She made sure we had things taken care of that we didn’t even think of! During our tasting, we had a few notes on the food selection, and were so happy with how the food, decor, and set up of our wedding turned out. We’ve had so many guests tell us that the desserts and late night snacks served by Taste were absolutely delicious, and all the servers and bartenders were so kind and worked so hard the entire night. We’re so grateful to have had the pleasure of working with Liz, who helped make us feel truly valued throughout the entire planning process.

We got so many compliments from guests saying "that was the best wedding food we've ever had" and I could not agree more. They were amazing and efficient. I would recommend them for any wedding or event. We had a wonderful experience working with them and thoroughly enjoyed their offerings.

Taste was our first choice on the vendor list and we were so thankful for them because right from the get go they were able to help break down the pricing, helping us pick out our food for our guest, the taste testing was absolutely amazing as well! Our wedding was completely taken care of as they took care of changing over the venue from the ceremony to the reception and catered to all of our guest very professionally. I know all of our guest were highly impressed by them as made the change over look effortless and really took care of us all night long as the wedding couple making plates and getting drinks for us. Not to mention making plates for later and packing all of our leftovers and we really didn’t have to do anything. They took care of our bars and had very professional bar tenders make all of our drinks for all of our guest. I will say you have to book Taste for your wedding. We had 103 guest attend and everyone complimented us about the quality of the food served, drinks and service they received as our guest.

Amanda for being so on top of everything leading up to the wedding and on the day of. We had to make several changes due to rescheduling our wedding twice, and they were accommodating through the whole process. The food and service were great, and I highly recommend working with them for your event!

onfirmed in writing in our contract. When I arrived on my wedding day at 2:00, I was first notified that there was an issue with event set up - our main tent had been set up in a different location. When I arrived to the location in the Garden, I saw that it wasn’t just the main tent, but it was a completely different layout, which contradicted the layout in our contract. The 2 catering tents for the staff to work out of were not delivered. Thus, the staff was forced to prepare food in open air area, obviously causing concern for compromised quality of food. The serving stations were in a completely different location because of the missing catering tents. Our ten cocktail tables that we planned to have arranged in front of the tent were all placed together to a side, so that the new outdoor food preparation without catering tents wasn’t visible to guests. And then there were minor/ cosmetic issues - like the legs of our tent weren’t covered and decorated as planned with Jen and written in contract, and we had incomplete lighting in the tent... Our napkins were “delivered to the wrong wedding” so some guests didn’t have napkins at their seats with dinner. Because the main tent was incorrectly placed and catering tents were not delivered, staff present and my wedding planner made layout decisions to simply make it work, and I was not involved. I should also mention that after months of planning with Jen, she notified us week of that she would not be present on our wedding day because of another event scheduled on the same day, and that Carla would fill in. My biggest issue though was that we had written in contract that staff would be present to serve guests from stations, but guests ended up serving themselves. This was really disappointing to me, because I was completely unaware of it at the time, since my food was brought to me as the bride, while tables were being called to stations. We were told 16 servers and 4 bartenders would be present, both confirmed in contract and two days prior to the event when we were preparing tips for staffs. If there was a staffing issue, I would have assumed I would have been made aware in advance. Cuisine still hasn’t confirmed the number that were actually there (I’m questioning the amount present because of the service provided). Regardless, guests served themselves which was really upsetting, especially during COVID when food safety had been thoroughly discussed with Jen prior to the event. Per my wedding planner, when this mistake was caught, staff wasn’t available to serve because they were occupied with other tasks, so guests continued to serve themselves. When we talked with Cuisine two days after the event, they listened and validated our concerns. We were offered reimbursement money as compensation. They didn’t provide any specific reasoning, except that it was the Rental Company’s fault (Distinctive) that they use. They basically just listened while we freaked out! I never received an explanation about why servers weren’t at the food stations. I am now communicating with other vendors to identify what exactly happened. Unfortunately, this was extremely disappointing. I would discourage anyone from using them for any event after my experience.

were dining in a 5-star restaurant! Every bite, from the passed hors d’oeuvres, to plated dinner and homemade ice cream sandwiches was delicious! Jen not only managed the team to create such delicious food, along with our wedding planner, she coordinated all of our rentals – which was an extensive list since this was in our backyard! We needed everything and she was able to get it all here! We can’t thank Jen and her team enough for helping to create our daughter’s perfect wedding day!

Jen even came outside during cocktail hour (we were taking pictures) with a plate of hors d'oeuvre for my husband and I to have, which was definitely needed at that point! Everything was delicious and her team was amazing throughout taking care of guest and wedding party. My bridesmaids raved about one food item so much Cuisine and Co actually packed them up some the item to take with them after the wedding and my husband and I received an awesome basket of leftovers to take to our hotel. Cuisine and Co. and Jen made the changes we had to make to our wedding due to Covid restrictions go smoothly and Jen was great at brainstorming with our other vendors a way to give us a micro wedding which still felt like the wedding we envisioned. We would highly recommend Jen and Cuisine and Co.

The ceremony and reception were both held in Huber Court, and I’m still in disbelief how quickly and flawlessly they transformed the space! To top it all off, the food was amazing! Everything was delivered a day before the wedding and was picked up the Monday after the wedding. The food was prepared on site and was delicious! Some of our favorites were the Crispy Asparagus Spears, Piquant Chicken, Bourbon & Brown Sugar Beef Tenders, and Mini Twice Baked Potatoes. They handled every detail for us, helped set up the beach wedding, and even took down the pergola we had set up so we could enjoy the after wedding festivities. The staff was so helpful and professional in everything they did. The serving of the food at the tables around the pool was spectacular and they promptly refilled the hot food as needed. We worried about nothing and if we did, Cuisine and Company had already thought of it and fixed it. If you have an event that you need a caterer, Cuisine and Company is the way to go!

