We saw Cristina go above and beyond to ensure our wedding day went smoothly - from numerous meetings to discuss all the details, to contacting our vendors, to arriving early and being so hands on during the wedding event. Cristina is the epitome of detail-oriented - making sure everything was taken care of and that we had all the nuts and bolts in place. In addition, we were blown away by her cultural sensitivity as our wedding involved Jewish and Latin traditions. Cristina was patient, asked questions, and listened to our many lengthy explanations with a smile, curiosity, and interest - and most importantly, ensured that these traditions were implemented smoothly at the wedding. Our wedding also has a lot of logistical complexity as it was in a loft with a raw space that required a room flip between cocktail hour, ceremony, and dinner - all went smoothly and efficiently. I cannot recommend Cristina enough!!!! I am so thankful for finding her and working with her - we had such a fabulous wedding day due to her hard work and coordination!

She helped us create our day-of timeline, and her experience and insight were invaluable because my fiancé and I had no idea what to expect for the wedding day itself. She communicated with all our vendors and helped us make last-minute changes and requests that would make the day go more smoothly. For the day of, she brought an assistant coordinator, Vicky, at no extra cost, and it was so helpful to have them both there keeping different aspects of the day organized. I cannot stress enough how amazing it was to have Carismas Design on our wedding vendor team!

Our bouquets (that I thought were assembled) came unassembled and Cristina made bouquets for all of us last minute and they looked beautiful. Cristina came in as our wedding coordinator and pulled our ragged thoughts into a professional workplan and timeline. She thought of everything in advance. Dealing with vendors, working with the caterer, managing the moving parts of the event space, arranging the flowers, organizing the guests, and most importantly being the go to person for everything wedding that day. From our first conversation, Cristina was thorough, up front, and fair. Cristina helps you to realize even the seemingly small details that can really impact your wedding day for better or for worse! She understands weddings of different shapes, sizes, venues, etc and is willing and able to work with anyone. Her willingness to help, show understanding, and her compassion for her clients is totally evident. If we ever decide to reschedule our wedding, I'd choose Cristina in a heartbeat.

This was especially difficult task as my (now) husband and I are both active military so I was living in Texas, he in Georgia, and Cristina was helping us plan a wedding in NJ! price came with phone calls and assistance up to a month before the actual date of the event! She has a GREAT attitude-- she listens to your concerns and notes every little detail and does not miss anything. She is also good at offering up her suggestions based on past experience, and this perspective is very helpful when wedding planning! With Cristina, I never felt like I was in the wrong hands, and always felt more reassured that the day would turn out as planned after each conversation with her. Also, if you ever have a question, she answers immediately-- and that is not an understatement. She replies within seconds of my texts/emails/calls! On the actual day of the wedding, Cristina navigated the day perfectly. As a DIY bride who did not hire a decorator/designer, some things did not get done on my end and I did not even really have the time to flesh out a detailed to do list for Cristina, which I had meant to do. Nevertheless, the morning of the wedding we briefed her duties before I slipped into my dress, and she made it all happen. ( Of course, I would not recommend that you stretch her thin and push her to these limits--learn from my mistakes! Give yourself plenty of time to do everything!) When we got back from the church to the reception site, I was very happy to see that everything was in place and looked just as I had imagined in my head. Thank you, Cristina, for helping keep my stress levels down and doing the background work so I could focus on celebrating the moment with my new husband, family and friends! r working with her for a few weeks, I realized how great she was and hired her for my wedding as well. She is truly amazing! She is creative, an out-of-the-box thinker and can problem-solve on her feet! She was extremely helpful when it came to choosing vendors (her DJs and photographers are the best!!) and was so so patient with all my bride-zilla questions! Not only that, she has a keen eye for aesthetics and her attention to detail was absolutely astounding. She has tons of experience with weddings and thought of all the little details that a first-time bride like myself would never consider. Additionally, we had a multi-cultural event (Pakistani and American) and Cristina was able to navigate between East and West flawlessly. She understood some of the idiosyncrasies that come with meshing of cultures and was able to creatively incorporate all the details. She can work within any budget, has amazingly unique and creative ideas and is super organized. She is also very responsive and easy to reach. Planning a wedding is stressful however having her on board was re-assuring. I never felt like I was alone and could always depend on her to calm me down, give me the right advice, help me pick this from that, and solve any other wedding-crises that came my way. I don't know how she manages to be so awesome and be a full time mom at the same time. I couldn't have pulled off my amazing wedding without her. If I can, I would love for her to help me plan all my future major life events!
