Wow!! I hired Broward Catering to cater my wedding reception, and when I tell you everybody at my wedding was still talking about how good the food was the next day!! My husband is the biggest critic of everything and he said it was the best food he had ever had at a wedding. I was a nervous wreck and my stomach was in knots so I couldn’t eat but I did taste the salmon and it was phenomenal! Better than my salmon and I can cook! Elvis was the ultimate professional, he was over staffed so that it wasn’t a long time for them to plate and serve the entire party of 80 ppl. He kept checking on me asking if I wanted anything else. He was amazing!!! Don’t hesitate to hire Broward catering. Any other party we throw will be catered by Broward Catering without question.

Elvis adds a whole new meaning to the word “cater”. The Bible says his Lordship will be expressed in the way we serve others. Elvis served my family and I exceptionally well from start to finish. When we began our search for a caterer for our baby shower, broward catering stood out to us amongst the many to choose from, the plating, the presentation and not to mention the way the food looked! As soon as we posted an inquiry to the website, Elvis contacted us immediately and took the time to understand exactly what it was that we were looking for. He then offered my husband and I a food tasting! I’ve never, ever experienced a food tasting provided from a potential caterer. The day before the tasting I informed him that we’d be bringing an extra guest (my mother in law, who is pure Hatian and very skilled in Hatian cuisine) so I let him know that he’d be up for a great test, and without hesitation he humbly said “I accept the challenge” lol. Once we showed up to the tasting, we were shocked to see that it was no ordinary food tasting, Elvis had it laid out for us as if we entered a wedding reception! Once we got settled in and our food was served we had order the chicken creole with Hatian macaroni and diri djon djon , he looked over at my mother and noticed her plate was EMPTY! Lol as well as mine and my husband which was the ultimate stamp of approval. From there we knew he was our option! Not to mention his love for God which made it a no brainer. Now on the days leading up to our shower Elvis called and checked in on us to be sure we were all set and that was very comforting. He even served us appetizers that we didn’t even order, he did it out of the kindness of his own heart. When our guest were served Broward catering made a grand display and entrance that everyone couldn’t help but pay attention to and were in awe at the presentation. None the less the food was a BIG hit and it’s still being talked about until this day lol! I’m so happy we went with broward catering the experience was like no other and the food was mouth watering. Thank you Broward Catering so much for making my wedding extra amazing with the great service and most fastest service ever. Let’s just say my entire party loved the food and wanted seconds. Elivis has been my point of contact since when I first reach out inquiring prices. His customer service is just so ordinary. Everything about the food was just amazing authentic Haitian food like grandma made it. Broward catering I will be hiring you guys for the 10 year vow renewal and everything else. Food was good but customer service was not. Booked with broward catering a year before my wedding and was having issues reaching Elvis as that date got closer . Business is obviously getting too big for just him to handle. Salmon that I got on the wedding day was different than what I requested or tasted at the tasting. Did not like that he came to the wedding dresses casually in adidas pants. Needs to provide clients with an actual contract and not just an invoice

From the first time we sat and met up with Elvis it was love at first sight. We love his professionalism and patience. He was given an assignment and both him & his team executed it. Planning my wedding I had no hesitation to book Broward Catering ! I actually booked him even before my tasting because The customer service and the communication I received from day 1 was amazing all the reviews and good testimonies from all his clients JUST couldn't be wrong !!! AND when I actually got to taste the food I was blown away instantly and new all my guest would leave empty plates and that's exactly what happened. I've been to so many events with OTHER CATERING COMPANIES and heard everyone talking about how the food didn't meet expectations but that was def. not my guest case.. The food tasted great and everyone complimented us on it and the bartenders were super professional and worked well. Elvis the owner was very helpful and really cares about his clients. I would say overall I recommend this company they are the real deal. BTW, the salmon with the sweet thai chilli was fire and so was the chicken marsala, everyone loved the mashed potatoes too.

Elvis and his staff were a perfect choice for our small backyard wedding. It’s been a month and our family is still talking about the wonderful food and service. The kids loved the appetizers and kept saying it was amazing. Extra care was taken of our pescatarian family member, which was very much appreciated. We chose to also have Elvis provide us with a bar tender and we were glad we did. They took great care of us and remembered what our guests were drinking before they got to the bar. The staff arrived right on time and started prepping and they worked well together. Elvis read the energy of our family and broke the ice and set the tone for a perfect evening. Best decision we made!

