Chevy Chase Country Club

We had our Nov 2023 at Chevy Chase. It was actually the first venue we toured and we were floored with everything that was included with the package - aka the most perfect wedding reception package EVER! They did not miss a detail. The whole night was incredible. We were in the Grand Ballroom, which has an amazing set-up for both cocktail hour and the reception with an added outdoor patio. Everyone RAVED about the food the next day and our event manager Adrian attended to our every need. I cannot recommend this venue enough!

Chevy Chase Country Club was the perfect wedding venue for us! Since my husband and I are from the area, we were familiar with Chevy Chase, and decided to check them out as a wedding venue. We fell in love with the space right away, and the team is absolutely fantastic to work with. Kim worked with us throughout the planning process and she made us feel so secure with our decision to book our wedding with Chevy Chase. They really took care of everything! At our final walk through, we met with our Event Manager, Miguel, and he was incredible as well. All of the courses came out perfectly, and everyone raved about the food and service throughout the evening. Truly the most perfect venue for a wedding!

Chevy Chase Country Club was wonderful!! The staff was so kind and attentive; our coordinator Miguel was very easy to work with - he and his staff helped set up the room according to our vision and even brought us drinks and appetizers to our table because we were so busy during cocktail hour. The grounds are beautiful and the Devonshire room is as well.

I am so happy I chose Chevy Chase as the venue for my wedding. The team at Chevy Chase (Kim, Miguel, Freddy, etc.) went above and beyond to help bring our vision to life. The package included great food, quality alcohol, beautiful decor, and they helped coordinate a delicious cake from Lovin' Oven. Their services even included help with day-of setting up and coordinating. Truly an exceptional experience. Cannot thank the team at Chevy Chase enough and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a venue for their wedding!

My husband and I had our wedding in the Devonshire Room 7/1/2023 of about 200 guests and it could not have been more perfect! We did book our room 2 years in advance so we did work with a few different event managers over the years. However, even with changes in events managers, our wedding still turned out amazing and went very smoothly. About the 6 months leading up to the wedding, Kim became our main point of contact. Kim always answered any questions I had quickly and ensured to take notes of all the details for our day. The venue was very accommodating to make our vision a reality. We had the venue from 530p-1am. The food is AMAZING. We had the Duet Entree of Filet and Florentine Chicken. Guests were raving about the entree and how delicious it was and I would agree. Overall, our experience with Chevy Chase Country Club was great and I would highly recommend having your wedding here!

My husband and I had our wedding reception in the Grand Ballroom on 7/8/23. The staff was so helpful from the beginning of the booking process all the way until we had our big day. Our reception was beautiful! The staff really listened to exactly how I wanted the night to go and how everything should be set up. Their attention to detail is impeccable. My daughter and her husband had a the most beautiful, perfect wedding in the Grand Ballroom, over the weekend! Staff was so wonderful to work with, and always took the time to answer many questions. A huge shout out to Tammy, Jan, Kim, and Adrian, for helping us make this such a memorable day! We have gotten so many compliments from friends and family on the food, the beautiful room, and the kindness of the staff. No doubt we made the best decision by having the wedding at Chevy Chase! Wonderful venue.

My husband and I cannot recommend CCCC as your venue more. Everything went off without a hitch, including the need for the venue to be open at 8am sharp on the wedding day so as to avoid any delays. Tammy Velkova was our helper from the Sales office, and Adrian was our helper for the day of execution. Both were amazingly pleasant to work with and professional/experienced in their careers – which we were grateful for all their expertise and assistance in making our wedding day the best day I could have ever imagined. The food was delicious, and the bar is quite a sight to behold with all of their premium liquors and beautiful oval bar. We had our ceremony at CCCC in The Abbey, and it was worth every penny. ~180 people did fit, but it couldn’t have held any more people than that. We also utilized the bridal suite all day for the girls to get ready in, and it was perfect! The bathroom stalls, mirrors, chairs, closets, and sunlight all made for beautiful getting ready photos and enough space for the vendors. This venue had all the right accommodations to make this wedding our own in a timeless way. Our DJ’s got to hook up their visuals to the projectors in the Grand Ballroom reception area, and it was icing on the cake that they went above and beyond that way. Thank you, Chevy Chase for helping us make the memories of a lifetime. We will be back for whatever reasons we can come up with! If you’re on the edge about booking this venue – go see the venue for yourself, meet the beautiful friendly staff, and do it!!

I cannot recommend Chevy Chase enough! My husband and I had our wedding in the Devonshire Room here last month, and everything was perfect. We mainly worked with Kim and Tammy throughout the entire process, but everyone we interacted with was super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Both Kim and Tammy made the entire planning and execution seamless, and everything we envisioned came to life. Of note, they had the option to rent the entire space from 8AM that included a brunch spread in the bridal suite (SO much food), and I am glad we went with this option! The room itself is beautiful, and the outside area is even more beautiful. All of our guests raved about the stunning venue, delicious food, and impressive drinks!! We cannot thank the staff for allowing us to have the wedding of our dreams!

