Cristina was a pleasure to work with! She is super detail oriented and thought of things I had forgotten about. I was on the line about hiring an event coordinator but I am SOO happy I had Cristina. My wedding was worry free and I just enjoyed the day while she handled all the logistics and made sure every moment went seamlessly. Our bouquets (that I thought were assembled) came unassembled and Cristina made bouquets for all of us last minute and they looked beautiful. If you need a coordinator for your event definitely use Carismas Design LLC.

If you need expert assistance and a calm professional to support your own planned wedding Cristina is the one for you. We wanted to be heavily involved in the planning and execution of our event but at the same time knew that we were 1) amateurs at this and 2) we would not be able to both get married and run a wedding. Cristina came in as our wedding coordinator and pulled our ragged thoughts into a professional workplan and timeline. She thought of everything in advance. And come the day of the wedding she worked tirelessly and calmly to make sure that every moving part was executed without a hitch. Dealing with vendors, working with the caterer, managing the moving parts of the event space, arranging the flowers, organizing the guests, and most importantly being the go to person for everything wedding that day. Amazing. And it was all done with the calm reassurance that it will all happen. You couldn't find a better wedding coordinator. You need to hire this person.

We hired Cristina and Carisma Design for month of wedding coordination and it was the best decision we could have made! Cristina was instrumental in making the event run seamlessly and successfully by working with vendors to ensure accuracy and timelines. She also was a huge help with guiding the logistical aspects that we didn't even consider! During the wedding day, her and her assistant Jenny were amazing!!! They made sure our guests were comfortable and went above and beyond to smooth over any hiccups. We were completely stress free the whole night thanks to their efforts. This is an interesting review, as we ended up having to cancel our wedding due to COVID-19. I couldn't help but to share my fantastic experience with Cristina. I found Cristina on Thumbtack, but soon realized I know someone personally who utilized Cristina's wedding planning services. He provided amazing reviews. From our first conversation, Cristina was thorough, up front, and fair. Cristina helps you to realize even the seemingly small details that can really impact your wedding day for better or for worse! She understands weddings of different shapes, sizes, venues, etc and is willing and able to work with anyone. Her willingness to help, show understanding, and her compassion for her clients is totally evident. If we ever decide to reschedule our wedding, I'd choose Cristina in a heartbeat.

Cristina was absolutely incredible from the beginning to the end. She was sweet, patient, kind, with a lot of great advises and made my whole wedding planning process a lot easier. I totally could not have done it without her. Her assistant, Irena, who actually coordinated the day-of, was incredible as well. Everything at my wedding went smoothly, thanks to them. 100% recommend.

I'll just start off by saying hiring Cristina as our wedding planner was the best decision we made for our ENTIRE wedding. Period. To start off, we hired Cristina to help plan our wedding and also to be there day of as our coordinator. This was especially difficult task as my (now) husband and I are both active military so I was living in Texas, he in Georgia, and Cristina was helping us plan a wedding in NJ! She was perfection; every recommendation she made, every decision she made, every suggestion was on point, I could not be happier with everything she did. She is extremely timely in responding to us, keeping us on track with our wedding planning, keeping us within budget, and very honest in all her recommendations. My recommendation? Hire her and say yes to all her recommendations. She understood my fiance and I's personalities and made our dream wedding come true. Day of the wedding, she made sure everything went off without a hitch, all we had to do was enjoy the day (which we did) and Cristina ran the show tirelessly behind the scenes. We had the best day of our entire lives all thanks to Cristina's work. Thank you Cristina for being utterly amazing and helping us create the best memories ever:)

Cristina of Carisma's Party Planning was great to work with from the first phone call. I hired her as a day-of coordinator, but her services which I paid for at a very reasonable price came with phone calls and assistance up to a month before the actual date of the event! She has a GREAT attitude-- she listens to your concerns and notes every little detail and does not miss anything. She is also good at offering up her suggestions based on past experience, and this perspective is very helpful when wedding planning! With Cristina, I never felt like I was in the wrong hands, and always felt more reassured that the day would turn out as planned after each conversation with her. Also, if you ever have a question, she answers immediately-- and that is not an understatement. She replies within seconds of my texts/emails/calls! On the actual day of the wedding, Cristina navigated the day perfectly. As a DIY bride who did not hire a decorator/designer, some things did not get done on my end and I did not even really have the time to flesh out a detailed to do list for Cristina, which I had meant to do. Nevertheless, the morning of the wedding we briefed her duties before I slipped into my dress, and she made it all happen. ( Of course, I would not recommend that you stretch her thin and push her to these limits--learn from my mistakes! Give yourself plenty of time to do everything!) When we got back from the church to the reception site, I was very happy to see that everything was in place and looked just as I had imagined in my head. Thank you, Cristina, for helping keep my stress levels down and doing the background work so I could focus on celebrating the moment with my new husband, family and friends! Cristina was recommended to us by a family friend and she was probably the best thing that happened to us! I initially hired her to help us with one pre-wedding event, however after working with her for a few weeks, I realized how great she was and hired her for my wedding as well. She is truly amazing! She is creative, an out-of-the-box thinker and can problem-solve on her feet! She was extremely helpful when it came to choosing vendors (her DJs and photographers are the best!!) and was so so patient with all my bride-zilla questions! Not only that, she has a keen eye for aesthetics and her attention to detail was absolutely astounding. She has tons of experience with weddings and thought of all the little details that a first-time bride like myself would never consider. Additionally, we had a multi-cultural event (Pakistani and American) and Cristina was able to navigate between East and West flawlessly. She understood some of the idiosyncrasies that come with meshing of cultures and was able to creatively incorporate all the details. She can work within any budget, has amazingly unique and creative ideas and is super organized. She is also very responsive and easy to reach. Planning a wedding is stressful however having her on board was re-assuring. I never felt like I was alone and could always depend on her to calm me down, give me the right advice, help me pick this from that, and solve any other wedding-crises that came my way. I don't know how she manages to be so awesome and be a full time mom at the same time. I couldn't have pulled off my amazing wedding without her. If I can, I would love for her to help me plan all my future major life events!
