Working with Carly was a true highlight of our wedding planning experience. We had heard from several friends about the stress and headache of the wedding planning process, and we knew we wanted to enjoy it as much as possible. From the very first time we met Carly on Zoom, she put us at ease, and we knew she would be the best planner to help us create our dream wedding. She told us her goal was to help us celebrate our love with those we love most, and it was clear that she understood how warm and genuine we wanted our day to feel beyond the delicious food and pretty decor. We are so glad to call her our planner, and now friend, and miss our evening facetime sessions. We both live in North Carolina and are medical residents with very little free time, let alone time off together. Carly was beyond accommodating and made the cross-country wedding planning experience so seamless. She has such an incredible creative eye and often knew what we were looking for before we did. We trusted her to make several decor/vendor selections for us as we were able to visit only limited times due to our schedule. She kept us on top of our to dos and handled several of the logistical/contract portions of the wedding planning that we would have been very lost navigating without her. We also used her floral company, High Noon Floral, and they could not have been more stunning. The wedding day itself was beyond perfect. I was not stressed once during the day, in large part due to how well her team communicated and planned. Other than saying yes to my now husband, choosing Carly was by far the best decision we made during the wedding planning process.

Thank god carly was able to take over my wedding when my original planners shut down unexpectedly! Not only did she make the transition SO seamless, she truly understands me!! She helped to make my wedding exactly in line with my vision (no matter how insane that vision we) and was so supportive and helpful through everything! She let me ship a stone cherub to her home and she brought it to the venue for me.. I think that’s all you need to know! The day of the wedding could not have gone smoother it was genuinely one of the most chill days of my life! At one point Carly told me the bridal concierge (she was also so amazing!!) was a little freaked out bc we were all so calm and just having the best time! Cannot recommend Carly Rae Weddings enough.

Carly truly saved the day when our original wedding planner closed shop just four months before our wedding. She took charge of every detail seamlessly, and we never missed a beat.
From our very first conversation, I started calling her my “wedding bestie” instead of just a planner—she felt like a true friend. Carly listened to my vision, supported me, and even kept my anxious husband calm when we fell behind on the timeline.

Hiring Carly Williams at Carly Rae Weddings was the best decision we could have made for our Summer 2024 wedding in Malibu, California.
We live in Atlanta, Georgia and hired Carly about 9-10 months ahead of our wedding when we were really starting to feel the stress of getting behind in the planning process. We are two very busy business professionals, so we had very high standards and expectations for the person we would trust to plan our destination wedding, and from that moment we first met with Carly on Zoom, we knew she would be capable, trustworthy, and professional – what we didn’t know was how much fun we would have working with her. Carly is enthusiastic, warm and treats every couple like they’re the only wedding or event she’s planning (which is SO not the case!!).
She was attentive and responsive to every question, concern and idea that we threw at her at all hours of the day and night. Our venue with relatively turnkey in that we were required to work with some of the vendors the venue selected – who I must say were all fantastic – but we didn’t want a planner who was going to treat us like “just another Cielo wedding”. Carly did anything but that and made us, our wedding and our families feel so special and important.
We of course had a Pinterest board with ideas, but from the very first meeting once we hired Carly, she helped us figure out our priorities (amazing atmosphere for our guests, incredible food, and a great live band) and then she helped us weed through our ideas as she brought our vision to life.
Again, as a destination wedding and two busy working professionals, communication with a planner we could trust was critical. She gave us the gentle nudges we needed and kept us on track and in the loop on what she was working on with our vendors.
Speaking of vendors, Carly helped us find a bakery with a vanilla cake we loved, a live band in our budget, and a dog handler so we could have our best friend with us on our biggest day which meant so much to us. We were also so impressed with Carly Rae Weddings that we hired her floral company, High Noon Florals, to do all of the flowers for our rehearsal dinner and wedding. Once again, she nailed our vision and executed beautifully.
Now to the wedding day… WOW! My husband and I have been in and to our fair share of weddings and have to say that we’ve never seen a team more on top of everything than this one. My parents and bridesmaids were so impressed with how proactive, professional and kind the entire CRW team was. Special shoutout to Joy who was my bridal concierge and with me the entire day and was a true JOY to be around.
We could go on and on with glowing comments, but we’ll close with what we want you to take away from our review... We had a coffee/espresso bar and a pizza oven at our wedding, and as the couple being celebrated, your wedding will go by FAST. As we got into our getaway car, Carly handed us four boxes of pizza (one of each type on our late-night bite menu) and to go lattes. Carly Rae Weddings is for the details from the start and until long after the finish.

