collaborating with me and my wife to create a wedding of intentionality and authenticity. Kristen checked in with us every step of the way, leading up to the wedding through to our final songs on the dance floor and grand exit. Kristen and her team transformed our non-traditional venue space into the vision of our dreams, optimal for celebrating intimately with all our loved ones. I feel so lucky that we were able to book wedding planning with Cedar and Stone. On the wedding day, we were able to get ready and enjoy the day with minimal stress. Two hour prior to the ceremony she and Trinity put up all the decorations, signs and table setting perfectly and everything was good to go!! Ceremony, cocktail hour and reception went smoothly. She and her staff kept an eye out on what’s going on and took care any issues. If you are looking for a planner, I highly recommend booking with Kristen :)

edgeable but most importantly- she put us at ease. I like her professional but easy going communication style and she was always available to answer questions. When I would get nervous about the big day, I thought to myself - Kristen will be there, everything will go perfectly! and it did! All this was true on the day of our wedding as well. It was almost as if she saw the images in our head and displayed it in the garden. That’s how great she is. backyard reception with a very small guest list. Despite these constraints, we of course still wanted to create a special, elegant atmosphere for our big day. Kristen was recommended to us by a friend and I am SO glad we followed their suggestion! We had a basic vision but she went above and beyond to turn our vague ideas into an actual plan that was exactly what we had envisioned. She had great suggestions for all the things we were undecided on, but at the same time was always respectful of our vision and we never felt pushed into anything. The end result was simply magical! She has a true talent for transforming an ordinary space into a beautiful venue that looked every bit as amazing as the big pricey venues (if not even more so!). As an added bonus, Kristen is SUCH a joy to be around! Her demeanor is so approachable and relaxed and she's got a great sense of humor! Between that and her impeccable attention to detail, we knew we were in great hands. You know you've found a gem of a planner when they can eliminate so much wedding stress, follow through to perfection, and also keep you laughing!