I cannot say enough good things about Chevy Chase. My husband and I just had our wedding there this past wedding in the Devonshire room. When we toured the venue last year, we fell in love with the windows overlooking the golf course in the Devonshire room. We looked at several other venues, but something kept bringing us back to chevy chase. Tammy was our main point of contact throughout the planning process and was a pleasure to work with. I am not the easiest to work with and definitely had Bridezilla moments, but Tammy understood and assured us everything would be perfect. Tammy and all the staff were quick to respond to emails. We were paired with Adrian for our day of event manager. He made sure the evening flowed smoothly and was timely. Our guests have been raving about how beautiful the venue was and how good the wedding food was. I would not hesitate to recommend chevy chase to anyone getting married. We are so happy we we booked Chevy Chase for our wedding!

Our wedding at Chevy Chase was incredible! We booked the Grand Ballroom which was so spacious and absolutely stunning. The whole team was very helpful, supportive & accommodating through the whole planning process. Kim was our main contact and she did an outstanding job, our big day would not have been what it was without her. Tammy, Pam, Jan & Adrian from the team were wonderful and jumped in and helped at various points as well. We are very grateful to have gotten the chance to work with such amazing, caring people and we are so happy that this was the venue we selected. It was a marvelous day and we are still getting regular calls/ messages from our guests on how spectacular our wedding was at Chevy Chase!!

My husband and I looked at almost 20 different venues before choosing Chevy Chase. We met with Jan on our first visit and she confidently told us this would be our venue. We fell in love with the Grand Ballroom. Thankfully as our wedding was still technically off season, we had a food and beverage minimum instead of a guest count requirement. Jan handed the reigns off to Kim who answered my dozens of questions leading up to the day. The Abbey in the Grand Ballroom gives a "church" like feel with the vaulted ceilings and beautiful chandeliers. This was important to me to have a separate indoor ceremony space since we weren't doing a church wedding. The horeshoe bar is gorgeous and gives guests a place to step away from the music in the main reception area. The patio was a great place to take outdoor pictures since the weather was nice. The food was absolutely delicious, we received so many compliments! We did a duet plate with chicken and sirloin, roasted red potatoes, and honey glazed carrots. We also upgraded to soup and salad choosing the cream of broccoli and house salad. Peter (our day of coordinator) made sure to bring a plate of appetizers to the bridal suite because even though we planned to be inside for cocktail hour, we weren't so it was awesome he thought of that so we got to try all of the food. We chose to rent the room for the entire day and I wouldn't change a thing. Kim, Tammy, and Peter were all absolutely wonderful and I'd highly recommend Chevy Chase to all!

I just hosted our daughter’s bridal shower at Chevy chase and l couldn’t be happier it was absolutely perfect a wonderful venue fantastic Staff especially Jan and Pam they were incredible! The food was amazing l had been at a friend’s wedding a year before having our daughter’s bridal shower and the food was amazing at the wedding and it was one of the the reasons why I booked this venue for the bridal shower ! I would highly recommend this place it was fantastic!

Had the perfect wedding at Chevy Chase! They were amazing with their communication and planning. They took care of pretty much everything and made sure what we wanted on our day was handled. I can't wait to plan my next event through Chevy Chase. Tammy was absolutely amazing :)

We had our baby shower in the Devonshire room at Chevy Chase and it was absolutely stunning. I highly recommend the venue for any special occasion!! The room itself is filled with so much natural light, that minimal decor is needed. We hosted a Baby Shower brunch with Mimosa bar and the food was amazing, all our guests were raving about how delicious it was (especially the omelet and prime rib station). Adrian and his staff went above and beyond, meeting our every need and ask. It's been over a week now and all our guests are still talking about how beautiful it was.

If I can do our wedding again, I would 100% go with Chevy Chase again. We absolutely fell in love with the venue. It was everything we were looking for and then some. The staff were so wonderful to work with. Kim, Peter and Adrian were there for us every step of the way. Any little thing we had questions on or advice we asked, they were there. They know what they’re doing and I whole heartedly trusted the entire process with them. I can’t imagine our day going any other way. We are so happy we tied the knot at Chevy Chase :)

We got married in October 2022, and had the most beautiful wedding at Chevy Chase in the grand ballroom. The staff was extremely accommodating, helpful, and made our experience easy and fun. They were willing and able to do everything we wanted to make our wedding unique, including setting up a champagne table and helping us to set up a DIY photobooth. The venue itself was gorgeous, clean, and had plenty of space for all of our guests. The food was also delicious!! We got so many compliments on the space, and couldn’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else.

We had a fundraiser luncheon for over 100, and I lost count of how many guests raved about the food! The Devonshire room is beautiful with stunning views. And the staff was SUPER accommodating!

Our wedding was in September 2022 and we are so glad we went with Chevy Chase! From our first meeting with Jan to tour the venue to the follow up message from Kim after the wedding, they were such a pleasure to work with and made the entire planning process so easy. Anytime we reached out to them, they would respond within 24 hours and answered all of our questions. Their own list of vendors was great and the all inclusive wedding package made it so easy to plan everything. Our guests still talk about how amazing the food and venue was! Thank you for making our big day so wonderful!