We hired Carly as our wedding planner and it was the best decision ever! She was so easy and pleasant to be around amidst the stresses of planning a wedding. She was extremely attentive to details and always moving the ball forward ensuring everything was done on time! Her attention to detail was amazing. On the day of the wedding it went so smoothly and I felt so comforted to know that Carly and her team and everything under control!
Leading up to the wedding Carly was so great about showing us visuals of florals, table layouts, seating layouts, etc. That was a huge help to us as well! She was always available to answer questions via text/phone call/email and always had a consistent meeting set in place with us!
Along with planning Carly also did our florals for our wedding through her floral company, High Noon Floral. To say she did an amazing job is an understatement!! I was so blown away at how well she and her team executed it. It was more than I could have hoped for!

Carly and her team are amazing! She came on board late in the wedding planning and immediately assessed the status of all elements, made recommendations, LISTENED, followed up on tasks and attended to every detail. She was professional, polite, communicated on a regular basis and was responsive to every question.
At rehearsal Carly was charming and wrangled all the family and attendants with ease and good humor. She was organized and communicated clearly, as well as adjusted to changes and circumstance. On wedding day, she and her team were professional, attended to every detail, responded immediately to questions and concerns. They ALL had smiles on their faces, delighted in helping with every little thing, moved about with grace and ease, even a bit stealthily. They communicated with each other via headsets quietly and for immediate action and response. And, they did it with huge smiles and a lot of joy!
Carly and her team are the consummate professionals. She has a comforting ease and professionalism that gives every bride, and mother-of-the-bride, confidence and reassurance that their wedding is in good hands and they don’t have a worry in the world.

I can’t even begin to explain just how amazing my experience with this team truly was! We had a destination wedding at a place we had never been to before (crazy I know 😅) but Carly was so sweet and supportive with our decision and made finding a location and all of our vendors a breeze! Leading up to the big day we had literally no stress when it came to vendors because they truly handled everything, even things I hadn’t thought about! On our actual day and the day before we had the absolutely amazing human Lyndsea and words cannot properly convey just how awesome she was and how smoothly she ran my big day! She made me feel like a princess and was always willing to help with the smallest details including offering to get coffee in the morning which was just so sweet! I stand by the fact that my day wouldn’t have been the best experience if it wasn’t for Carly and her team!

Carly is an incredibly knowledgeable and easy going wedding planner. Her experience alone is worth hiring her. She talked my now wife and I off the ledge several times, and she was able to answer all my in-law's questions whenever they arose. The day of the wedding, she made sure everything ran smoothly, and our wedding was perfect thanks to her.
One of the best things about her, and what really encapsulates her the best, is that she'll have hors d'oeuvres and cocktails waiting for you as your ceremony wraps up. But she'll also firmly make sure that no one enters your reception right as you are making your grand entrance.
We cannot recommend Carly enough, and in fact, have recommended her to all our friends and family that are planning their weddings. She made the planning process a breeze the whole time and made us laugh at all the cliché stressful situations that TV shows and movies portray. Thank you so much Carly!

We worked with Carly for over a year on our wedding and could not have picked a better person to execute our day! She was consistently available for any questions, was always willing to show up to any appointments that we had, and met with us whenever we felt we needed her. Carly also helped work with all of our vendors by reviewing contracts and getting COIs before the big day. On the day of the wedding, I had no worries or doubts that the day wouldn’t be everything we had envisioned. Carly’s timeline flowed smoothly and there no hiccups during the day. She checked up on us (and brought us drinks!) several times throughout the evening and helped in making our day, truly, perfect! I would 100% choose Carly and her team over again if I could and can't thank her enough for making our day so special.

