ing the event, and was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. All of the staff for the evening were fabulous - from the waiters to the bartenders, everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make the night perfect.
The food and drinks were fantastic. We got so many complements from all of our guests on everything from entrees to their delicious chocolate cake. They were also able to easily accomodate all of the guest allegories from vegans to lactose free without any issues.
The layout and decor of the second floor space is stellar, and includes an outdoor balcony veranda. The rooms already come with a sophisticated and classy character, with rich wood paneling and elegant chandeliers and fixtures, that we didn't need to purchase decorations. The only additional decor we purchased were some flower centerpieces, and the room looked absolutely stunning. I almost cried when I saw the room fully setup - everything looked so perfect.

Special recognition goes to Carolyn, who was absolutely exception throughout the entire planning process. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless and enjoyable from start to finish. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care for making our vision come to life was truly remarkable.
The service on our wedding day was nothing short of spectacular. Every staff member was attentive, professional, and clearly committed to ensuring our guests had an amazing experience. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere was exactly what we dreamed of, and the entire evening flowed seamlessly thanks to their incredible coordination.

sionalism, attention to detail, and communication. She was patient to answer the most detailed to the simplest of questions. We used the entire restaurant for our wedding-and every detail for every space was exactly what we envisioned. Actually-it was even more beautiful than we could’ve possibly imagined. Carolyn is a true professional, knows the space inside and out, and is wonderful to work with.
On the day of our wedding, Carolyn and Josh made sure every detail (big and small) were taken care of. Josh went out of his way on the day of to make sure my husband and I were doing ok throughout the whole night—he helped coordinate the vendors and the events throughout the night-he even went so far as to invite my husband and I to take a moment and view our reception space privately before all guests did. Carolyn and Josh are truly a dream team in wedding planning and execution.
CFH has exceptional food. As one of our favorite restaurants pre-wedding, we knew the quality of the food was amazing. For the actual wedding, the food was just as amazing, the service was incredible, and all of our guests felt that they were being personally catered to. No drinks were ever left empty and any every ask or need of our guests were answered. Dietary restrictions were adhered to diligently and guests were constantly amazed at the high level of service provided.
The Chicago Firehouse Restaurant went above and beyond to make our wedding dreams come true. The best day of our lives was made even better by the outstanding services provided. Thank you to Carolyn, Josh, and the whole Chicago Firehouse Restaurant team!
