On the day of the wedding, Carly and her team kept everything running smoothly and right on schedule. They consistently checked in to make sure we and our families had everything we needed, (and even mental check-ins), which allowed us to stay fully present and soak in every moment. The entire day felt completely stress-free, and we were able to just bask in the joy of it all. One of the most best surprises was Carly going above and beyond to include the string lights we had dreamed of for dinner. It made the evening feel even more enchanting, and we were so touched by her thoughtfulness. Working with Carly felt like working with a friend :) supportive, calm, kind, and full of warmth. We are endlessly grateful to her and her incredible team, and we would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone planning their big day!

nd easy to get along with. We wanted to work with someone who we would choose to be friends with since we’d be spending over a year together. This was our second best decision (first one was the decision to marry each other)! Our wedding was a true collaboration. Carly understood what we were looking for, helped us pick the best vendors, reined us in when needed, and executed our day perfectly. She was incredibly communicative and was available to listen to all our questions/concerns/panic attacks. We also worked with her company, High Noon Florals, for our flowers so Carly had full creative control over our vision. The whole team was fantastic. Our bridal concierge, Kat, helped keep me calm, made sure we ran on schedule, and even took behind the scenes photos on our phones to make sure we had some memories the next day. Carly and Candis were the dream team, making sure everything looked beautiful and ran smoothly. If anything went wrong, we certainly had no idea! We never had to worry about a thing. We shipped a bunch of things to Carly’s house and she brought it to the venue for us. The CRW team returned my Godmother’s antique that was pinned in my bouquet to her immediately following the ceremony. They knew my dad asked the bar company for a certain type of Scotch and brought it to him during dinner. They brought all of our stuff back to our hotel room while we were at our after party. We are sad our wedding is over for many reasons, but we will definitely miss talking to Carly regularly!

Carly was beyond accommodating and made the cross-country wedding planning experience so seamless. She has such an incredible creative eye and often knew what we were looking for before we did. We trusted her to make several decor/vendor selections for us as we were able to visit only limited times due to our schedule. She kept us on top of our to dos and handled several of the logistical/contract portions of the wedding planning that we would have been very lost navigating without her. We also used her floral company, High Noon Floral, and they could not have been more stunning. The wedding day itself was beyond perfect. I was not stressed once during the day, in large part due to how well her team communicated and planned. Other than saying yes to my now husband, choosing Carly was by far the best decision we made during the wedding planning process.

She let me ship a stone cherub to her home and she brought it to the venue for me.. I think that’s all you need to know! The day of the wedding could not have gone smoother it was genuinely one of the most chill days of my life! y about 9-10 months ahead of our wedding when we were really starting to feel the stress of getting behind in the planning process. We are two very busy business professionals, so we had very high standards and expectations for the person we would trust to plan our destination wedding, and from that moment we first met with Carly on Zoom, we knew she would be capable, trustworthy, and professional – what we didn’t know was how much fun we would have working with her. Carly is enthusiastic, warm and treats every couple like they’re the only wedding or event she’s planning (which is SO not the case!!). She was attentive and responsive to every question, concern and idea that we threw at her at all hours of the day and night. Our venue with relatively turnkey in that we were required to work with some of the vendors the venue selected – who I must say were all fantastic – but we didn’t want a planner who was going to treat us like “just another Cielo wedding”. Carly did anything but that and made us, our wedding and our families feel so special and important. We of course had a Pinterest board with ideas, but from the very first meeting once we hired Carly, she helped us figure out our priorities (amazing atmosphere for our guests, incredible food, and a great live band) and then she helped us weed through our ideas as she brought our vision to life. Again, as a destination wedding and two busy working professionals, communication with a planner we could trust was critical. She gave us the gentle nudges we needed and kept us on track and in the loop on what she was working on with our vendors. Speaking of vendors, Carly helped us find a bakery with a vanilla cake we loved, a live band in our budget, and a dog handler so we could have our best friend with us on our biggest day which meant so much to us. We were also so impressed with Carly Rae Weddings that we hired her floral company, High Noon Florals, to do all of the flowers for our rehearsal dinner and wedding. Once again, she nailed our vision and executed beautifully. Now to the wedding day… WOW! My husband and I have been in and to our fair share of weddings and have to say that we’ve never seen a team more on top of everything than this one. My parents and bridesmaids were so impressed with how proactive, professional and kind the entire CRW team was. Special shoutout to Joy who was my bridal concierge and with me the entire day and was a true JOY to be around. We could go on and on with glowing comments, but we’ll close with what we want you to take away from our review... We had a coffee/espresso bar and a pizza oven at our wedding, and as the couple being celebrated, your wedding will go by FAST. As we got into our getaway car, Carly handed us four boxes of pizza (one of each type on our late-night bite menu) and to go lattes.