I have recommended her AND Cuisine and Company to multiple people. The FOOD was absolutely fantastic. Our guests still talk to us about the bourbon and brown sugar beef tenderloin we had...it was mouthwatering. Lastly, I wanted to write about an added touch that made C&C hard to beat - during cocktail hour, Jen found the me and my groom and had drinks and a plate of hors d'oeuvres for us. For anyone that says, "be prepared to not eat at your own wedding," this will certainly not be the case if you hire Cuisine and Company! We left full and happy. :)

ourbon glazed beef tenderloins and they we were so tender and delicious. We also got lemon pepper crusted chicken with succotash that was really yummy as well. The parmesan smashed potatoes, southern style green beans, and the mac and cheese were also absolutely delicious. Everyone loved the food and couldn't stop talking about how good it was. They also liked the desert bar we got since we didn't get a large wedding cake. Our overall experience with Jen and Cuisine & Company was wonderful and I will definitely be recommending them to any of my friends who are getting married. I would even want to use them for any other events that would require catering.

the food came out hot! I can’t tell you how many weddings I’ve been to where I’ve had cold food. We had perfectly executed service from beginning to end. And by “beginning” i mean Cassie was so thorough with the planning. She had such initiative and thoughtfulness when it came to planning, she ensured we covered all the bases. Cassie not only knows what she’s doing, she also has the care and concern to ensure we knew what we were doing too. This catering was flawless, our venue was beautiful, the staff was amazing and the food genuinely could not have been better. Of all of the staff from our wedding, Cuisine is at the top of the “would use again” list.

The day of the wedding, she and her team made sure my husband and I were taken care of the entire night by getting us our food quickly so we could mingle with our guests, ensuring we always had drinks, and all leftover food and cake was packaged up in a nice little basket for us to go (with some champagne, too!) Everything was packed up by the staff and placed right into our car so my husband and I, as well as our families and bridal party, did not have to lift a finger after the wedding! The food was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed those leftovers the day after the wedding! After the wonderful experience we had, I would use them all over again, exclusive caterer or not!

They even gave us a picnic basket filled with left overs, cake slices, and champagne to enjoy the next day...so cute and sweet! Oh, and they were an absolute joy to work with. We were working with Gloria, and she always promptly answered my emails and kept me on schedule with everything, which is helpful when you book 11 months in advanced.

guest. The food was amazing the day we did the tasting, the dinner we had at our wedding, and the left overs that I have eaten so much of. Kate Bull thought of every little detail when it came to our meetings, and then the final day. It all turned out we all imagined it! Let me take a moment and say Kate Bull is a phenomenal women when she handled a little stressed out bride to be on those last few weeks, I'm not sure I could even come close to her grace that she exhibited throughout the entire process. Everyone dressed nicely, was kind to our guest. And if you're having anything fall, definitely go with the Butternut Squash Ravioli! Thank you to a great team who weathered the storm of Hurricane Matthew to ensure our night turned out perfect!

The food during out tasting was better than the day of the wedding (more flavorful), however it was still so good the guests raved about it. The cost is high and there is no flexibility with the pricing. Jen was flexible with our specific details regarding how food was prepared. They allowed for special dietary restrictions and ensured the right people received the right plates. At the end of the night, they packed up all of the left overs and sent them with us. This was great!!! I recommend Cuisine and Company for your catering needs!

One of the caterers brought my wife and I a plate and then brought us a new warmer plate when she noticed that we had not taken the time to eat. They were just great. The food was amazing. It is fairly expensive and if you have a super tight budget you may need to go with someone else but I thought they were well worth it. Nothing but good things to say about them. Highly recommended.

with chimicurri sauce and some of the best Tuscan chicken I have ever had. Plus there were some creative new things like BBQ spring rolls. Plus they made us a basket of leftovers (you won't eat as the wedding couple) and it was still incredible hours later at the hotel! Jen was absolutely amazing as well. If you pick Cuisine and Co (and you should) specifically ask for her!

point of contract that was disappointing was the fact that we had no choice over the catering company. Personally, I think that having a monopoly over the client base at a venue allows a company to become lazy and overpriced because they have no competition in choices, and my worry came to fruition. I first met with a coordinator 18 months before my wedding. While I felt confident that my coordinator understood my price range and food choices, my first proposal was well above my max price point, and there were many errors in the details. Within weeks, this coordinator had left the company for personal reasons, and we were reassigned. Now at a year out from our wedding, we were starting over, but I was hopeful this new beginning would be for the best. During our first meeting, we were made uncomfortable by being pushed towards rentals we clearly said we didn't want. Moreover, the lack of communication and professionalism from our coordinator was not something we could swallow. She would take weeks, sometimes over a month to respond, and on more than one occasion, our contracts/decisions/budget was confused with other brides. The final breaking point was when my husband and I arrived at their office for a meeting and our coordinator could not attend with no notice/warning. In retrospect, this was the best thing that could have happened to use because then we met Cassie. Cassie was our catering coordinator for the last few months of the wedding planning process. She was extremely organized and detailed. She was sweet and cared about us. The wedding night went perfect, and the food for our wedding was excellent, and if you must work with this company...ask for Cassie. She will make sure that you are getting your money's worth! She would get a 5/5 for this review.

te. The food was so delicious. I got married on 8/10/2012 and I still have guest talking about how good the food was. Kate Bull was my contact person and she was very friendly and answered any questions or concerns I had. I would fully recommend them to anyone. Our entrees were the carmelized salmon, beef short ribs and chicken roulades. The sides were twice baked potatoes, vegetables, and rice pilaf. It was so delicious. Even the appetizer which was crab cakes were to die for. It was made with real crab. I could go on and on, but they were awesome!!
