Chair Cover Elegance is a family run business proudly serving our customers in Nebraska, Iowa and South Dakota.
We have the areas largest inventory of chair covers and colored sashes. We also have a very large inventory of table linens, runners, table squares, overlays and napkins. We do not charge a damage waiver or delivery fee for any of our rental items. All of our prices include our staff setting up and taking down all of your rental items.
We have 3 full time event designers that have 16 years of event planning experience to help you with planning, color selections and design. All of design and planning staff is free and here to help make your event a once in a lifetime experience.

This vendor was recommended to me by our venue, and I would not use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone. Most of these reviews hit the nail on the head for me - the communication was basically non existent. It got down to the week before and I still hadn't received a final invoice so I was worried we wouldn't get the chair covers for the wedding. I called Bev and she had the wrong info even though I sent multiple emails with the updates. Come the wedding day, they only brought 120 when I needed 124. That was really unfortunate since I had paid for 124, so I reached out to her asking if she could refund what wasn't provided. She became really rude saying if I really needed that money back that badly, she'll send a check in the mail (which still hasn't been received). She also said she wasn't going to talk about it anymore when I mentioned that was theft and a breach of contract which was wild considering I paid for a product I didn't completely receive. She said there were only 120 chairs set up which is why we only received 120 covers which again was wild considering myself, my husband and my family were all there to answer questions if there was any confusion but all the chairs were set up and ready to be covered. I'm giving it one star because the covers I received looked nice but wow, it was the worst vendor experience and it's a shame she treats customers this way.
I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from this company. I would never use them again. EVER‼️‼️‼️ Seem to be very unprofessional and unorganized. My event was to be held on a Sunday, The Thursday prior Bev informs me that they're going to need to decorate the Venue on Friday because they would be out of town that Sunday. She was even considering bringing all the Linens to me and have me set up the venue myself which is NOT what i paid for. Fortunately they had a change of heart and decided to stick around and set up my venue for me. Sunday came, they showed up on time and set up as promised. But when it was time to leave, they were no where to be found. I was obligated to have the venue cleaned and vacated by 8:00. When 7:30 rolled around i started to panic. I reached out to Bev several times each time she claimed that they were on their way, they were on their way. They just never showed. Finally at 8:00 the Vendor gave the ok to just leave the Linens there. I don't know when or if they ever showed up. I just know that it was a horrible experience. I would never recommend them to anyone. They have a lot of tweaking to do if they want to remain open. I'd opt to use Dollar Tree plastic table covers before I would use them again!!!
Good price, and the owner is a sweet lady, but the response time is not great. A few of our tablecloths had snags and were different colors than the others, so it makes sense they are rentals.
Graciously accepted our $100 deposit. Then ignored all of our attempts at reaching out to choose fabric styles and colors for SEVEN months... finally answered 9 days before our event, and called my fiancé a liar, claiming they never received any of the dozen or so calls and voicemails. Obviously we had to go with a different, more professional option. But BEV is now refusing to refund our deposit, saying we signed a contract stating it was non refundable. Well I'm pretty sure in the contract, it talks about communication expectations as well. This place is a SCAM!
Be warned Bev is extremely slow at responding to emails and may not give you a direct answer if you call her. We ended up canceling our order and losing our deposit due to the communication issues.
Our whole experience with CCE was good except when it was time to give final numbers for the chair covers (2 weeks before the wedding) we couldn't reach anyone, which made it very stressful as we were worried that we had been forgotten and would need to find a new place only two weeks before the wedding. We finally received word from the owner through our reception venue coordinator. They did not disappoint with the day of the wedding. The chair covers were beautiful and helped take our reception to the next level. Overall a good experience minus the difficulty reaching the owner close to the wedding.
Chair Cover Elegance was so great to work with! We decided to get chair covers the day before our wedding and Chair Cover Elegance had them on the chairs the same afternoon! Our reception looked so beautiful with the chair covers. So grateful for their efficient service!