We hired Carly for a partial planning packing plus design for our wedding in May 2022. From the first time we talked with Carly we knew we wanted to work with her! She is extremely easy to get along with and always laid back and collected regardless of the “wedding emergency,” of which we had a few! She kept us on track while we collaboratively planned the wedding. When it came to design she nailed it on her first try, which is especially impressive considering the challenging colors and vague design ideas we gave her. Her attention to detail and strong logistical skills kept showing all the way through the final details in the last month and getting us prepared. And on the day of the wedding, it was on another level. The bride got a foot injury the night before the wedding and Carly helped us through the whole day without a hitch. She was everywhere she needed to be and it was smooth sailing throughout the whole night. It really showed in the details. There was an important item in the ceremony that no one had picked up and we were sure it was lost, but it turned out that Carly had picked it up and put it in the exact correct bag without anyone telling her. From the big things to the little things, Carly went above and beyond and we cannot recommend her enough!

Best of the best!! Carly is the coolest creative collaborator, and was genuinely happy to lead the way to the best day of our lives! She always matched my excitement on any crazy and fun ideas I had and somehow brought them to life better than I could've imagined. She has the best vendor recs in town, so our wedding was super cool and came together pretty effortlessly. The hardest part of working with Carly, when when the wedding was over. I genuinely miss talking to her every week for our weekly calls, and chatting through all creative ideas/challenges. Carly really is the best of the best. I'm so happy she helped give me the wedding of my dreams and that I met her through this process. I also love watching her plan other peoples weddings through social media, because her work is dreamy and truly amazing.

Working with Carly was a dream! Our original wedding was to be 6/2020, and this was majorly affected by COVID. We loosely rescheduled several times and Carly kept her cool throughout all the ups and downs. Carly was trustworthy, she delivered on her word and contract, and always did the right thing even though she probably could have asked for more money, not been as accommodating as she was, or made things difficult! When the real date really seemed like it was going to happen, we really got to see Carly in full swing in terms of planning, her vision, and executing a flawless event. She was never pushy, she really listened to what we wanted to prioritize, and we were so so happy with the outcome. We really did not want a cookie cutter wedding in terms of venue or "look" and she allowed us to be our original selves, but optimized for a great wedding! I honestly did not have a concern in the world because I knew Carly would/could handle everything. 10/10 would choose her again in a heartbeat.

From Day 1, Carly helped us set a vision for our wedding and executed on exactly that. Under her Partial Planning package, Carly sourced and communicated with all our vendors during the entire process. Besides weekly meetings with Carly, she always responded to text and emails promptly. When it came time for the day of, we had little to no stress. We just followed the timeline and throughly enjoyed ourselves without getting stuck in the details or the logistics. Carly and her team were in the background making the magic happen. I even managed to get a coffee stain on my dress during the reception and Carly’s team made it disappear. Her flowers though Primary Petals were absolutely phenomenal. I have guests that can’t stop talking about how gorgeous the entire flower arrangement came out. I really wish I could keep them forever. Overall, Carly made the entire process of designing and experiencing our wedding easy and super enjoyable.
I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Carly. Our wedding WOULD NOT HAVE happened without her. All these reviews saying she is an ANGEL and AMAZING and their weddings were PERFECT are not exaggerating. I knew I wanted a planner from the moment I knew I was getting married, I interviewed a dozen or so, Carly is professional, relatable and delivers on your vision even when you cannot fully articulate what it is that you want. We used Carly for Full Service planning and coordination, our wedding was exactly what we wanted, beautiful and fun. She successfully moved our wedding TWICE while retaining all of our vendors and not costing us a dime more than our original contracts stated. I would happily go on an on, she helped us with everything from vendor selection to lining up in the processional. We could not have done this without her, literally--we would have eloped instead. Carly, we love you forever, thank you for the memories you've given us.
This review is WAYYYY overdue, as I'm about to celebrate my 2nd wedding anniversary. But I only just realized I never left my RAVE for working with Carly and her team. I had less than 3 months to plan my wedding with 250 guests, and I simply had no time. Carly put me at ease, helped find vendors, had suggestions and recommendations to help personalize the day, built layouts and timelines, procured installations, and was just lovely. Plus, she had a great sense of humor throughout the process. No task was too small, and she took my calls and texts at all hours. I also loved working with her team - Sneha, in particular, was an epic wrangler of people and things. Bottom line: Carly is fantastic, and you are in great hands.
Carly was truly amazing! When my husband and I decided to move forward with planning a wedding celebration after we had an intimate wedding with our family in 2020, and our original wedding plans changed completely, I knew this time around, I had to hire a planner. Carly was referred to me by a friend who works in the business and after planning/unplanning all by myself last year, Carly was just what I needed and I am truly so thankful for her.
She took all of the stress and worries off of my plate, handling all of the inquiries, working with the vendors, who she has amazing relationships with and it shows. As well, when our original budget took a turn and got significantly reduce, she didn't miss a beat in finding creative ways to cut some costs, while maintaining the aesthetics and design we planned out for our elevated backyard wedding party! Her cool and calm demeanor makes you feel so at ease, I didn't have a single worry the entire day as she took care of every detail. She even took our pup out for a walk after we left for the after party!

