imagine my day (or the weeks leading up to it) without the Bring On The Brides team! I could not recommend the ladies enough!

You know Bring on the Brides were exceptional with planning and coordinating our wedding when one of the first things my husband said the next morning was "Those girls were amazing I wish we had more events to hire them for!" (My Matron of Honor and Mom said the exact same thing). I know people may think of Planner/Coordinators as an "optional expense" but you spend all this money on a wedding, this small amount is what you pay to actually enjoy your day! From start to finish they were amazing. I hired them later in my planning process but they were still extremely helpful, thoughtful, and detail oriented with the final vendors I needed and getting everything ready for the big day. I felt comfortable explaining rocky family situations (which they were so kind to help keep an eye on through the day and make sure everything ran smoothly) and they even sent a bunch of pictures and boomerangs they had taken so I had some photos immediately after the wedding. When I forgot to pack an adapter for our custom neon sign, they ran to Best Buy before we even arrived at the venue to grab what we needed to make it right. That's not something a venue maitre d would have, or could have done. Gabrielle, Darah, and Paige were outstanding, I cannot thank them, or recommend them enough!

Gabrielle and Darah from Bring on the Brides MADE my wedding! I was the bride that never thought they would need any type of wedding planner- my mom and I are super organized, were proactive during the early stages of planning and felt like we were on top of everything. Nevertheless, I could not have been more wrong! I was introduced to these two angels about five months before my wedding and thankfully just in time. Before I even hired Bring on the Brides, Gabrielle and Darah were reaching out to me with suggestions and were already helping me without me even asking. This was truly telling to me because it showed me that they really cared and wanted to help. This is one of the many aspects that sets Bring on the Brides apart from other coordinators and wedding vendors- they are not in it for the money. These ladies have a passion and talent for wedding planning and it SHOWS. Another aspect that sets Bring on the Brides apart is that I not only instantly liked them but I ADORED them in the end. Let’s be honest, a lot of times we find wedding vendors very friendly at first, especially before you sign the contract and put down your deposit. Time goes on and you find that the honeymoon phase is over and your super friendly vendor has now been ghosting you for six weeks, has zero interest in the inspiration pictures you sent them or just completely drops the ball in the end. Gabrielle and Darah started out as my day of coordinators and ended up as my friends. These two ladies were with my husband and me every step of the way supporting us. Their communication was excellent and they were extremely proactive. I seriously thought they could read my mind half the time because I would no sooner reach out to them with a question to find that they already thought about the same thing and handled it. By the time it was the week of my wedding they provided me with a minute by minute timeline for the day of my wedding. On the day of my wedding Gabrielle and Darah were on their A+++++++++ game! No matter what was thrown their way, like my venue claiming 45 minutes before start time that they were missing half of the seating cards, these two were ON IT! Anything and everything my husband and I could have needed on that day they handled professionally. They helped me getting ready, posed me for pictures, took the most stunning behind the scenes pictures and all while coordinating literally everything else. Most importantly, there was not a single thing that myself, my husband, our families or our bridal party had to worry about- we seriously had the most stress free wedding day and all thanks to Bring on the Brides. Gabrielle and Darah far exceeded my expectations whether it was their enthusiasm with helping me, Darah’s expertise in assisting me with hair and makeup or Gabrielle’s connections with literally anything and everything wedding related- this team cannot be matched.  I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bring on the Brides. They made my whole wedding experience not just for me but for my family, bridesmaids and most importantly my husband. Here’s what he said: “Having Gabrielle and Darah as our day of coordinators felt like having two friends work with you on planning your dream wedding. I seriously felt that they were just as excited about our wedding as I was and it meant the world to me and my now wife in the midst of wedding chaos.”

My fiancé and I hired Gabrielle and Darah for full service wedding planning immediately after our first call with them. Their energy and ideas alone sold us. Starting with our venue search, these girls worked tirelessly to find our perfect venue within our budget. I was adamant that I wanted a rustic vibe and not a cookie cutter catering hall wedding and my god did they deliver! They found us all of our vendors, including an amazing photographer who did the most beautiful engagement shoot and a band with amazing reviews also within our budget! Not only have they been amazing running down the checklist of everything for my wedding.. they are truly like having friends. I have a very type A personality and am a bit of a control freak.. they have been amazing settling me through every anxiety attack I have. Gabrielle accompanied me to find my wedding dress and was amazing! She read my mind before I even said anything and made sure I stayed true to my vision and what I wanted. For my engagement shoot, when we couldn’t find anyone to do my makeup and hair, Darah did my makeup herself and found a friend to do my hair. I have started calling them my fairy godmothers because there is nothing these ladies can’t make happen for me.

Thank god for these ladies! From our first call i knew they were perfect to help make our special day perfect! They helped with literally every step of our planning process. Can’t recommend them enough!

The first call with Darah and Gabrielle was truly all I needed to confidently put the biggest day of my life, to date, in their hands. Their sincere passion to make all my wedding visions come to life was undeniably present right away. From months leading up to the wedding day they started putting together the most detailed itinerary that left absolutely no room for any error. This itinerary was then given to all the vendors, prior to the wedding, which assisted in facilitating everyone working together to make the magic happen! I was absolutely blown away by their ability to anticipate every question/request I had before it came out of my mouth!! I never once felt like just another bride, or this was just another wedding they were facilitating. They TRULY made me feel so special, not to mention all of my bridesmaids, mother, mother-in-law, or anyone that had any interaction with them during this journey! Their response time to any inquiry I had prior to the day of was almost instantaneous. The morning of my wedding, BOTB came to the bridal suite to reassure me everything was going perfectly as planned, and to make sure I was truly enjoying every moment with my bridesmaids getting ready! They worked simultaneously with the photographer and videographer to make sure every single picture and moment I had requested wasn’t overlooked, and upon receipt of our photos after the wedding, my husband and I were blown away with the detail we know came directly from them! On my honeymoon, my (now) husband told me that prior to the ceremony the venue set up everything wrong. In record time, Gabrielle and Darah had everything perfect before I walked down the isle! I would have never known had my husband not told me! Throughout the wedding they stayed closely communicating with the vendors and venue, so my husband, family and I didn’t have to answer one single question. It was the most wonderful stress-free day of my life! Coming from someone who is very organized, I thought I could tackle this day alone, but boy was I wrong! Until the end of the wedding night, they were behind the scenes, yet on the front lines, orchestrating the best day of my life. Their attention to detail, their hard work and professional is truly what sets them apart. I now know day of coordinators are truly not a dime a dozen. My husband and I are so beyond grateful for the company BOTB, who have now become friends. If you think you don’t need a day of coordinator, think again! In hindsight, I truly don’t know how I would have had such a storybook wedding without them!

I got engaged right after a new job and I was extremely overwhelmed with planning and just life. These girls were recommended to me through a friend and it was by far the best decision I made. The process from the beginning was rough on our end as my fiancé was being very picky about venues and Gabby and Darah came up with place after place for us to look at. In the end we decided to have our wedding at family members house in Jersey. These girls drove to the family members house and met me and some family to look over the property, which was just above and beyond in itself. Darah accompanied me on my search for my dress. After every consult with a vendor Gabby calls me to see how it went and if I choose to go with that vendor an email is immediately sent to start up a contract. Every question I have is always answered within a matter of minutes and if I ever see something that sparks my interest online they are on it to make it happen. Their knowledge of the business is absolutely outstanding and they are the perfect ground, they alway give their honest opinion and will ultimately do whatever it is you choose. But knowing someone is going to give you their honest opinion is just *chefs kiss*. These girls have just been irreplaceable during the whole planning process and have been there with our best interests at heart since day one.