The venue was absolutely amazing!! You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful spot! Although we did go through some turnover with them and had to switch points of contact, it did take some time to get in touch with who we would be communicating with. Mike was the main guy we were communicating with and once we got in contact with him he answered all our question quickly through email. The food is amazing and the bakery in which we did our tasting was very good as well! They do include a lot in their packages that make it worth it! They assign you a coordinator the day before and a meeting with a sales rep 1 month before which is a little stressful when planning and not knowing who to communicate with. Our day of coordinator did amazing setting up everything just how we envisioned it! I would do it all over again here and recommend to anyone!

We had our wedding in October, 2022 with 200+ guests. Out of all the vendors we used during our reception, Chevy Chase was the weak link. Pros: The venue itself is beautiful, the food was excellent, the serving & bar staff were on point. Cons: The planning process was STRESSFUL with their team. They had staff turnover, so we did not have the same representative throughout. Their weakness is proper handoffs. We weren't told who our new point of contact was, and we had to remind each new person of the most basic details of our event every time it happened. Additionally, they forgot to send us a sign up form for our food tasting and cake ordering. If we didn’t reach out to them, we never would have done the tasting. And we had to scramble to get a cake order in - their vendor (Lovin’ Oven Bakery) was very accommodating. They gave no instructions on how to set up the seating using Social Tables. No table dimensions or how they would serve our guests. They also made mistakes with seating on the day of our reception. Our wedding party and parents worked to alleviate the issues. Conclusion: Chevy Chase offers a good location to hold an event. But their management and organizational abilities are lacking. You (the coupe) needs to be on the ball with your details and have good people from your party to make your night successful. DO NOT trust their management to plan or conduct your event for you.

Our wedding took place on 09/30/2022. We had the pleasure of working with Tammy, Peter, and Miguel. We were pleased with the space in the Grand Ballroom and it proved to be perfect for our 213 guests. During the initial planning I was worried as the event coordinator we were working with left her position at Chevy Chase, however; Tammy took over and it was as though we had worked with her since day one. She was very knowledgeable about the space, food tasting, and decorating options (ex: napkin colors, hanging bulbs, ceremony decor). Tammy really took her time going over the timeline for our Big Day and ensured we were all on the same page. Choosing Chevy Chase is an all-in-one decision. You get a huge bridal suite that is wonderful for pictures. We rented the suite for the whole day and were given wraps, chips, sliders, and mimosas to enjoy while we got ready. You get a ceremony space that is BEAUTIFUL, ours was the patio outside of the Grand Ballroom, the pergola was perfect for pictures, and the sunset was everything. The space for the reception is very big in the Grand Ballroom. Our guests were able to enjoy the Abbey where we had cocktail hour and our photo booth, which was away from the dance floor and bar. The food tasting was true to what we tasted then and the night of the wedding. The tasting was a fun outing for us as a couple and our parents. You and your guests will enjoy delicious food, a bar package of your choice, late night snack, and even have the hassle of picking out a cake vendor taken care of. They will also send out a floor plan which was very helpful in planning where we wanted certain guests and even certain centerpieces. The bartenders were amazing and able to keep up with all of our guests. Peter and Miguel were my go-to guys if we needed anything and were extremely kind. They were even able to accommodate a last-minute switch with our head table. On a day where chaos is bound to happen, Chevy Chase as a venue was able to provide us with peace of mind that our day would go smoothly and they delivered on that. It was the best choice we made to have our wedding there and we had an unforgettable night.

Kim, Pam, Peter, and everyone else from this venue were absolutely incredible. They were accomodating every step of the way even during the chaotic situations we threw at them. The venue was picture perfect, I wouldn't have changed a single thing. They communicated with us every step of the way and our guests cant stop raving about how gorgeous and fun our wedding was! 12/10 recommendation!!

We had our wedding on 9/10/2022 and it was absolutely PERFECT. We had our ceremony on the tee box, cocktail hour on the patio and reception in the Devonshire room. It was everything we imagined and more. Tammy was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with leading up to the wedding and Adrian was great to work with on the day of! We received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was, how smooth the day went and the food and drinks. Everyone tells you to be prepared because things will go wrong on your wedding day.. but I can confidently say that absolutely nothing went wrong. We 100% recommend!!!!

Chevy Chase was an incredible partner to host our wedding reception. Their sales team was so accommodating through all our rescheduled wedding dates due to the pandemic. Jan & her team were so organized and made sure all of our specific requests were accounted for. Tammy and her day-of team made sure everything ran smoothly. The Chef prepared everything perfectly and everyone's dinner came out hot! We received many complements on the waitstaff, and some guests even mentioning that the bartenders were the most efficient and attentive that they had ever seen at a wedding! We could not have asked for anything more from the whole Chevy Chase team!