Just WOW. From my first call with Carly, I knew she was our girl. Carly went above and beyond for us at every step of the way - including when we had to totally change our plans and push our wedding party out by a year. I am beyond grateful to have worked with her throughout this process! She thought of all the "little things" that my husband and I would never have thought of, and worked with our vendors to make everything come together so seamlessly on wedding day.
Our small family wedding exceeded all of our expectations, and Carly was at the center of that. She totally brought our vision to life, and had great energy that made me feel as relaxed as possible on wedding day.

Our dream destination wedding in Cape Town was cancelled in 2020. After postponing twice we finally settled on a date and a new location in my husband's parent's backyard in LA. With only 3 months to plan, Carly helped us transform our new plan into our dream wedding with no detail spared. Throughout the process Carly was attentive, personable, responsive and always had such great energy. Our wedding day was perfect and we couldn't have done it without Carly and her team!

Carly was absolutely incredible! We had to move our destination wedding three times this year due to Covid and finally decided a on a more intimate, local wedding in LA. Within 6 weeks of our wedding date we were scrambling to find a planner who was willing to help plan and execute a Covid micro-wedding and we we were lucky enough to find Carly! She was warm, friendly and quick to respond. She made us instantly feel comfortable about planning a Covid wedding and was easily able to help us navigate all the new standards and protocols to keep our guests safe and happy. She executed everything PERFECTLY!!! She literally took the few details we gave her and brought our vision to reality without a single glitch. I was referred to Carly by Alexandra at Archive Rentals. My original destination wedding was canceled, and my fiancé and I decided to move forward with our original wedding date at a private home here in Los Angeles. 3 WEEKS.... that's how much time we had to plan and execute our wedding, during this crazy time in the world. When I met Carly, I knew right away that she was a BOSS! While I did find my own vendors (rentals, video, photography, dj, catering,) Carly took over immediately and oversaw everything from contracts, covid-19 clauses and safety measures, she showed up to every single vendor meeting, and responded to emails within minutes. She truly made me feel at peace, especially during such an uncertain and confusing time. The day of our wedding couldn't have gone smoother. NOT 1 THING WENT WRONG, and even if it did, Carly can put out a flame within minutes. I have never been more proud in my life and I was truly in the best hands possible. Every single guest told me that Carly was an absolute pleasure, so helpful to everyone who was worried about Covid, and ran the show with pure grace and strength. Carly and her team handled everything - the expected and the (cringeworthy) unexpected. No matter how much you plan, things will undoubtedly come up out of the blue. Carly resolves the issue without you even knowing.
I learned that there were family who just showed up despite NEVER RSVPING. I gave people 5 months notice!! We also had guests bring children for whom they did not RSVP despite us asking specifically in our form “are you bringing your children?”
I am certain that Carly and her team handled other issues with me a blissfully unaware bride. For that I’m incredibly grateful, because after all the planning I did, Carly was there to be sure my husband and I had one of the best days of our lives.
First of all, this is the most over-due review ever (we got married February 22) because I had soooo many things I wanted to say about Carly and her team and how truly AMAZING they are that I literally didn't know where to start, but here goes!
I could tell Carly was sharp, organized, creative, hysterical, and all around a dream from the very first time we spoke, but it only got better from there. Given my crazy work schedule, my only free window to devote to wedding planning was from 7:30 - 8:30 am on Tuesdays and so Carly and her team got on the phone with us at that time EVERY SINGLE WEEK FOR 7 MONTHS. On top of that she never took longer than a few minutes to ever return a text or a call no matter what random hour of the day it was (even when she was travelling or in meetings or doing the million other things she has on her plate). Basically she was there with me for everything I needed and all the random ideas I had for over half a year and remained entirely positive and optimistic throughout.
In the end we had the wedding of our absolute dreams and Carly made sure every single detail was executed flawlessly. Honestly everything went off as planned and I was zero percent stressed about a thing because I knew Carly would be all over whatever may have come up. I joked with her throughout the night that every time I saw her she looked cool as a cucumber as though she was doing nothing while literally doing everything and that sums her up perfectly.