We were so glad that we decided to go with Broward Catering to cater our wedding.. It was only a few months until the wedding and they were recommended by a friend who was a guest at one of their catering events. We contacted them and spoke with Elvis who was very helpful at such a stressful time. We went with the salmon/chicken...the food was great. Our guests raved about the salmon and the rest of our chosen meal. Elvis Jr. was great has the bride/grooms personal server...and the customer service of the rest of the team was awesome and professional. I would definitely recommend Broward Catering for any event.

Broward Catherers was a choice out of multiple vendors to cater my wedding. The decision to choose them was the best ever!!!! Broward Catherer the food was DELICIOUS ! From the taste to the presentation. Guests wanting to compliment the chef for the tasty and flavorful food. Broward Catherers showing up on time and having enough staff to expedite the meal to each guest timely from the hors d’ oeuvre to the main course. The professional was outstanding. You all delivered exactly to my expectations. Definitely will hire you again.

I’ve always wanted a destination wedding. I felt it when I was in Florida, feet in the cool sand to the hot sunny weather. The breeze was just enough to satisfy. So my wedding planning began with The Knot. I actually used the book Version for a Wedding I planned for my grandfather and grandmother to renew their vows. I downloaded the app and began exploring when I came across Broward Catering. Who then became my caterer! My message: First contact Oct 2019 Good Evening, We are still looking for a caterer for a wedding in Hugh Taylor Birch State Park. We would like catering October 8th 2020 on the beach. Guest count is at 25 and would like a brunch style meal. Chicken and waffles, stuffed French toast, buttermilk pancakes are ideas I am looking for. Is this something that you accommodate? It is a 9am wedding so I’m trying to do something brunch style. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks Danielle Go forward 2020 Covid happened-cancelled date-date change-guest count increase. Let me tell “you” the bride who is worried about all this change,do not worry, Elvis stayed with me for over a year with all this change and still delivered his portion of that email. And beyond. My husband wanted warm crisp chicken and waffles with premium syrup. Elvis had a generator, on the beach with waffle irons going. My wanted Stuffed French Toast. Delivered and amazing! Elvis and his crew were dressed to the T. Mind you Florida in October is beautiful but we were blessed with the most beautiful sunny hot day. Since we wanted a quaint wedding on the beach and the reception to follow same location; we chose 930am With brunch. His team was there setting up as early 6am but had to be up at 3am to prepare the food. Their spirits and service was impeccable. Our pictures turned out beautiful, of course on the beach but because they kept it neat and tidy through brunch. He also made it a point to find our parents and have them well catered to. Perfect right?! Elvis introduced himself to my husband and I well dressed and professional but with the all mighty “ chicken and waffles.” My husbands request. He fell in love with the flavor. He has yet to mimic these waffles. And he has tried many times. We were seated so kindly with our full plates of every item we had for our guests. Ok again on the beach, amazing company and incredible food. I’m trying to have you envision yourself sitting, staring at the ocean while you are so satisfied with your choice in food and never did a taste testing. I relied on reviews and the way he communicated with me through email,text and phone calls. I live in IL so I needed that. I can’t jump on a plane and do such a thing. I tell you this because I was once here, reading reviews. I hope this helps someone. I trusted him with forty out-of-towners and all were quite satisfied. He was all the rave at the after party. Elvis was amazing! From the day I met him, he became part of our family. He is very personable and professional. He made sure that I got everything I wanted, from the passed hors d’oeuvres, 2 menu options, and even a late night snack of wings and fries. The food was amazing!! Everything went was delicious and my guests were happy. I couldn't have asked for a better caterer. I hope that this isn't the last time we work together. I would definitely hire him again for other events.

Broward Catering was such an awesome vendor! My husband and I used Broward Catering for not only catering, but for a whole package! Elvis the owner provided awesome food, beautiful decorations and a top notch photographer/videographer. This man has the hook up and we couldn't of had our big day without his help. Saying that the food was wonderful is an understatement. From the moment that my husband and I met Elvis, we felt comfortable, we just KNEW he would deliver! We booked immediately after the tasting, and this was the first tasting we had. Elvis not only answered my 10000 calls, but he provided quick and efficient solutions to every concern I had. On our wedding day, our guests could not stop ranting and raving about the food! (I highly recommend the salmon). The wait staff were professional, nice, and attentive. Elvis and Broward Catering were an absolute pleasure to work with! I'll start off by saying that I postponed my wedding 3 times due to covid. Elvis worked with me with every single change, he was very understanding and accommodating. He checked in with me often and always seemed excited about my wedding. He made us feel special even though he has plenty of other weddings going on. Aside from the great customer service the food was absolutely delicious!!! our guests enjoyed it very much and even the pickiest eaters could not resist Broward Catering's delicious food. Elvis & his staff are absolutely amazing!!! Let me start by saying that I have been trying to book BC since 2018 and didn’t book him till 2020. My wedding ended up being in 2021. Every time I called and spoke to Elvis , He NEVER treated me like someone who was wasting his time. He was patient, understanding, and he worked with me and my family! He literally became family and it reflected at the event! The ultimate caterer! He took the catering experience to another level. The food was amazing! My dad and mother LOVE cooking and are serious about food and they had nothing bad to say about the food or presentation. His hosting capabilities are also top notch and add the final touches to your event. I will forever book this company and refer them because from the beginning to the end Elvis & his team did not lead us wrong. My family and friends are still talking about the food and his hosting abilities and how much fun they had and I owe that to Broward Catering!!!!! :)