The staff at Chevy Chase made our wedding day entirely about us. They had all items set up and laid out exactly how we requested, worked with us on food/beverage options, and checked in with us during the wedding multiple times to ensure it was perfect. We would absolutely recommend having your wedding at Chevy Chase. The food was outstanding as well!

Chevy Chase made our wedding spectacular! We had our wedding on the patio and our reception inside the Grand Ballroom. They were very detailed for the coordination of our wedding. Kim in the sales office was a huge help and our Day of coordinator Peter, was nothing short of the GOAT. The entire serving staff including the bride and groom’s waitress Meriah, was nothing short of amazing. They were all very attentive throughout the evening and it was nice to see everything flow naturally as Peter says. The bartenders were quick, efficient, and friendly. They can definitely handle a large crowd and make sure everyone is LIT by the end of the night. The food package was great and affordable; everyone was crazy about the mashed potatoes! The bridal suite is amazing; huge space for a large bridal party. You can do hair and makeup inside the space which is hard to find. Wish Mike was a bit friendlier, attuned, and appreciative to his outstanding staff. But no worries, since he’s the supervisor you don’t have to work with him that much. Overall, Chevy Chase is a 10/10 and you should definitely have your wedding here!

We found about about Chevy Chase after attending a wedding expo there. We fell in love with the ambiance of the Devonshire Room and knew this was where we wanted to have our reception. We initially planned to have our wedding in summer of 2021 but decided it was best to push it back another year due to COVID. Chevy Chase was kind enough to let us reschedule at no cost. Fast forward to July 2022, our reception in the Devonshire room was perfect! Mike made the planning process easy by answering all of our questions and giving his suggestions about our timeline. We incorporated our Filipino and Vietnamese traditions so it was important to us that they occurred at the appropriate time. Their team did a great job setting up everything and making sure the night ran smoothly, especially Tammy and Miguel who checked up on us throughout the night. Our guests LOVED the food. The scalloped potatoes were a hit! We are overall very happy with our experience at Chevy Chase!

**PLEASE READ- OUR BRIDAL SUITE WAS ROBBED ON 6-18-22** I saw this review going very differently when we booked this venue. To make a long story short, our bridal suite at the Devonshire was robbed during our ceremony. The venue never gave us a lock code for the room, but even if they did, they admitted that the bathroom door (which connects to the suite) was not locked, which the venue was in charge of doing. So no matter what, that person was getting in. Their contract, just like any contract you ever sign, states they are not liable for theft or loss. When we reached out to talk about the incident, Mike the manager didn't hesitate to throw this part of the contract in our face not even 24 hour after the incident. There's a difference between having a wallet stolen in the bathroom to having an entire room robbed that this venue assured us was a safe space and that they were responsible for securing and locking. I wish this to no future bride and groom!! We had to essentially beg to be compensated for their mistake. The amount they gave us was not enough for what we went through. They were cold and showed no sympathy that day. The incident was handled poorly.

Chevy Chase was the first wedding venue we visited. We went on to visit 5 others, but we kept coming back to Chevy Chase as our number 1. We are so glad we chose this venue—we had the perfect wedding there on 6/11/22. We chose the Devonshire wedding which was perfect for 135 guests. We had the indoor wedding and they did a great job of transforming it into a dancing hall during cocktail hour. The staff was professional and accommodating. The bride has many food allergies, including celiac disease. The chef made sure to not cross contaminate any of the food and she loved the food—with no allergic reactions! We had enchanted evening as the DJ, per their recommendation, and the music was just what we wanted: A perfect mix for everyone. We had such a good time, and all of our guests loved the venue. If you're on the fence about this venue, go for it! You won't be disappointed :)

Chevy Chase Country Club is simply spectacular. The view in the Devonshire room is perfect. The event team was wonderful to work with. They made everything easy and pleasant. Our event went flawlessly. We cannot recommend them enough!

I do not have the words for how perfect Chevy Chase was for our wedding on 5/20/22. Our wedding in the Devonshire room was absolutely breathtaking. We ended up having to have our wedding indoors as opposed to outside due to the weather and I was so upset about it at first. Peter went above and beyond to ensure the venue was beautiful and that I would be happy with the changes we had to make day of. Every single person we talked with could not get over how beautiful it was and how amazing the food was. I had one guest tell me hey were sad when they had to take their last bite lol. I can not thank Peter enough for making this day so perfect. Everything went so smoothly, he handled every detail of the day, and was so hands on and helpful. I would recommend having your wedding at Chevy Chase 10/10 times!! Absolute A+ from start to finish!! Thank you to the whole crew at CC for making mine and my husband's day one we will never forget!

I am so happy I selected Chevy Chase for my wedding! We had our reception in the Grand Ballroom which is incredibly beautiful and spacious. My guests raved about the room, the food, the service, and the bartenders who were incredibly fast and efficient for my 200 guests! Annie, Peter and Adrian are all amazing and were a dream team to work with. The entire planning process with Annie was flawless and my day of event coordinators Peter and Adrian were the best. They made sure everything went smoothly and as I planned. I highly recommend this venue!