At the end of the night I was genuinely sad thinking about how much time we had spent together and how we wouldn't be having our weekly Tuesday calls anymore and I gave her the biggest hug I could muster to thank her for what she had done for us. Luckily our best friends got engaged a few weeks later and they hired Carly and her team to do the wedding in Australia (!!!) so I will get to see her again soon :)
Carly was our month-of coordinator for our wedding in Los Angeles at Millwick in July. My husband and I highly recommend! Throughout the entire process Carly was easy to talk to, organized, and professional. As soon we started meeting with her a month out, we were 100% grateful that we had booked her and realized our wedding would have been a mess without her! On the day of, she handled everything so smoothly and always seemed to be nearby for anything we needed. Do yourself a favor and book her for your wedding now!
We found CRW through Smogshoppe’s Vendor List. I reached out to Carly via email and she responded within minutes. We probably sent about 10 emails in a span of 5 mins. After a FaceTime call we fell in love with her vibe and work process.
Carly and Kathryn did such a superb job putting everything together in 6 months. They took each of our wants and needs and incorporated into the wedding. They made the whole planning process look and feel so easy. As the bride, I was not stressed at all. From the big to small details, it was all handled calmly and professionally. I knew we were in good hands. We couldn’t have done this without them.
Our wedding was everything we’ve imagined it to be and more. They exceeded our expectations. The designs, signages, little details, layout, table settings, and flower arrangements were so beautiful! Carly and Kathryn were so helpful in every way possible. They made sure we had water and food. Also, she made sure I was breathing and helped shake some nerves off before the ceremony. The wedding flowed naturally and we were able to soak each second of it.
Overall, they’re amazing people to work with. They have great communication, great taste, and exceptional creativity. They have a great network of all types of vendors. PLUS they made the whole planning process fun.
We highly recommend hiring Carly Rae Wedding to help plan your dream wedding.

I've heard horror stories of wedding planners so I was very keen on finding a team that I genuinely connected with, personally and professionally. Thankfully, Carly and her team was just that! Living in NYC [ and getting married in Los Angeles], I needed someone I could trust with my vision and budget. Carly and her team executed my vision flawlessly [FLAWLESSLY] and was extremely kind and fun to work with, during what could be a very stressful time. They made it much more easy than I am sure it would have been and I couldn't be more thankful that I invested in Carly. I made one visit to LA before my wedding and we used our time so well to knock out tastings, designs, etc. It was also just amazing to be around someone who loves their job and such a pleasure to be around.

Carly Rae Weddings did an amazing job designing and coordinating our wedding last summer in Quebec City! It was a destination wedding for us (from NYC) and Carly (from LA), which made it all the more challenging, but also exciting and fun to pull off! Carly flew out to Quebec with us a few months before the wedding to come to our tastings, meet all the vendors, scope out the location and venues, and help us think through all of the logistics. She quickly got up to speed on the unique benefits and challenges of the location, and formd relationships with the vendors to make sure we were organized and prepared for various scenarios from afar.
Carly has an amazing eye for design and layout. She quickly got a sense of the style we wanted for our reception (rustic vintage - somewhere between refined and bohemian), and offered a lot of suggestions of how we could combine items, textures, colors and decor to bring that into being. She was actively involved in conversations with our vendors making sure the small details came together. She raised practical considerations to keep in mind based on her years of experience about convenience, timing, flow, etc. She helped us think through how to get the most bang for our buck - where to save and where to spend, based not only on our priorities, but also what typically makes an impact in these settings. She did an exceptional job styling the tables for the reception, our family photos area, our signs entrance, the bar, the dessert table, etc. in coordination with a wonderful local vintage items vendor in Quebec - and it exceeded our expectations for how beautifully it could all come together. Our wedding flowed smoothly - with every guest and even some vendors having never been to Quebec - and was the wedding of our dreams!

