We could not have planned our wedding at The Foundry without Heather and Jamie of Cheeky Details. The Foundry is a raw space, and so everything needs to be rented/brought in from the outside. There is an incredible amount of detail that goes into planning a wedding of this nature as a result, and the girls handled everything flawlessly, nothing fell between the cracks. At no point in my wedding planning process did I feel stressed out. They were literally on top of everything! We also received great feedback from family members and guests as to how flawlessly everything was executed. The girls also have an amazing taste, style, and creativity in addition to being incredibly competent. They also have great vendor relationships, ensuring you get the best service and pricing. I really can't recommend them enough and I am going to miss working with them so much!!!
I booked Cheeky for the day of coordinator services for my wedding day and it was the best money i ever spent! Wedding planning is so much work and it is crazy to not have someone there for you on the day of, to take care of all the minor details or you wont be able to enjoy the day you have worked so hard to make perfect. Jamie and Heather asked me every single tiny detail prior to the wedding weekend so that there was nothing that they would have to ask me when the day came, they just took care of everything. From the seating, to the decor, ceremony and bridal party as well as the reception making sure everything was included and not one detail was missed. Them being there made my wedding day so calm, easy and worry free. I would highly recommend her coordinating services for any bride who wants to have a stress free wedding day!
As the groom, one would not expect me to be interested in writing a review of a wedding. Most grooms don't provide much input, aside from food and music (which is true for me as well). But considering just how perfect Cheeky Details were during our wedding, I felt the need to thank them, and my wife said this is the best place to do so (and she's always right!)
Heather and Jamie made the whole wedding planning experience absolutely amazing and stress-free. I had no idea what the hell was supposed to happen after my lady said "yes" when I popped the question, but Heather and Jamie walked us through every step of the process! My wife and I had a somewhat untraditional vision for the wedding, which was to include endless food and punk rock music, and Heather and Jamie totally understood what we were going for! They traveled with us to find the perfect venue (even all the way into the Bronx Zoo!) and put us in contact with the best vendors nearby and even as far away as Virginia (Snackbar Jones - rocked our world!) They answered our every question and made sure we were not confused about anything.
On the day of the wedding, Heather, Jamie, and their assistant Jessica all made sure that every vendor was on the same page and everyone involved knew what was happening and when. They put together all of the flowers and made everyone look and feel beautiful and/or handsome (even me!) They helped make our wedding ideas into a truly perfect day, down to even the smallest little detail (like little elephants on the table, or Ramones buttons on the boutineers). They helped keep the day moving smooth, and made sure we were kept happy, fed, and were having an amazing time!
All in all, when my wife said she wanted to use wedding planners, I wasn't too sure it was a good idea. But when we first met with Heather and Jamie, my wife and I felt an instant trust and connection. These two ladies know how to throw a party, and definitely make sure they take them time to get to know their clients. They have amazing contacts and vendors, and know how to get you everything your wedding could possibly need.
I'm not usually one to write things like this, but sometimes people do things that you can't help but be completely grateful for. Heather and Jamie provided unyielding awesomeness throughout the wedding planning process, right up until our last big hug with them at the end of our wedding! They provided us with every last bit of their experience, expertise, patience, and love. And we couldn't have done it without them!
How do I even begin? There are so many wonderful things I can say, but I guess I should start by telling you that your search for a planner is over now that you've found this page. These AMAZING wedding angels are honestly the best planners you'll ever meet!! I was not very excited to plan my wedding. Unlike most girls planning my wedding was not something I had been thinking about my whole life, and the thought of it was seriously daunting. I was NOT into it, period. I decided to hire planners and interviewed a few to get the ball rolling. None of them gave me that excited feeling you're supposed to get when you're revving up to plan your wedding. I felt like I was just another bride that they had to deal with during her search for a planner. It wasn't until I interviewed Heather and Jamie that my heart got the fluttery feeling. Since the moment we said “hello” on the phone I felt their warmth and sincere excitement for me on this momentous time in my life. After my fiancé and I got off the phone with them I told him we had to have them as our planners! Once we finished our contract specifics, which by the way was all a pleasant experience, Heather got right to work on finding us the PERFECT venue, and THE BEST vendors. I capitalize on these because they truly were the best of the best. We planned our wedding in 8 months and although that seems like very little time, when you have Cheeky Details on your side everything goes so well! Our wedding was simply AMAZING!!!! Our friends and family still talk about it. I will never forget it not only because it was one of the best days of my life, but also for its perfection, beauty, organization, and because getting to that day was also a wonderful experience. These girls won’t stop until you’re happy with whatever the vendor question or detail you want to bring to life. They are super patient with you when you can’t make up your mind about something, or you just don’t know how to put in words what you are looking for, or when you’re simply dealing with life hurdles and your wedding takes a back seat for a bit. They will be on top of all the things that will make your wedding absolutely perfect! My fiancé was very much involved in a lot of the planning, mainly because I was juggling a lot with a full time job and my grad school courses, and Heather was always so great at answering all his questions regarding contracts, scheduling the day of, hotels blocks, you name it, she took care of it. Because of Cheeky details I can honestly say that I would absolutely plan my wedding again and again, so long as I had these fabulous ladies along for the ride :-D. I will miss them dearly now that it’s all done, but I know that if I ever wanted to shoot them an email to say “Hello” or just catch up on life they would be there as my friends.