Couldn’t say enough great things about this venue. We had our reception in the grand ballroom and it was absolutely perfect. The team at Chevy Chase was so helpful and quick to respond to any and all questions along the way and the night went off without a hitch. Would recommend this venue to anybody considering!

I am so impressed with the amazing staff and beautiful venue that Chevy Chase provided us for our wedding. Annie was amazing, always friendly and helpful throughout the planning process which made it way less stressful. We booked the Grand Ballroom and it was gorgeous, could not have dreamed a better wedding reception. The best part about the Grand Ballroom is the amount of space and the endless dance floor. We got all our guest on the floor! The Bridal Suite is a huge plus, beautiful for getting ready photos, and the men got to get ready in the Hunt room. Our event manager, Tammy, was really accommodating, letting us change some last minute layouts during our final check in, week of. The venue was a little over our budget but all worth it for the all-inclusive packages they offer, stunning space, and coordinated staff.

Would not change a thing for our wedding, beautiful venue and the staff were rock stars. Kelsi and Peter were a pleasure to work with.

Chevy Chase was wonderful for our wedding this month. Staff was super helpful and friendly and the location is just gorgeous. We were one of the couples that pushed back our wedding by a year and they were so understanding and really worked with us, didn’t charge any additional fee or anything. Any request we had, they took care of it.

We had the wedding of our dreams! From start to finish chevy chase was incredible. The venue is beautiful and was large enough to accommodate our very big wedding of 300+ guests. Peter and Annie went above and beyond to make sure everything we wanted was accommodated. They met with us several times and any customization or request was accepted immediately. The food was absolutely incredible, and served efficiently. Portion sizes were huge! The bar is so large it not only added to the aesthetic but no one had to wait for drinks, and they were so good! You really cannot beat the quality this venue offers for the price. I would recommend this over and over again, everything went so perfectly.

Last Saturday (December 18, 2021), we used Chevy Chase grant ball room for our daughter's wedding. It was awesome! We had our reception in the grand ballroom last Saturday and it completely exceeded our expectations! Working with Annie and Peter was an absolute dream. They answered all of our questions and made the whole evening run so smoothly. As soon as we walked in all of my anxiety went away - everyone was in awe of how amazing everything looked and how awesome the food was! We looked at other venues and nothing compared at all. We're so thankful to have said yes to having our reception at Chevy Chase!

We recently hosted our wedding in the Devonshire Room at Chevy Chase Country Club and it was everything we could have wished for. When we first walked into Chevy Chase while looking for a venue I thought I would never be able to afford such an updated, clean, professional place, but their pricing was such a wonderful surprise. Everything is broken down to make it easy to understand what you are actually paying for. We had to post-pone our wedding twice and they were very accommodating and responsive in helping us find new dates and answering our over abundance of questions. We mainly worked with Sarah, who sadly took a role at another company right before our wedding, but she was so patient, honest, and understanding with us. With switching event coordinator's so close to our date, there was some confusion, but when it came to the day of our wedding everything went by so smoothly. Their team really pulled it all together for us and it was a stress free day to say the least. Everyone had nothing but great things to say about the food. Every entre option was delicious which made it really hard to choose what we wanted to eat on the day of our wedding. Our day was nothing short of perfect for us, and I would absolutely recommend having your event at Chevy Chase.

This venue is fantastic! We loved the history and look of the venue, and the space was perfect for our big family that loves to dance. We originally planned to marry last summer, but were unable to due to Covid. However, Chevy Chase continued to honor our contract and helped us pick a new date. They even kept the same pricing and dinner deal given to us from over a year ago. Kelsi was fantastic to work with and promptly answered every question I had. Also, the food was legit AMAZING!! We picked the filet with champagne chicken, and it was beyond delicious. Our guests were so complimentary of the food and venue, and everyone had an amazing time. The staff and bar staff were fantastic and incredibly attentive. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Chevy Chase. In fact, our guests kept saying we needed to have "another wedding" next year. Absolutely book it!

Peter was our day of coordinator and we enjoyed meeting with him several days before the wedding to check in on the status of our event. On the evening of the wedding, Peter was wonderful. He was so supportive and rushed around to make sure our needs were met. The staff were beyond wonderful and Adolfo and his chefs were spectacular. We have many "foodies" in our family and everyone was beyond satisfied with all the food options. We will definitely be interested in hosting other gatherings at Chevy Chase in the future. Would highly recommend booking your special day at Chevy Chase!

I don't have enough positive feedback to give the Chevy Chase. We booked them right before COVID hit, through every change or mandate they were always accommodating and had great communication. We had the pleasure of working with Annie and Peter and I am BLOWN away by both of them. When we originally booked, we worked with a different representative, who was also amazing; but at the start of 2021 we worked with Annie. Annie is exactly what you need in an event planner. She is organized, thoughtful, understanding and is always one step ahead of what you are thinking. Annie made planning my dream wedding a possibility and I cannot thank her enough for answering every crazy question I had and calming my anxiety. We have been married for almost a month and we still hear so many positive things about our wedding including the venue and the food - which is to DIE for. We went with the Champagne Chicken and Filet and everything came out perfect from our tasting to the actual day. Between the amazing staff and beautiful venue I would absolutely recommend the Chevy Chase to all of our friends and family having events in the future.