Unfortunate there's no way to given a zero rating. I am an event planner and Bev with Chair Cover Elegance was by far the most difficult and frustrating vendor to work with. My client wanted to have everything paid off early several weeks before the wedding. I asked Bev to send in an updated invoice (reflecting the new items we'd be ordering) so the client could pay the balance early. Over the course of almost 2 weeks I had reached out to her 3times to remind her that we were still waiting for the invoice. She had no sense of urgency and did not care as "the final balance wasn't even due yet". Long story short she Never sent the invoice. She delivered dirty gold runners with frosting all over them, we were missing a table linen, and the other 2 she delivered we two different colors (ivory and white). She was difficult to work with and wouldn't deliver the items till the day before the wedding. When I called her to inform of the dirty linens and mismatch colors she had no care in the world as she had 'delivered what the bride ordered'. My client had already had this company booked before I began working with her, but I definitely will not be referring her to any future clients. I've never worked with someone as unprofessional in my life...needless to say my client was upset. We ended up ordering from another company the morning of.
We were recommended by this vendor from our reception venue and it ended up being a TERRIBLE situation. It took over a month to get a respond back from Bev by both phone and email. This made me anxious but from seeing the pictures provided from my reception venue and online I loved the look and wanted to give it a shot. We went ahead with it and had her send a contract. It took 3 times to get a hold of her to send the contract. And every time we called to ask what happened to it after waiting for 2 weeks at a time, she claimed she sent it and it was us that was the problem that she didn't do anything wrong. I looked over the contract and she had the chair covers, sash, and how many people we were having all wrong. I had gotten severely frustrated at this point and my fiance and I decided to not work with her. I went ahead and had my mom take over in communication with her and she told Bev this was a problem for us and that her way of communicating was not working for us and that we decided to not go with her services. She then began insulting us saying it was our fault that we weren't telling her that it was a problem and that we do not care enough about having my reception look great by not working with her and she again had done nothing wrong at it was all our fault. We let it go from there and went with another company for our wedding. Very happy we did. If you want easy communication and nice people to work with, I do not recommend this company at all. It was disappointing that many on here had great experiences with them and we had not even close to a fair experience, and we never made it past the contract point. We certainly would not recommend them.

Very good to work with. Everything turned out beautiful. I was a little concerned after our first meeting as she forgot our appointment we had, but everything turned out beautifully!
Was not impressed and they were very unorganized. I was originally told that they had the blush colored table cloth that I wanted, but after booking with them and calling to confirm, they did not. I got no responses to any emails for weeks. Every time I called them, and thankfully I did, they had written down the wrong color for the table linen. Minus the miscommunication, I was happy with the quality of the linens.
Bev was easy to work with and did a wonderful job! We rented all of linens from her and would definitely recommend her.
We booked with chair cover elegance because they were a great deal with a bridal show discount. It took over a month before they charged our card, but no big deal.
I had to initiate first contact about 2 weeks before the wedding since I had not heard anything. I left a voicemail with no return. I called the next week, about a week before the wedding, and Bev was very rude to me, acting like it was MY fault that she knew nothing about our wedding and only a week away. She said she would call back with final prices. She did but miscounted so price was higher. I was so frazzled by her that I had my husband call her back to clarify. She became very argumentative with him and stating that she had never had any problems like this before. Extremely rude and my husband was tempted to cancel her service. She was unable to give times of delivery and acted as though it was an inconvenience.
The day of, her daughter in law came to set up, she was extremely nice and helpful and she did a great job! The quality is there, but Bev could learn a few things about customer service.
I used Chair Cover Elegance just for the chairs at the reception. They looked amazing! Thank you again.
This was probably the easiest decision I had to make. I didn't check with other chair cover vendors, just used this company as it was recommended by my reception site. I never had to meet with anyone; simply called, sent in a deposit and then confirmed colors shortly before the big day. I looked at colors and styles online and the photos were quite helpful. They turned out just as the pictures showed.
