This company stole $500 from us! Do not use them!!!!! I put a hold on for a date and canceled before they even sent me the contract and they refused to refund, or exchange for another service. I NEVER EVEN SIGNED A CONTRACT! But they said giving them my credit card was good enough of a contract. They avoided my calls and played so many games. I can't believe these people are in business! HORRIBLE PEOPLE, THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!

Very poor experience with BVIP. We sent multiple emails and spoke multiple times with BVIP about directions to our venue (at least 6 separate times), and they still got lost and made many of our wedding guests late, delaying our wedding. HORRIBLE customer service when we tried to discuss a resolution.
There was a detour due to construction in the area, and directions to the venue are a bit confusing. I not only warned them of this well in advance MULTIPLE times and told them they must verify the route in advance, but I even drove down there myself several times to verify directions. I was assured it would not be a problem and they would let the driver know. Several of our guests even spoke to the driver as they were getting on the bus to make sure they were aware. The driver did say they knew about the construction but clearly did not check the route. They drove straight to the closed road anyway, couldn’t reroute due to lack of cell reception (another thing I had warned about), and got lost. They finally arrived 30 minutes late, delaying our ceremony and ultimately throwing off our entire schedule. This is something I was very worried about happening. I hoped they would have double checked the route and made absolutely sure they had it correct (just like I did and never had any issues getting there) after we warned them so many times, which is deserved after spending over a grand for their services. They didn’t put in that effort to prepare in advance.
Since I am currently out of the country I couldn’t call to discuss my concerns, so I had some family members call them for me. They were incredibly rude and argued, told them it has already been a week since the wedding so they do not care anymore, and hung up on them. I could not believe they talked to my family that way.
Do not use BVIP.

Got lost and dozens of guests were late after repeated communication about the route and venue. Extremely stressful for the bride and nervewracking for the guests. AWFUL customer service, they were terribly rude after we expressed our concerns the following week. Would absolutely not recommend.
This company is from the Medina area, our wedding was in the Medina area. It would be obvious that they would prepare accordingly for the construction on route 18. (this construction was not new). They DID NOT. Our wedding started over an hour late and many events were missed because of this. Very poor planning, very poor communication and "don't worry we will help plan your special day" was not at all reassuring.
The bus was prompt, the driver was kind, and the bus accommodated our party perfectly! Definitely would recommend this company, as they were easy to communicate with, and were happy to make some last minute changes to the itinerary!

BVIP did an awesome job! They were punctual, friendly and extremely accommodating! They provided both a party bus and shuttle for guests for our wedding. They came stocked with ice and champagne! Couldn’t ask for a better transportation vendor!

BVIP was so professional and timely. Easy to work with and very accommodating. They were flexible with our unique agenda and arrived on time without any complaints from anyone. I did not have to put in much work to make sure that the shuttle was appropriately bringing guests from the hotel to the venue. They did everything on auto-pilot without needing much direction. I did not have to hear a word from them and things just happened according to schedule- I would say that is a great success!
I was so happy with the service we got from BVIP Limousine Service for our wedding! Our driver was Greg and he was very professional and was ahead of schedule. The limo was very clean and the drive was very smooth! I would recommend them to anyone looking for transportation needs for their wedding!
I am so happy with the service we got from BVIP for our wedding! We had to reschedule our original date of April 25th to August 14th. They were very accommodating and helped us switch everything over. The driver showed up on time, if not even before schedule! He was completely fine with driving us around for a while after taking pictures just so we could stay in the bus longer. The whole service we received was completely stress free and I would recommend them to anyone!
BVIP Limo has fallen well short of expectations. Due to the unforeseen and terrible circumstance of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ohio Governor ordered a stay at home order – effectively cancelling an event we had planned for my good friend in April.
After emailing BVIP they said they would get back to us with options. 2 weeks later their response came back…” we are allowing you to cancel and re-use any money for a future service by 10/1/2020”. As everyone can imagine, rescheduling an event for 18 individuals, most of whom are out of state, is impossible especially as the uncertainty of COVID-19 lingers.
