10/10: If you’re planning a wedding, please book her. You will not regret it. We genuinely could not have imagined creating the most wonderful day of our lives without our wedding planner. From the moment we started working with her, she exceeded every expectation we had. What makes her so incredible is that she brings so much more than just wedding day coordination. She has incredible insight, is extremely knowledgeable, and somehow always knows exactly what needs to happen next. She was one of the most calming and reassuring people throughout our entire wedding planning process. Whenever we had a question or weren’t sure about something, she had a detailed, thoughtful answer that immediately made us feel more confident. She created such a stress free atmosphere, which is priceless when you’re planning a wedding. One thing that helped us tremendously was her detailed checklist of everything we needed to have ready for the wedding. It helped us stay organized, stay on track, and make sure we didn’t forget the countless little things that go into a wedding. For many of us, this is our first time planning a wedding, and there are so many things you simply don’t know to think about until someone with experience points them out. Her insight and guidance throughout the entire process was truly priceless. Leading up to the wedding, she kept us on track and helped make sure nothing fell through the cracks. She was always professional, responsive, organized, and genuinely cared about making our day special. On the wedding day itself, she was an absolute wedding pro. She managed the timeline flawlessly, worked seamlessly with all of our vendors, and took care of so many little details that we never even had to think about them. The wedding ran so smoothly because of her. She also went above and beyond with all of our DIY details. She helped set everything up beautifully and made sure all of the little personal touches we had envisioned actually came together. She even helped us rehearse and taught us how to do a dip for our first dance! 😂 Those are the kinds of personal touches that really showed us how much she cared. She also provided complimentary items that made our wedding look even more beautiful, and she had rental items available that we were able to add to our day. The amount of value she provides is honestly incredible, especially considering how reasonable her prices are. But more than anything, she genuinely cares. She wants your wedding to be amazing, and you can feel that in everything she does. She doesn’t just show up on the wedding day. She invests in you, your vision, and your experience from beginning to end. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, organized, calming, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making your wedding incredible, please book her now. Having her there allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about logistics. She exceeded every expectation we had and helped make the most important day of our lives everything we dreamed it could be. Absolute wedding pro. 10/10. We could not recommend her more highly!

Claudia is truly the best out there! From the very beginning, she was incredibly organized, responsive, and always one step ahead. Every time I had a bridal crisis (and there were plenty!), she was there to calm me down, help me work through it, and make everything feel manageable. She even had a fan ready for me when I went a little too hard on the dance floor and started overheating! But in all seriousness, I genuinely could not have done this wedding without Claudia. She took so much stress off our shoulders and made sure every detail was handled so we could actually enjoy our day. She went above and beyond in every way, and we are so grateful we had her by our side. If you are planning a wedding, you NEED Claudia!