Bev from Chair Cover Elegance was great and easy to work with. We ended up using an outside vendor to decorate the ceiling of our reception and Bev took the time to meet me one day to get me a fabric sample, so that I could have this other vendor match the colors used on the chair cover bows. The chairs looked beautiful and matched the other decorations perfectly!
We booked them because Regency Lodge had them posted in their lobby and they were the cheapest after a bridal fair discount. Even without a discount, they weren't horribly priced though. We exchanged contact information and signed a contract about 11 months before our date. Which any bride knows, so much happens between then and your wedding date, at times you just lose track! Well we made final payment but we (B&G and Chair cover) both forgot to do a quick glance at the contract to confirm that nothing had changed. However, when we originally signed it, we didn't have much decided on, I didn't have a dress yet, the only color we knew for sure was the robin egg blue. So for standard purposes we picked out the blue and just filled in white. We forgot to change that after I found my dress and they showed up the night before the wedding with white chair covers and the right blue color. Luckily the decorator was there and caught their attention and said it wasn't right, it should have been ivory instead of white. Bev tried contacting us that night to go over it but we were caught up in rehearsal dinner activities that we didn't get any messages until late that night. I was worried because I felt bad that I didn't check it and I didn't want to ruffle any feathers, if the contract said white, well then I would just have to deal and have white chair covers. To my surprise, Chair cover elegance made the decision to go all the way back to Iowa and get Ivory without even confirming with us. When we walked into the reception room, the chair covers were on with the beautiful bows and it was ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING. I could not believe they did that for us. It was an error on my part for not rechecking and they did such a thoughtful act without even batting an eye. I would totally recommend them because they truly understand the definition of customer service. They go out of their way to make sure it is beautiful. I was very lucky to have used them and will hope others have the same luck!

The chair covers made all of the difference in the look of the room. I would definitely recommend using Chair Cover Elegance over other companies. They make sure each cover is perfectly pressed and all tied the same. The looked lovely!
Nothing overly impressive or unimpressive...just ho hum. The lady was hard to get a hold of at times and hard of hearing, so it make communication difficult. I never did get to see the chair covers because of the tornadoes/storms...they had to tear everything down because it got wet from the rain.
This company lacks good communication. If you want timely responses this company is not for you. This company is extremely hard to get a hold of via email, telephone, or mail. I waited a very long time (over a month) for the contract to be mailed to me, turns out they forgot to mail it. I finally had to ask for it again. The contract is not clear in spelling out that you will only have to pay for the chairs ties actually used. Two days before the wedding they did not have any idea when they were going to get the chairs ready (1 day before set up). They company also could not keep track of the names of contacts at the venue that they needed to coordinate with. The company seems a bit disorganized. Once the chair covers were on they looked great. The chair ties were fine; but they really could have been more uniformed in the actual placement on the chair. They have worked with my venue frequently, and I haven't heard about a time when they have not shown up; but the lack of communication definitely makes a bride worry.

I had to cancel working with Chair cover elegance, I am a bride who like to be on top of things that need to be done, I called Deb numerous of occasion to go over the details as far as pricing, giving her info for my wedding coordinator at my venue and she was very unprofessional. She told me numerous of times how to call her at a certain time and when i did she never answered nor call me back. She said that she always busy. I felt that since I wasn't giving her a job to do 500 chairs she didnt make me a priority. I would never advise anyone to use this company b/c of the lack of communication as well her unprofessionalism that she has shown me. Look at the other ppls reviews..this should say alot!
The owners of this business are very hard to get a hold of!!! They did a great job, but did not tie the bows on the back of the chairs the way I wanted. Other than that and communication they did well.
I book Chair Cover Elegance due to a referral by my reception venue. It was very hard to get a hold of Bev...there were a few unanswered messages which was frustration. I also told them how I wanted the bows tied and the day of, after they had done the work and left (they did it early in the morning) the bows were all tied wrong. It may seem like a small thing but it really upset me since I hate bows :( Other than trying to get a hold of them and having actual bows tied, the chairs looked very nice but it was pretty expensive - however I would do it again because it really completed my reception look.