We cannot say enough great things about Chevy Chase! We got married in May of this year and they made the whole process so easy. It was a stressful time having to reschedule our wedding due to the pandemic, but Chevy Chase was there for us every step of the way. The wedding was absolutely amazing!! I have nothing but the best things to say about Chevy Chase. Being a wedding planner, I have seen/worked on numerous weddings and I am not trying to be biased but Chevy Chase has hands down been the best. In all the weddings I have done, the bride and groom always receive bar service during dinner but at our wedding the whole head table received bar service. When the bar was closed the bartenders were tending to our table and our parents tables, making sure everyone was taken care of drinkwise, literally NEVER happens at any weddings I have worked. The food was great, it came out warm and was cooked to perfection. Everyone raved about it. The Grand Ballroom Patio and Bar sells itself, especially with COVID! We had a couple that backed out last minute due to concerns with COVID but were planning to attend the ceremony outdoors, once they saw the inside and how spaced out it was with 213 people they asked to stay for dinner. The staff quickly reset the table and made sure my guests were comfortable. I loved that the staff not only took care of us and our families but each one of our guests as well! Annie was amazing with all her help leading up to the wedding, she made everything seamless and made sure we were taken care of! From this day forward I will never stop preaching about how amazing my experience/wedding was at Chevy Chase and will continue to recommend it to everyone. THANK YOU so much for everything!!

You do NOT need to look further for a wedding reception venue. Chevy Chase IS the place. My husband and I chose to have our wedding reception at the Chevy Chase Country Club ,(Devonshire Room) on August 20, 2021. We couldn't be happier with our selection. The staff at Chevy Chase and the food was out of this world! The grounds and venue were gorgeous and very well maintained. Chevy Chase even goes out of their way to greet the bridal party with champagne, appetizers, and cheese board after the ceremony. The staff was always professional, helpful, and accommodating. Everything was set up perfectly. Our guests are still raving about the food! It really was the best good we've ever had at a wedding. Here are the menu items we served our guests. Appetizers: Bacon wrapped dates Southwest egg rolls Crab and avocado spoons (for our vegetarians) Bruschetta (for our vegetarians) Soup: Tomato and Basil Bisque Salad: Santa Fe Salad Main entree: Filet Mignon Garlic mashed potatoes Carrot and baby zucchini bundle Chef Alfredo is the best. We booked Chevy Chase back in July 2019 for our (originally scheduled) September 2020 wedding. Once we realized we were going to have to postpone due to Covid, the staff was very helpful and worked with us to pick a new date. My now husband and I still wanted to get married on our original date and we were able to use the patio for a short and sweet ceremony with just a handful of people. Once Illinois began to reopen, Kim and Sarah were quick to help us get the planning process started again. We were easily able to pick back up where we left off the year before. The day of the wedding was perfect in every way! Peter worked seamlessly with our planner to make sure everything was exactly as we envisioned. Our guests continue to tell us about how delicious the food was and how absolutely gorgeous the Devonshire room was! Chevy Chase was the first venue we toured after we got engaged and though other venues were nice, they all got the same “it’s just not Chevy Chase” response. Not only was it the most beautiful venue with the gorgeous wood floors (I hate the usual ugly hotel ballroom carpets at most venues) and SO many windows offering incredible views of the golf course, but Chevy Chase was very reasonably priced and included many things in their package that others did not (nicer chairs, better alcohol selections, etc.). Thanks to the whole Chevy Chase team for making our wedding day everything we dreamed of (twice!)

Although my fiance and I made the difficult decision to cancel our wedding at Chevy Chase due to COVID restrictions, they were nothing but the BEST to us. The entire planning process was extremely easy and the staff was extremely helpful. The Devonshire is absolutely beautiful and modern. I will always recommend Chevy Chase 100%.