These ladies know their stuff! When they say that they are there for you, they mean it. From the moment we sat down with them (about a year and a half before we actually got married!), they made us feel like their priority. They are the most down to earth people you could meet. Heather and Jamie have wonderful chemistry with each other and it works well throughout the wedding planning up until the day of the wedding. The day of can get crazy and overwhelming. With that said, any unexpected thing or obstacle that came our way, Cheeky Details was there to handle it. Always 5 steps ahead of me when a thought came to mind. They managed to be there for both me and my husband, and there for our wedding party of 16...handling everything in the background and still feeling like they were by our sides throughout the day. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who wants a stress free wedding day!
Wait. You want to plan your wedding without Jamie and Heather at Cheeky Details? That's just crazy. These ladies know anything and everything about what makes a perfect wedding weekend and to go it alone will add not only to your stress but your costs. From the very first phone conversation to the last hugs at the wedding, we were in such capable, caring hands. They're not kidding when they tell you they offer a full range of services from the biggest decisions down to the tiniest details. We leaned on them for budgeting (they saved us a ton!!!), vendor selection, design and decor, guidance with invitations and same day papers, "the dress", the bridal party, travel and hotel arrangements... the list goes on. And through it all they maintained a high level of professionalism AND a great sense of humor. Honestly, they are delightful, smart and honest, but can also make demands of vendors who don't perform. Oh yes, don't mess with Cheeky. But what we also greatly appreciated was they are SOOOO talented and creative. Why use an outside florist when you can have them create magnificent, original tablescapes? Your personal tastes, needs, visions and budget are the only things that matter. You will also benefit from their years of experience. Literally at this point there is nothing they haven't seen or dealt with. Nothing throws them! Not to mention, when you have a wedding planner your vendor tries extra hard to make you happy because they know if they do an amazing job they'll be recommended again.
On the wedding day we worked with Jamie and the delightful, calm Paisley.And true to their word they oversaw the whole day so that our family was free to enjoy. Trust me, when you have Cheeky tending to the sticky issues it relieves you of any stress. You get to be a guest at your own wedding!
Wedding planning is exhausting, expensive, stressful and can really take the joy away from the big day if it's all on your head. Working with Cheeky Details was a godsend and those emails, calls and meetings led to the absolute most perfect wedding. Our guests are still talking about the magical day and all the special touches.
Go it alone or with Cheeky? This is a no-brainer!!!
I am so happy that I booked Cheeky Details for the day of my wedding. Besides making sure all the details are managed, having that extra person in addition to what the venue provides was very helpful. Paisley was wonderful and would recommend Cheeky to anyone!
On my wedding day I was nervous and anxious until Paisley arrived. She eased my worries and ensured me that everything was going to plan. She was excellent with me as well as the bridal party anticipating our needs at a time that was so hectic. I could relax and enjoy every second of my special day without worrying about all those "details". I'am thankful I had the opportunity to work with cheeky details it was a pleasure!
I needed a day-of coordinator for my wedding. Cheeky was recommended by my photographer. And I'm so happy she did. Not only were they reasonably priced but they were so helpful in getting things together the last couple of weeks up to the wedding. My coordinator was so helpful the night of my wedding, making sure things were on schedule, tables were decorated, helping to put things in our cars, making sure I had a drink and food, and handing out the tips to the other vendors. It was so nice to have her there. Thank you girls for all you did.
First of all.. I would like to say that I'm "in the biz" of weddings and I met Jamie and Heather while on the job for another bride. Her wedding was right after Sandy hit and even though the bride had every reason to worry bc there was no electricity or gas anywhere- somehow these 2 were able to keep the bride glowing and happy! Out of control things happened right before her wedding and somehow cheeky fixed it! Needless to say, these two girls stuck out in my mind in my world full of wedding planners that I meet each weekend. So when I got engaged I knew I wanted them RIGHT AWAY! They literally built my wedding from the bottom up. For the brides that don't think they need wedding planners or think they can get better prices on their own.. You are dead wrong! Invest a little and you will not have to worry about months and months of stress. I came to them with ideas that made me look crazy and couldn't be done on Long Island but somehow they found me the venue that fit my description perfectly. I wanted a foresty wedding lit up with lanterns and magic without leaving the island and they delivered. Not only did they create the atmosphere that NONE OF MY GUESTS COULD STOP TALKING ABOUT, but they also can do your flowers that look straight out of a picky person's Pinterest page! They found every single one of my vendors that fit into my budget and they all were bending over backwards and throwing in things with their price to sweeten the deal. These girls are absolutely genius and I'm sad that our meetings and emails are over, just because I don't get to hear their awesome ideas anymore! Oh before I forget, I would also like to thank their day of team that were with me the entire day (as well as Jamie and Heather were) and were so soothing and ahead of me with every little thing that I could think of before I thought it! As soon as I get my pro pictures back I can't wait to show all my brides. To close- Heather and Jamie are extremely likeable, smart, ALL about the DETAILS, and truly professionals. I HIGHLY recommend them to any bride no matter WHAT your budget-- they will work with you to make an unforgettable event!!
