We are truly grateful for Bianca and her team for everything: great communication, clear contract, surprise groom & bride baskets with essentials, effective communicator, sweet and understanding beings. We truly believe that our day wouldn’t have been so smooth without all their help. Her timeline was impeccable. We had very minimal hiccups if any. Bianca took care of everything for us the day off so if there were any, we didn’t notice. She promptly took care of it on her own/with the help of her team. We got to enjoy our day without stressing over vendors or guest. I 1000% recommend having her as your day of coordinator.

Bianca has such a talent for Wedding and Event Planning that is made Troy and I's planning process go by SO incredibly smooth!! I am an overthinker and so easily stressed out, but the amount of communication that Bianca provided to Troy and I on top of the reminders, timelines, and understanding of potential issues made this entire 6-7 months go by so breezy! We never once felt out of the loop when it came to vendor communication, and always felt that she truly cared about how we felt about certain updates. Troy and I are the "it is what it is" type of ppl, but it was so refreshing to be asked how we felt about when a certain vendor told us we had to supply our own fold up tables for their buffet service after them providing us and confirming we had already rented all necessary equipment. Still salty about that one, LOL, but Bianca made us feel sane and definitely heard!! One of the many things I could go on and on about! All in all, we would without a doubt recommend Bianca to anyone!

When my husband and I began planning our destination wedding in Hawaii we began to feel lost.So we contacted Bianca and she was so sweet and professional. We hired her for full planning and she took us through the planning process. Since our wedding was destination, we were worried about all the moving parts but bianca handled it so effortlessly. She was lovely and extremely creative. Definitely, hire her!

We were referred to Bianca and Celestial Weddings and Events after our first wedding coordinator fell through. Even though it was last minute, Bianca was able to jump in and take over. Now we don't know how we could have done it without her! We were impressed with her professionalism, willingness to help, organization, friendliness, approachability, and leadership. The meetings and checklists that she provided helped to ease anxieties. With her, we were able to slow down and enjoy the wedding planning process more, because we knew that we had help. We (and our family) were impressed with how organized and smoothly the rehearsal and wedding day went as well.
