To start, we had so much fun during our food tasting a few months before the big day; they made it super special and something to remember through the hecticness of wedding planning, it was a fun little date night for the two of us. The day of I didn’t have to worry at all! Susan and her team helped set up the venue including my extensive seating chart for 165 guests. I must admit I am a bit of a control freak, so it was very hard for me to give my trust over to another to make the images in my head come to life. They exceeded my expectations! Everything was absolutely beautiful and perfect! In addition to the set-up, the food was AMAZING! We did chicken and beef with salad, veggies, and layered potatoes. We are still getting compliments on the food and decor even months later! The Bruce Brown Catering team were professional and helped the planning go off with such ease, thank you Susan, Bruce, and team!!

henomenal woman. She wears many hats and wears them well. Consistently, I had follow ups and questions and confirmations sent my way so I was always up to date. If there were changes I wanted to be made she would go great lengths and call every vendor in the area to find the item. She honestly is a remarkable person who also gave great advice along the way about the do’s and don’t’s but was never, ever pushy! Everything happened on time during the wedding and what a relief that is- thanks to, again, Susan for playing Wedding Coordinator and ensuring things are going accordingly to your itinerary. Just wow! Lastly and probably most importantly- the food. I come from a family that is very snobby about food and quality. I am STILL hearing about how good the food was and I got married one month ago- it is such a honor for the bride and groom to receive these compliments. The foods we chose were as follows: 1. Appetizers- Lamb chops, Jumbo Shrimp, and Bacon Wrapped Cheese Stuffed Dates. I’m not even describing the flavors that were added to these items bc it’s extensive (which just adds an elegance overall) 2. Dinner- Cranberry walnut salad, chicken breast w a cream rosemary sauce, Cabernet braised beef short ribs, seasonal roasted vegetables, and my favorite- Gorgonzola Gnocchi. If you’re considering a vendor for literally anything, you MUST hire them. Sweet owners, fairly priced, and amazing quality food. Great job Bruce Brown- can’t wait to work with you again in the future.