We got married in Carlsbad, CA this past June, and planned the whole wedding from afar in Boston. We did most everything ourselves; we didn't use a wedding planner and our venue included a day-of coordinator. However, with about 5 months to go, we started to get bogged down in design details: seating chart? Dessert table? Escort cards? I contacted Carly for design-only services and loved her the moment I spoke to her on the phone, but she and Kathryn did so much more for us than wedding design. They were full of clever ideas, incredibly accommodating and flexible, handled fabrication and acquiring/transporting decor, gave us a sense of relief and a much needed dose of lightness and good humor, thought of every last nitty gritty detail, collaborated joyfully with other vendors, were respectful of our budget, and generally felt like supportive friends who you could just trust to take the reins for you.
Carly and Kathryn took our chaotic, stressful, and jumbled vision and transformed it into something so complete and beautiful, while completely going above and beyond in every way. Last Spring I was lucky enough to be asked to officiate my dear friends' Joshua Tree wedding. Carly designed and planned our Santa Barbara wedding last August. I was planning remotely from San Francisco and wanted to work with a team that 1) Knew Southern California vendors 2) Brought a vision and process to a bring everything in ourselves venue, and 3) Could crack a good real life joke in the haze of wedding planning.
I read the previous 1 star review on this page, and have to say, after working with Carly for a full 8 months, I really couldn't disagree more. I found her operation to be exceptionally professional. She was upfront with our budget and costs, and was always willing to go the extra mile for us. She was a great communicator, both with us, our vendors, and our families. We also quickly gravitated to her genuine kindness and great sense of humor. Truly, we dig her.
Carly & Nicole transformed our no frills hacienda in Downtown Santa Barbara into a gorgeous, totally charmed space. As far as I know, every guest and vendor had everything they needed at exactly the right times. No one was ever hungry, or too hot, or too cold, or confused with what to do and when, and even the party crashers, who my husband invited to stay for the whole night, somehow understood that it was time to go and sweetly thanked us as they danced out the door (thank you Carly).
I left the hacienda in a pedi cab wearing my second dress, holding just my shoes and cellphone without a care in the world. I had no idea what happened with the truckloads of stuff vendors piled into the place, or how long the strike took. I do know that we got every one of our deposits back in full, my wedding dress made it home, and everyone had a magical time.
I couldn't put a price on how great it felt to know everything and more importantly, everyone, was considered before hand at our wedding. My husband, our friends, and our families still talk about how awesome Carly and Nicole were, and how lucky we were to have their help and support.

Carly and her team did day of coordinating for my wedding in May! She was the BEST! The whole day I was able to relax and enjoy each moment and trust that everything would be done just as I communicated! She is organized, detailed, and on top of it with every little thing. She communicated with each and every vendor-- they all knew exactly where to be and when. I didn't have to worry about anything the entire day.
She was so thoughtful with everything she did. After our ceremony while she was gathering all the family member for photos, she set a place in the venue for my husband and I to quickly enjoy a moment together (just the two of us). She had champagne and a snack for us waiting. We were able to sit and reflect on the ceremony, celebrate together, and have a moment before the wedding festivities continued. This was one of my favorite parts of the day. I would have never have thought to do this-- thank you Carly!
On top of that, she made every SO beautiful. It was better than I had envisioned. It was the most perfect day, thanks to Carly. We'd 100% recommend Carly and her team to anyone looking for a coordinator. She is fun to work with and is amazing at her job!