I was on the fence about needing a wedding planner, but looking back at my wedding and the months spent planning for it, hiring the girls was hands down the best decision I ever made. I had expected they would help with selecting vendors, decor, and timelines -- but Jamie and Heather went so far beyond, truly pouring heart and soul into making my wedding exactly what I dreamed it would be.
The thing that sets the girls apart is that they truly invest everything they have in getting to know each of their brides; what you love, what you hate, what stresses you out, the perfect little details to make your wedding special - and by the time your wedding comes you feel nothing but excitement and confidence that everything will be perfect. And then its even better than you imagined.
Cheeky Details are a MUST have for any type of wedding or event. Their professionalism is unmatched. Heather and Jamie clearly have an undying passion for what they do and it shows through every bit of their work. I came to them as a "bride on a budget". I was planning an atypical backyard wedding where I wanted a mix of class and a casual. I had a vision in my head of how I wanted my wedding to be; Cheeky brought my vision to life. They helped me with everything from selecting vendors (the caterer was a HUGE hit) to designing my bouquets and center pieces to advising me on creating a time line for my event. They SAVED my wedding when the equipment rental company delivered the wrong stove; through their connections they were able to help find another company immediately who brought the correct equipment. All in all I could have not pulled off the wedding I had planned without Heather and Jamie. I’m so incredibly impressed with how they started their business X amount of years ago; leaving the corporate world behind to find their true passion. Not many people can say they love what they do but I am confident that Cheeky does. It is without hesitation I recommend Cheeky Details to ANY bride. I am sure I don’t stand alone when saying I’d wish I could plan another wedding just to work with them again.
These girls are worth their weight in gold!!! I am super high strung and I stress about everything and on my wedding day I was calm and collected because I knew Heather and her assistant Jenny were there! Cheeky Details were my favorite vendor but the best part about them was that they worked so well with all of my vendors. I felt so comfortable with them like they were part of my bridal party. I had heard all of the great reviews about them prior to booking them and every single good thing about them is not only true but the reality is they are even better than their reviews! Every bride needs a Cheeky girl by her side!!
Move over David Tutera!! The girls at Cheeky Details took my totally off-the-wall (and very picky) ideas and turned them into a wedding I could have only dreamed of! I could tell from day one that they truly care about every single one of their brides, respected my opinion, and wanted me to be HAPPY. They not only developed my vision into a reality, but they made the entire process stress-free and actually enjoyable. Day of, Jaime was there for every little thing I needed, whether it was a guest who showed up that RSVPed no, or to hand me my lipstick. I would not have been able to enjoy my perfect wedding the way that I had if it had not been for Cheeky!!
Hiring the Cheeky ladies was one of the best decisions I made during wedding planning.
I can't say enough good things about these ladies. My husband originally doubted the need for a coordinator since I am super organized, but I thought it would be for the best so we didn't have to worry about little details on our wedding day. Not only were Jamie & Heather totally amazing on the day of the wedding, they were just as great leading up to it. Any time I had any questions during the planning process, they would answer almost immediately (no matter what time of day was). Plus hey asked me questions I had never even thought of - they really know their stuff. They also helped us choose a number of our vendors - all their recs were great, and they were instrumental in coordinating with all of them.
Jamie & Heather made sure our rehearsal and wedding day went smoothly, and that I didn't have a thing to worry about. They handled it all. Our bridal party and families were in awe of how great they were. They are fun, sweet, supportive, amazing ladies to work with! I can't imagine having done it without them! Thank you!
These ladies are the best. They tolerated my madness for a year & a half!
All jokes aside they were wonderful, gracious, kind, patient, professional, & most importantly a pleasure to work with. They kept me calm the day of & made sure everything ran smoothly. My now husband was suppose to be at the venue & 10:30. By 10:32 he wasn't their & heather immediately asks for his phone number & what hotel room number was to get his tail over to the venue in time for pictures & the ceremony.
They helped me find a florist within my requested budget & helped me keep course in general.
They are nothing short of phenomenal in my honest opinion.