Elvis and his team did an amazing job!!!! I couldn’t be more grateful and thankful for everything he did for me and my wife. The food we asked for was delicious!!! Chicken falling off the bone and so soft and the salmon juicy and well seasoned, the mash potato soft as a cloud and the rice was amazing!!! Elvis with his team in Broward Catering blew our minds!!! The guest loved the food also not just the Groom and wife haha.

Hands down Broward Catering is the best catering company in South Florida! From day 1, Elvis was explemfied the pure essence of professionalism and was so very informative. Often times when you call a business you do not get an answer and left hanging in limbo for two and three days before someone gets back to you. Not with Broward Catering. Elvis contacted me the same day to find out my needs. We set up an appointment for a tasting and everything was smooth sailing. The food was phenomenal from tasting to wedding day! Elvis truly cares about his brand and customers and always puts 100% in so you are left satisfied beyond your expectations.

I had a pandemic wedding all thanks to Elvis from Broward Catering! The food was delicious and presentation was impressive. I hired Broward Catering to only cater my wedding, but Elvis went above and beyond and took over as my day of coordinator, Venue liaison, a saving grace, caterer, psychologist, and more for our wedding (my intended day of coordinator was a mess so Elvis picked up where she fell Short) all done seamlessly and diligently. Just a head up Elvis is a chatty patty (as well as myself), extremely passionate and funny all which was great for me and made my experience entertaining and memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, I think he should incorporate doggie bags for the bride and groom (If it is implemented all future bride’s and groom‘s will have me to thank for that). Broward Catering were exceptional, professional, punctual, and ran like a well oiled machine. The staff had personality and loved their job by their smiles and rapport that they obviously had. To say the least my experience was literally the best ever, and did I say the food was delicious! I believe you can use Broward Catering as a one stop shop for any event.

Broward Catering is top of the line! The service provided for my wedding was outstanding! I had over 260 guests with two entrees and the food was served on time and was delicious for both the cocktail and reception. The staff is friendly and served all the needs of my guests. Elvis, is amazing to work with and very professional and surpassed all of my expectations for my big day. I just knew from my sister's wedding, which they also catered, that Broward Catering would be the right choice! Their menu caters to all cultures and even until now my guests are talking about how delicious the food was! 2 weeks ago We just want to take the time out to give a review on the service that was provided to us, guests, and vendors. The food was ahhhmazing. We received soooooooo many compliments on the food. We had steak, salmon and black rice. One guest commented that the steak was seasoned to the Gods, she said the rice was well seasoned and she doesn't eat rice but it was good. Our wedding was perfect and we had a blast . Usually when you attend a wedding and you have dietary restrictions there is an expectation that you're just going to get some random veggies and a starch thrown together, and you get to call it a day! At the Parks wedding in October, I had an amazing vegan plate from Broward Catering. The flavor was superb, the taste was incredibly memorable, and I think its important to mention that it was flavorful and some of the best pasta that I'd ever had! If you are in the business of looking for a caterer in the South Florida area that will appeal to all palates and tastes, then look no further than Broward Catering. I am so glad that my friends were cognizant of the fact that vegan and vegetarian people want to eat good at celebratory events such as wedding and parties just like everyone else! Kudos B.C. Broward catering catered our wedding and not only was I impressed with the food but the service was IMPECCABLE. Everything was so smooth and the food was warm, moist and delicious. They had the best vegetables I have ever tasted. My mother told me that it was the first time she has ever been to a wedding where the salmon was warm and moist and none of it would have been possible without elvis and his entire crew. We are extremely greatful for the experience and we will never cater with anyone else!
