Katie Watt was my day of wedding coordinator during my wedding this past weekend over 4th of July. Yes, this woman worked on 4th of July for me AND she was pregnant. She busted her...
butt for me on the day of and I didn't have to think of anything.
Katie really made it feel like I had a bestie helping me keep my wedding going. I got updates throughout the night that were never interrupting anything I was doing, she kept my bridal party on track and even made sure the officiant signed on the right line of the wedding papers; apparently this can be an issue, and she made darn sure it wasn't.
I cannot stress enough how much Katie made my wedding day a breeze and even prior to that I had continuous, consistent and detailed communication with her. If you sign up for Britta's Brides, ask for Katie; she's the bestie that's got your back and I couldn't be happier with how my wedding day turned out.

d not have Silvia. We hired her through Britta’s Brides for day-of-coordination and it was definitely one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process. From the start, Silvia was polite, professional and kind hearted thus making us feel comfortable and confident in her capabilities. It was great to have such amazing support but also to make a new friend throughout the process!
Early on, Silvia reviewed our vendor contracts and pointed out inconsistencies, which allowed us to resolve them before it ever became an issue. At our rehearsal, Silvia led our friends and family throughout the process until we were completely ready for the wedding ceremony the following day. She answered all our questions and remained flexible to cater to our wishes and needs.
On the wedding day, she made everything come together by directing each vendor on what to do and how to do it. She made some game day decor decisions for us and her decisions were based on how we are as a couple and how she thought we would like something done. Everything looked so beautiful! During the planning process we were worried about random details and game day what ifs, but Silvia was able to handle any little fires that popped up without us even knowing! The most important thing is that we were able to fully let go and enjoy our wedding because Silvia was doing such an amazing job the minute she got there. Our friends and family complimented us throughout the evening and the few days after of how kind and awesome Silvia was. We already knew this about Silvia, but it was nice to hear that our guests were highly impressed with her as well. Even after the wedding, Silvia continued to go above and beyond and make sure we had some outstanding vendor items figured out.
Thank you so much Silvia for making our day go so perfectly! Silvia and Britta’s Brides are the absolute best and will make your day go ten times better with them by your side. We highly recommend working with Silvia and Britta’s Brides!

he very first consultation, it was clear that Britta is a true professional with an extraordinary talent for creating seamless, unforgettable events.
What impressed us the most was her ability to listen to our vision and turn it into reality. Britta was incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. She anticipated every need and ensured that no detail was overlooked, allowing us to enjoy our special day without a single worry.
The day itself was nothing short of magical. Thanks to Britta’s meticulous planning and calm demeanor, everything went off without a hitch. She handled any challenges with grace and efficiency, ensuring that the entire event flowed smoothly.
Britta’s passion for her work truly shines through in everything she does. She went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our wedding was perfect, from coordinating with vendors to managing the timeline. Her dedication and expertise made our day unforgettable.
If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator who is not only skilled and experienced but also genuinely cares about making your dreams come true, look no further than Britta. We are immensely grateful for her exceptional service and highly recommend her to any couple looking to make their wedding day truly special.
Thank you, Britta, for making our wedding day an absolute dream come true!
This is sort of a late review since my husband and I have been married since July but I really want to leave a review for Britta.

h since the beginning (granted we had to move our wedding date due to personal reasons but she had been so understanding).
She was available to answer all questions I had throughout the planning process and was a great resource for all wedding elements.
On the wedding day, she made sure that I was okay, checking in on me from time to time which I truly appreciate. She always reminded me to enjoy the day and just relax. She provided so much support, guidance and direction to help make our day go seamlessly. I highly recommend her!!!

so as a coordinator. Her communication and responsiveness is superb. I was already very impressed with Brittney leading up to the wedding and after the wedding day, I now can’t even put into words how wonderful and hard working she is. Brittney went above and beyond and worked SO hard, and did everything with such kindness and grace. I hope you use Britta’s Brides for coordination and ask for Brittney!!!
I work in the industry and was smitten with Britta's professionalism, work ethic, and fun attitude long before I became a bride and hired her myself! She handled shifting timelines...
, the mountain of decor I gave her, and guest needs with aplomb and managed to be both a hype woman and a calming force for both my husband and I. Family members loved her, too. She also helped me manage vendors and final details in the weeks running up to the wedding, which was such a relief when my "I can do it all" personality met its match in "There are only so many hours in a day". Can't wait to see her again when I'm back on the BTS side of the wedding industry! Photo Credit: TMInspired Photography
We booked Britta through an all inclusive package at her venue Jackson Manor Events and I seriously cannot imagine out wedding day without Britta and her team. As an anxious bride ...
I didn't have to worry about anything, they took care of so much communication and so many little details. Day of we had appetizers waiting for us after the ceremony, dinner and drinks ready at our sweetheart table, and I didn't need to worry about flow at all. Communication was excellent and she was so great at making sure I felt good about every detail. SO thankful for Britta and her team, we couldnt have done it without them!
My wife & I worked with Britta as our day of coordinator, and she was absolutely, without a doubt, the MVP of our wedding. Before the wedding, we were able to ask her questions abo...
ut timelines & general wedding etiquette, and she did a walkthrough of our venue with us the month before to make sure we had everything ironed out. In the week leading up to the wedding, she verified everything with our vendors & made sure everyone was on the same page. The day of the wedding, she was the coolest & calmest presence you could hope for -- all while putting out a million fires that we never had to hear about. When she did need our instruction or approval for something, her questions never felt invasive or stressful. She was somehow on top of everything going on for all the different aspects of the day, without breaking a sweat. We felt so stress-free knowing that if anything came up, Britta could handle it. She also came prepared with an emergency kit, which came in handy for some of our guests with wardrobe malfunctions! Britta was so obviously fantastic at her job that several of our family members commented during the day & afterwards about how great she was, and how they wished they'd had her for their weddings. If you're looking for a day of coordinator, there's truly no one better than Britta!