What can I say about these two wonderfully creative, inspirational, exceptional deeding planners? When I first met with them 1.5 years before my wedding I booked them on the spot! There first words to me were " will have your undivided trust by your wedding day, we will become your new best friends and give you exactly what you dreamed of". Problem was I didn't know what my dream was, until my wedding day when I saw the flawless work of Cheeky Details. Heather and Jamie knew my vision by listening to my little rid bits of information.
I was doubly blessed to have Cheeky also do my floral for my wedding day- exceptional beauty- that is what they created!! I had stunning table scales with mercury glass, peonies, roses, mint julep cups... And more flowers I can't even begin to describe. I had 3 different versions of table scales that took your breathe away! I took flowers home with me and they lasted for a week and a half!!
This dynamic duo was always just a phone call or email away. Trust me i drove them crazy with my 5 dress changes before purchasing, bridal party drama and then they even cut my brother off at the bar when he drank more then he should have.
When we walked into our reception the DJ had questions about changes and asked what I liked, I didn't hesitate in pointing them in Cheeky's direction. I didn't make the decision, but it was made and was perfect. Lastly, 4 months before my wedding I lost my father. He was my inspiration and I truly could not think straight anymore or even be excited for the wedding. Cheeky stepped in making sure things ran as they needed to in planning and knew when I had enough. They executed the most stunning floral piece that they surprised my husband and I with at the church. There was a connection between my father and I and bells of Ireland and heather and Jamie made a piece to surround our memory candle. It was thoughtful and brought tears to my eyes to know they understood the importance of him being present on our wedding day.
The day was flawless, the friendship that grew was true and the reality of our wedding day being our dream come true - priceless!!
Do not hesitate booking with these beautiful women...they dream ideas and leave no detail unturned! I can't wait to have them plan my baby shower!!
As someone who has a Type A personality, ensuring everything to go SMOOTH on your wedding day (the most important day ever) is a tough task. I knew I would need all the help I could get. After meeting the Cheeky girls at their meeting for my best friend's wedding, I knew I had to book them immediately when I got engaged. And they were the FIRST vendor I booked :)
Any question, no matter how big or small I had, was answered within minutes, and was always HELPFUL. They gave me so many helpful tips to ensure the day would go as smoothly as possible. On the day of the wedding, Heather and Jamie were such a calming force. Their presence alone made me feel relaxed and at ease. Jamie literally got me into my corset and when my garter fell down my leg RIGHT before walking down the aisle, Heather had to get down on the floor to take it off ! The bridesmaid's bus was about 20 minutes late to the church and I was FREAKING, but they kept me as calm as could be and made sure it didn't affect our timeline for the rest of the day. The Cheeky girls recommeded the DJ I used and I only received amazing reviews about him. I trusted them enough to book him on their recommendation without even hearing him !
I knew the Cheeky girls were amazing when my bridesmaids, the day after the wedding, told me how much Heather and Jamie were "running" around before cocktail hour making sure everything was perfect, which is was :) Also, my now husband and dad of course did not understand why the Cheeky girls were "necessary" but both during and after the wedding, got it ;)
It is a given that you NEED these girls for your wedding. I could not imagine my day without them :) Love you girls !
After setting our date and booking our reception hall the very first thing I did was contact Cheeky to setup a meeting with them because I knew come the day of the wedding I didn’t want to have to worry about anything. After reading their reviews and talking to Jaime in person I had to hire them on the spot. Some people say “what’s the point of a DOC?” or “I’m organized so I don’t need one.” Well, I’m pretty organized and my initial thought was that I would probably just need Cheeky the day of my wedding to take care of all the minor details. WRONG!!!!!!!! During my planning process I would email Cheeky about their suggestion of vendors and really calmed me down when I got so stressed after reading some negative reviews about a vendor I had already booked with. (Which BTW that vendor ended up being amazing too and had it not been for Cheeky I may have changed vendors and regretted later) Whenever I needed them I would email them and they would answer me right away… even late at night! The Monday before the wedding we met with Jaime and Heather and my husband even said whatever we are paying them is isn’t enough. They went over every detail of the wedding and made sure it was exactly how I wanted it. Come the day of the wedding they were amazing. They helped get me into my dress and made sure I was ok in the morning and then they headed to the church to set everything up. When I got to the church everything was exactly how I had envisioned it. At the reception hall the tall centerpieces were on the wrong tables so they switched them around before I even arrived. They took care of everything and they handed out all the tips at the end of the night. They were truly amazing and made my day so stress free and relaxed. I can look back and know I had no worries on my wedding day and everything was amazing.
I used Cheeky Details for my March 23rd wedding. I could not have made a better choice! Heather was fantastic. She took care of what needed to be taken care of and made it so everyone else could relax. They are professional and they really care about your event. I highly recommend Cheeky Details. Even if you think you don't need a DOC, trust me you do, and these girls are it!
