Butler Rents was super easy to work with and very accommodating when we needed to switch from round to rectangular tables just a few weeks before our wedding. The only downside was that their delivery and pickup fees are pretty hefty if you need to schedule it for an exact time, weekend, or after hours. I totally understand why, but just be aware if your venue doesn't allow for the rentals to be dropped off early or stored after your event.

Set up and take down of the events was quick and efficient. Prices were good compared to other vendors!

Our linens were beautiful. We had a burlap tablecloth and it just looked amazing with everything. We had a maroon cloth for our cocktail tables and they looked beautiful. I would highly recommend for their many styles and choices that are available.

I cannot say enough great things about this company! They were so so helpful and worked with me during my many changes. Our wedding was up in the mountains and they were super flexible with delivery and really made the whole process completely stress free. We rented chairs, chair pads, and table linens from them. Everything was beautiful and as ordered. Also their pricing is much more fair than many of the vendors, especially in the mountains. The linens we went with were under $10 a tablecloth, the same exact linen from a vendor in the mountains was $19 a tablecloth. I was impressed by their customer service, products, and pricing. I would recommend them to anyone for any event!

The color of linens they call "Hot Pink" isn't hot pink by any stretch of the imagination!! It's a very light pink! Because of their lack of attention to detail, the linens at my wedding were all wrong!! They haven't taken ownership or responded to my complaint yet. Poor customer service!!

Barbara was great! She helped us pick the appropriate items and make adjustments as our event evolved. Drop off and pick up went seamlessly.

they have everything

We rented champagne flutes and napkins and everything went smoothly: pick up, return, paperwork, everything was super easy no long waits, no wasted time. Great to work with!

The tent we rented was amazing and perfect! They came and measured beforehand had great ideas and suggestions and were a breeze to deal with.

They were very punctual. The tent was perfect and everything was exactly how they described it. And they were easy to comunicate with.

We just used Butler for a pick-up of chairs and sashes but the process was very easy and we ere pleased.

Couldn't be happier with Butler. They delivered all the way out to Franktown, Colorado, maybe 50 miles, dropped off the day before and picked up the following Monday with out an additional charge for the extra days. Nice white chairs, tables, linens for our October outdoor wedding.

Butler Rents was really great in this whole process. We were doing our wedding on a tight budget, but we had to furnish the ceremony and reception completely. After shopping around A LOT, we finally decided Butler Rents had the best price for the best quality/quantity. My only qualm with them was the after-hours pick-up fee. I think most events using rentals happen outside the business hours of 9-5, so it was frustrating that an extra $180 is charged if you need your rental delivered or picked up outside of that time frame. I did notice that every company does it, so it's not something unique to Butler Rents, but it is kind of cheap in my opinion. However, they let you drop it back off yourself in the next two business days for free (which we ended up doing with a friend's work truck). While it meant more work for us, it was nice of them to offer an alternative! If I ever throw an event that needs rentals, I will definitely go back to them! I should add, however, that all we rented from them were tables, chairs, and tablecloths. I'm not sure how their dishes and serving items are!

I walked into Butler Rents after visiting their website. Already knew what I needed to rent. (Website was helpful). I was greeted and helping within a minute of walking into the building. A week later, I returned to make changes and make final payment. No problem- I was in and out within 5 minutes. Butlers Rental Company called me the weekend before my wedding and confirmed rental equipment and time frame. On the day of the wedding the rental truck arrived on time. Exactly, at 8am and pick-up exactly 8pm.

So easy to work with

I was really happy with butler rents at the beginning, however, they ended up delivering our original order, not our final one, and charged us for triple what we should have paid. we're still working it out with them three weeks later.

We only rented chairs from them but they were great quality and were delivered on time.

They made it so easy and stress free. The called me a few day before and made sure the qty of chairs and day of delivered them and the monday after picked them up. You don't even have to be home to have them picked up!

My caterer arranged everything with Butler rents, but the must have been timely; and even though I rented very simple items, everything was beautiful. Simple and lovely.

Butler Rents was awesome!! Their linens, dishes, and silverware were perfect! They took the time to set up a table for me to demonstrate excactly what my tables would look like. They worked closely with my caterers to coordinate every aspect of the day! I couldn't have been happier with Butler Rents!

We were so pleased with the vivid colors and the quality of the tableclothes we rented from Butler. They set a beautiful background for our special day. They provided bags to return them in which made clean up easy.