The most troubling part of BVIP’s decision to keep our deposit was the following phrase “we are all in this together”. This comment is preposterous and is a slap in the face to businesses around Ohio that are doing the right thing. We paid money for a service that could not be rendered with a lousy 6 months to reschedule.
After pleading with BVIP for a change of heart, they have not answered multiple emails.
Please consider your transportation company carefully. BVIP throughout the process has been mute on communication and shown no empathy for any circumstances. If this situation tells us anything it’s that BVIP puts their business ahead of their customers. When the times get tough, they won’t answer you but remember - we are all in this together.
BVIP Limo's service helped round out our guest experience for our wedding! Our guests loved being picked up from their hotel and shuttled to our venue & back. We didn't have to worry about our guests driving under the influence and our guests' safety was really important to us! BVIP provided the exact right amount of shuttle hours needed, were very accommodating, professional & friendly. All of our guests were very happy with the shuttle buses - especially since they had a 25 minute ride! I would recommend BVIP to any bride who is looking for a reasonably priced shuttle service to make their remote venue work!
They helped make our day run smoothly and were so nice! The planning process was super easy with them too. We had a rain plan and a no rain plan and we made a decision day of and they were very flexible which was great to know! Our driver was wonderful and so nice. SO happy we chose them for our wedding day!
I hired BVIP for my transportation on the day of my wedding. They showed up early and our driver was amazing! The downfall was they contracted another bus company and gave me a smaller bus then what I ordered. That would have been okay if there was compensation and if I would have been contacted prior to my wedding day. Neither of these happened. They proceeded to tell me this bus was “newer” and “nicer” than the one I would have received from them, so it was an “even” trade. It ended up working out. It was definitely tighter than I planned and gave unneeded stress that day.
The Limo Bus was on time and the driver was so nice. He offered to take us to so many different places to get pictures done. The bus itself was clean and comfortable. We hooked up our phones so we could listen to music, and the driver changed the temperature if we needed it. Overall, I would use this company again in a heartbeat!

We used BVIP for our bridal party bus and guest shuttle and were pleased with both. The drivers were friendly to all guests and really helped to make it a memorable and amazing day! The buses were clean and perfect for the event.
We used them for my sister's wedding, and also for ours. A bit pricier than I wanted, but a great experience. We rented a party bus, and they provided napkins and glasses (which was nice to know). The one thing I wish we would have known was that our party busy did not have low handle bars or poles to hold on to. We were hoping to dance on our bus between our photos and reception, but mainly had to sit down (which I guess is safer, ha) as the handles were too tall for many of the groomsmen/guests to grab while standing up.
I used BVIP for my 21st birthday and for my wedding. When the wedding date gets closer they have you fill out an itinerary so everyone is on the same page about times and locations. The driver arrived early and was very friendly. We made a pit stop for more alcohol and he was totally fine with it. They provide Complimentary Champagne, Glasses, Napkins, Bottled Water and Ice.
Our limo driver was 15 minutes early to pick us so that we were able to leave promptly at the scheduled time. He texted me up on arrival and then called 5 minutes before, which was extremely helpful so that I could get the bridal party rounded up to head down. The limo itself was awesome and we were able to Bluetooth connect our phones and play music. He was kind and helpful as we got in and out of the limo and he was prompt upon departure. We had a great time with BVIP and the off season pricing of the limo was affordable. Our limo also fit us all comfortably (16 people) and we had the Lincoln Navigator Stretch.
The front office service was great from day one. They really responded well to all our inquires as soon as possible. The overall experience on the bus was favorable and the bus itself was amazing with every possible amenity. The only disappointment would be with the driver. He was nice and courteous, but the driving left something to be desired. We were tossed another a few times by real hard stops and turns. Again nice service and courteous staff and would still use in the future.
I couldn’t be happier with my choice to use BVIP! They were super accommodating and helped our day go as smooth as possible. Highly recommend!!
Absolutely horrible. They didn't arrive at the correct time to pick up guests from the hotel - which resulted in guests having to uber and our ceremony to start 25 minutes late. They were contracted from 10:00pm - midnight (reception ending at 11pm) and at 10:45 the driver was cursing at my bridal party, walked into my reception and pulled me (the bride!) mid-conversation away from a wedding guest to tell me that I had to hurry up.