Carly is truly a wedding planner fairy godmother if there ever was one. She is as good as it gets and I’m so lucky I booked her for our wedding a year in advance because she is in high demand, and rightfully so! Her prices are good for the high quality of service she provides, and she is always available via email, text, phone call, FaceTime, etc., to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I hired her as my month of coordinator at Millwick, where she had worked many times before our wedding, and she worked her magic for our big day. Everything went smoothly and she made sure that my husband and I had a full plate of appetizers, dinner, and our signature drinks. She also made sure I stayed hydrated the day of the wedding by continuously handing me bottles of water - the bridesmaids would ask me if I was thirsty and I’d say no because I couldn’t think about it, but Carly knew to just hand me water and not make me overthink it. As a bride, it’s easy to forget to eat and stay hydrated, but Carly will make sure you get to enjoy the food you worked so hard to plan out and expense for your big day. She took care of every single detail the day of and the day before, and made sure all of our decorations were packed away at the end of the night. She does her job with joy and a necessary calmness for such a detail-oriented affair. I didn’t have to worry about anything the day of our wedding because she left no stone unturned, and at the time, she was just working with one assistant! Trust me when I say you don’t want anyone else planning your wedding. My only regret is hat I didn’t hire her as a full planner, because she would have made the entire planning process so much easier than it was with my planning! She knows every vendor in LA and beyond, so she is more than capable of doing the hard work of finding good deals within your budget. She’s a dream and she was made for this job. CRW was on the preferred vendor list for SmogShoppe, the venue for my wedding this past Saturday (12-15-18). When I called Carly I initially sought out a day-of coordinator but the shortest amount of time they offer is one month. The more Carly detailed the month-of coordinator responsibilities the more I realized I needed one, especially during the holidays! I worked with Kat from the CRW team and she was fantastic. She swiftly responded to my emails, answered by endless questions, and helped relieve my wedding planning/general anxiety! I appreciated having her handle the nitty gritty details (rentals, timeline, vendor coordination, etc.) so I can focus on the more creative aspects of my wedding. I'm pretty detail-oriented and organized and Kat and I worked well together on that front! The day of the wedding went smoothly and beautifully thanks to Kat and her assistant. I didn't have to think about who is queuing up the next playlist or who is going to set up my wedding decor. Friends and family raved about the wedding and Kat/CRW were a big reason for that. When my Husband and I got engaged we knew we wanted something very elaborate, since we are both in the arts. The first thing I did was hire Carly full time to help make our overgrown, extremely detailed wedding come true. Not only did she pull off our vision and went the extra mile but her presence is so calming, which eased us to no end. Even when she didn't know the area we were getting married at it truly did not matter, she made connections, helped us get/find whatever we needed and handled in every way. She assured us that no matter where we got married in the world, she could make connections anywhere and arrange everything we ever needed. In my life, many professionals promise you the moon and only deliver a quarter of it, but Carly was always true to her word. If you want a person who is loyal, knowledgeable, charismatic, calming and in the end will be a dear friend, then hire Carly. My husband and I would not of known what to do without her.

When my husband and I first got engaged we thought between the two of us we’d have no problem planning the wedding. Then, I thought of all the smaller details and how many vendor options there are and the circus of balancing a full-time job with planning the most important event of our lives. I was instantly overwhelmed and worried that we’d be arguing more than enjoying our engagement if we didn’t find help. That’s when I reached out to Carly, and it was the best money we ever spent—no, really.
We hired Carly as a partial planner, and it truly was the best money we spent out of all of our wedding expenses. We didn’t have a big budget, and Carly was able to help us create our unique vision and get crafty where needed. Her relationship ships with vendors, advice on what we should focus our budget on, and her honest opinions were invaluable to us. She walked us through ever step, broke it down into phases and assured me that we were going to get things exactly as I hoped. Her and her team worked around the clock to brainstorm with us, put out fires, and keep me calm when I second guessed my decisions.
On the day of our wedding I kept being told that I was “such a chill bride” but I knew I had nothing to worry about with Carly and Kat running things at the venue. Everything was beyond perfect, and they took care of EVERYTHING so we could enjoy the day completely. I would relive that day if I could, that’s how carefree they made me feel. Oh, and did I mention we did t have power at the venue because of a freak thunderstorm the night before? Yup, they handled that too and got power back up by noon for our 4pm wedding. All with poise. I’m obsessed with Carly and her team, and I’m still having withdrawals no longer having our weekly calls!!