ted to go a bit sideways she was out ahead of it and was sending my wife and I back-up options before we had even processed what was going on.
She's an industry pro who can prepare you on what to expect, and advise you on anything wedding related you need. On the day of, she was there early making sure all our vendors had everything they needed to execute, and if a vendor was missing something or something wasn't up to her standards she took care of it without my bride or me even being aware. Can't thank Britta enough for her work the day of, but more than that she was an absolute rock for us the weeks leading up. I would hire Britta again in a heartbeat - thank you so much for making our day so special!

so organized and makes sure everything runs smoothly throughout the whole wedding. I never once had to worry about times or where people should be. She handled it all. It took so much stress off of me as a bride.
Britta is also so friendly and professional. She’s got a great energy about her and so easy to work with. I would recommend her to anyone!

y advice. We had a rehearsal gathering rather than having an actual rehearsal at the venue, and Britta helped my bridal party feel comfortable for the next day by practicing right there in the restaurant. My dad approved of her immediately (after saying that a day-of was not necessary, which is a HUGE compliment and a testament to her work). On the day-of, if anything did go wrong, I still don't know about it as she took care of everything. I would absolutely recommend Britta!

bility, and easy going attitude are what make her an exceptional day of coordinator. She is the reason that we were able to remain present and stress free while celebrating with all of our friends and family on our wedding day. To say that Britta went above and beyond on our wedding day is an understatement. Not only did Britta personally setup/takedown our entire ceremony & reception, but she remained poised with the constant changes made to the timeline, ensured we stayed on schedule, adapted to the constant weather changes, managed all unforeseen issues and behind the scenes details, sacrificed her body in a crowd of extreme sparklers so that we could have the best grand exit, participated in a pre-ceremony dance session with the bridal party, wrangled five energetic ring bearers and one shy flower girl down the aisle, and even sewed a friend/wedding guest's dress that tore! Words cannot describe how thankful we are to have had Britta as our day of coordinator, she truly became our friend and definitely made our day extra special! Our day would not have been as memorable and carefree with out her. Thank you so much Britta!

stions the week of the wedding and she answered each and every one of them literally minutes after I sent them. She handled all the last minute changes to our ceremony and the little bit of drama we had and was the first one to get there and the last one to leave. Set up and clean up was done in less than thirty minutes and everything was beautiful and how I wanted it to be. She even danced with us at the end of the night. Every single guest, wedding party and family member LOVED her. Did I mention she did all this only three months after giving birth? Not only that, but when her daughter was born she was still checking in with me. She’s absolutely amazing at her job and clearly loves what she does. My husband and I both agree hiring her was the best investment for our wedding day. Thank you for everything, Britta. 💗

I met with Britta a few times to go over the details for my wedding. She took the details I gave her and ran with them. She and my bridal party set up the whole hall in less than 15 minutes, and she did a ton of the clean up herself! She was always kind, friendly, and on top of things. We got so many compliments on our event, and they were all thanks to her.
Britta went above and beyond for my wedding and I am so impressed with her. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone getting married in the area!
I promise you this, you will not regret having Britta take care of your wedding. My husband and I would be completely lost without her. She is knowledgeable about everything from A...

I would highly and with the most confidence recommend Britta to anyone getting married.

our vendors to make our day run smoothly… seriously, there was never any crazy/wonky moment during the entire day. We never felt stressed on our wedding day, that was largely due to Britta’s calming and confident demeanor and the fact that she was always on top of everything. A million thanks, Britta!

From the start Britta was helpful and accommodating. She offered to meet us around working hours and always willing to share her insight on any planning questions we had. The day-of coordination is where Britta really shines. I was blown away by her organization and attentiveness. Everything went so smoothly and I barely even knew she and her assistant were there (which means they did their work flawlessly). I would absolutely recommend Britta and her team for your wedding planning needs and would be happy to be a reference.

It was fun and amazing to have her and I don't know how this all wedding could have been so wonderful without her. Britta goes above and beyond and made our wedding day that much more PERFECT. She was a wonderful coordinator, but I recommend her as your full wedding planner. She by far surpasses her value! Thank you Britta, you are truly a wedding angel!