Our wedding day could not have been more of a dream. Planning with Kim and Jan was a great experience. Kim was extremely responsive and supportive through the entire process, I couldn't be more thankful for her! My husband and I both live in Chicago and are from the south suburbs and we opted for this northside venue and we have zero regrets. the first day we walked in we fell in love with the space. We chose the Devonshire room for our ceremony and reception for our February wedding. The inclusiveness of the package made planning for the day so easy. From the beginning you are 100% aware of all the costs and there were no last minute surprises. The food was amazing, the bar package was extensive, our guests enjoyed the wine on the table during dinner, and the cake was delicious. The time you are given for a wedding ceremony here was perfect, we did not need to coordinate an after party anywhere as our wedding went until 12:30. We had late night food served which people raved about as well! The planning meetings prior to the wedding day are so settling. They also provide you with a program to set up the layout of the day which was so easy to use! I would confirm the use of the bridal suite prior and the day of. That was the only hiccup of the day. We were told we had access to the bridal suite to get ready in that morning/afternoon. I chose to get hair and makeup done at the hotel and get dressed at the venue. When my cousin arrived to steam my dress prior to my arrival, and after my arrival, the bridal suite was being used by the event that was booked the morning of my wedding day. All in all it worked out but that would be my only suggestion. We were able to take pictures on the golf course (which turned out amazing)! I recommend Chevy Chase to everyone!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Devonshire room in September 2019 and we couldn't have asked for more!! The venue and staff were truly the best! We worked with such wonderful people, especially with Jan and Jonathon. Everything ran so smoothly. The Devonshire room is such a chic, modern, beautiful space. We didn't even have to rent out chairs, as the room comes with sleek, modern chiavari-like chairs. The Devonshire room honestly is so stunning with minimal decorations needed. I had first been there for a bridal event and loved it from the beginning. My husband and I thought that it was going to cost an arm and leg for all that we got, but when it came down to it...it was the most budget friendly! We were shocked. The food was AMAZING too!! We got so many compliments from our guests on how delicious the food tasted and the portion size was great! They really catered to all our needs and reached our expectations above and beyond! A dream come true! We are forever grateful to all the staff at Chevy Chase Country Club and HIGHLY recommend it!

I just got married a few days ago on 02/22/20. There are literally not enough words to say how thankful I am for Checy, our sales coordinator Kim and our event manager Mihai. Every single detail from the second we toured, to the planning meeting, food tasting, rehearsal and lastly our ceremony and reception was PERFECT. They let us fully personalize the room for both ceremony and reception and it turned out better than my dreams. My dad actually used to event DJ in college at Chevy and he, like everyone else, is blown away by the remodel. The decor is so modern and elegant. Everyone complimented the amazing food, the fun and friendly bar tenders and the attention to detail. Mihai, our event manager, could not have worked harder. He made sure every single thing was perfect and stress-free. He knows his stuff and works his tail off! The bridal suite was huge and beautiful, perfect for getting ready and taking photos. Since there wasn’t another event in the other room, we were able to use the smaller bridal suite for the guys and it worked out phenomenally. Every detail was perfect. I would recommend Chevy for all events, not just weddings. And don’t be afraid of winter weddings there just because it’s a golf course.. it was stunning!

Words cannot express how thankful my wife and I are for all the service Chevy Chase Country Club (CCCC) provided us on our wedding day. It was our dream wedding. Perfect in ways we didn’t even realize until living in the moment, and CCCC was available for us every step of the way. From the very beginning when negotiating our contract, through the tastings, preparation meetings, and even some unscheduled visits they truly went above and beyond our expectations. What we appreciated from the start was the packaged approach to their services, rather than ordering several vendors a la cart. Things like the wedding cake, holiday decorations and day of coordinator that were already included saved us time and headaches. In addition, their preferred vendors had competitive rates for things like the DJ, photo booth, flowers, and more importantly- they were very familiar with the ballroom space and how to it set up. Another impressive note is how they procured and served a special beer I like from Germany. They never heard of it before our visit, but that didn’t stop them from confirming the order only 3 days after our initial contract meeting. What I didn’t know is that a German keg there had a different tapping mechanism from American beers. But did that stop CCCC? Not at all. In fact, Peter (day of coordinator) used his local restaurant contacts to find a workaround. Just another example of how they went above and beyond our expectations! A special thanks to those we worked closely with, including Kim in the sales office, Peter with day of coordination, and Pam in the accounting office. From allowing us to customize items that had meaning to us, to being available anytime for questions, concerns or a simple chat! Kim was my rock. She allowed me to plan details that I loved and guided me through the areas I knew nothing about. I can honestly say I was a call bride because of having Kim and the team behind me. I went into our Wedding day with zero worries and zero doubts that it would be less than amazing. I was RIGHT!!! Every detail was executed and everything random conversation was remembered! We loved having our wedding at Chevy Chase – everyone was so great to work with, and they run events like a well-oiled machine! Kelsi was so nice to work with and helped us make sure we were all prepared for the day. She was extremely timely in answering our questions, which was appreciated. We got married in the Devonshire room, which is beautiful! We were supposed to get married outside, but it rained on our wedding day, so we got married in the Devonshire room and our guests thought it was beautiful and thought we had planned it that way anyway. Our day-of lead was Peter, and he was also so nice to work with! He did a great job organizing the décor (decor was something I was worried about given I did not have a planner), but honestly Kelsi, Peter, and Chevy Chase just have you and your wedding covered. We (groom’s fault, not Chevy Chase’s) even had a hiccup with our late-night delivery (late night delivery called the groom and the food got delivered to the groom’s house), and the groom asked Peter for help and Peter worked with the vendor to get our late-night food delivered. He really ensured everything went smoothly on the big day. Our guests really enjoyed the venue as well and commented on the beautiful room and property after the wedding. Beautiful venue, great people to work with – thank you Chevy Chase! We highly recommend Chevy Chase to our closest family and friends.

