Buck Wild Brewing is a historic wedding venue located in Oakland, California. Dating from the mid-1940s, this former warehouse has recently been refurbished to create a chic and sophisticated event venue. The on-site brewery produces a range of freshly brewed gluten-free beers that are sure to be a hit with guests.
Facilities and Capacity
Couples who select Buck Wild Brewing for their wedding can choose from several event spaces. Collectively, gatherings of up to 175 guests (not all seated) can be held across the various rooms/outside patio at the brewery. The Taproom is a modern and comfortable space with room for up to 80 guests, seating capacity up to 60 guests. Featuring a barreled wooden ceiling and contemporary furnishings, this room has an industrial-chic vibe that guests will love. The space also features a small dance floor which is perfect for dancing the night away with loved ones. For groups of up to 50 guests, the Lounge and Boardroom are ideal for intimate gatherings and can seat up to 20 in the Lounge (not all together) and up to 24 in Boardroom. Rustic concrete walls and plush couches create a cozy atmosphere suitable for rehearsal dinners and day-after brunches. If the weather permits, to-be-weds can use the Outside Patio for dining al fresco or socializing beneath the stars.
Services Offered
Buck Wild Brewing offers a variety of wedding packages and services. Couples can choose a Full Buyout option if they are having a large wedding and wish to rent all of the brewery's event spaces. Alternatively, the Lounge-Boardroom package is available for micro weddings and small events of 50 people or less. The staff can provide all the essentials for the reception, including tables, chairs, flatware, and glassware. They will be happy to set up the event space and clean up at the end of the night. The venue also provides wheelchair-accessible facilities, wireless internet, and free on-street parking.
Cuisine
Buck Wild Brewing partners with catering company Kitava to provide mouthwatering food for the wedding banquet. The culinary team specializes in preparing delicious gluten-free dishes full of flavor and wholesome ingredients. Guests can look forward to sampling tasty hors d' oeuvres and family-style meals. A range of craft beers and wine is available at the bar to accompany the food.