I originally thought I could plan and carry out my wedding on my own, but realized a few months before the big day, that I couldn't run my wedding and enjoy my wedding at the same time. I am too much of a control freak and didn't feel comfortable handing over my wedding to just anybody, nor did I want to burden family members of friends. So I called in the professionals. Heather and Jamie were amazing, not only on my wedding day, but in the months leading up to my wedding. They responded to my e-mails almost immediately and helped me with every question or concern along the way. On the day of my wedding, they made everything run smoothly. They made sure my vision was executed and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. They didn't just take care of me, though! They helped my brother get a stain out of his shirt and allowed my mom and sister to sit back, relax, and enjoy the day with my husband and I. At the end of the night, they helped pack up and drove all of our things to the hotel and loaded them into my brothers car for us! I didn't worry about a thing at all on my wedding day. I highly recommend these ladies for all you brides to be!
I first read about Cheeky Details and wasnt sure if I needed a day of coordinator, after meeting with them the first time I absolutely knew that I did and these girls were my perfect match. Fast forward to the week of my wedding where I had been stressing out about all the details and things I needed to do. I met with Jamie that Monday and when I left I felt like I could breathe for the first time in months. We went over everything, she wanted to make sure my day went perfectly, she took copious notes and I felt confident that I could hand over control (I usually am never comfortable giving up control) to a very capable team. On my wedding day, they took care of everything, they reminded me of photos I wanted to take, cleaned the bottom of my dress for photos, took care of all vendors and made sure every wish I had was fulfilled. The Cheeky Details girls are exceptional. They are knowledgeable, have a ton of ideas and understand how important your day is to you. Because of them I was actually able to relax and enjoy my wedding and they have my highest recommendation!
Ahhhhh!! The Cheeky Girls!! So I was the Maid of Honor at my only sister's wedding. The greatest gift my sister gave me, and herself, was hiring this A Team. Allow to me to explain that I am the most pain in the butt, meticulous, attention to detail person out there. Heather & Jamie absolutely tackled everything with grace, detail and foresight. They helped put together the things that the Bride and I could not put into words but had in our heads. They handled all details flawlessly. To be able to TRUST someone on the wedding day is incredible. Instead of running around losing my mind as MoH on the day of, I was able to dance and laugh and drink and eat and have the best time of my life, b/c I KNEW they had it all covered. The peace of mind is worth EVERY penny. Add their awesome personalities to the mix and these girls are amazing. Looks like I may have a wedding come up in the next year or so and I know that I will be calling on these ladies for guidance. They are so much fun that I actually miss them!! I rarely recommend vendors b/c so few live up to my "Type A" standards. Heather & Jamie actually exceeded them and felt like friends, not a vendor. You girls are going to be wildly successful and Jess & I were thrilled to work with you. You will absolutely be hearing from me when it is my turn....
Love Jamie & Heather! My husband and I have only GREAT things to say about Cheeky Details. In my moments of trouble, I received such great attention and help. They were willing to help with my smallest details and requests. They are super patient and most importantly the happiest planners I've ever met! :) I can honestly say they LOVE helping brides... If you want to enjoy your wedding day with no hassles and no worries, J & H will make that happen. Day of the wedding, it was such a great feeling to know that EVERYTHING was under control. My parents and sister were able to enjoy the wedding as well and not worry about vendors, which was super important to me. Don't waste your time and energy searching for another planner. These girls are must haves! Seriously one of my favorite vendors!! My husband and I booked the Cheekys a year before our wedding. Any little thing I had a question about, needed advice on or a little detail I just wanted to share with someone, they were there! When I emailed them, I always got a quick response within hours, oftentimes even minutes! They even helped us plan a few things for our engagement party.
On the day of the wedding they were amazing! Tying my sash, bustling my bustle and helping make sure everything went smoothly. I had a little problem at my hall with the previous party not being out in time so in order to keep my cocktail hour from starting too late, Heather and Jaime ran around helping set up our cocktail hour and getting all the escort cards out and in alphabetical order. I even had a little bridezilla moment where I was starving (hadn't eaten in over 10 hours!) and was having a meltdown to my new husband. He promptly ran to the Cheekys and exclaimed, "I have a cranky bride, fix it!" And they did! They ran over to me to see what the problem was and quickly got the rest of my must take pictures done so that I could eat!
I would truly recommend them to anyone, they got me so excited for my wedding and made sure the day was the most amazing day of my life!
My wedding was basically all dyi, which meant a lot of details. I handed all my files over to Jamie and she executed them perfectly. I didn't have to worry about a single detail, and when I say dyi I mean I or family made the cake, the centerpieces, the table linens, the bouquets, the alter, the signs, the favors, etc. We basically just had a room with tables and chairs. Jamie and Danielle came in with the help of the waitstaff set everything up. It was a lot of work and I could not be happier with Cheeky.