This company has been nothing but a headache ever since! They REFUSE to speak to me on the phone, they have not apologized once or offered any type of compensation. They attached me on social media for leaving an honest review. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
I HIGHLY do not recommend this company.
Amazing service from start to finish! Katie was great and quick to respond during our planning process. Ken U. was our driver and he could not have been more accommodating! He kept checking on us to make sure that we did not need anything and he made a point to stop for new ice on his way to pick us up since his first round melted since it was almost 90 degrees the day of our wedding (in September!). We were on the fence about getting a limo but we were so happy that we did! We will definitely be recommending BVIP Limos!
The driver was very nice and timely. We were supposed to have a third shuttle back to the hotel and he stated he wouldn't do it due to getting off work at that time. The schedule had been approved multiple times by the company prior so I am uncertain what happened. Overall, all guests in need of the shuttle were services.

Great service! We rented a party bus, as well as a larger passenger bus from them. They were where we needed them to be at all time, and the only time they weren't was purely due to traffic conditions! The drivers were friendly, and Tammy, our party bus driver was especially wonderful!

I booked 10 passenger white stretch limo this past weekend, they took myself and my bridesmaids to the ceremony location of my wedding. Our driver was 15 minutes early which worked out very nicely as we finished with hair and makeup early. No complaints, I would use this company again!
We rented the 31 and 32 passenger shuttle buses for our wedding in May 2017. The whole process was very smooth from start to finish. They helped us figure out if it made more sense to rent one larger bus vs 2 smaller buses given the parking constraints of the venue. We provided them with a very detailed itinerary and they arrived on time and followed it exactly! Our guests appreciated having a safe option to get to and from the venue which was about 12 miles from our hotel. They were professional and the buses were very clean. The prices were reasonable as well, we received some quotes for almost double the cost. Would highly recommend BVIP!
We rented the 57 passenger motor coach for our wedding in November. I had a very good experience with BVIP. I gave them a very detailed itinerary explaining a step-by-step timeline of where to be and when. I did not get to experience the shuttle, but I heard only good things from my guests. I was a little worried since there was a TON of construction going on between the hotel and the reception, but everything went smoothly. We had the shuttle do two trips from the hotel to the reception and then multiple trips back to the hotel later that night. My guests said the driver was very nice and friendly - he even came in at the end of the reception to talk to me to see if another trip was needed or not - I appreciated him checking. I would highly recommend.
We had Al for our driver for the wedding and day. He cracked me up gave me a huge hug congratulating me and was ready to go. He showed up at the salon early and took us to where we needed to go. He was awesome! Our limo was upgraded to a newer model and was really nice and unexpected. We were able to hold more people than what it said. Everyone was happy!
We had a wonderful experience with Bvip limo for our wedding! Our driver Ron L was on time and professional. We went all over downtown Cleveland and he never got us lost, always dropped us right at the door and helped me and my bridesmaids in and out in our dresses. He even helped out for a last minute request to visit my Grandma in the hospital who could not attend our wedding. He made our drive easy and carefree. Ron is the best! The limo was roomie, clean and affordable. The office staff is also great to work with and we would reccomed them again and again.
