Celestine's Special Occasions

Celeste is the best around! She books and oversees all rentals, works with you to create layout and design of the event, flowers, food, décor, and staff. I live in Washington, DC, my mom is in Kentucky so we worried it would be difficult to plan a wedding and get exactly what we wanted from so far away—until we met Celeste. I sat down with her for a few hours and she listened to everything I liked and disliked. She created an amazing layout, a delicious menu and flowers and décor that were exactly what I wanted! Her vision and ideas were greater than anything I could have ever imagined, she has great taste and has so much experience creating beautiful, unique spaces. Being a southern girl, I wanted southern food, fried chicken, biscuits, fried green tomatoes, etc. but I didn’t want it to feel casual. Celeste and her mother created a menu I like to describe as ‘elegant southern’ and our guests are still talking about it. It was presented so beautifully and it was absolutely DELICIOUS. She even suggested and created a nontraditional dessert option, a gelato bar! It was a hit, everyone loved it. Celeste is so kind and genuine, I felt like I could ask and talk to her about anything. She is very honest and realistic about things—there were places I wanted to cut corners and stick to budget, she was willing to help and was very honest about how that would or would not affect the overall feel of my wedding. Our wedding exceeded expectations and I completely credit Celeste! Two pieces of advice for brides looking to get married on the Florida panhandle: hire Celeste and trust Celeste. Your day will be a dream come true if you do!

Celestine's is the absolute way to go!!! They have florals, catering, decor and everything that goes with it all under one roof.. which is amazing! It is so nice not to have to worry about paying 10 different staff with using all different companies! But the food at my wedding was DELICIOUS!! I had crab cakes on fried green tomatoes (TO DIE FOR), a skewer station with different meats and veggies (YUM), a taco station with the choice of chicken or fish and lots of yummy toppings and then the cheese and fruit station as well! I am still getting compliments on how great the food was! The staff helping Celeste were so sweet and friendly and truly acted like they were happy to be there! Being the bride, your busy talking and mingling and dancing so you dont get much time to eat, but if you use Celestines, I suggest you take time to eat some of that delicious food!!

Celeste was such a pleasure to work with. I answered a few questions and showed her my wedding pinterest board and she took it from there. She handled all of our rentals, flowers and catering. Her and her mother worked so hard all day and our wedding ended up being so much more than we imagined. She even had a seven foot wooden cross made for us for our ceremony. The center of the cross was covered with greenery and flowers and was identical to the picture I had shown her. She sent me a sweet, calming text message the morning of our wedding, packaged tons of togo food and cake for us after the reception, and set out vases for all of the bridesmaids to place their bouquets. I cannot say enough good things about her. They really went above and beyond for us. Our guests are still talking about the beautiful cross and delicious food!

Celeste was awesome. She worked with me on budget and made the flowers and ambiance of my wedding simply beautiful. Everything was set up and broken down, I didnt have to worry about anything!

Celestine's did an excellent job on our wedding. We used them for both flowers and catering. They did an excellent job on everything and it was even better than we imagined. The food was excellent and we have had tons of people give us complements on how great the food was at the wedding!

I was blessed to be able to work with incredible vendors for my wedding day, and Celestine's did our flowers...and I have NO regrets. They were PERFECT, everything I wanted. Not to mention Celeste is absolutely lovely and their shop is AN incredible gem off 30-A. Definitely recommend them!

Celeste was so wonderful- and I still have never met her. Everything was done through email or over the phone since I live in IN. Celeste is so sweet and definitely works with your budget- even if it does change several times! She was so understanding, she knows that she is kind of "leftovers", as she put it. Typically your venue is a set price, along with your dj and photographer, and your officiant. So you can play with your florist budget a little more- she understood everytime the budget changed. Thanks Celeste!

The best part of the wedding decor were the beautiful flower arrangements Celestine's put together for us, from the bouquet, to the kissing ball, to the center piece arrangements. Everything was amazing!! I can't thank them enough for helping to make our wedding day so beautiful!

Celeste and Edie are so nice and easy to work with!! The food was excellent - our guests commented everything was delicious - the best steak they ever had. The decorations (flowers, linens, etc.) were gorgeous!!