My wedding day turned out to be absolutely amazing! I could not have planned it without the Cheeky girls. They recommended so many great vendors and helped me to pick beautiful and elegant decor and color schemes. They helped me deal with some issues I was having with some vendors that I had booked before I hired them. They saved me a lot of stress the week before and even during the planning process. They love what they do and it shows. They pay close attention to all the little details that you do not have time to take care of on your wedding day. It is so true that your wedding day flies by so you want to make sure you enjoy every moment of it. By having the Cheeky girls there during my wedding day I was truly able to relax and enjoy every beautiful minute. If you need a DOC or full/partial planning they will help to make your day feel like a fairy tale!
The saddest part of my wedding day was seeing them go. I loooove these girls so much wishing there were 100 stars instead of 5. The best money we spent. The day of our wedding I was truly worry free thanks to Jamie and Heather. They are extremely knowledgeable and were very helpful with all my questions. My wedding was a dream come true and the fact that I am able to say nothing went wrong for me is priceless, even my husband is telling all his guy friends that are getting married that the Cheeky ladies are a MUST!!! The Cheeky Glam Girls were the BEST!!! My favorite vendor NO DOUBT about it. They gave me PEACE OF MIND which for me is priceless. I will forever be greatful for the amazing work the Cheeky Glam girls have done for me. From the day I sat down with Jamie and Heather I knew my day was going to be perfect. They are the nicest girls and I felt as if I had known them for years after our first meeting. From that day forward they were there for me for any of my questions. Anything I needed they always had an answer for me, a list of solutions, and any suggestions also. They were always so nice and if I ever felt stressed all I had to do is talk to them and it was like a instant fix and I was calm and relaxed again. I originally thought I could do everything myself. I am living in France but my wedding was at an outdoor venue, A beautiful plant nursery on the east end of Long Island. Everything had to be brought in, which meant A LOT of coordination and research. I realized as my special day quickly approached that I was way behind and way too stressed.

These incredible ladies are absolutely ESSENTIAL for all brides! They completely saved our wedding and made it the most special day of our lives. They went above and beyond with every detail of our wedding.. from the smallest details to helping us find a new venue LAST MINUTE. I had NO intentions of hiring wedding planners for the day of my wedding. However, after seeing them in action for my cousin's wedding 3 weeks before mine I said :" oh hell yeah"!! Watching how these girls regulate the wedding party & coordinate with each vendor to make sure everything goes according to plan was exactly what I hired them for!!! They on it & they stay on it !!! They work with you & for you!!! What made me give these girls such a high mark is their ability & special skills when it comes to kids!!! I have never seen anyone handle toddlers like these girls have!!! It's AMAZING'! !! it's like they got the MAGIC TOUCH or something it's crazy!! When I first brought up hiring a DOC to my husband he (as well as the rest of my family) thought I was crazy since I am super organized to begin with. But I have never planned a wedding and I knew I needed some help. I heard fantastic reviews about the ladies at Cheeky Glam. After our first meeting with Jamie my husband was sold, he knew we were in great hands. Throughout my planning process Jamie was very responsive to any questions and freak outs I may have had. On the day of the wedding I was able to breathe a sigh of relief when Jamie and Christina showed up. Whatever last minute request I had they were on top of it. We had some cards that we needed handed out to the family and they did that so I didn't have to worry, they took my husbands extra vest, shirt, and tie to the reception. They took charge and I had nothing to worry about - from hooking the little hooks on my dress, to seeing a groomsmans pants, and even putting my nose ring in after mass (thanks Christina). I was so sad to see the ladies leave at the end of the night. They are worth their weight in gold and will recommend them to everyone.

Any time I had a silly question, a concern, I emailed them and, like magic, a response arrived in my email within minutes. And not just a response - everything they said and did was with such enthusiasm, it was is if was THEIR special day as well. The Cheeky Glam girls made sure everything ran smoothly - including distributing tips envelopes, wrangling bridesmaids and helping us stick to our very tight timeline. When my bustle broke halfway through my reception, I sent my hubby to find Heather and within seconds she was in the bridal suite and under my dress making repairs. I would suggest Cheeky Glam to any bride or groom who want to ensure they'll have a beautiful and worry free wedding day.
Let me start by saying, for my own wedding, I had planned on hiring Cheeky Glam for Day of Coordination services, but my mother in law and a few friends gave me a hard time and told me they didnt think it was necessary...I ended up cancelling and looking back, it was my BIGGEST wedding regret! We ran super late for pictures, I had to dicate to everyone on what to do and where to go ALL DAY and no one would pay attention! My photographer missed a TON of important photos because your head is such a blur that day you can't possibly remember to remind him that you need a picture with this aunt and this cousin...needless to say, if I had had a DOC there working for ME and MY best interest only, that knew exactly how I wanted the day to go and everything I wanted to accomplish, the day COULD have been perfect and stress free. Anyway, when it came time for my sister to get married the following year, I INSISTED that we hire Cheeky Glam and we both agreed it was the BEST investment for her wedding. Her wedding was nothing short of perfect and amazing. We made perfect time the entire day, she got pictures of everyone and everything she wanted. Her ceremony & reception were flawless and she was able to enjoy the entire day without having to direct anyone or explain anything. Needless to say, from someone that has had experience with and without Cheeky Glam, I can tell you that for the most important day of your life, its a very small price to pay to ensure everything is as you dreamed it to be. These girls go out of there way to ensure you have the most perfect wedding day possible. They are truly talented and amazing at what they do. No wedding is complete without Cheeky Glam!!!