BVIP has very reasonable prices compared to many other limo companies. I researched about 8 different companies and they were about mid-range in price. We rented a party bus and it looked great on the inside and out. Our driver Al was professional and accomodated our needs, especially since we were running behind and had to change some of our plans. We also used them for the bachelor party and the driver was awesome and put up with the guys who were drunk and acting like idiots:)
My husband and I hired BVIP for our wedding and we actually booked two services, a party bus and a shuttle. The party bus was great, on time, we had fun, etc. We hired the shuttle to take our guests from the hotel to the reception and back, we offered this as a service to our guests since 90% of them were from out of town and staying at the hotel. Afterall, we wanted to be safe and didn't want anyone drinking and driving! The shuttle showed up to the hotel and had NO IDEA where she was going, got lost and ended up having to turn around to get to the reception hall. After the wedding, we had the service from 9:15pm to midnight, the driver was at our reception (unbeknownst to our guests) but was HIDING in the parking lot. Our guests that were leaving at 9:15 stood outside waiting for 15-20 minutes for the driver when she should have been waiting outside the reception hall. Then after one or two trips, she stopped shuttling. We were all leaving the reception shortly after 10 and sat until 10:30...and then 10:45...and then 11..no driver. My husband and I ended up calling a friend to pick us up who drove us to the hotel to again find the driver HIDING in the hotel parking lot! Clearly she did not want to do her job. She then told us the last group told her they were the last ones, but still she sat at the hotel and didn't go back to the reception to check where 30-40 other guests were waiting for shuttle service. My mom ended up leaving the hotel to pick up our guests and one of our groomsman's wives shuttled people as well. Our guests sat outside of the reception hall for over an hour waiting, several of us tried to call the company but of course they don't have someone working after hours to make sure all services are completed. When I called the company to complain 2 days after she said they would probably be able to do something to compensate us and she'd get back to me. Nine days went by with no response, so I called again, where I was told they could offer us $150 gift certificate to the company to use for a future service. Why on earth would they think I would want to use their service again? When I told Katie that would be unacceptable she said she'd have an owner call me which he has yet to do. Not only has the situation not been handled, when talking to the company and the driver, we've so far been given four different excuses as to why the driver was not shuttling our guests! I am incredibly angry. So now i'm blasting social media, the better business bureau and filing a dispute with our credit card because services were not rendered and the situation was never resolved. I will never use this company in the future and do not recommend them to anyone!
I have nothing negative to say about our experience. I received a great deal due to my wedding being on a Friday and we only needed 4 hours of service. Our driver Ray was very polite and friendly and did a great job. We had a party bus, which had a good sound system and they provided a cooler, ice, and two bottles of champagne. Ray arrived early for the pick up and got us to each destination on time. Our wedding party had a blast
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read this before you book with this company! I'm begging you. My fiance and I used BVIP for our engagement party on August 15th, in which we celebrated with our bridal party and close friends. I was in a bind when looking up companies, and we were on a strict budget (we didn't want our friends spending an arm and a leg) so I decided to book with this company. AFTER I booked, and put down a $200 deposit, I heard from 4 different brides that had already used BVIP for parties and their weddings that BVIP was absolutely horrible
Anyway, back to my party. I inquired with Katie and Steven and I couldn't believe the amount of attitude and sarcasm they had with me before I was even a customer. for ex when I asked what the bus was equipped with, they responded with "well, let's see. It comes with tires, windows, a driver....etc" they were so incredible rude and unprofessional, that should have been my first warning. Fast forward to after I put down the $200 deposit to reserve the date. The deposit is refunded to you after the bus returns with no damages, which I understood.
So the driver shows up, and I greet him and I got, "oh, great. Another bride." I couldn't believe it but I shrugged it off to enjoy my night. I decided to go through the bus with him before my friends got on, just to document any damages that may have already been there prior to my party entering. Which was smart, because we found 2 cuts in the seats and a crack in the TV (which didn't actually work anyway). I made sure the driver was aware of these marks and he documented them as well. I then asked how it worked with having the bus until 2 and he said as long as we are back on your premises by 2am, we will not charge an additional hour. Long story short, they KEPT our $200 deposit even though no additional damages were made, and although he was back at my house at 1:55 he didn't leave until 2:04 and they charged another $100. When I contacted the manager about this, he told me that due to my "attitude" he would not do anything and when I told him how disappointed I was in this, and that I probably wouldn't use them in the future, he decided to tell me that he wouldn't consider LETTING us use them! I cried over how we were treated, it was so frustrating. I am begging any bride out there, to save your money and go elsewhere. We were quoted $500.00 for 5 hours and we ended up paying over $800.00. NOT worth it.
