She let me ship a stone cherub to her home and she brought it to the venue for me.. I think that’s all you need to know! The day of the wedding could not have gone smoother it was genuinely one of the most chill days of my life! At one point Carly told me the bridal concierge (she was also so amazing!!) was a little freaked out bc we were all so calm and just having the best time! Cannot recommend Carly Rae Weddings enough.

. From our very first conversation, I started calling her my “wedding bestie” instead of just a planner—she felt like a true friend. Carly listened to my vision, supported me, and even kept my anxious husband calm when we fell behind on the timeline. y about 9-10 months ahead of our wedding when we were really starting to feel the stress of getting behind in the planning process. We are two very busy business professionals, so we had very high standards and expectations for the person we would trust to plan our destination wedding, and from that moment we first met with Carly on Zoom, we knew she would be capable, trustworthy, and professional – what we didn’t know was how much fun we would have working with her. Carly is enthusiastic, warm and treats every couple like they’re the only wedding or event she’s planning (which is SO not the case!!). She was attentive and responsive to every question, concern and idea that we threw at her at all hours of the day and night. Our venue with relatively turnkey in that we were required to work with some of the vendors the venue selected – who I must say were all fantastic – but we didn’t want a planner who was going to treat us like “just another Cielo wedding”. Carly did anything but that and made us, our wedding and our families feel so special and important. We of course had a Pinterest board with ideas, but from the very first meeting once we hired Carly, she helped us figure out our priorities (amazing atmosphere for our guests, incredible food, and a great live band) and then she helped us weed through our ideas as she brought our vision to life. Again, as a destination wedding and two busy working professionals, communication with a planner we could trust was critical. She gave us the gentle nudges we needed and kept us on track and in the loop on what she was working on with our vendors. Speaking of vendors, Carly helped us find a bakery with a vanilla cake we loved, a live band in our budget, and a dog handler so we could have our best friend with us on our biggest day which meant so much to us. We were also so impressed with Carly Rae Weddings that we hired her floral company, High Noon Florals, to do all of the flowers for our rehearsal dinner and wedding. Once again, she nailed our vision and executed beautifully. Now to the wedding day… WOW! My husband and I have been in and to our fair share of weddings and have to say that we’ve never seen a team more on top of everything than this one. My parents and bridesmaids were so impressed with how proactive, professional and kind the entire CRW team was. Special shoutout to Joy who was my bridal concierge and with me the entire day and was a true JOY to be around. We could go on and on with glowing comments, but we’ll close with what we want you to take away from our review... We had a coffee/espresso bar and a pizza oven at our wedding, and as the couple being celebrated, your wedding will go by FAST. As we got into our getaway car, Carly handed us four boxes of pizza (one of each type on our late-night bite menu) and to go lattes. Carly Rae Weddings is for the details from the start and until long after the finish. On the day of the wedding it went so smoothly and I felt so comforted to know that Carly and her team and everything under control! Leading up to the wedding Carly was so great about showing us visuals of florals, table layouts, seating layouts, etc. That was a huge help to us as well! She was always available to answer questions via text/phone call/email and always had a consistent meeting set in place with us! Along with planning Carly also did our florals for our wedding through her floral company, High Noon Floral. To say she did an amazing job is an understatement!! I was so blown away at how well she and her team executed it. It was more than I could have hoped for! I seriously cannot say enough positive about Carly and her expertise and skill! You would be lucky to have her be your wedding planner as were we!

I also highly recommend her floral services! It was like the fairy godmother of floral transformed our event. Sooooo pretty and soooo extra! Working with Carly was an absolute dream!