Where do I begin! From the moment I met with Heather and Jamie over a year before our wedding we clicked. I wasn't looking for a full wedding planner, I was looking for someone to help me on the day of, I was planning a specific theme with a TON of details. Being that I had done a bunch of events in the past myself I was anal about details and it was really hard for me to give up control but I knew I had to in order to enjoy my day. After meeting with Heather & Jamie I knew they were it, I walked out of that meeting and had a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. From that moment on they were there for any question I had throughout the planning process, they were such a help! Flash forward to the day of and they were my dream team. The week leading up to the wedding they were there, there for every detail with me, the final walk through, etc. I gave them a packed of about 13 excel sheets and they didn't flinch, ha! The day of they arrived when we were getting ready and I handed over all important items to them including tips, rings and wedding license. I felt so relieved knowing they had the important things covered. They went over to our venue to set up all 30 boxes of our details that we had dropped off. Everything was set up to perfection! We had a little issue with the weather, our ceremony was supposed to be outside and there was a lot to set up. Unfortunately there were tornadoes on our wedding day in NY, TORNADOES!!! We had about 20 mins to move and set up everything inside, along with Giorgios and our florist they brought the outside, inside and NAILED it! They were then there throughout the night to make sure everything went smoothly and stayed till the end to pack everything back up for us to pick up the next day. Our day would NEVER have been as perfect as it was without Cheeky. They are the dream team and are worth every penny. At first my husband wasn't sure we needed a DOC, he is now singing their praises and so thankful we found them!

With just one week to go before my wedding, Heather, Jamie and I hit it off instantly and they truly understood the look I was trying to achieve for my big day. Day of Coordination was not something I had even considered, let alone budgeted for- but after discussing the logistics of my wedding day, I knew I HAD to book them! Everyone always tells brides to “enjoy every minute of your wedding day” and with the Cheeky Glam girls running the show, all I had to do was have fun celebrating with my new husband and our family and friends. My only regret is not finding them earlier because they really would have made the planning process not only so easy but so fun too! They are worth every penny!
'm the kind of person who is a planner and a perfectionist. Within a few months of our engagement we had all our major vendors booked and I was able to get started on the "little details". I didn't think I needed any help. It didn't take long for me to get overwhelmed, and a friend of mine, told me that they had booked Cheeky Glam to help make sure everything goes right the day of. After hearing her rave, I decided it was worth checking them out. Being an out of town bride, Heather arranged a phone call between the 2 of us. I remember talking to Heather, and I didn't feel like she was just any other vendor, she was more like a long lost friend. She understood me and my vision, and that's when I knew that I had to hire her.
Throughout the remains of the planning process, Heather had been my go-to person for any questions. If I was stressed, she was there for me. If I was in the middle of a break-down, Heather helped me work though it. I don't know how I would have gotten through that last week before the wedding if it wasn't for Cheeky.
And all that was just BEFORE the wedding. I hired them from day of services, and they did so much for me before the day of! My wedding day was perfect, with the help of Cheeky. We had a few small glitches that came up, Heather and her assistant, Gina handled every one of them, and I didn't have to worry about anything. I'm the kind of person who stresses every little detail, but not on my wedding day.
After the wedding, my Dad even came up to me and asked "who was the girl with the clipboard" I told him that was my DOC, and he RAVED about Heather and her assistant. That's the only one of my wedding vendors my Dad said a word about. He knows exactly how I am, and knew that they helped to keep me stress free on my big day.
I'm seriously so thankful I hired Cheeky and had Heather and Gina there to handle everything on my big day. These girls are worth every penny if you are on the fence about hiring a DOC.
I never thought that I needed a DOC, but let me tell you, I could not have done it without them. Heather & Jamie were my angel's from heaven. They were there to answer any and all questions I had. The last two weeks when the stress is too much to handle, they just took over for me and I was able to finally able to let go and relax. Let me tell you, the day of the wedding, they made sure that everything was just perfect and just the way I wanted it. They made sure that every detail was just the way we talked about in our meetings. I could not have asked for more than what these two fantastic ladies did for us on the most perfect day of our lives.
The best advise I can give is to hire the ladies of Cheeky Glam Events, you will not be disappointed.