BVIP offered a very reasonably priced shuttle service for our wedding. I would love to say that everything went great, but unfortunately, the shuttle broke down at the end of the night and guests were stranded for an hour. In addition to that, there was an issue with the shuttle service before the wedding as well, and many guests ended up having to drive from the hotel to our wedding venue. I also had ordered a shuttle and received a party bus. The party bus was not able to hold as many people, and it was harder to get into for our elderly guests because of the the low seating. That being said, the driver was very nice, and the customer service was great as well. BVIP ended up refunding me part of my money due to the mishaps during the day.
We had mike and limo bus #51 and had such a great time! He was on time for everything and kept calm when things didn't go as planned. We also left behind a groomsmen and he didn't sweat it at all. We quickly went back and got him and we were still on time to the reception.
I have used them in the past and would never go anywhere else. They are affordable, clean, professional and have awesome limos!
Driver and bus were great! Driver was super friendly and always wanted to make sure I was always covered from the rain whenever I would step out for pictures. She was very nice and courteous to everyone. Never had a problem with the company or service.
I just wish we could have eaten on the bus. It was our only time to ourselves, not in the spotlight and the contact stated no eating on the bus.
We were really let down on our wedding day when the ceremony was going to start in 30 minutes and we were both still at our parents' houses waiting to get picked up to go to the church. Finally, my husband called the company several times before getting a hold of someone who told us the driver had gotten in an accident driving to work. Of course we understand things happen, but for someone at the company to not realize one of their drivers did not show up for work or realize that a car had not left the lot on time was ridiculous. We wouldn't have been so panicked had someone called us to inform us that a limo could not come to take us to the church, instead of waiting now 15 minutes until ceremony start time to tell us.
The limo showed up during the ceremony. The driver was pretty cool and humorous (although nervous at first maybe thinking I would go all Bridezilla on him). He did a good job carting us around and was very friendly.
Another let down was that the limo itself was lacking the wow factor, even though it was a stretch escalade. The inside was worn down and the speakers didn't work throughout, so one side was blaring music and the other side couldn't hear it at all.
The did refund us the money for the time we lost after getting the run around from a few different people.
I had no real problems with this company. They were affordable and included some good perks (red carpet rollout, champagne, ect.). Our limo driver arrived on time and got us where we needed to be! He did make us a few minutes late to our reception as he didn't know where to enter at Windows on the River, but that's not a HUGE deal. My only real complaint is Katie, at the office, was rude at times and not that easy to work with.
Everyone I dealt with on the phone at BVIP was very friendly and helpful. They called a few days before the wedding to verify the itinerary I had sent and to make sure there were no last-minute changes. Prices were very reasonable compared to other transportation companies we looked at. The limobus arrived on time and got us to the church without any problems. However, after the ceremony (on the east side) and on the way to bridal party pictures in downtown Cleveland, the driver took a very indirect route that cost us a lot of time we had planned to take pictures. She was following the directions given by the GPS and it was a very long, out of the way route. We ended up getting downtown with only about 20 minutes for pictures. It was a little disappointing.
Besides that, the limobus (we had a 24-seater) was very clean and in nice condition. We were able to hook up phones and play music as we drove around. They have glasses and bottled water available and we had plenty of room for the bridal party, a few coolers and snacks. I would recommend them to other brides, but if you are on a tight schedule, you may want to provide specific directions or maps to avoid any confusion.
We booked BVIP limousine at Today's Bride Bridal Show based on their decent rates. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for! Their Cadillac Escalade limousine needed some updating. Hardly any of the electronics worked (ex. interior lighting, sunroof/moonroof, privacy window, etc.) and the small amount of ice that they provided for us was dirty! To top the whole experience off, we were 8 minutes over our reserved time and they charged us for a FULL additional hour! $193! It was very unnecessary! Pay the extra to get the service that you deserve. I would NEVER recommend BVIP to anyone.
The limo service was easy to work with, they were very flexible and took us all over the place for pictures! The limo driver was very nice and let us play our own tunes and we brought food and drinks, it was a great time!
This was the best price around, and they had a limo large enough for our giant wedding party. Our driver wasn't very animated, and was very hard of hearing. We also weren't allowed to eat in the limo, only drink. Overall, they were a good value, but not an A+.