We had our reception in the Grand Ballroom and there are so many amazing things I could go on about with Chevy Chase but I’ll try to sum it up as best as possible. Not a single thing went wrong and I didn’t stress for a single moment during our entire reception because the staff is professional, experienced and reliable. After looking at so many venues that didn’t work for either size, location or $$$ we finally toured CCCC as the last tour and just when we had been giving up on hope of finding the perfect venue, we found CCCC and signed that day!!!! Every person we worked with including Kim & Peter, was incredible and so helpful. Emails were answered quickly and questions always had an answer which 10/10 favored my wants/needs, I don’t think there was a single thing they couldn’t do for me (within reason obviously). The venue and its beauty speaks for itself, which made it so easy to decorate. The food was outstanding and the late night snack was the perfect treat for our guests. We loved the bar which was located in its own room so nowhere in the venue ever felt crowded. Location was perfect with plenty of hotels nearby. Having the event check in a few days before and dropping EVERYTHING off prior took so much weight off my shoulders and Peter set everything up exactly as discussed and truly did a perfect job. I was able to enjoy the entire night without stress and was never once taken away from the night for any issues or questions other than what drink I wanted next (lol they were on top of it!!!) Our wedding was a dream all thanks to Chevy Chase Country Club and their ability to work seamlessly with our other amazing vendors. I would have my wedding here over and over and over and will recommend to anyone.

I can’t say enough about how amazing Chevy Chase CC is, the food, staff, everything was perfect. We got married October 19, 2019 in the Devonshire room and its 2 walls of windows was a gorgeous setting for our reception. The amount of support Jan and the sales team gives you is just amazing, they help you through every step of the way and are more than willing to always answer any questions you may have. I’m so thrilled we went with CCCC, they made our wedding day perfect!

We had our wedding in July 2019 in the Devonshire room at CCCC. We worked with Kelsi initially and then Jan for the remainder of the planning, The constant communication and quick responses to our emails was much appreciated. They made us feel like we were the only wedding happening at the venue which was extremely comforting and helped with knowing that the littlest details were being taken care of and eliminated pre wedding stress. Our ceremony was initially supposed to be outside but at the last minute, thanks to mother nature, had to be set up inside. Peter and his team were excellent with handling this change and making sure that everything was executed flawlessly. I was concerned about ceremony doors that I had purchased to be staked outside in the lawn and they went above and beyond to find a solution and incorporate them in the ceremony set up. The food was amazing and we received so many compliments! The bartending staff was unlike any that I have seen at previous weddings. They were truly there to serve and absolute rockstars. They were quick and kind and paid attention to the guests and their needs. Overall, we have heard and firmly believe that our wedding exceeded every expectation and that is thanks to Chevy Chase Country Club and their staff. We highly recommend this venue!

We have nothing but amazing things to say about CCCC. First off, the grounds are beautiful and the layout is very spacious. The staff is super helpful and are quick to answer all our questions. Kelsi showed us the Grand Ballroom and we automatically knew this was our venue. Jan was awesome at walking us through the whole process and she was very reassuring. She goes above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect. Nate was our event manager for the night of and his friendly server team were quick to set up. Our guests raved how gorgeous our ceremony and reception were. Our night went smoothly and the food was great. Our guests loved the horseshoe bar and the liquor package. We had the best day and would choose CCCC over again.

Chevy Chase Country Club was the ideal venue for our wedding. The personnel at the country club worked with us from day one to help us make our dream wedding a reality. Meredith was our main point of contact and assisted us every step of the way. The venue had so many additional features that allowed us to take unique photos on the day of the wedding and get ready in style. Our ceremony took place on the patio area and looked absolutely gorgeous. The reception was in the Devonshire Room that allowed for plenty of room for dancing and room for our guests to also enjoy themselves. We were teamed up with an event coordinator who made sure that the entire event went seamlessly. In addition, Chevy Chase Country Club provided our catered meal for our wedding. The food was delicious and very fairly priced. This venue far surpassed our expectations and provided a place for us to have the wedding of a lifetime.

We recently got married at Chevy Chase (July 13, 2019) and couldn't be happier with our decision. The Devonshire room is absolutely amazing, which we fell in love with the second we saw it. Kim was our sales representative and she was wonderful, especially with all my emails and questions leading up to the big day. The day went absolutely perfectly and Peter (I believe his name was, event/day-of manager) was so easy to work with. We only had a few issues throughout the days leading up to the event - not initially being aware that the patio would close at 10:30pm the night of the wedding (due to noise complaints from neighbors, not Chevy Chase's fault), not being included in the tasting setup email (which was eventually resolved and worked through), and not initially being told we were unable to go onto the golf course for pictures (however - pictures turned out wonderful anyway and we just stayed near the building). Other than those minor details, I would highly recommend Chevy Chase to anyone - everything was perfect the day of and we couldn't be happier.

The food was phenomenal and the ceremony and reception spaces were beautiful - the staff did a fantastic job setting everything up!! Kelsi walked with us from before we even signed the contract to the week after the wedding - answering any questions we had and making sure everything was specific to us as a couple.