From the second I heard about this pair I knew I wanted to hire them for my wedding. They were phenomenal! I cant even begin to explain how much smoother my wedding day went. No there were no major issues with vendors that day however what they took care of was a major stress relief. They did everything from tying my dress, coordinating our reveal and ensuring our DJ had the most updated order of events, helping us around the gardens for pictures, distributing tips to even fixing hair and makeup. They took all the responsibility off my family and bridal party which allowed everyone's priority to enjoy the wedding. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
There are not enough words to express how awesome these ladies are. I was one of those brides that had it all together, all written out and set to go...no worries. WRONG!!!! The Day of the wedding I had some issues that no Bridal attendant or family member could handle! Cheeky stepped up and help with minor things like the guys forgetting their boutonnières at the hotel to my photobooth company cancelling right before my ceremony!!! Not only that while I was on my honeymoon they stayed on top of that issue for me, and in the end I got my refund. They are very professional, detailed, organized and such a pleasant personalities to have for the day of my wedding. Love them! Every Bride should have Cheeky Glam as their DOC, then you have no worries....just smiles!

I will start out by admitting I am a self proclaimed control freak. I am a take charge type of person, so I knew that certain situations on my wedding day might not go according to plan. You only have one wedding, one chance to make it the wedding of your dreams but I kept asking myself, how can I avoid the inevitible?? How can I avoid things not going just how I wanted? I just couldn't shake that anxious feeling not knowing how things would go that day or what mishaps I would encounter....UNTIL I found cheeky!!! I told them my every wish, every dream, and every vision. Coming from someone who is very particular, they fulfilled all of my many visions flawlessly. They were so upbeat and got everyone pumped from the moment they arrived. When they arrived I was having a mini-freakout since my dress was missing the clip above the zipper. They told me no worries and did a quick fix which lasted the entire night. They melted my stress away with their upbeat personalities and their quick and painless fix to my seeminly 'huge' problem. I didn't have to wonder....no anxiety...they knew exactly what I wanted...and I knew exactly how confident I was in these two AMAZING women. They take the time to make sure everything is executed exactly how you want. All small details are taken into account. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my wedding, thanks to Cheeky Glam. My family and friends loved them as much as I did. If you don't have a DOC yet, you need to hire Cheeky. Trust me. From a bride to a bride-to-be, take my advice. I promise you will be so happy you listened!! Make your wedding Cheek-nificent!

They made sure everything was set up and looking beautiful. My family and friends all raved about Cheeky after the wedding. I don't even know where to begin in review of these fabulous wedding coordinators! My wedding day was practically seamless thanks to Cheeky Glam, and if it wasn't, I wouldn't even know! I met Jamie at a friend's wedding 8 months prior to mine. The bride took time out of her night to drag my fiance and me over to her and meet her, strongly encouraging us to hire Cheeky Glam. Even though most of our main vendors were already booked, we scheduled an intake meeting and hired the girls on the spot. Over the course of the 8 months since our friend's wedding, Cheeky Glam has been CRUCIAL in our wedding planning. As most of you will see, it is the small details that really personalize a wedding, but also cause crazy stress! Heather and Jamie had answers and recommendations for every question/ anticipated problem I had and were so prompt in getting back to me. Not only did I feel like these girls were long-standing friends upon meeting them, but I felt like they were like best buds who were ALWAYS there for me throughout my engagement and especially on the day of my wedding! Their energy, humor and commitment is unparalleled and you won't want to leave their office when you meet with them! I don't know what I would have done without these girls, and I give them my highest recommendation!

From countless number of emails I sent, through panic attacks and teary moments, the Cheeky Glam Girls have always been there for me!!! Dress falling off, florist being late, they took care of it all and I'm sure even more that they wouldn't let me notice. They were spectacular, I don't know how I would have made it though the day without them. I'm a perfectionist and a control freak, but with Cheeky Glam I did not worry for a moment, I knew they had it all under control.

The Cheeky Glam ladies were a great asset throughout the wedding planning process. They were never more than a phone call or email away whenever I needed vendor suggestions or advice. I met with Jamie a few times to go over all of my hopes, fears and ideas for the wedding and she was eager to help with all of them.
On our wedding day, Jamie came with Christina to my house and both jumped into action the minute that they walked into my front door. They handled every detail, payment and tip. They made sure my LARGE bridal party was focused and ready. Christina even carried one of the Junior Groomsmen in the June heat after he fell and got a scrape.
After taking pictures in 100 degree heat, they steamed and checked my dress for spots...while making sure not a hair on my head was out of place. Christina bustled my dress quickly and easily so that my Matron of Honor could enjoy the night without interruption.
Throughout the night, they made sure every detail I planned went off without a hitch, and worked as my advocate with all of my vendors to carry them out. Working with them will be a positive experience and definitely ease your stresses on your wedding day!
Jaime and Heather were worth much more than the money paid for their services. They were responded to any and all questions I had during the planning process and when I finally met Jaime, she made me feel a lot less stressed about the details of my wedding day. On the day of my wedding, they were on time, professional and kept everything in line. If there were any major issues, I was not aware of it. If you are getting married, Cheeky Glam is the way to go.
